Abstrak :
Penelitian ini berusaha melihat generasi muda dalam praktiknya. Praktik yang saya pilih adalah praktik kepengurusan Rohkris di SMAN 1 Depok. Praktik ini menjadi penting untuk diamati karena merupakan organisasi kerohanian di tengah sistem pendidikan sekular, serta statusnya yang ekstrakurikuler tetapi diwajibkan bagi siswa Kristen Protestan. Saya berfokus pada kepengurusan Rohkris serta melihatnya sebagai kerja. Dalam proses kerjanya, pengurus Rohkris merefleksikan posisi mereka di tengah relasi antar siswa, dengan sekolah, guru, alumni, maupun masa depan mereka. Refleksi ini berlanjut pada proses terbentuknya nilai kerja mereka yang, dengan pendefinisian kerja dan nilai kerja dari Graeber dan feminis Marxis yang tidak terbatas pada produktivitas. Proses pembentukan nilai kerja ini berkait erat dengan sistem pendidikan neoliberal yang juga dilihat sebagai proses, yang melahirkan proses pembentukan nilai kerja sebagai suatu respons lokal pengurus Rohkris.

This research seeks to see the younger generation in practice. The practice I chose is the practice of Rohkris management at SMAN 1 Depok. This practice is important to observe because it is a spiritual organization in the middle of a secular education system, and its status is extracurricular but required for Protestant Christian students. I focus on the management of Rohkris and see it as work. In the process of work, Rohkris administrators reflect on their position in the relationship between students, the school, teachers, alumni, and their future. This reflection continues the process of forming their work values, with Graeber and Marxist feminist definitions of work and work values that are not limited to productivity. This process of work value formation is closely related to the neoliberal education system which is also seen as a process, which gave birth to the process of work value formation as a local response of the Rohkris board.

Sebagai pendidik professional guru dituntut memiliki seperangkat kompetensi dalam melaksanakan tugas sehari-hari. Salah satu kompetensi yang harus dimiliki guru adalah kompetensi sosial. Kompetensi sosial guru yang dimaksud adalah kemampuan guru dalam bersikap obyektif, inklusif, dan tidak diskriminatif, santun baik dalam perkataan maupun perbuatan, mampu berkomunikasi baik secara lisan, tulisan dan isyarat, menjalin hubungan dengan peserta didik, sesama pendidik, tenaga kependidikan, orang tua peserta didik, dan masyarakat sekitar serta mampu beradaptasi dengan komunitas masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kecerdasan emosional dan kecerdasan spiritual dengan kompetensi sosial guru. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi, ditemukan adanya hubungan antara kecerdasan emosional dan kecerdasan spiritual dengan kompetensi sosial guru. Hal ini mengandung arti bahwa semakin baik kecerdasan emosional dan spiritual guru, semakin baik dampak yang dihasilkan dari peningkatan kompetensi sosial guru.

Teacher as a professional educational is demanded to have a set of competence in carrying out the daily tasks. One of the competences is social competence. The social competence of teachers is that teachers have an objective, inclusive and non discriminative attitude, well-mannered eitherin speech or in act, capable in communicating verbally, writtenly and gesture. In addition, teachers have to coordinate with the students, other fellow teachers, educational staff, student?s parents as well asthe society. They must also be able to adapt with the community. This study aims to determine the relationship between emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence work with the social competence of teachers in Vocational Schools of Gorontalo City. The result of multiple correlation coefficient which showed between emotional intelligence and spiritual intelegence toward social competence. This means that the better the emotional and spiritual intelligence of teacher, the better the effect of the social competence of teachers will be.

Tesis ini untuk mengetahui gambaran kecerdasan emosional dan kecerdasan spiritual pelaku konversi agama yang berusia dewasa. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan wawancara mendalam. Subjek penelitian berjumlah lima orang muallaf yang berusia dewasa dan berdomisili di Jakarta. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan bahwa muallaf mampu merasakan, memahami dengan efektif, menerapkan kepekaan emosi sebagai sumber energi positif, sehingga seseorang mampu memahami perasaan diri sendiri dan mampu memahami perasaan orang lain, selain itu muallaf mampu menggerakkan prinsip hidup atau esensi yang menembus kehidupan dan mengekspresikan prinsip hidup tersebut dalam hubungan dengan diri sendiri, orang lain, alam dan Tuhan. Dari hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa kecerdasan emosional dan kecerdasan spiritual muallaf lebih baik dari pada sebelum mereka menjadi muallaf. ...... This research uses qualitative research methods with types of case studies. Data collection using in depth interviews and observations. The subject of the study amounted to five reverts that are mature and domiciled in Jakarta. Results of the study illustrate that reverts are able to feel, understand, apply the effective sensitivity of the emotions as a source of positive energy, so that one is able to understand the feelings of my self and being able to understand the feelings of others, besides able to move reverts live principle or essence that permeates life and express these principles in relationship with your self, others, nature and God. From the results of the study it can be concluded that the emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence converts better than before they become converts.

Abstrak :
Mahasiswa yang berada pada fase dewasa muda rentan mengalami masalah kesehatan mental ketika ia sulit mencapai tugas perkembangannya. Faktor lingkungan, riwayat keluarga, pengalaman hidup, kesehatan fisik, self-efficacy, perubahan hormonal, serta faktor biologis dapat menjadi penyebab individu mengalami gangguan kesehatan mental. Kecerdasan emosional dan kecerdasan spiritual yang rendah dapat menjadi faktor individu mengalami gangguan kesehatan mental. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kecerdasan emosional, kecerdasan spiritual, dan kesehatan mental khususnya pada mahasiswa yang sedang berada pada fase dewasa muda. Penelitian ini sudah dilakukan uji etik oleh komite etik Fakultas Ilmu Keperawatan Universitas Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif korelatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional menggunakan metode probability sampling dengan teknik simple random sampling pada 259 mahasiswa di Fakultas Ilmu Keperawatan Universitas Indonesia yang berada pada rentan usia 18-25 tahun. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini, yaitu kuesioner Trait Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire-Short Form untuk kecerdasan emosional, kuesioner The Spiritual Intelligence Self-Report Inventory-24 untuk kecerdasan spiritual, dan kuesioner Mental Health Inventory untuk kesehatan mental. Hasil dari penelitian ini menggambarkan 79,9% mahasiswa memiliki tingkat kecerdasan emosi sedang, dan 54,1% mahasiswa memiliki tingkat kecerdasan spiritual sedang. Adapun untuk kesehatan mental, sebanyak 56,4% mahasiswa memiliki kesehatan mental baik. Hasil analisis diperoleh nilai p = 0,001 (𝛼 = 0,05), sehingga dapat dibuktikan bahwa adanya hubungan antara ketiga variabel. Kecerdasan emosional dan kesehatan mental memiliki hubungan yang kuat, sedangkan kecerdasan spiritual degan kesehatan mental memiliki hubungan lemah. Melalui penelitian ini, diharapkan institusi pendidikan dapat membantu mahasiswa untuk meningkatkan kecerdasan emosional dan kecerdasan spiritual agar bisa mencapai kesehatan mental yang sangat baik. ......Students in the young adult phase are vulnerable to experiencing mental health problems when they have difficulty achieving their developmental tasks. Environmental factors, family history, life experiences, physical health, self-efficacy, hormonal changes, and biological factors can contribute to individuals experiencing mental health disorders. Low emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence may be an individual factors experiencing mental health disorders. This study aims to determine the relationship between emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence, and mental health, especially in students who are in the young adult phase. This research has been ethically tested by the ethics committee of the Faculty of Nursing, Universitas Indonesia. The used method in this research is descriptive correlative quantitative research with a cross-sectional approach using probability sampling method with simple random sampling technique on 259 students at the Faculty of Nursing, Universitas Indonesia within the age range of 18-25 years old. The research instruments used in this study were the Trait Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire-Short Form for emotional intelligence, The Spiritual Intelligence Self-Report Inventory-24 questionnaire for spiritual intelligence, and the Mental Health Inventory questionnaire for mental health. The results of this study illustrate that 79.9% of students have a moderate level of emotional intelligence, and 54.1% of students have a moderate level of spiritual intelligence. As for mental health, 56.4% of students have good mental health. The results of the analysis obtained a value of p = 0.001 (𝛼 = 0.05), so it can be proven that there is a relationship between the three variables. Emotional intelligence and mental health have a strong relationship, while spiritual intelligence and mental health have a weak relationship. Through this research, we hope that educational institutions can help students to improve their emotional and spiritual intelligence to achieve excellent mental health.

ABSTRAK Dengan meningkatnya penawaran investasi online melalui platform-platform investasi online, kebutuhan untuk memprediksi intensi perilaku konsumen juga meningkat. Intensi pembelian investasi online pada penelitian ini diprediksi dengan menggunakan kerangka theory of planned behavior (TPB). TPB merupakan salah satu pendekatan yang banyak digunakan dalam memprediksi niat dan perilaku konsumen, dimana TPB membentuk kerangka kerja konseptual untuk memprediksi kecenderungan tindakan tertentu seseorang. Komponen TPB yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu sikap terhadap investasi online, norma subyektif yang dicerminkan oleh kecerdasan spiritual, dan kontrol perilaku yang dirasakan yang dicerminkan oleh kecerdasan emosional. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat apakah terdapat pengaruh dari sikap terhadap investasi online, kecerdasan spiritual, dan kecerdasan emosional terhadap intensi pembelian investasi online pada generasi milenial di Jabodetabek. Sebanyak 249 responden berhasil dikumpulkan dan kemudian data diolah menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan software AMOS 22. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sikap terhadap investasi online dan kecerdasan emosional memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intensi pembelian investasi online, sedangkan tingkat kecerdasan spiritual seseorang tidak berpengaruh terhadap intensi pembelian investasi online.

ABSTRACT As online investment offers increase through online investment platforms, the need to predict the intentions of consumer behavior also increases. The intention of online investment purchases in this study is predicted using the theory of planned behavior (TPB) framework. TPB is one approach that is widely used in predicting consumer intentions and behavior, where TPB forms a conceptual framework for predicting the tendency of certain actions of a person. TPB components used in this study are attitudes toward online investment, subjective norms that are reflected by spiritual intelligence, and perceived behavioral control that is reflected by emotional intelligence. The purpose of this study is to see whether there is an influence of attitudes towards online investment, spiritual intelligence, and emotional intelligence on the intention of online investment purchases in millennials in Jabodetabek. A total of 249 respondents were successfully collected and then the data was processed using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with AMOS 22 software. The results of this study indicate that attitudes toward online investment and emotional intelligence have a positive and significant effect on online investment intentions, while the level of one's spiritual intelligence has no effect on online investment purchases intentions.
