"ABSTRAKTesis ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran trust pegawai pada deputi IIILemsaneg, dan melakukan intervensi untuk meningkatkan trust pegawai.Dari data dan fakta yang ada peneliti berasumsi bahwa tidak terjadi sharingpegawai pada Deputi III Lemsaneg, dan faktor terpenting yangmempengaruhinya adalah trust.Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif di mana datadikumpulkan dengan instrumen kuesioner. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalahmeasuring trust in organization (paine, 2003), alat ukur ini mengukur trustindividu dan organisasi. Hasil penelitian adalah Trust di antara pegawai padaDeputi III Lemsaneg dapat digambarkan pada dimensi openness dan honestytergolong rendah, sedangkan trust pegawai terhadap organisasi digambarkanpada semua dimensi tergolong rendah. Intervensi yang digunakan untukmeningkatkan trust pegawai dengan menggunakan metode action research.

ABSTRACTThis research is about trust in a governmental institution in Indonesia. Theobjective of this research is to increase employee’s trust, since trust is proved tobe one of the strongest variables to influence knowledge sharing behavioramongst the employees. This research employs 51 respondents, all o f which arethe population of employees in Deputi III Lemsaneg. Instrument used isMeasuring Trust in Organization Questionnaire by Paine (2003). Result of thisresearch indicates that there is a low trust of the employees to the organizationin all dimensions, and the lowest dimension is Openness and Honestydimension. Among the three intervension methods considered to enhance trust,we use action research method."

"Skripsi ini membahas mengenai upaya untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan orang tua dalam pencegahan perlakuan salah seksual pada anak. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan desain penelitian tindakan.Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan orang tua dalam mencegah perlakuan salah seksual pada anak, perlu diketahui kebutuhan orang tua akan informasi mengenai perlakuan salah seksual pada anak dan upaya pencegahannya. Dimana pemberian informasi tersebut dapat dilakukan dengan pendekatan pemasaran sosial.Penggunaan pendekatan pemasaran sosial dalam penelitian ini membuat proses pemberian informasi untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan orang tua dalam upaya pencegahan perlakuan salah seksual pada anak menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien.

The focus on this thesis is the improvement of parent?s involvement to prevent child sexual abuse. Research method which is used in this thesis is qualitative research with action research design.The result of this research is to improve the parent?s involvement to prevent child sexual abuse, parent's knowledge of child sexual abuse and efforts to prevent it need to be fulfilled. That knowledge can be delivered to parents by using social marketing methods.Using social marketing in this research can make the process in transferring information to improve parent's involvement to prevent child abuse become more effective and efficient."

"Skripsi ini merupakan deskripsi dari pelaksanaan kaji tindak partisipatif (participatory action research) yang dilakukan pada pembangunan perpustakaan masyarakat di Kampung Gunung Batu Desa Tangkil Kecamatan Caringin Kabupaten Bogor. Bahasan utamanya adalah proses perencanaan dan pelaksanaan pembangunan perpustakaan masyarakat dengan partisipasi masyarakat di setiap proses yang dilalui. Partisipasi masyarakat daerah pedesaan menjadi fokus utama. Partisipasi masyarakat dalam proses pembangunan perpustakaan masyarakat lebih dilihat sebagai upaya masyarakat secara sadar dalam memutuskan dan memilih secara bebas apa yang mungkin dilakukan untuk mengembangkan diri dan meningkatkan mutu hidupnya, yaitu salah satunya dengan membangun perpustakaan masyarakat sebagai sarana belajar bersama.

This study is a description of the implementation of participatory action research is done in the development of the community's library in the Village of Gunung Batu the Tangkil Village the Caringin Sub-district the Bogor Regency. Main criticism is the process of development planning and implementation. Community participation of the rural areas became the main focus. Community participation more was seen as the community's efforts consciously in deciding and choosing freely what possibly was carried out to develop him-self and increase the quality of life, the one with the community to build the library as a means to learn together. "

"ABSTRACTHigher education level has such contribution to develop students' understanding and attitude toward environment. In order to do so, a strategy or approach which is applied through an effective teaching model to develop students' awareness on environment is urgently required. Free inquiry Model and Mind Mapping try to create scientific thinking to students and help them develop critical, creative and innovative thinking in order to arise some ideas about the solution for environment problems. CAR is used as the design of the research with aims at finding out more creative and more innovative ways of learning, enhancing learning motivation, seeking the solution of environment problems and to relate the issue with real condition. The research conducted in Biology Study program, Faculty of Teachers Training and Educational Sciences, Pakuan University, 2013-2014 academic year involved the third semester students from class A. Two cycles were conducted during the research and two actions were dealt for each cycle. The findings show that there is an improvement in terms of enthusiasm from 73% in cycle 1 into 84 % in cycle 2. The average score regarding students' understanding about environment pollution is increasingly improved from 69,11 in cycle 1 to 76,56 in cycle 2. It also happens to the students' mastery learning which develops from 66,67% in cycle 1 into 83,33% in cycle 2. Students' ability in solving environment problems in cycle 1 which achieved 69,74 in terms ofd average score and 63,33 % in the area of mastery learning improves in cycle 2 becoming 77,69 and 86,67%."
