Penelitian ini ingin melihat implementasi Manajemen Berbasis
Sekolah/Madrasah (MBS/M) di dua madrasah swasta di Lampung dan
mendeskripsikan proses partisipasi masyarakat dalam kegiatan madrasah. Dengan
menggunakan metode studi kasus, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa implementasi
MBS/M di dua madrasah swasta ini berbeda berdasar latar belakang, iklim,
otonomisasi, tenaga pengajar, dan gaya kepemimpinan. Partisipasi masyarakat
masih terbatas hanya pada keikutsertaan masyarakat dalam implementasi atau
penerapan berbagai program pendidikan yang diselenggarakan oleh madrasah.
Meski demikian, ada peluang untuk peningkatan partisipasi ketika muncul kapital
sosial yang mempunyai fungsi bonding dan bridging diketengahkan sebagai
strategi implementasi kebijakan MBS/M di madrasah. Oleh karena itu, madrasah
masih memerlukan pembinaan yang berkesinambungan terkait aspek pelibatan
masyarakat sehingga dapat meningkatkan mutu madrasah yang berkelanjutan.

ABSTRACT
This study wants to examine the implementation of School/Madrasah
Based Management? (MBS/M) in two private islamic school (madrasah) in
Lampung and the process of public participation in these two madrasah. Using the
method of case study, this study found that the implementation of MBS/M in two
private madrasah is different based on their background, climate, autonomy,
teachers, and leadership style. Community participation in these two madrasah is
limited to the implementation or application of a variety of educational programs
organized by the madrasah. However, there are opportunities for increased public
participation when the social capital appears at the process of participation. It has
the function of bonding and bridging among community. Therefore, a madrasah
still require continuous guidance related to the involvement of the community in
order to improve the quality of madrasah sustainable.;This study wants to examine the implementation of ?School/Madrasah

"ABSTRAK
Telkomsel sebagai sebuah operator telekomunikasi seluler besar telah turut serta mengimplementasi layanan 3G WCDMA/HSPA di area Jabodetabek (Jakarta , Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi).
Teknologi 3G yang ada saat ini hanya HSDPA yang diaktifkan sedangkan
HSUPA sebagai komplemennya masih dalam kondisi disabled. Pola trafik dari
pelanggan 3G belum sepenuhnya diamati sehingga dapat menemui kesulitan dalam perencanaan bisnis kedepannya. Perkembangan jumlah trafik terutama uplink dan pelanggan yang sedang aktif dalam trafik tersebut diamati maka kondisi throughput pelanggan dapat diketahui apakah mengalami saturasi atau belum sehingga keperluan
pengaktifan fitur peningkatan kapasitas uplink melalui teknologi HSUPA dapat dipertimbangkan.
Penelitian perhitungan forecasting ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode
deret waktu (time series method ) terhadap payload trafik uplink dan pelanggan yang
sedang aktif di layanan serta barrier dan kelas trafik tertentu saat pengamatan.
Sebagai hasil, pola dan rata-rata throughput setiap transaksi uplink pada kondisi
masing-masing bearer dapat diketahui.

ABSTRACT
Telkomsel as a big cellular telecommunication operator already participated in
3G WCDMA/HSPA implementation at Jabodetabek area (Jakarta, Bogor, Depok,
Tangerang, Bekasi).
3G technology that applied recently today only enable in HSDPA feature
meanwhile HSUPA as complement still in disabled condition. Traffic pattern from 3G
subscribers have not been fully monitored so it will face difficulty in future business
plan. Development amount of traffic especially in uplink and subscribers who active
in that traffic can be monitored so user throughput being known wheter on its
saturation condition or not thus activating feature for improving uplink capacity
through HSUPA technology can be considered.
This forecasting research was done by applying time series method to uplink
traffic and active subscriber in each barrier and QoS traffic class at the monitoring
moment. As result, pattern and average throughput on each barrier can be known."

Pelaksanaan manajemen proyek dalam suatu perusahaan tercermin dalam tingkat kesuksesan penyelesaian proyek yang tepat waktu, sesuai ruang lingkup dan sesuai anggaran. PT Prima Integrasi merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang jasa implementasi layanan atau solusi teknologi informasi. Perusahaan ini memiliki fokus dalam implementasi proyek teknologi informasi sehingga pelaksanaan manajemen proyek yang baik dapat meningkatkan kinerja perusaahan agar mencapai target yang telah ditentukan. Persentase kesuksesan penyelesaian proyek yang tepat waktu, sesuai ruang lingkup, dan sesuai anggaran adalah sebesar 23 sehingga pelaksanaan manajemen proyek di perusahaan masih kurang. Untuk itu perlu dilakukan evaluasi pelaksanaan manajemen proyek agar diketahui tingkat kematangan manajemen proyek dan rekomendasi apa saja yang dapat diterapkan guna memperbaiki pelaksanaan manajemen proyek di perusahaan. Metode pengukuran tingkat kematangan manajemen proyek yang digunakan adalah Project Management Maturity Model PMMM PM Solutions dan Kerzner Project Management Maturity Model KPMMM . Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kematangan manajemen proyek di perusahaan berada pada tingkat pertama dan masih belum seperti yang diharapkan. Terdapat 15 proses yang telah mencapai target, namun masih terdapat 32 proses yang belum mencapai target yang diharapkan. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi kepada perusahaan untuk dapat meningkatkan tingkat kematangan manajemen proyek yang lebih tinggi. Selain itu terdapat prioritas rekomendasi yang telah disesuaikan dengan harapan manajemen. Dengan hasil evaluasi ini diharapkan pelaksanaan manajemen proyek di perusahaan dapat menjadi lebih baik dan dapat meningkatkan kinerja manajer proyek dalam penyelesaian proyek.

ABSTRACT
Implementation project management in organization is reflect by the success rate of project completion on time, within scope and on budget. PT Prima Integrasi is a company engaged in service implementation of information technology solutions. The company has focused on the implementation of information technology projects so good project management can improve company performance in order to achieve the targets. The percentage of successful completion of projects on time, within scope, and on budget is 23 so the implementation of project management in the company is still lacking. It is necessary to evaluate the implementation of project management in order to know the level of project management maturity and any recommendations that can be applied to improve the implementation of project management in the organization. Method of measuring the maturity level of project management that used is Project Management Maturity Model PMMM PM Solutions and Kerzner Project Management Maturity Model KPMMM . The results showed that the maturity level of project management in organization is on first level and still not as expected. There are 15 processes that achieve target, but still there are 32 processes that don 39 t achieve the expected target. This study provides recommendations to the organization in order to improve level of project management maturity is higher. In addition there are the priority recommendations have been adapted to the expectations of management. With the results of this evaluation are expected implementation of project management in the organization can be better and can improve performance project manager in project completion."
