"Aliran romantisme merupakan bagian dari kesusastraan Prancis abad ke-19. Salah satu karya terkenal pada zaman tersebut adalah cerita pendek berjudul Vera yang ditulis oleh Auguste Villiers de L’Isle-Adam, dan dimuat dalam buku kumpulan ceritanya, Contes Cruels. Cerpen ini mengisahkan seorang pria yang ditinggal mati oleh istri tercintanya, dan berhalusinasi bahwa istrinya masih hidup dan berkegiatan sehari-hari bersamanya. Cerpen Vera akan diteliti menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, kemudian dikaji secara struktural dengan membedah sekuen cerita dan bagan fungsi utama oleh Schmitt dan Viala (1982) untuk menelaah berbagai peristiwa yang dialami Comte D’Athol. Setelah itu aspek tematis akan dikaji lebih dalam dengan konsep Five Stages of Grief oleh Elisabeth Kubler-Ross guna melihat tahap duka yang berulang-ulang dialami tokoh utama sebagai salah satu bentuk jejak romantisme dalam cerpen tersebut. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Comte D’Athol mengalami semua tahap duka di sepanjang cerpen, namun didominasi oleh tahap denial yang menjadi penggerak cerita. Subjektivitas tokoh yang kuat juga diperlihatkan dengan menghadirkan Comte D’Athol sebagai sosok yang mengendalikan latar waktu dan tempat, serta tokoh lainnya. Berkaitan dengan penokohan yang absurd, Vera yang sudah mati berperan penting karena pikiran dan tindakan tokoh utama berpusat padanya, sehingga memunculkan duka yang menggerakkan cerita. Perasaan duka yang dieksplorasi dengan sangat dalam bahkan mengubah mentalitas tokoh utama menjadi tokoh yang berhalusinasi dan depresif menjadi jejak romantisme dalam cerpen abad ke-19 ini.

Romanticism was part of 19th-century French literature. One of the famous works of that era was the short story entitled Vera, written by Auguste Villiers de L'Isle-Adam, and originally published in his story collection, Contes Cruels. This short story talks about a man who was left dead by his beloved wife and hallucinates that his wife is still alive and carrying out daily activities with him. Vera will be studied using a descriptive qualitative research method, then studied structurally by dissecting the story sequence and the main function chart by Schmitt and Viala (1982) to examine various events experienced by Comte D'Athol. The thematic aspects will be studied in depth using the concept of Five Stages of Grief by Elisabeth Kubler-Ross in order to see the stages of grief that the main character repeatedly experiences as traces of romanticism aspects in the story. The results of the analysis show that Comte D'Athol experiences all stages of grief throughout the story, but is dominated by the denial stage which is the driving force of the story. The character's strong subjectivity is also shown by presenting Comte D'Athol as a figure who controls the setting of time and place, as well as the other characters. Regarding the absurd characterization, the dead Vera plays an important role because the main character's thoughts and actions are centered on her, contributing to the grief that drives the story. The feelings of grief are explored very deeply, even changing the mentality of the main character into a hallucinating and depressive character, becoming a trace of romance in this 19th-century short story."

"Penelitian ini membahas tentang karakteristik romantisme pada puisi Anna Akhmatova yang berjudul Песня Последней Встречи Pesnya Posledney Vstretchi (Lagu Pertemuan Terakhir), Сердце К Сердцу Не Приковано Serdtse K Serdtsu Ne Prikovano (Hati ke Hati Tidak Dirantai), dan А, Ты Думал — Я Тоже Такая A, Ty Dumal — Ya Tozhe Takaya (Kamu Pikir-Aku Juga Seperti Itu). Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk membuktikan tentang adanya karakteristik romantisme pada puisi Akhmatova tersebut. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metodologi deskriptif analisis dan berdasar pada teori Romantisme Russell Noyes. Hasil dari penelitian ini mendapati adanya berbagai karakteristik romantisme pada puisi Akhmatova yang berjudul Песня Последней Встречи Pesnya Posledney Vstretchi (Lagu Pertemuan Terakhir), Сердце К Сердцу Не Приковано Serdtse K Serdtsu Ne Prikovano (Hati ke Hati Tidak Dirantai), dan А, Ты Думал — Я Тоже Такая A, Ty Dumal — Ya Tozhe Takaya (Kamu Pikir-Aku Juga Seperti Itu).

This study explores the characteristics of romanticism in Anna Akhmatova’s poems titled Песня Последней Встречи Pesnya Posledney Vstretchi (The Song of the Last Meeting), Сердце К Сердцу Не Приковано Serdtse K Serdtsu Ne Prikovano (Heart to Heart is Not Chained), and А, Ты Думал — Я Тоже Такая A, Ty Dumal — Ya Tozhe Takaya (And You Thought—I'm Like That Too). This research was conducted to prove the existence of romanticism characteristics in Akhmatova's poems. The research was conducted using analysis descriptive methodology and based on Russell Noyes' theory of Romanticism. The results of this research find various Romantic characteristics in the poems Песня Последней Встречи Pesnya Posledney Vstretchi (The Song of the Last Meeting), Сердце К Сердцу Не Приковано Serdtse K Serdtsu Ne Prikovano (Heart to Heart is Not Chained), and А, Ты Думал — Я Тоже Такая A, Ty Dumal — Ya Tozhe Takaya (And You Thought—I'm Like That Too) by Anna Akhmatova."

"ABSTRAKNizar Qabbani merupakan salah satu penyair terkenal di Timur Tengah yang berasal dari Suriah. Karya-karyanya memiliki ciri khas antara lain erotisme, romantisme, isu-isu politik dan tentang sudut pandang seorang wanita terhadap kebebasan sosial wanita. Puisi karya Nizar Qabbani yang menjadi sumber pada jurnal ini adalah puisi dengan judul Al-Qas?dah al-Bahriyyah. Berdasarkan ciri khas karya-karya dari Nizar Qabbani, puisi ini termasuk aliran romantisme, karena terdapat unsur-unsur romantik yaitu keindahan yang berkaitan dengan alam melalui ungkapan perasaan dan imajinasi penyair. Penulis menganalisis puisi ini dengan menggunakan pendekatan strukturalisme dan analisis makna. Pertama, pendekatan strukturalisme menggunakan teori pungtuasi atau tanda baca, diksi atau pemilihan kata dan enjambemen atau larik yang terputus. Kedua, analisis makna yang dalam bahasa Arab disebut lsquo;ilmu balagah yang terdiri dari lsquo;ilmu ma rsquo;ani, lsquo;ilmu bayan, dan lsquo;ilmu bad? rsquo;. Jurnal ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan informasi singkat mengenai kehidupan Nizar Qabbani, menganalisis strukturalisme dan makna puisi untuk mengetahui aspek romantisme yang terdapat dalam puisi ini. Dari analasis puisi, penulis dapat menentukan tema puisi berdasarkan isotopi dari kata-kata yang sering digunakan dalam puisi untuk mengetahui inti dari puisi ini.

ABSTRACTNizar Qabbani is one of the most famous poets in the Middle East whose originated from Syria. His works are characterized such as eroticism, romanticism, political issues and about a woman 39 s perspective on women 39 s social freedom. The poem by Nizar Qabbani who is the source of this journal is a poem titled Al Qas dah al Bahriyyah. Based on the characteristic works of Nizar Qabbani, this poem includes the flow of romanticism, because there are elements of romantic beauty that is related to nature through the expression of feelings and imagination of the poet. The author analyzes this poem by using structuralism and meaning analysis. First, the structuralism approach uses punctuation, diction or selection of words and circumstances or interrupted lines. Second, the analysis of meaning which in Arabic is called lsquo ilmu balagah which consists of lsquo ilmu ma rsquo ani, lsquo ilmu bayan, and lsquo ilmu bad 39 . This journal aims to present brief information about the life of Nizar Qabbani, analyze the structuralism and meaning of poetry to know the romantic aspects contained in this poem. From poetry analytics, the writer can determine the theme of poetry based on isotopi of words often used in poetry to know the essence of this poem."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kualitas hubungan romantis dan kemampuan stress-coping pada masa pandemi COVID-19. Partisipan (N=245) terdiri dari individu berusia 18-29 tahun yang berpacaran atau sudah menikah. Berdasarkan teknik korelasi Pearson, ditemukan bahwa terdapat korelasi positif dan signifikan di antara kedua variabel, namun hubungan tersebut dinyatakan lemah. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa kualitas hubungan romantic hanya sedikit berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan stress-coping.

The aim of this study is to find the relationship between romantic relationship quality and stress-coping ability during the COVID-19 pandemic. Participants (N=245) consist of individuals aged 18-29 who are dating or married. Using the Pearson correlation method, it is found that there is a positive and significant correlation between the two variables, but the relationship is weak. This study found that the quality of a romantic relationship has only a small effect on the ability to cope with stress.

"Menjalin hubungan romantis adalah salah satu tugas perkembangan yang khas daridewasa muda. Hubungan romantis yang memuaskan, berkaitan dengan berbagai dampakpositif dan dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, salah satunya pola attachment. Berbagaipenelitian sebelumnya telah dilakukan untuk menjelaskan mekanisme yang mendasarihubungan yang kuat antara pola attachment dan kepuasan hubungan. Selain dipengaruhioleh attachment, kepuasan hubungan juga dipengaruhi oleh self-compassion yang dapatmemfasilitasi individu untuk bersikap positif di dalam hubungan romantisnya. Tujuanpenelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah self-compassion memediasi hubunganantara pola attachment (avoidant dan anxious attachment) dengan kepuasan hubunganromantis pada dewasa muda yang berpacaran. Penelitian kuantitatif ini memiliki sampelpartisipan sebanyak 441 dewasa muda (18-30 tahun). Pola attachment diukurmenggunakan Experiences in Close Relationships-Revised; self-compassion dengan Self-Compassion Scale; dan kepuasan hubungan dengan Relationship Assessment Scale. Hasilpenelitian menunjukkan bahwa self-compassion berperan sebagai mediator bagihubungan antara avoidant attachment dan kepuasan hubungan, namun bukan sebagaimediator antara anxious attachment dan kepuasan hubungan. Implikasi penelitian iniadalah pola insecure attachment memiliki dampak yang kuat pada rendahnya kepuasanhubungan romantis.

Having a romantic relationship is one of the developmental task characteristics of young

adults. Forming a satisfying romantic relationship is related to numerous positive effects

and influence by several factors, one of them is attachment style. Previous studies have

investigated the underlying mechanism between the strong association of attachment and

relationship satisfaction. Apart from being influenced by attachment, relationship

satisfaction is also influenced by self-compassion, which facilitates individuals to act

positively in their romantic relationships. The purpose of this study is to investigate

whether self-compassion mediates the association between attachment style (avoidant

and anxious attachment) and romantic relationship satisfaction among dating young

adults. This quantitative research has 441 sample of young adults age 18-30. Attachment

style is measured with Experiences in Close Relationships-Revised; self-compassion with

Self-Compassion Scale; and relationship satisfaction with Relationship Assessment

Scale. The result of this study shows that self-compassion act as a mediator for the

association between avoidant attachment and relationship satisfaction, while not as a

mediator between anxious attachment and relationship satisfaction. The implication of

this study is that insecure attachment style has a strong negative effect towards

relationship satisfaction"

Penyanyi asal Korea Selatan ini dikenal akan lagu-lagunya yang romantis dan emosional. Lagu-lagu Jung Seung Hwan yang dianalisis pada penelitian ini adalah “Wind”, “It's Raining”, dan “The Snowman”. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis unsur Romantisisme yang dalam lirik lagu-lagu tersebut. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah adalah studi pustaka dengan metode analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa lagu-lagu ini memiliki unsur-unsur Romantisisme di dalamnya. Unsur-unsur Romantisisme yang terkandung dalam ketiga lagu adalah kembali ke alam, melankoli atau kemurungan, dan kerinduan akan masa lalu. Unsur-unsur Romantisisme ini tergambarkan dari diksi atau pilihan kata yang digunakan pada ketiga lagu tersebut.

This study discusses the elements of Romanticism portrayed in Jung Seung Hwan's songs’ lyrics. Jung Seung Hwan is a singer from South Korea who is known for his romantic and emotional songs. Jung Seung Hwan's songs that were analyzed in this study are “Wind”, “It's Raining”, and “The Snowman”. The aim of this study is to analyze the elements of Romanticism portrayed in the lyrics of these songs. The research method employed in this study is literature review with descriptive analysis method. The result indicates that these songs have elements of Romanticism in them. The elements of Romanticism portrayed in these songs are a return to nature, melancholy, and longing for the past. These elements of Romanticism are illustrated by the diction or choice of words used in these three songs."
