ABSTRAKPermasalahan-permasalahan seperti penuaan kulit, kulit kering, hiperpigmentasi, kulit berjerawat membutuhkan produk perawatan yang sesuai. Produk-produk seperti krim siang, krim malam, tabir surya, serum, essence, masker dapat diterapkan untuk mengatasi permasalahan-permasalahan tersebut. Masker merupakan salah satu produk perawatan kulit yang dapat meningkatkan hidrasi, memiliki kadar zat aktif lebih banyak dan memberi efek lebih cepat dibanding produk lainnya serta lebih praktis digunakan. Centella asiatica merupakan salah tanaman yang memiliki banyak khasiat. Manfaat utama dari ekstrak Centella asiatica adalah sebagai agen antiaging, antiinflamasi, antioksidan, meningkatkan produksi kolagen dan dapat mempercepat proses penyembuhan luka. Dalam pemanfaatannya, terdapat masalah dari zat aktif terkandung terkait penetrasi ke kulit. Penghantaran seperti nanopartikulat lipid dapat diterapkan untuk meningkatkan penetrasi dari asiatikosida dan madekasosida. Review artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji lebih dalam terkait penerapan nanopartikulat lipid dalam masker mengandung ekstrak Centella asiatica. Nanopartikulat lipid yang dapat diterapkan dalam masker antaralain adalah liposom, nanoemulsi, Solid Lipid Nanoparticles (SLN) dan Nanostructured Lipid Carriers (NLC). Penerapan nanopartikulat lipid tersebut dapat dipadukan dengan produk masker guna meningkatkan hidrasi, efektivitas dan penetrasi melalui kulit dari asiatikosida dan madekasosida.
ABSTRACTSkin problems such as skin aging, dry skin, hyperpigmentation, acne prone skin require skin treatment products. Skincare products that could be applied are day or night cream, sunscreen, serum, essence, and facemask. Facemask or mask is one of many treatment choices, that could hydrating the skin, has more active substances levels, and give faster effect than the other products, also easier to use. Centella asiatica is one beneficial plant. Centella asiaticas extract has anti-aging, antioxidant and anti-inflammation activity, also increase collagen production, and accelerate wound healing. But there are problems in contained active substances penetration through the skin. Lipid nanoparticulates delivery system can be applied to increase penetration of asiaticoside and madecassoside. This review article aims to study about the application of lipid nanoparticulates in Centella asiatica masks. Lipid nanoparticulates that could be applied in the mask are nanoemulsion, liposoms, solid lipid nanoparticles, and nanostructured lipid carriers. This combination of lipid nanoparticulates in masks can maximize skin hydration and improve penetration of asiaticoside and madecassoside through the skin."

"Penyebab kematian tingkat pertama dapat disebabkan oleh Stroke, diikuti dengan Penyakit Jantung Iskemik, Diabetes, Tuberkulosa, Sirosis, diare, PPOK, Alzheimer, Infeksi saluran napas bawah dan Gangguan neonatal serta kecelakaan lalu lintas. Penyakit-penyakit tersebut, merupakan penyakit yang sering terjadi pada rentang usia dewasa dari 30 tahun keatas, terlebih pada populasi geriatri/lansia atau lebih dari >55 tahun dan memiliki pola pengobatan yang membutuhkan berbagai jenis terappi baik berindikasi sesuai diagnosis atau hanya terapi simtomatis. Pada polifarmasi, beberapa kejadian terkait reaksi obat adalah interaksi antar obat, tidak jelasnya tujuan pengobatan, peningkatan waktu terapi, reaksi obat tidak diinginkan dari yang ringan seperti iritasi atau alergi hingga adanya morbiditas/kematian. Laporan Praktek Kerja Apoteker ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji resep polifarmasi yang masuk ke dalam apotek Roxy Pitara.

These diseases are diseases that often occur in the adult age range from 30 years and above, especially in the geriatric/elderly population or over 55 years and have treatment patterns that require various types of therapy, whether indicated according to the diagnosis or only symptomatic therapy. In polypharmacy, several incidents related to drug reactions are interactions between drugs, unclear goals of treatment, increased therapy time, unwanted drug reactions ranging from mild ones such as irritation or allergies to morbidity/death. This Pharmacist Work Practices Report aims to examine polypharmacy prescriptions entered into the Roxy Pitara pharmacy."

"Wabah Coronavirus yang dibebakan oleh Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus-2 (SARS-Cov-2) atau yang dikenal sebagai Coronavirus-19 memiliki tingkat mortalitas yang tinggi pada 2021. Sehingga ada urgensi yang tinggi terhadap penemuan obat baru. Ivermectin terbukti secara in-vitro mampu menghambat replikasi SARS-Cov-2. Penggunaan Ivermectin secara off-label terbukti meningkatkan keberhasilan terapi pasien Coronavirus-19. Penelitian lain menyebutkan bahwa ivermectin mampu menginhibisi enzim a/β importin dan menghibisi replikasi beberapa jenis virus lainnya, termasuk dengue virus, Zika virus, yellow fever virus. Ivermectin yang dijual dengan merk dagang Ivermax 12mg dibuat oleh PT. Harsen Laboratories Indonesia, merupakan produk baru di Indonesia. Validasi Metode Analisis terhadap penentapan kadar dilakukan untuk pemenuhan persyaratan akurasi, presisi, ripitabilitas/ keterulangan, batas deteksi, batas kuantitasi, linearitas dan rrentang pengujian. Laporan tugas khusus praktik kerja apoteker ini bertujuan untuk melakukan validasi metode analisis terhadap penentuan kadar Ivermectin pada Ivermax ® 12mg.
The Coronavirus outbreak caused by Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus-2 (SARS-Cov-2) or known as Coronavirus-19 has a high mortality rate in 2021. There is a high urgency for the discovery of new drugs. Ivermectin has been proven in-vitro to be able to inhibit SARS-Cov-2 replication. Off-label use of Ivermectin has been proven to increase the success of therapy for Coronavirus-19 patients. Other research said that ivermectin is able to inhibit the a/β importin enzyme and inhibit the replication of several other types of viruses, including dengue virus, Zika virus, yellow fever virus. Ivermectin which is sold under the trademark Ivermax 12mg is made by PT. Harsen Laboratories Indonesia, is a new product in Indonesia. Validation of the analytical method for assay determination is carried out to fulfill the requirements for accuracy, precision, repeatability, detection limit, quantitation limit, linearity and test range. This report of work practice aims to validate the analytical method for determining Ivermectin levels in Ivermax ® 12mg."
