"Understanding the direction of creativity development is a part of learning perspective. Concepts of creativity in the past can be seen as a basis of creativity development in present and future. Even, measurement dimension and indicator of creativity in practice is enriched by reapplication in many different locus and focus. This efforts has been done by specialists, who developed four tradition of creativity such as psychoanalysis, cognitive, behavioralism, and humanistic. These tradition has developed into seven approaches, namely psycho-biological of creativity, creativity and personality, study of creative lifes, creativity as a mental ability, humanistic perspectives, psycho-antropological of creativity, and social psychology of creativity. Nowadays, organisation based creativity has been developed as a synthesis of these traditions and approaches."

"The successful implementation of a performance measurement system, such as Balanced Scorecard, relies on the company's ability to evaluate the results shown by the performance indicators and to subsequently carry out continuous improvement. One way to evaluate the effectiveness of a performance system is by using data and information obtained from an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. Based on the collected Information, managers are able to make better decisions as they continuously improve performance. However, there is often a perception gap between the expectations of managers and front-line staff about the results. This paper offers a solution to overcome this gap based on a value realization approach to map the linkage of data, information, knowledge, decisions, and actions. Linking data to actions enables both parties to track the impacts of decision making processes on the results. This approach was applied at a national distribution company in Indonesia. The mapping of value creation process helps the organizational members to understand their own roles in achieving better performance and to be able to trace required data and information to support the process of performance improvement."

"This paper describes how supplier evaluation used multi criteria and Confidence Interval Approach at Flavor Company in order to purchase cardboard material supplier. The result of design supplier evaluation six criterion that is seen significant to evaluate supplier by PT MW such: Quality, Delivery, Responsiveness, Flexibility, Relationship, and Cost. The scoring is filled up by the active participant and it is proceed using confidence interval approach method, which is involved purchasing, PPIC, QC, and Packing (warehouse) department. Generally, the best performance supplier are KS and STG. The result of this supplier evaluation can be used as consideration in deciding the order space policies in the supplier for the next period."

"Ownership which was concentration is one of the characteristic most companies in Indonesia, in the reality have tendency to generate debt agency problem between majority shareholder and creditor. Desire to keep holding to conduct company make majority taking debt as especial choice of financing of company. Beside that using debt will give entire all benefit to majority if success investment, and creditor follow to account loss if failure investment. This phenomenon proven of crisis moment, where according to finding of ADB (Asian Development Bank) the root cause the happening of crisis was the ownership which is more concentrated, less effective of observation him by director of board, market which not yet personated controller of company and 70% financing of company dominated with loan not yet accompanied with enough observation at creditor. Company in Indonesia is generally owned by foreign multinational company or foreigner, domestic company or local people or owned by state. This study will check the company with multinational majority and company with non multinational majority, where have been proved at research before by Suad Husnan (2001) that company with majority multinational have better than company with majority is not multinational, with period of research before the happening of crisis (year 1996) and the happening of crisis (year 1997- 1998). In this study use samples 15 companies with multinational majority shareholder and 29 companies with majority shareholder non multinational. Governance Corporate monetary aspect will indicated with DER (Debt Equity Ratio) and monetary performance will indicated with ROE (Return on Equity) as accountancy indicator and with abnormal of return as capital market indicator. For know how to policy of performance and financing of company will be used by t-test which analyst DER, ROE and both company group. After that, regression used to test influence of DER to ROE, then regression with variable of dummy conducted to know the changed of regression parameter for the periods of crisis and after crisis."

"The research comprised an emperical study on capital structure on public companies in Indonesia. It aimed at (1) examining how company characteristics in various sectors in Indonesia influence the capital structure decision, and (2) analysing whether the influenced of company characteristics on capital structure differs across sectors. The research applied purposive sampling method in determining sectors and companies as research samples. Based in the method, six sectors and 151 companies were included in the research. The research applied multiple regression analysis using lagged independent variables and chow test to answer first and second objective, respectively. Starting in the UK in the early 1980s, privatization has spread to other developed and developing countries. This essay attempts to investigate the process if privatization in Indonesia when compared with the expereicne of other countries vis a vis country specific characteristics and strategies related to the privatization transactions as well as the acquiring parties' strategy. "Pendahuluan kepentingan pribadi dibandingkan kepentingan orang lain (self-interested behavior) merupaka salah satu sifat dasar yang dimiliki manusia. Sifat inilah yang memicu timbulnyua masalah keagenan (agency problem) manakala perusahaan perseorangan berkembang lebih besar sehingga kepemilikan dan pengelolaan dilakukan secara terpisah. Oleh karena masalah keagenean dapat timbul antara berbagai pihak di dalam persahaan (stakeholders) maka masalah tersebut dipilah dalam tiga bentuk: pertama masalah keagenan antar manajer dengan pemegang saham; kedua masalah keagenan antara pemegang saham dengan kreditur; dan ketiga masalah keagenen antara perashaan dengan konsumen. Guna memninimisasi masalah keagenan maka perusahaan harus menanggung biaya keagenenan (agency cost) seperti pembuatan kontrak atau biaya pengawawan (audit). Beberapa solusi lain yang dapat diterapkan adalah strip financing dan mezzanine financing go public, corporate governance, security analysis dan multilevel organization"
