"Perkembangan teknologi digital mendorong penggunaan media sosial sebagai sarana promosi, khususnya di sektor pariwisata. Instagram dinilai efektif menarik minat wisatawan melalui konten visual yang menarik dan interaktif. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh akun Instagram terhadap minat berkunjung wisatawan ke Kota Bogor. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei terhadap 100 responden pengikut aktif akun tersebut, penelitian ini menerapkan teknik analisis regresi. Indikator yang diteliti mencakup fitur Instagram seperti hashtag, geotag, like, dan komentar, serta dimensi minat berkunjung referensial dan eksploratif. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa promosi melalui akun @smilingbogorcity berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berkunjung referensial dan eksploratif. Disarankan agar akun tersebut meningkatkan kualitas informasi, ajakan, dan interaksi untuk memperkuat kepercayaan audiens terhadap promosi yang dilakukan.

The development of digital technology encourages the use of social media as a means of promotion, especially in the tourism sector. Instagram is considered effective in attracting tourists through interesting and interactive visual content. This study aims to analyze the influence of Instagram accounts on tourist interest in visiting Bogor City. Using a quantitative approach with a survey method of 100 respondents who are active followers of the account, this research applies regression analysis techniques. The indicators studied include Instagram features such as hashtags, geotags, likes, and comments, as well as referential and exploratory dimensions of visiting interest. The results show that promotion through the @smilingbogorcity account has a positive and significant effect on referential and exploratory visit interest. It is recommended that the account improve the quality of information, invitation, and interaction to strengthen audience trust in the promotions carried out."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemasaran konten, pemasaran media sosial, dan kemudahan berbelanja daring terhadap proses keputusan pembelian konsumen pada pengguna layanan Online Travel Agent Tiket.com. Fokus penelitian diarahkan pada followers aktif akun Instagram Tiket.com yang pernah berinteraksi dengan konten media sosial tersebut, baik melalui like, komentar, maupun membagikan postingan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei, yang melibatkan 155 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner secara daring. Data yang terkumpul akan dianalisis menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 30 dengan teknik analisis berupa uji validitas, reliabilitas, regresi linear berganda, serta uji signifikansi secara simultan dan parsial. Melalui penelitian ini, diharapkan dapat diperoleh gambaran mengenai seberapa besar pengaruh strategi pemasaran digital dan kemudahan berbelanja daring terhadap proses pengambilan keputusan pembelian konsumen, khususnya dalam konteks platform Tiket.com. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini akan memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan strategi pemasaran digital yang lebih efektif di sektor layanan perjalanan online.

This study aims to determine the effect of content marketing, social media marketing, and ease of online shopping on the consumer purchasing decision process of users of the Tiket.com Online Travel Agent service. The focus of the study was directed at active followers of the Tiket.com Instagram account who had interacted with the social media content, either through likes, comments, or sharing posts. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, involving 155 respondents. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires online. The collected data will be analyzed using SPSS version 30 software with analysis techniques in the form of validity tests, reliability, multiple linear regression, and simultaneous and partial significance tests. Through this study, it is hoped that an overview can be obtained regarding how much influence digital marketing strategies and ease of online shopping have on the consumer purchasing decision-making process, especially in the context of the Tiket.com platform. The final results of this study will contribute to the development of more effective digital marketing strategies in the online travel service sector. "

"Walking tour merupakan salah satu bentuk pariwisata urban yang menawarkan pengalaman imersif terhadap sejarah, budaya, dan kehidupan sehari-hari suatu kota melalui eksplorasi berjalan kaki. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi dan peran operator tur Cerita SAKTA dalam mempromosikan pariwisata urban berkelanjutan melalui pendekatan edutainment di Jakarta, Depok, dan Bogor. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dan pengumpulan data melalui observasi lapangan, wawancara mendalam, serta studi dokumentasi, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa Cerita SAKTA berhasil mengintegrasikan edukasi dan hiburan melalui storytelling, keterlibatan interaktif, dan penggunaan media visual. Operator tur ini memainkan peran multidimensional sebagai kurator, fasilitator, kolaborator, dan inovator. Sinergi antara konsep edutainment dan peran operator memperkaya pengalaman peserta serta meningkatkan pemahaman budaya yang inklusif. Direkomendasikan agar Cerita SAKTA memperluas rute, mengintegrasikan lebih banyak aktivitas kreatif, mengoptimalkan teknologi digital, memperkuat kolaborasi lokal, dan mempertahankan model "harga sukarela" (price it with love) sebagai daya tarik wisata yang unik.

Walking tours are a form of urban tourism that offer immersive experiences of a city’s history, culture, and daily life through exploration on foot. This study aims to analyze the strategies and roles of the Cerita SAKTA tour operator in promoting sustainable urban tourism through an edutainment approach in Jakarta, Depok, and Bogor. Using a descriptive qualitative method with data collected through field observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies, the research finds that Cerita SAKTA successfully integrates education and entertainment through storytelling, interactive engagement, and the use of visual media. The tour operator plays multidimensional roles as a curator, facilitator, collaborator, and innovator. The synergy between the edutainment concept and the operator’s role enriches participants’ experiences and enhances inclusive cultural understanding. It is recommended that Cerita SAKTA expand its routes, incorporate more creative activities, optimize digital technology, strengthen local collaborations, and maintain the “price it with love” model as a unique tourist attraction."

"Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh fenomena vibecession terhadap keputusan berwisata wisatawan muda berusia 20-29 tahun di Jakarta. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasari oleh adanya ketidaksesuaian antara persepsi subjektif masyarakat dengan indikator makroekonomi objektif yang sedang terjadi, dimana kondisi ini berpotensi memengaruhi pola perilaku konsumsi, termasuk pariwisata. Metodologi penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner secara daring kepada 230 responden yang memenuhi kriteria usia dan aktivitas berwisata. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) untuk menguji hubungan antar variabel. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa anomali persepsi ekonomi memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan berwisata, dengan faktor dominan berupa Perception of Economic Conditions dan Timing Decision. Temuan menarik menunjukkan bahwa meskipun persepsi ekonomi cenderung negatif, wisatawan muda tetap melakukan aktivitas wisata dengan berbagai adaptasi strategi penghematan, seperti preferensi terhadap destinasi low-budget, memanfaatkan berbagai promosi, dan memilih akomodasi ekonomis. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan para pelaku industri pariwisata untuk mengembangkan paket wisata yang lebih terjangkau serta merancang kampanye pemasaran berbasis insentif yang dapat menjawab kekhawatiran ekonomi konsumen di tengah ketidakpastian persepsi ini.

This study examines the impact of the vibecession phenomenon on travel decisions among young tourists aged 20-29 years in Jakarta. The research is motivated by the observed discrepancy between subjective public perceptions and objective macroeconomic indicators, which may significantly influence consumption patterns, particularly in tourism. Employing a quantitative approach, data were collected through online questionnaires distributed to 230 respondents who met the age and travel activity criteria. The analysis utilized Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) to examine variable relationships. The findings demonstrate that economic perception anomalies significantly affect travel decisions, with Perception of Economic Conditions and Timing Decision emerging as dominant factors. Interestingly, despite prevailing negative economic sentiment, young tourists continue to travel by implementing various cost-saving strategies, including preference for low-budget destinations, utilization of promotional offers, and selection of economical accommodations. The study recommends that tourism industry players develop more affordable travel packages and design incentive-based marketing campaigns to address consumer economic concerns amidst this perceptual uncertainty. These findings contribute to understanding consumer behavior in times of economic perception anomalies and offer practical solutions for tourism stakeholders."

"Penelitian ini membahas implementasi Customer Relationship Management (CRM) oleh DoubleTape Agency dalam menjalin kerja sama Business-to-Business (B2B) dengan aplikasi Jenius. Sejak 2017, DoubleTape bertanggung jawab dalam pengelolaan aset promosi, penyelenggaraan event, dan operasional booth Jenius di berbagai lokasi strategis. Berdasarkan pendekatan IDIC Model (Identify, Differentiate, Interact, Customize) , implementasi CRM terbukti meningkatkan efektivitas kerja sama dan memperkuat hubungan jangka panjang antara kedua pihak. Tim khusus dibentuk untuk menangani klien Jenius secara personal, sementara komunikasi rutin dilakukan melalui pertemuan mingguan dan grup WhatsApp. Meskipun demikian, kerja sama ini menghadapi sejumlah tantangan, seperti tekanan kecepatan dan kualitas kerja, kendala komunikasi dan logistik di lapangan, serta keterbatasan sumber daya manusia dan perangkat kerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan CRM yang terstruktur tidak hanya meningkatkan kepercayaan dan kepuasan klien, tetapi juga memberikan nilai strategis bagi DoubleTape dalam mempertahankan posisi sebagai mitra utama Jenius.

This study discusses the implementation of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) by DoubleTape Agency in establishing Business-to-Business (B2B) cooperation with the Jenius application. Since 2017, DoubleTape has been responsible for managing promotional assets, organizing events, and operating Jenius booths in various strategic locations. Based on the IDIC Model (Identify, Differentiate, Interact, Customize) approach, CRM implementation has been proven to increase the effectiveness of cooperation and strengthen long-term relationships between the two parties. A special team was formed to handle Jenius clients personally, while routine communication was carried out through weekly meetings and WhatsApp groups. However, this cooperation faced several challenges, such as pressure on speed and quality of work, communication and logistics constraints in the field, and limitations of human resources and work equipment. The results of the study show that the implementation of a structured CRM not only increases client trust and satisfaction but also provides strategic value for DoubleTape in maintaining its position as Jenius' main partner."

"Penelitian ini menganalisis peran divisi operasional Panorama Media dalam menjamin kelancaran penyelenggaraan event Mega Build Indonesia 2025. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, penelitian ini melibatkan wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi untuk memahami tanggung jawab operasional yang mencakup perencanaan venue, logistik, penyusunan floorplan, hingga evaluasi pasca-event. Hambatan yang ditemukan meliputi keterlambatan exhibitor, keterbatasan manpower, dan komunikasi internal yang kurang efektif. Divisi operasional menerapkan strategi adaptif seperti pengambilan keputusan cepat, koordinasi lintas divisi, serta evaluasi berkelanjutan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa divisi ini memainkan peran vital dalam keberhasilan event dan membutuhkan penguatan peran serta apresiasi secara organisasi.

This study examines the strategic role of Panorama Media's operational division in ensuring the success of the Mega Build Indonesia 2025 event. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. The operational division's responsibilities include venue planning, floor plan layout, logistics, technical coordination, and post-event evaluation. Challenges such as exhibitor delays, manpower limitations, and ineffective internal communication were addressed through fast decision-making, cross-division coordination, and continuous evaluation. Findings reveal the operational division is not only a technical executor but a key driver of event success, warranting enhanced organizational recognition and support."

"Dalam era persaingan industri otomotif yang semakin kompetitif, branding organisasi sangat penting untuk membentuk citra dan loyalitas publik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi branding Ikatan Motor Indonesia (IMI) melalui partisipasinya dalam Indonesia International Motor Show (IIMS) 2025. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi langsung, studi literatur, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman melalui pengumpulan, reduksi, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa IMI berhasil memanfaatkan lima elemen utama branding menurut Dinnie, (2022), yaitu identitas, citra, pemosisian, kepribadian, dan komunikasi merek melalui program seperti IMI Goes to Campus, kolaborasi mitra, talkshow, dan podcast. Strategi ini efektif membentuk citra IMI sebagai organisasi yang inklusif, edukatif, dan relevan bagi generasi muda. Penelitian selanjutnya disarankan untuk mengevaluasi dampak jangka panjang strategi branding ini terhadap loyalitas komunitas otomotif.

In an era of growing competitive automotive industry, organisational branding is essential to shape public image and loyalty. This research aims to analyse the branding strategy of the Ikatan Motor Indonesia (IMI) through its participation in the Indonesia International Motor Show (IIMS) 2025. The research used a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data collection techniques were conducted through in-depth interviews, direct observation, literature study, and documentation. Data analysis used the Miles and Huberman model through collection, reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing and verification. The results showed that IMI successfully utilised the five main elements of branding according to Dinnie, (2022), namely identity, image, positioning, personality, and brand communication through programmes such as IMI Goes to Campus, partner collaborations, talk shows, and podcasts. This strategy is effective in shaping IMI's image as an organisation that is inclusive, educative, and relevant to the younger generation. Future research is recommended to evaluate the long-term impact of this branding strategy on automotive community loyalty."

"Event musik berskala global berpotensi memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap sektor pariwisata melalui efek limpahan (spillover) pada berbagai aspek ekonomi dan sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara empiris pengaruh konser DAY6 World Tour 2024 "Forever Young" di Ancol terhadap dinamika pariwisata di Jakarta, khususnya dalam hal peningkatan jumlah wisatawan, tingkat okupansi hotel, serta konsumsi ekonomi lokal. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah mixed methods, menggabungkan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui survei terhadap penonton dan pendekatan kualitatif melalui wawancara mendalam serta studi literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya korelasi positif antara penyelenggaraan event musik global dan peningkatan permintaan terhadap layanan pariwisata seperti transportasi, akomodasi, dan kuliner. Selain itu, temuan juga menyoroti perubahan persepsi wisatawan terhadap Ancol sebagai destinasi wisata unggulan pasca konser. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoritis dan praktis dalam memahami peran strategis event musik internasional sebagai katalis pembangunan pariwisata berkelanjutan di kawasan perkotaan.

Global music events have the potential to contribute significantly to the tourism sector through spillover effects on various economic and social aspects. This study aims to empirically examine the influence of the DAY6 World Tour 2024 "Forever Young" concert in Ancol on the dynamics of tourism in Jakarta, especially in terms of increasing the number of tourists, hotel occupancy rates, and local economic consumption. The methodology used is mixed methods, combining a quantitative approach through audience surveys and a qualitative approach through in-depth interviews and literature studies. The results of the study indicate a positive correlation between the holding of global music events and increased demand for tourism services such as transportation, accommodation, and culinary. In addition, the findings also highlight changes in tourists' perceptions of Ancol as a leading tourist destination after the concert. This study provides theoretical and practical contributions in understanding the strategic role of international music events as catalysts for sustainable tourism development in urban areas."

"Semakin berkembangnya dunia musik, terutama musik K-Pop, semakin besar juga potensi peningkatan jumlah kunjungan wisatawan dan juga perkembangan perekonomian lokal di Indonesia. Semakin meningkatnya permintaan diselenggarakannya event K-Pop konser, tidak bisa terlepas juga dari kebijakan-kebijakan yang diberikan oleh pemerintah guna memastikan bahwa berjalannya suatu event tetap mematuhi regulasi yang diberikan yang nantinya juga berdampak pada kualitas pengalaman berkunjung wisatawan. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei, diharapkan dapat mengukur persepsi wisatawan terhadap regulasi terkait keamanan dan juga mengukur tingkat kepuasan wisatawan.

The growing world of music, especially K-Pop music, also has the potential to increase the number of tourist visits and also the development of the local economy in Indonesia. The increasing demand for K-Pop Concert events cannot be separated from the policies provided by the government to ensure that the running of an event continues to comply with the regulations provided which will also have an impact on the quality of the tourist's visiting experience. By using quantitative research methods with a survey approach, it is expected to measure tourist perceptions of the regulations related to security as well as assess the level of tourist satisfaction."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kebijakan pemerintah dalam meningkatkan kesadaran pengurangan jejak karbon dan implikasi manajemen event berkelanjutan pada industri MICE di Daerah Khusus Jakarta. Industri MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) merupakan sektor penting dalam pariwisata yang memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap lingkungan, terutama dalam hal emisi karbon. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan regresi berganda untuk menguji hubungan antara kebijakan pemerintah, kesadaran pengurangan jejak karbon, dan manajemen event berkelanjutan. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 144 pengusaha MICE di Jakarta. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat memberikan rekomendasi bagi pemerintah dan pelaku industri dalam merumuskan kebijakan dan strategi yang mendukung praktik berkelanjutan, serta meningkatkan kesadaran akan pentingnya pengurangan jejak karbon dalam penyelenggaraan acara. Penelitian ini juga diharapkan dapat berkontribusi pada pengembangan literatur terkait manajemen event berkelanjutan dan pengurangan jejak karbon dalam industri MICE.

This study aims to analyze the influence of government policies on increasing awareness of carbon footprint reduction and the implications for sustainable event management in the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) industry in the Special Capital Region of Jakarta. The MICE industry is a vital sector in tourism that significantly impacts the environment, particularly in terms of carbon emissions. This research employs a quantitative method with a multiple regression approach to examine the relationship between government policies, carbon footprint reduction awareness, and sustainable event management. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 223 MICE business actors in Jakarta. The results of this study are expected to provide recommendations for both the government and industry stakeholders in formulating policies and strategies that support sustainable practices, as well as in raising awareness about the importance of carbon footprint reduction in event organization. Furthermore, this study aims to contribute to the development of literature on sustainable event management and carbon footprint reduction in the MICE industry."
