"Di Indonesia perfilman dan industrinya diatur oleh kementerian pendidikan dan kebudayaan, yang mempunyai bagian film dalam kementeriannya. Namun, pada skalanya tugas mereka adalah mengenai pengembangan dan pembelajaran film sebagai bagian dari budaya Indonesia dan bentuk dari pembelajaran seni. Namun, industri film sendiri, merupakan bagian dari bentuk perkembangan ekonomi baru yaitu ekonomi kreatif. Ekonomi kreatif merupakan ekonomi yang datang dalam industri kreatif, dan bidang perfilman diakui oleh United Nations Conference on Trade and Development sebagai salah satu industri yang paling utama dalam industri kreatif. Kedua kementerian ini memiliki kewenangan atas pengelolaan sumber daya manusia di bidang perifilman dengan adanya dasar hukum yang sah pada kedua kementerian. Hal ini dapat menimbulkan masalah adanya tumpang tindih kewenangan dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia di bidang perfilman. Maka bisa dipertanyakan bagaimana seharusnya secara teori pengaturan dan pengelolaan kewenangan yang benar untuk sumber daya manusia dalam bidang perfilman dan bagaimana penerapannya dalam praktik yang mempunyai kewenangan lebih tinggi untuk mengatur pengelolaan sumber daya manusia dalam bidang perfilman.

In Indonesia, the film industry is regulated by the film department of the ministry of education and culture. On a larger scale, their task is to develop and learn film as a part of Indonesian culture and art education. Also, the film industry is a part of a new form of economic development known as the creative economy. The film industry is recognized by the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development as one of the primary industries in the creative industry, and the creative economy is an economy that comes from the creative industry. Both of these ministries have the authority over the management of human resources in the film industry in regards to the valid legal basis applied to the ministers. It may cause problems with overlapping authorities in the management of human resources in the film industry. So, the question is how should the correct regulation and management of authority for human resources in the film industry be used in theory, and how should it be done in practice by those with higher authority to regulate human resource management in the film industry."

"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini membahas strategi komunikasi persuasi yang dilakukan oleh sales
force Honda, yaitu sales lapangan dan sales counter serta mereka memaknai
proses komunikasi persuasi dalam pemasaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan
metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan
bahwa pada dasarnya tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara sales lapangan
dan sales counter. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa informan tidak hanya
mengandalkan strategi komunikasi verbal namun juga non verbal. Selain itu,
adanya hubungan pengaruh antara kehidupan keseharian dan kemampuan
komunikasi persuasi sales. Perbedaan yang utama hanya pada ruang atau tempat
kerja. Hasil wawancara dengan customer secara keseluruhan memberikan
penilaian yang positif terhadap cara komunikasi persuasi kedua informan. Kedua
customer merasakan kepuasan terhadap alur proses komunikasi persuasi pada dari
proses awal/pendekatan hingga closing atau terjadinya transaksi pembelian,
termasuk pelayanan sesudah pembelian.

ABSTRACT
This research explains the persuasive communication strategies made by Honda's
sales force, the sales pitch and sales counter and they make sense of the process of
persuasion in marketing communications. This study uses a qualitative case study
approach. This study concludes that there is basically no significant difference
between the sales pitch and sales counter. The results showed that the informant
did not just rely on verbal communication strategies but also non-verbal. In
addition, the influence of the relationship between daily life and communication
skills of persuasion sales. The main difference is only in the room or workplace.
The results of interviews with customers for an overall positive assessment of the
way of persuasion communications both informants. Both customer satisfaction to
the persuasion process flow communication at the beginning of the process /
approach to closing purchase transaction or occurrence, including service after the
purchase."

"Perkembangan teknologi juga telah mengubah gaya hidup masyarakat, dan perekonomian telah berkembang dari ekonomi berbasis manufaktur tradisional menjadi ekonomi digital berbasis informasi. Telkomsel sebagai salah satu pelaku usaha yang bergerak dalam bidang perusahaan operator telekomunikasi seluler tentunya produk atau layanan yang diberikan akan selalu bergerak mengikuti perkembangan teknologi. Sebagai penyedia perusahaan operator telekomunikasi seluler, salah satu layanan yang diberikan Telkomsel adalah layanan Short Messaging Services (“SMS”). Dalam perkembangannya, Telkomsel mengembangkan serta menerapkan layanan Location Based Advertising yang merupakan salah satu jenis pemasaran langsung yang dibatasi pada distribusi pesan iklan yang secara khusus dirancang untuk lokasi di mana konsumen mengakses pesan tersebut. Layanan Location Based Advertising ini merupakan alternatif yang dapat menyampaikan pesan iklan di perangkat seluler, dan disaat yang sama akan menggunakan informasi di lokasi konsumen. Layanan Location Based Advertising ini pada perangkat seluler dirasa memiliki dua peluang penting bagi perusahaan. Pertama, ini ditujukan kepada konsumen secara individu, berdasarkan lokasi mereka saat ini, dan secara dinamis dipasarkan dalam waktu nyata. Kedua, Layanan Location Based Advertising ini memberikan fleksibilitas terhadap kesalahan atau adanya perubahan informasi, yang dapat diganti dengan cepat oleh akses jarak jauh. Meskipun dengan munculnya sistem media pemasaran berbasis lokasi memiliki banyak sekali manfaat praktis, tetapi hal tersebut juga dapat dianggap menggelisahkan serta meningkatkan masalah pribadi bagi penggunanya. Sistem yang menggabungkan pelacakan konsumen dan profil geografis, iklan berbasis lokasi dipandang mengganggu dan menimbulkan masalah privasi terhadap data pribadi penggunanya.

Technological developments have also changed people's lifestyles, and the economy has evolved from a traditional manufacturing-based economy to an information-based digital economy. Telkomsel as one of the business actors engaged in the field of mobile telecommunications operator companies, of course, the products or services provided will always have an impact with technological developments. As a provider of cellular telecommunications operator companies, one of the services provided by Telkomsel is Short Messaging Services ("SMS"). In its development, Telkomsel develops and implements Location Based Advertising services with SMS which is a type of direct marketing that is limited to the distribution of advertising messages specifically designed for the location where consumers access the message. This Location Based Advertising service is an alternative that could deliver advertising messages on mobile devices, and at the same time will use information on the location of consumers. This Location Based Advertising service on mobile devices is considered to have two important opportunities for companies. It is addressed to consumers individually, based on their current location, and dynamically marketed in real time. Location Based Advertising Service provides flexibility against errors or changes in information, which can be replaced quickly by remote access. Although the advent of location-based marketing media systems has many practical benefits, it can also be considered disturbing and raise personal issues for users. Combining consumer tracking and geographic profiling, location-based advertising is seen as intrusive and raises privacy concerns for users' personal data."

"In producing Thin Wall Ductile Iron (TWDI) plate, special notice should be taken on the skin effect formation. Skin effect is a rim of flake interdendritic graphite formed in the surface. In a normal ductile iron casting, skin effect can be removed with machining process. Unfortunately this procedure cannot be applied in TWDI due to the thickness. This paper discusses the effect of casting design to the skin effect formation. Vertical casting design is used in this work. Variations are made in the thicknesses of the plate. The T1 model is equipped with 5 plates with thicknesses of 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 millimeters; while the T1-Mod is equipped also with 5 plates, but with the same thickness, which is 1 mm. Skin thicknesses, nodule count, and nodularity are measured by NIS Element software. The result showed that skin effect formation is determined by magnesium content and cooling rate. Skin effect thicknesses are determined by cooling rate and the interaction area of molten metal with the mould. The presence of the skin effect in similar thickness and position of plate improved nodule count. In the same thickness, without the presence of the skin effect, the nodule count tends to increase as the positions of the plates increase. In the design ranging from 1 to 5 mm plate thickness, the highest nodule count is 1284 nodule/mm2 gained by 1 mm plate thickness in 1st position and the lowest one is 512 nodule/mm2 gained by 5 mm plate thickness in 5th position. As for the design of all 1 mm thickness where skin effect is not formed the highest nodule count is 1689 nodule/mm2 gained by 1 mm plate thickness in the 5th position and the lowest is 1113 nodule/mm2 gained by 1 mm plate thickness in the 1st position (near the in gate). The highest nodule count is 90 and the smallest is 85."
