"The construction project have the phase that include the sub-structure and upper structure. In sub structure, it is essential that the sub structure construction, particularly in basement construction close with the earth moving operational with the specific job site conditional.
The excavation in basement construction involve in big resource in equipment and labor where the resources mainly was effected in an environmental of the project. In the environmental job site will a rises the risk factors considered in the operational. The risk factors can be the internal and external, so that the earth moving operational with hydrolic excavator and dump trucks need decision in good consideration however because of the complexity in activity properly in equipment utilization.
Learning development process to equipment productivity in earth moving and excavation operational resulting in the specific identification in consider the risk who is very unique and different from a constructing to another. The qualified identification of risk factors can be necessary in the early progress because leads in construction. Progress of excavation phase in order to get the lowest equipment cost and higher productivity can be reached.
This research describe the main risk factors effected the equipment productivity. From this step, however the actual activities in order to risk analyze is needed."

"Faktor internal perusahaan merupakan salah satu faktor yang sangat penting dan mempunyai pengaruh sebesar 42% terhadap kesuksesan perusahaan. Pengaruh faktor internal terhadap kesuksesan suatu perusahaan khususnya perusahaan jasa konstruksi didominasi oleh manajemen, peralatan, sumber daya manusia, budaya perusahaan, dan keuangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisa pengaruh yang terjadi pada faktor internal perusahaan jasa konstruksi yang menyebabkan menurunnya profitable perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis statistik untuk dapat mengetahui faktor internal yang mempengaruhi profitable perusahaan dan analisis simulasi Monte Carlo untuk mengetahui probabilitas variabel penentu. Dari hasil pengolahan data didapat pemimpin yang menolak perubahan terhadap ide-ide baru dan kreativitas yang merupakan faktor internal yang paling dominan terhadap peningkatan profitable perusahaan.

The company?s internal factor is one of the most important factors and has 42% of influence to the success of a company. In care of the construction service company, this factor is dominated by the management, machine, human resources, and company culture and financial. The objective of this research is to identify and analysis the influences of the internal factor of the construction service company which is the right approach in order to increase the effort of the construction service company. This research use statistic analysis in order to know the internal factor which influence the company profitable and Monte-Carlo simulation analysis in order to know the determine the probability of the research variables. Based on the data analysis we can see that there is a leader who refuses changes of new ideas and creativities which one the most dominant internal factor of the company profitable increase."

"Dengan perkembangan yang terjadi saat ini dapat timbul suatu ancaman dalam bidang Ekonomi, Tranportasi, Komunikasi serta sosial budaya. Dari fenomena tersebut kebudayaan dan idiologi dari negara lain mudah datang memanfaatkan perkembangan teknologi, juga Program Bela Negara di Indonesia di persepsikan oleh masyarakat sebagai wajib militer seperti yang terjadi di negara lain. Masyarakat mengangggap bahwa dengan adanya Program Bela Negara mereka harus mempersiapkan diri ikut dalam program wajib militer dengan periode waktu tertentu. Globalisasi juga mempunyai pengaruh yang sangat kompleks karena dengan era globalisasi arus informasi tidak ada batasnya. Disisi lainya jumlah peserta Program Pembinaan Kesadaran Bela Negara belum mencapai target dari yang telah ditentukan. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui strategi yang dapat dilakukan meningkatkan implementasi Program Pembinaan Kesadaran Bela Negara Kepada Masyarakat serta menganalis dampak positip dari implementasi Program Pembinaan Kesadaran Bela Negara. Tujuan lainnya adalah guna mendapatkan indikator yang mempengaruhi Program Pembinaan Kesadaran Bela Negara. Desain penelitian dilakukan menggunakan kualititatif dengan metode eksploratif. Langkah pertama yang dilakukan analisis data dengan analisis SWOT dilanjutkan dengan mencari faktor yang mempengaruhi Program Pembinaan Kesadaran Bela Negara. Hasil penelitian dengan menngunakan analis SWOT didapatkan bahwa yang harus dilakukan agar program Pembinaan Kesadaran Bela Negara terlaksana dengan baik adalah dengan melakukan strategi meningkatkan kegiatan dari yang telah dilakukan sebelumnya. Analisa dampak positip dari implementasi Program Pembinaan Kesadaran Bela Negara bahwa pendekatan yang paling memungkinkan dalam menangkal dampak negatif globalisasi adalah pendekatan terhadap peningkatan rasa cinta tanah air terhadap warga negara, yaitu seperti apa yang telah dilakukan oleh pemerintah saat ini dengan adanya program Pembinaan Kesadaran Bela Negara, sedangkan indikator yang mempengaruhi perlunya Program Pembinaan Kesadaran Bela Negara antara lain adanya Globalisasi kebudayaan asing mudah masuk, Program Pembinaan Kesadaran Bela Negara merupakan Program Strategis untuk menangkal hal negatif yang diakibatkan Globalisasi. Saat ini jumlah kader bela negara yang dididik belum mencapai target yang ditentukan, disisi lainnya Rasa cinta tanah air harus terus di kembangkan melalui pendidikan dan sosialisasi.

With current developments, a threat may arise in the fields of Economy, Transportation, Communication and socio-culture. With this phenomenon, cultures and ideologies from other countries can easily come to take advantage of technological developments, also the State Defense Program in Indonesia is perceived by the public as military conscription, as happened in other countries. The community thinks that with the State Defense Program they have to prepare themselves to participate in the military conscription program for a certain period of time. Globalization also has a very complex influence because in the era of globalization, the flow of information has no boundaries. On the other hand, the number of participants in the State Defense Awareness Development Program has not reached the predetermined target. The aim of the research is to find out strategies that can be implemented to improve the implementation of the State Defense Awareness Development Program for the Community and to analyze the positive impact of the implementation of the State Defense Awareness Development Program. Another objective is to obtain indicators that influence the State Defense Awareness Development Program. The research design was carried out using a qualitative exploratory method. The first step was to do data analysis with SWOT analysis followed by looking for indicators that influence the State Defense Awareness Development Program. The results of the research by using SWOT analysis found that what must be done so that the State Defense Awareness Development program is implemented properly is to implement a strategy to increase activities from those that have been carried out before. Analysis of the positive impact of the implementation of the State Defense Awareness Development Program that the most possible approach in counteracting the negative effects of globalization is an approach to increasing the love of the homeland for citizens, which is like what the current government has done with the State Defense Awareness Development program, while the indicators that influence the need for the State Defense Awareness Development Program include the globalization of foreign cultures that are easy to enter, the State Defense Awareness Development Program is a strategic program to ward off the negative things caused by globalization. Currently the number of state defense cadres being educated has not reached the set target. On the other hand, the love for the homeland must continue to be developed through education and outreach."

"Proses pengembangan karir Perwira Menengah Bareskrim Polri selama ini belum efektif yang ditunjukkan dengan adanya kesulitan kenaikan pangkat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi secara lebih jauh terhadap pola mutasi Perwira Menengah serta melihat faktor-faktor yang menjadi pertimbangan dalam mutasi Perwira Menengah. Permasalahan yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini adalah (1) Bagaimana pola mutasi bagi Perwira Menengah yang saat ini diterapkan pada Sumber Daya Manusia Bareskrim Mabes Polri menghadapi era Revolusi Industri 4.0? dan (2) Faktor-faktor apa saja yang dipertimbangkan dalam mutasi bagi Perwira Menengah Bareskrim Mabes Polri untuk menghadapi era Revolusi Industri 4.0?. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif-eksploratif dengan mengumpulkan data primer dan sekunder. Data primer dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data wawancara, sedangkan data sekunder dikumpulkan dengan teknik studi dokumentasi. Analisa data dilaksanakan dengan analisis flow model yang melibatkan proses validitas data, antisipasi, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat dua pola mutasi bagi Perwira Menengah Bareskrim Polri yaitu demosi dan promosi. Demosi didorong oleh pelanggaran yang dilakukan anggota sedangkan promosi berdasarkan pada kebutuhan organisasi atau pengajuan anggota. Keduanya hanya dapat tejadi ketika terdapat nota dinas. Faktor-faktor yang dipertimbangkan dalam mutasi bagi Perwira Menengah di era Revolusi Industri 4.0 dalam konteks promosi diantaranya adalah kompetensi siber, pengalaman kerja pada bidangnya, kemampuan pemberkasan, sertifikasi khusus penyidik, pendidikan kejuruan dan keterampilan penggunaan teknologi. Sedangkan dalam konteks demosi dengan mempertimbangkan faktor pelanggaran etika dan pelanggaran hukum yang didasarkan pada putusan sidang disiplin Polri bila telah terjadi pelanggaran disiplin sedang.

The era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 has encouraged changes in the The career development process for Intermediate Bareskrim Polri officers has not been effective so far, as demonstrated by difficulties in promotion. This research aims to further explore the mutation patterns of Middle Officers and look at the factors that are taken into consideration when transferring Middle Officers. The problems examined in this research are (1) What is the pattern of transfers for Middle Officers currently applied to the Human Resources of Bareskrim Polri Headquarters facing the era of Industrial Revolution 4.0? and (2) What factors are considered in the transfer of Intermediate Criminal Investigation Officers at National Police Headquarters to face the era of Industrial Revolution 4.0? The method used is qualitative-exploratory by collecting primary and secondary data. Primary data was collected using interview data collection techniques, while secondary data was collected using documentation study techniques. Data analysis was carried out using flow model analysis which involved the processes of data validity, anticipation, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that there are two patterns of mutation for Intermediate Bareskrim Polri officers, namely demotion and promotion. Demotions are driven by violations committed by members while promotions are based on organizational needs or member submissions. Both can only occur when there is an official note. Factors considered in transfers for Middle Officers in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era in the context of promotion include cyber competence, work experience in their field, filing skills, special certification for investigators, vocational education and skills in using technology. Meanwhile, in the context of demotion, considering the factors of ethical violations and legal violations which are based on the decision of the Police disciplinary hearing if there has been a moderate disciplinary violation."
