"Perawat dituntut dapat menjadi figur yang dibutuhkan oleh pasiennya, dapat bersimpati kepada pasien, selalu menjaga perhatiannya, fokus, dan hangat kepada pasien (P.A. Parker & Kulik dalam Taylor, 1999). Banyaknya tanggung jawab dan tuntutan yang harus dijalani oleh perawat, menunjukkan bahwa profesi perawat rentan sekali mengalami burnout terhadap pekerjaannya. Burnout merupakan suatu kondisi penurunan energi mental atau fisik setelah periode stres kronik yang tidak sembuh-sembuh berkaitan dengan pekerjaan, terkadang dicirikan dengan pekerjaan atau dengan penyakit fisik (Perry & Potter, 2005).
Burnout menurut Maslach dan Jackson (dalam Sarafino, 2002) memiliki tiga komponen, yaitu emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, dan perceive inadequacy of professional accomplishment. Burnout bersumber dari lingkungan kerja dan individu (Caputo, 1991). Lingkungan kerja dalam hal ini adalah lingkungan rumah sakit yang terbagi atas status yang berbeda yaitu rumah sakit pemerintah dan swasta yang dapat membuat perawat cenderung mengalami burnout.
Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dan menggunakan accidental sampling sebagai teknik pengambilan sampel. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 160 orang perawat dari empat rumah sakit, yang terdiri dari 80 orang perawat rumah sakit pemerintah dan 80 perawat rumah sakit swasta.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pada dimensi emotional exhaustion diperoleh t-hitung sebesar 0,842; p>0,05, pada dimensi depersonalization diperoleh t-hitung sebesar 1,139; p>0,05, dan pada dimensi perceived inadequacy of professional accomplishment diperoleh t-hitung sebesar 1,567; p>0,05. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan pada perawat rumah sakit pemerintah dan perawat rumah sakit swasta terhadap dimensi burnout.

The nurse is claimed be able to be a figure who be needed by her patient, can to be sympathy to patient, always keep her attention, focus and hospitality to her patient (PA Parker and Kulik in Taylor 1999). There are so many responsibility and claim that be run by the nurse, show that the profession of nurse is very easy in getting burnout to her job. Burnout is mental or physic creasing condition after chronic stress period which can not treatment related to the job, sometime be classified with the job or with physic disease (Perry & Potter, 2005).
According to Maslach and Jackson (in safarino), burnout have three component namely emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and perceive inadequacy of professional accomplishment. The sources job environment and individual (Caputo, 1991) In this matter talking about the job environment is the hospital environment that consist of different status, namely government hospital and private hospital that can make the nurse tends to get burnout.
The research is done by using quantitative approach and accidental sampling as sample intake technique. Research subject is about 160 nurses from four hospitals, which consist of 80 nurses of government hospital and 80 nurses of private hospital.
This result of research show that emotional exhaustion is taken t-account is about 0,842; p>0,05, in depersonalization dimension is taken t- account is about 1, 139 p> 0,05 and in perceived inadequacy of professional accomplishment is taken t-account is about 1,567; p>0,05. This matter show that there are not significant differences in the nurse if government hospital and private hospital to burnout dimension."

"Skripsi ini membahas mengenai rekrutmen dan seleksi di RS Haji Jakarta dalam kaitannya dengan pelayanan kesehatan islami. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif menggunakan data primer dari wawancara mendalam dengan desain deskriptif. Dari penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa rekrutmen dan seleksi perawat di RS Haji Jakarta adalah untuk mendapatkan perawat yang berkualitas, berkompeten, profesional dan berpengetahuan agama yang baik. Hasil penelitian menyarankan bahwa prosedur serta aturan yang ada harus lebih mendukung pelayanan kesehatan islami yang diberikan oleh RS Haji Jakarta khususnya dalam proses rekrutmen dan seleksi karyawan. Hal yang terpenting adalah prosedur dan aturan ini harus dimiliki, dipahami dan dilaksanakan oleh setiap bagian yang terkait.

The focus of this study is the recruitmen and selection in Jakarta Hajj Hospital to support islamic health services. This research represent research qualitative use a depth interview as a primary data and descriptive design. Based on this research, recruitmen and selection of nurse in Jakarta Hajj Hospital is to get nurses which have good quality, good competence, professional and good knowledge (of) religion. The researcher suggests that procedure that also existing have to be more support islamic health services which given by Jakarta Hajj Hospital, specially in course of employees recruitment and selection. The important things are Jakarta Hajj Hospital have to documented every procedure and then to be comprehended and executed by each every part of related/relevant unit."
