"Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis mengenai pengimplementasian Program Percepatan Dana Alokasi Khusus khususnya di Kota Bekasi. Pengimplementasian Program Percepatan Dana Alokasi Khusus dapat dilihat dari komunikasi, sumber daya, disposisi, dan struktur birokrasi. Dari 4 aspek yang menjadi tolak ukur, terbukti bahwa Kementerian Keuangan telah mempersiapkan dan melaksanakan dengan baik disetiap aspek. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan post positivist. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dengan wawancara mendalam dan studi dokumen. Hasil yang dicapai oleh Kementerian Keuangan masih belum mencapai target. Kota Bekasi sebagai salah satu daerah yang juga menjadi sasaran implementasi kebijakan, sudah terbantu dengan adanya Program Pecepatan Dana Alokasi Khusus, namun masih belum mencapai target pelaksanaan.

The aim of this research is for analyze the implementation of the Specific Grants Acceleration Program especially in Bekasi. The implementation of the Specific Grants Acceleration Program can be seen from the communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. Of the four aspects benchmark, proved that the Ministry of Finance has prepared and perform well in every aspect. The study was conducted by using a post positivist approach. Data collection techniques used by in-depth interviews and document study. The results achieved by the Ministry of Finance has yet to reach the target. Bekasi municipality as one of the governments which were also targeted by policy implementation, has been helped by the Specific Grants Acceleration Program, but has yet to reach the implementation target."

"Latar Belakang: Kesalahan posisi kepala dalam sefalostat saat pembuatan radiografis sefalometri lateral mengakibatkan distorsi pada radiograf yang dihasilkan. Hal ini mempengaruhi pada diagnosis dan rencana perawatan orthodonti pasien. Tujuan: Mengetahui pengaruh distorsi radiografis sefalometri lateral akibat kemiringan kepala pada sumbu anteroposterior terhadap distorsi pengukuran angular sefalometri lateral. Metode: Radiografis sefalometri lateral terhadap 7 kranium dengan sudut sebesar 0 , -20 , -15 , -10 , -5 , 5 , 10 , 15 , dan 20 terhadap sumbu anteroposterior. Radiograf dilakukan analisis sefalometri oleh dua orang pengamat. Uji reliabilitas dilakukan dengan uji Bland Altman. Uji kemaknaan dilakukan dengan uji T Berpasangan dan uji Wilcoxon. Hasil: Terdapat perbedaan bermakna antara pengukuran 8 parameter sudut dengan kemiringan kepala lebih dari 10 p.

Background: Head position errors in the cephalostate during the lateral cephalometric projection result in radiographic distortion. This may affect the diagnosis and treatment plan of orthodontic patient's.

Objective: To discover the effect of lateral cephalometric radiograph distortion due to head tilting on the anteroposterior axis against distortion of lateral cephalometric angular measurements.

Methods: Lateral cephalometric radiograph of 7 human dry skulls with tilting angle of 0 , 20 , 15 , 10 , 5 , 5 , 10 , 15 , and 20 to the anteroposterior axis. Radiographs were analyzed by two observers. Reliability test is done by Bland Altman test. The significance test is done by paired T test and Wilcoxon test.
