"LRT Jakarta dibangun untuk mengatasi permasalahan transportasi di DKI Jakarta, Rencana pembangunan LRT Jakarta akan dilanjutkan dari Velodrome hingga Dukuh Atas. Namun, saat ini terdapat moda transportasi lain dengan rute yang tumpang tindih/overlapping lebih dari 50% dengan LRT Jakarta, yaitu Transjakarta rute Pulogadung 2 – Dukuh Atas 2. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis variabel yang mempengaruhi berpindahnya pengguna Transjakarta, membuat model fungsi utilitas, dan menganalisis potensi kesediaan berpindah pengguna moda transportasi Transjakarta akibat pengoperasian LRT Jakarta rute Velodrome – Dukuh Atas. Penelitian ini menganalisis kebijakan terbaik terkait status operasional Transjakarta rute Pulogadung 2 – Dukuh Atas 2 ketika LRT Jakarta rute Velodrome – Dukuh Atas beroperasi. Metode analisis penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode analisis kuantitatif yaitu metode analisis data deskriptif dan metode analisis data inferensial (regresi logistik biner). Data yang dibutuhkan pada penelitian ini adalah data perjalanan responden untuk membagi kelompok data dan data preferensi kesediaan berpindah responden. Data tersebut didapat dengan metode survei yaitu metode stated preference dan revealed preference. Hasil data dikelompokkan dan dilakukan uji korelasi Spearman, kemudian dibentuk fungsi utilitas dari variabel yang berkorelasi kuat dan model tersebut diuji dengan uji kelayakan Omnibus dan Hosmer and Lemeshow Test. Selanjutnya, dilakukan uji validitas dengan membentuk model logit biner lalu diuji dengan metode Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) untuk membandingkan data real dan data model. Kemudian, dipilih model terbaik dari masing-masing kelompok data dan diakhiri dengan uji komparatif Mann-Whitney untuk melihat perbedaan dua kelompok data. Berdasarkan hasil model terbaik, potensi perpindahan moda transportasi dari transjakarta ke LRT Jakarta pada tarif Rp8.500 sebesar 5.99% untuk kelompok 1 dan 29.55% untuk kelompok 2. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa berlanjutnya operasional transjakarta merupakan kebijakan terbaik karena lebih dari 50% dari pengguna Transjakarta Koridor 4 tetap menggunakan Transjakarta ketika LRT Jakarta rute Velodrome – Dukuh Atas beroperasi.
The Jakarta LRT was built to overcome transportation problems in DKI Jakarta. The Jakarta LRT development plan will continue from the Velodrome to Dukuh Atas. However, currently there are other modes of transportation with routes that overlap more than 50% with the Jakarta LRT, namely Transjakarta Pulogadung 2 – Dukuh Atas 2 route. This study aims to analyze the variables that influence the migration of Transjakarta users, create a utility function model and analyze the willingness potential of Transjakarta users for switching modes of transportation due to the operation of the Jakarta LRT for the Velodrome – Dukuh Atas route. This study analyzes the best policies related to the operational status of Transjakarta route Pulogadung 2 – Dukuh Atas 2 when the Jakarta LRT Velodrome – Dukuh Atas route is operating. The research analysis method used is the quantitative analysis method, namely the descriptive data analysis method and the inferential data analysis method (binary logistic regression). The data needed in this study are data of the respondents' travel routes to divide the data groups and data on the respondents' willingness to switch modes of transportation. The data will be obtained using a survey method, namely stated preference and revealed preference method. The results were then grouped and analyzed using the Spearman rank correlation test, then a utility function was formed from variables that were strongly correlated and the model was tested with the Omnibus and Hosmer & Lemeshow feasibility tests. Furthermore, validity was tested by forming a binary logit model and then tested with the Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) method to compare real data and model data. Then, the best model was selected from each data group and ended with the Mann-Whitney comparative test to see the differences between the two data groups. Based on the results of the best model, the potential for switching modes of transportation from Transjakarta to LRT Jakarta at a rate of IDR 8.500 is 5.99% for group 1 and 29.55% for group 2. "Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengahuri besarnya value of time calon pengguna LRT dan membandingkan besarnya value of time dari masing-masing kelompok data. Pada penelitian ini digunakan pendekatan dengan metode Revealed Preference (RP) dan Stated Preference (SP). Kemudian dilakukan uji korelasi Spearman untuk mengetahui hubungan dari masing-masing variabel. Analisis regresi pada penelitian ini digunakan metode regresi logit biner sehingga didapatkan fungsi utilitas untuk setiap kelompok data dan diuji kelayakannya menggunakan nilai chi-square dengan uji Hosmer & Lemmeshow dan uji Omnibus. Untuk mendapatkan nilai value of time digunakan metode choice approach, selanjutnya dilakukan uji komparasi terhadap hasil value of time dari setiap kelompok data untuk melihat sebarapa besar kenaikan nilai value of time dan apakah terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan secara statistik, nilai value of time kemudian dibandingkan dengan penelitian terdahulu. Hasil analisis pada penelitian ini menunjukkan semakin lamanya durasi perjalanan dan semakin besarnya pendapatan pelaku perjalanan didapatkan value of time yang lebih besar. Berdasarkan maksud perjalanan didapatkan value of time yang lebih besar pada kelompok data dengan tujuan bekerja. Value of time yang didapatkan untuk kelompok data penghasilan menengah dan tinggi secara berurutan sebesar Rp. 1.322 per menit dan Rp. 1.462 per menit, untuk kelompok data durasi perjalanan 0-60 menit dan 61-120 menit didapatkan value of time secara berurutan sebesar Rp. 1.150 per menit dan sebesar Rp. 2.068 per menit. Berdasarkan maksud perjalanan didapatkan Rp. 1.406 per menit untuk tujuan bekerja dan Rp. 1.319 untuk semua maksud perjalanan.
This research was conducted to determine the factors that affect car users value of time for LRT Jakarta service and compare the value of time of each data group. The survey methods used for this study are Revealed Preference (RP) and Stated Preference (SP) methods. Then the Spearman correlation test was conducted to determine the correlation of each variable. Regression analysis in this study used the binary logit regression method to form utility function for each data group and tested its eligibility using the chi-square value of Hosmer & Lemmeshow test and the Omnibus test. To get the value of time, the choice approach method is used, then a comparative test is used on the results of the value of time from each data group to see how much the increase in the value of time is and whether there is a statistically significant difference, the value of time value is then compared with research earlier. The result of the analysis in this research shows that the longer the duration of the trip and the greater the income of the user, the greater the value of time there is. Based on the purpose of the trip, it was found that the value of time for the data group with the aim of working is bigger. The value of time obtained for the middle and high income data group sequentially are Rp1.322 per minute and Rp1.462 per minute and for the data group of travel duration 0-60 minutes and 61-120 minutes, the value of time obtained sequentially are Rp1.150 per minute and Rp2.068 per minute. Based on the purpose of the trip, it was obtained Rp1.406 per minute for work purposes and Rp1.319 for all travel purposes."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbandingan pengaruh wilayah perencanaan pembangunan LRT Jakarta terhadap willingness to pay dan willingness to shift. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah pelaku perjalanan yang wilayahnya tidak termasuk dalam perencanaan pembangunan LRT Jakarta. Penelitian yang dilakukan oleh Sirait (2020) dan Sianturi (2020) menjadi data pembanding sebagai responden yang masuk ke dalam wilayah perencanaan LRT Jakarta. Analisis yang digunakan berbasis model pemilihan diskrit logit binomial. Dalam pembentukan model, dibutuhkan fungsi utilitas dengan menggunakan analisis regresi pada karakteristik perjalanannya. Metode yang digunakan untuk mendapatkan karakteristik perjalanan responden adalah dengan Revealed Preference (RP) sedangkan metode Stated Preference (SP) digunakan pada responden untuk situasi yang bersifat hipotetikal. Data survei kemudian dilakukan uji korelasi spearman agar mendapatkan variabel untuk fungsi utilitas. Fungsi utilitas akan melalui uji kelayakan dengan metode chi-square yaitu uji Hosmer & Lemmeshow dan uji omnibus. Selanjutnya, model diuji validasi menggunakan metode Root Mean Square Error (RMSE). Model kemudian diurutkan berdasarkan kelayakan dan validasi terbaik. Model penelitian ini kemudian dibandingkan dengan model terbaik dari penelitian oleh Sianturi (2020) dan Sirait (2020) berdasarkan kelompok data yang telah dibuat. Metode perbandingan menggunakan uji Mann Whitney. Tujuan uji perbandingan adalah mengidentifikasi apakah model penelitian ini dapat mewakili kondisi penelitian yang dilakukan oleh Sianturi (2020) dan Sirait (2020). Nilai uji Mann whitney diatas 0.05 menunjukkan bahwa model dapat mewakili satu sama lain, begitu pula sebaliknya. Hasil analisis penelitian ini menunjukkan model pengguna motor dan mobil tidak dapat diwakili karena memiliki nilai uji 0.028 dan 0.032. Sedangkan pengguna TJ-KRL dapat diwakili dengan nilai uji 0.058.
This study aims to analyze the comparison of the influence of the Jakarta LRT development planning area against Willingness to Pay and Willingness to Shift. The respondent in this study was a traveler whose territory was not included in the planning of Jakarta LRT development. Research conducted by Sirait (2020) and Sianturi (2020) became comparative data as respondents who entered the Jakarta LRT planning area. Analysis used based on discrete discrete logit binomial model. In the formation of the model, utility function is needed by using regression analysis on the characteristics of its journey. The method used to get the characteristics of the respondent's journey is by revealed preference (Rp) while the Stated Preference (SP) method is used in respondents for hypothetical situations. The survey data was then carried out the Spearman correlation test to get a variable for utility functions. The utility function will go through a feasibility test with the Chi-square method, namely the HOSMER & LEMMESHOW test and omnibus test. Furthermore, the model tested validation using the Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) method. The model is then sorted based on the best feasibility and validation. The research model is then compared to the best model of research by Sianturi (2020) and Sirait (2020) based on the data group that has been created. Comparison method using the Mann Whitney test. The aim of the comparison test is to identify whether this research model can represent research conditions conducted by Sianturi (2020) and Sirait (2020). The Mann Whitney test value above 0.05 shows that the model can represent each other, and vice versa. The results of the analysis of this study show that the model of the motor and car users cannot be represented because it has a test score of 0.028 and 0.032. While the TJ-KRL users can be represented by a test score of 0.058."
