ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini berfokus pada pembuatan jalur karier (career path) yang diikuti dengan pemberian coaching karier sebagai intervensi untuk meningkatkan persepsi pengembangan karier dengan pilot project pada Departemen SDM. Hasil evaluasi terhadap usulan jalur karier dan coaching karier yang diberikan menunjukkan respons yang positif. Pembuatan jalur karier dipilih sebagai karena jalur karier dapat digunakan untuk menyatukan pengembangan karier individu dan program pengembangan karier yang disediakan organisasi seperti pendidikan dan pelatihan, sementara itu pemilihan pelaksanaan coaching karier karena kegiatan ini dapat membantu karyawan untuk memperjelas tujuan karier, menghadapi potensi masalah dan meningkatkan performa kerja karyawan. Selain itu, alasan pemilihan kedua jenis intervensi tersebut karena saat ini Lembaga Keuangan X belum memiliki jalur karier dan belum menerapkan coaching karier. Pemberian intervensi dilakukan setelah dilakukan penelitian awal yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara persepsi pengembangan karier dan kepuasan kerja. Penyebaran kuesioner dilakukan secara online dengan 777 responden, alat ukur kepuasan kerja yang digunakan adalah kuesioner kepuasan kerja yang diadaptasi oleh Radikun (2010) (α=0,901) dan kuesioner persepsi pengembangan karier (Chen, Chang & Yeh, 2004) (α=0,978), teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah non probability sampling dengan tipe accidental sampling. Hasil korelasi menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara kepuasan kerja dengan persepsi pengembangan karier (r = 0,506 dan p < 0,001).
ABSTRACT
This research focuses on creating a career path followed by administration of career coaching as an intervention to improve the perception of career development with a pilot project at the Department of Human Resources. Results of evaluation of the proposed career path and career coaching provided indicates a positive response. Developing career path is choosen because career path can be Led to unify individual career development and career development program provided by organization such as education and training, while the implementation of the election coaching career because these activities can help employees to clarify career goals, facing potential problems and improve performance employee. In addition, the reason for the selection of these two types of interventions is because Lembaga Keuangan X does not have a career path and has not implement career coaching. Provision of interventions performed after initial study that aims to determine the relationship between perception of career development and job satisfaction. Online questionnaires conducted with 777 respondents, job satisfaction measurement tool used is the job satisfaction questionnaire adapted by Radikun (2010) (α = 0.901) and the perception of career development questionnaire (Chen, Chang & Yeh, 2004) (α = 0.978) , the sampling technique used was non-probability sampling with accidental sampling type. correlation results showed a significant relationship between job satisfaction and perceptions of career development (r = 0.506 and p <0.001).

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel persepsi dukungan organisasi terhadap komitmen afektif untuk berubah di Kementerian X. Hipotesis pada penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh positif antara persepsi dukungan organisasi dengan komitmen afektif untuk berubah. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 152 orang pegawai Kementerian X. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan antara persepsi dukungan organisasi dengan komitmen afektif untuk berubah. Besaran pengaruh persepsi dukungan organisasi terhadap komitmen afektif untuk berubah memberikan sumbangsih sebesar 15,2 . Hasil pengujian regresi berganda menunjukkan hanya persepsi dukungan atasan yang paling berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen afektif untuk berubah. Oleh karena itu, intervensi yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini dirancang untuk meningkatkan persepsi pegawai terhadap dukungan atasan dengan memberikan workshop coaching untuk para atasan untuk kemudian atasan dapat memberikan coaching kepada bawahan. Hasil perhitungan uji signifikansi perbedaan pretest dan posttest menunjukkan terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan pada atasan mengenai coaching. ......This study was conducted to find out the effect of perceived organizational support to affective commitment to change among employees in Ministry X. The hypothesis in this study was that there is a positive effect between the perceived organizational support with affective commitment to change. Respondents in this study amounted to 152 employees of Ministry X. This study used convenience sampling where employees who become respondents is available in the organization and felt the change. The results showed that there was a significant positive effect between the perceived organizational support and affective commitment to change. The effect of perceived of organizational support for affective commitment to change contributed 15.2. The results of multiple regression testing show only the perceived superiors support that have the most positive and significant impact on affective commitment to change. Therefore, the intervention conducted in this study is designed to improve employee perceptions of the support of superiors by providing coaching workshops for the supervisor, so they could give coaching to their subordinates. The result of pre test and post test significance difference test indicated that the intervention given had been able to increase supervisor rsquo s knowledge about coaching.

ABSTRAK
Skripsi ini membahas tentang evaluasi program pembinaan prestasi Dream Girls yang dilaksanakan oleh PB Percasi dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Evaluasi program dilakukan dengan menggunakan teori evaluasi CIPP oleh Stufflebeam yang memiliki empat tahapan evaluasi yaitu konteks, masukan, proses, dan produk. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan pasca positivis dengan tujuan deskriptif melalui teknik pengumpulan data dokumentasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan program pembinaan prestasi yang dilakukan oleh PB Percasi dinilai baik untuk pencapaian tujuan. Hal ini diperoleh dari analisis evaluasi program empat dimensi dengan hasil evaluasi konteks kebijakan pengembangan kinerja di PB Percasi yang berkorelasi untuk mendukung tujuan program, pada evaluasi masukan yang memenuhi kebutuhan program, evaluasi proses pelaksanaan program sudah sesuai untuk mencapai cita-cita anak perempuan idaman Produk merupakan dampak dari program yang mencapai tujuan umum dengan memajukan pemilihan perempuan Indonesia di tingkat nasional dan internasional, tetapi belum mencapai tujuan tertentu karena belum semua anggota menang gelar Grand Master Wanita (WGM).
ABSTRACT
This thesis discusses the evaluation of the Dream Girls achievement coaching program carried out by PB Percasi and the factors that influence it. Program evaluation is carried out using the CIPP evaluation theory by Stufflebeam which has four evaluation stages, namely context, input, process, and product. The method used is a post-positivist approach with descriptive objectives through data collection techniques, documentation and interviews. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the achievement development program carried out by PB Percasi is considered good for achieving goals. This is obtained from the analysis of the four-dimensional program evaluation with the results of the evaluation of the performance development policy context in PB Percasi which is correlated to support program objectives, the evaluation of inputs that meet program needs, the evaluation of the program implementation process is appropriate to achieve the ideal girls' dreams. the impact of the program that achieves general goals by advancing the election of Indonesian women at the national and international levels, but has not achieved certain goals because not all members have won the title of Women's Grand Master (WGM).

ABSTRACT
The main purpose of the article is to increase understanding in some personal characteristics affecting creative performance among Indonesian radio station manager's leadership context. Using creativity-relevant personal characteristics and motivation as input model, the authors identified that both of these two variables are positively related to creative performance. The study hypothesized that Leader-member exchange (LMX) moderate the relationship between personal characteristics and creative performance. Among a sample of 283 Indonesian radio station managers, results found that creativity-relevant personal characteristics and intrinsic motivation were positively related to creative performance when managers perception of followers work contribution toward them (as the second dimensions of LMX) was high.
