ABSTRAK
Mahasiswa praktik klinik keperawatan merupakan bagian dari perawat profesional yang dituntut untuk berkomunikasi yang baik, efektif dan asertif baik pada perawat ruangan maupun dengan pasien.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memperoleh gambaran tentang pengaruh terapi Assertiveness trainng (AT) terhadap kemampuan komunikasi asertif mahasiswa praktik klinik kepada perawat ruang rawat inap. Sampel 60 responden dengan 30 kelompok intervensi dan 30 kelompok kontrol. Hasil penelitian menunjukan kemampuan komunikasi asertif mahasiswa yang mendapatkan AT meningkat sebesar 2,27 (4,54%) dengan p value < 0,05. Terapi ini direkomendasikan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi asertif mahasiswa. Praktik klinik Keperawatan.
ABSTRACT
Students of nursing clinical practice is part of a professional nurse who is required to communicate well, effectively and assertively both when they are in the room and when they are talking to clients or patients. The goal of this research is to gain an overview of the influence of Assertiveness training (AT) therapy to the assertive communication skills for nursing clinical practice students to the nurses in inpatient ward. The samples consist of 60 respondents with 30 respondents in intervention group and 30 respondents in control group. The results show that students with assertive communication skills increased the AT significantly by 2.27 (4,54%) with a p value <0.05. This therapy is recommended to increase assertive communications for nursing clinical practice students

Remaja penyalahguna Napza berisiko tinggi kambuh ketika menghadapi masalah atau berada pada situasi berisiko setelah rehabilitasi. Problem-solving therapy dan assertiveness training merupakan tindakan keperawatan yang diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kemampuan penyelesaian masalah dan kemampuan menolak ajakan irasional, sehingga risiko kekambuhan pada remaja penyalahguna Napza menurun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh problem-solving therapy dan assertiveness training terhadap kemampuan penyelesaian masalah, kemampuan menolak ajakan irasional dan risiko kekambuhan pada remaja penyalahguna Napza yang mengikuti rehabilitasi. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasi experimental pre-posttest without control. Jumlah sampel 30 remaja dengan metode consecutive sampling. Responden mendapatkan tindakan keperawatan ners, problem-solving therapy dan assertiveness training. Instrument yang digunakan adalah Advanced Warning Relapse Scale Revised (AWARE), Social Problem Solving Inventory revised (SPSI-R) dan Drug Avoidance Self-Efficacy Scale (DASES). Analisis data menggunakan independent T-test, paired T-test, repeated ANOVA dan Pearson. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tindakan keperawatan ners tidak dapat meningkatkan kemampuan penyelesaian masalah dan menurunkan risiko kekambuhan, tetapi mampu meningkatkan kemampuan menolak ajakan irasional. Tindakan keperawatan ners yang dikombinasikan dengan problem-solving therapy dan assertiveness training mampu meningkatkan kemampuan kemampuan penyelesaian masalah dan kemampuan menolak ajakan irasional serta menurunkan risiko kekambuhan. Hubungan kemampuan penyelesaian masalah dan kemampuan menolak ajakan dengan risiko kekambuhan tidak signifikan. Perawat ners dapat memberikan tindakan keperawatan ners koping individu tidak efektif dan perawat ners spesialis dapat mengkombinasikan tindakan keperawatan ners dengan problem-solving therapy dan assertiveness training untuk semakin meningkatkan kemampuan remaja penyalahguna Napza dan menurunkan risiko kekambuhan. ......Adolescent substance abusers has a high risk of relapse when facing problems or are in a risky situation after rehabilitation. Problem-solving therapy and assertiveness training are nursing interventions that are expected to be able to improve the ability to solve problems and the ability to reject irrational requests, so that the risk of relapse in adolescent substance abusers decreases. This study aims to determine the effect of problem-solving therapy and assertiveness training on the ability to solve problems, the ability to reject irrational requests and the risk of relapse in adolescent substance abusers who follows rehabilitation. The research design used was quasi-experimental pre-posttest without control. The size of the samples is 30 adolescents with the consecutive sampling method. Respondents received a nursing intervention, problem-solving therapy and assertiveness training. The instrument used was the Advanced Warning Relapse Scale-Revised (AWARE), Social Problem Solving Revised Inventory (SPSI-R) and Drug Avoidance Self-Efficacy Scale (DASES). Data analysis using independent T-test, paired T-test, repeated ANOVA and Pearson. The results showed nursing interventions could not improve their ability to solve problems and reduce the risk of relapse, but were able to increase the ability to reject irrational requests. The nursing intervention combined with problem-solving therapy and assertiveness training can improve the ability to solve problems and the ability to reject irrational requests and reduce the risk of relapse. The nurses can provide nursing intervention for ineffective individual coping and mental health nurse specialists can combine that nursing intervention with problem-solving therapy and assertiveness training to further improve the abilities of adolescent substances abuser and reduce the risk of relapse.

ABSTRAK
Perilaku kekerasan adalah suatu bentuk perilaku untuk melukai atau mencederai diri sendiri, orang lain, lingkungan secara verbal atau fisik yang sering dijumpai pada Skizoprenia. Perilaku kekerasan adalah alasan masuk utama klien gangguan jiwa dibawa ke Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Banyumas, dengan prosentase sebanyak 62 kasus (68%). Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh Assertiveness Training terhadap perilaku kekerasan pada klien Skizoprenia. Desain penelitian quasi eksperimen pendekatan pre post tes with control group. Sampel penelitian adalah klien Skizoprenia dengan perilaku kekerasan berjumlah 72 yaitu 36 responden mendapatkan terapi generalis dan Assertiveness Training dan 36 responden hanya mendapatkan terapi generalis, diambil secara random sampling Sampel penelitian adalah klien Skizoprenia dengan perilaku kekerasan. Perilaku kekerasan diukur melalui empat respon yaitu respon perilaku, sosial dan fisik yang diukur dengan observasi dan respon kognitif diukur dengan kuisioner. Perbedaan perilaku kekerasan kemudian dianalisis dengan t test. Salah satu terapi yang dapat diberikan pada klien yang mengalami masalah perilaku kekerasan yaitu Assertiveness Training. Assertiveness Training diberikan pada kelompok intervensi dipadu dengan terapi terapi generalis. Terapi ini dilakukan dalam lima sesi dengan metode describing,modelling, role play, feedback dan transferring. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perilaku kekerasan pada kelompok yang mendapatkan terapi generalis dan Assertiveness Training menurun secara bermakna pada respon perilaku,kognitif, sosial dan fisik (p value< 0,05) dan pada kelompok yang hanya mendapatkan terapi generalis menurun secara bermakna pada respon perilaku, kognitif dan fisik (p value< 0,05). Perilaku kekerasan kelompok yang mendapatkan terapi generalis dan Assertiveness Training menurun lebih rendah secara bermakna dari pada kelompok yang mendapatkan terapi generalis (p value < 0,05). Terapi generalis dan Assertiveness Training terbukti menurunkan perilaku kekerasan pada klien Skizoprenia dan direkomendasikan diterapkan sebagai terapi perawatan dalam merawat klien dengan perilaku kekerasan.
ABSTRACT
Violence behaviour was a behavioural form that hurt or do irreparable damage himself, someone else, or environment in a verbal or physical manner that found of Schizophrenia frequently. Violence behaviour was the mean reason why client with mental disorder should be admitted to Banyumas Hospital, with the 62 cases (68%). This study aimed to investigate the influence of Assertiveness Training toward violence behaviour of Schizophrenia. This study used Quasy experiment study design with pre and post test approach for intervention and control group. Respondent of this study were 72 Schizophrenia clients with violence behaviour which divided into 2 group using random sampling method. Thirthy six (36) respondents was given Assertiveness Training and 36 respondents was not given Assertiveness Training. Violence behaviour was measured through four responses namely behavioral, social and physical responses that was measured by observation, meanwhile cognitive respon was measured by using quesionnaire. Then differences violence behaviour was analized by using t test One of therapy that can be given to client who suffers from violence behavior was Assertiveness Training. Assertiveness training was a therapy to train someone to perform asertif behaviour. This therapy was conducted for 5 session using describing, modelling, role play, feedback and transferring methods. The study result showed that violence behaviour at the group which given generalist therapy and Assertiveness Training was decreased significantly in behavioral, cognitive, social and physical responses (p value < 0,05). The group which given generalist therapy was decreased significantly in behavioral, cognitive and physical responses (p value < 0,05). Violenece behavior at the group which given generalist therapy and Assertiveness Training was decreased more lower than the group which given generalist therapy (p value < 0,05).This result demonstrated that there was an impact of generalist therapy and Assertiveness Training in decreasing violence behaviour and recommended as nursing therapy used to treat client with violence behaviour .

Anak usia sekolah yang belum mampu mengolah masalahnya dengan tepat, rentan berperilaku emosional. Tujuan penelitian memperoleh gambaran pengaruh terapi kelompok Assertiveness Training (AT) terhadap kemampuan komunikasi ibu mengelola emosi anak usia sekolah. Sampel pada kelompok intervensi dan kontrol masing-masing 32 orang. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa peningkatan kemampuan komunikasi asertif ibu pada kelompok yang mendapat AT meningkat secara bermakna (p< 0,05; α= 0,05). Pada kelompook ibu yang tidak mendapat AT, kemampuan komunikasi ibu menurun secara bermakna (p< 0,05; α= 0,05). Kemampuan anak mengelola emosi meningkat bermakna (p< 0,05; α= 0,05) yang ibunya mengikuti AT, sedangkan pada kelompok yang ibunya tidak mendapat AT menurun bermakna (p< 0,05; α= 0,05). Terapi ini direkomendasikan pada pelayanan kesehatan di masyarakat khususnya anak usia sekolah.

Remaja rentan menggunakan NAPZA ketika mengalami ansietas, harga diri rendah, dan ketahanan yang rendah. Latihan asertif dan terapi psikoedukasi keluarga merupakan tindakan spesialis keperawatan jiwa yang diharapkan mampu mengatasi kecemasan, meningkatkan harga diri, dan meningkatkan ketahanan remaja untuk mencegah penggunaan NAPZA. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh tindakan keperawatan ners, latihan asertif, dan terapi psikoedukasi keluarga terhadap penggunaan NAPZA, ansietas, harga diri, dan ketahanan remaja dalam pencegahan penggunaan NAPZA di pondok pesantren. Desain penelitian yang digunakan yaitu quasi experimental pre-post test with control group. Enam puluh empat remaja santri dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok menggunakan cluster random sampling. Kelompok 1 mendapatkan tindakan keperawatan ners dan kelompok 2 mendapatkan tindakan keperawatan ners, latihan asertif, dan terapi psikoedukasi keluarga. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terjadi penurunan ansietas serta peningkatan harga diri dan ketahanan secara bermakna setelah mendapatkan tindakan keperawatan ners p value < 0,05 ; penurunan ansietas serta peningkatan harga diri dan ketahanan secara bermakna setelah mendapatkan latihan asertif dan terapi psikoedukasi keluarga p value < 0,05 ; terjadi penurunan ansietas serta peningkatan harga diri dan ketahanan pada remaja santri yang mendapatkan tindakan keperawatan ners, latihan asertif, dan terapi psikoedukasi keluarga lebih tinggi secara bermakna p value < 0,05 dibandingkan remaja yang hanya mendapatkan tindakan keperawatan ners. Latihan asertif dan terapi psikoedukasi keluarga direkomendasikan pada remaja santri dalam pencegahan penggunaan NAPZA di pondok pesantren. ......Adolescents are susceptible to using drugs when experiencing anxiety, low self esteem, and low resisilience. This study aims to determine the effect of ners nursing actions, assertiveness training and family psychoeducation therapy on the use of drugs, anxiety, self esteem, and adolescent resisilience in the prevention of drug use in islamic boarding schools. The research design used was quasi experimental pre post test with control group. Sixty four adolescent students were selected using purposive sampling and divided into 2 groups using cluster random sampling. The intervention group 1 only received ners nursing actions and the intervention group 2 received ners nursing actions, assertiveness training, and family psychoeducation therapy. Remaja merupakan kelompok usia yang rentan mengalami masalah dalam penggunaan game online. Penggunaan game online yang tidak terkontrol dapat menimbulkan dampak negatif baik secara biologis, psikologis, dan sosial bagi remaja.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan dan latihan asertif terhadap adiksi game online, gangguan mental emosional, dan perilaku agresif serta kemampuan remaja dalam menggunakan game online secara bijak dan kemampuan berperilaku asertif. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasy experimental pre-post with control group. Pengambilan sampel dengan teknik purposive sampling dan random sampling dengan jumlah sampel 70 responden yang dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok yaitu kelompok intervensi 1 dan kelompok intervensi 2. Kelompok intervensi 1 sejumlah 35 orang diberikan pendidikan kesehatan dan latihan asertif, serta kelompok intervensi 2 sejumlah 35 orang diberikan pendidikan kesehatan tanpa latihan asertif. Analisis univariat menggunakan distribusi frekuensi dan tendensi sentral. Analisis bivariat menggunakan uji Repeated ANOVA untuk data berdistribusi normal sedangkan uji Friedman untuk data yang tidak berdistribusi normal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan kesehatan dan latihan asertif berpengaruh secara bermakna pada adiksi game online, gangguan mental emosional, dan perilaku agresif serta kemampuan remaja dalam menggunakan game online secara bijak dan kemampuan berperilaku asertif. Pendidikan kesehatan dan latihan asertif dapat direkomendasikan sebagai kombinasi terapi dalam mencegah adiksi game online, gangguan mental emosional, dan perilaku agresif serta meningkatkan kemampuan remaja dalam menggunakan game online secara bijak dan kemampuan berperilaku asertif.  ......Adolescents are an age group that is prone to experiencing problems in using online games. Uncontrolled use of online games can have negative impacts both biologically, psychologically and socially for adolescents. This study discusses the psychological impact of online games such as online game addiction, emotional mental disorders, and aggressive behavior as well as the ability of adolescents to use online games wisely and the ability to behave assertively. The research design used was a quasy experimental pre-post with a control group. Sampling was taken using purposive sampling and random sampling techniques with a total sample of 70 respondents who divided into 2 groups, namely intervention group 1 and intervention group 2. Intervention group 1 consisted of 35 people who were given health education and assertiveness training, and intervention group 2 consisted of 35 people who were given health education without assertiveness training. Univariate analysis using frequency distribution and central tendency. Bivariate analysis used repeated ANOVA tests for normally distributed data, while Friedman's test for non-normally distributed data. The results showed that health education and assertive training had a significant effect on online game addiction, mental emotional disorders, and aggressive behavior, the ability of adolescents to use online games wisely and  to behave assertively. Health education and assertive training can be recommendations as a combination therapy in preventing online game addiction, mental emotional disorders, and aggressive behavior, increasing adolescents' ability to use online games wisely and the ability to behave assertively.

ABSTRAK
Skizofrenia merupakan penyakit neurobiologis berat dan terus menerus yang mengakibatkan terganggunya kehidupan individu. Tanda gejala yang terjadi klien berupa berupa gejala positif dan gejala negatif dengan diagnosis keperawatan harga diri rendah kronik dan risiko perilaku kekerasan. Tujuan karya ilmiah akhir spesialis ini adalah untuk mengetahui perubahan tanda gejala dan kemampuan klien harga diri rendah kronik dan risiko perilaku kekerasan setelah mendapatkan tindakan keperawatan ners generalis dan ners spesialis : terapi kognitif perilaku dan latihan asertif. Asuhan medik adalah pemberian antipsikotik dan asuhan keperawatan adalah tindakan ners dan ners spesialis. Metode karya ilmiah akhir yang digunakan adalah riset operational dengan jumlah sampel 30 klien. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa tanda dan gejala harga diri rendah kronik dan risiko perilaku kekerasan menurun secara bermakna (p-value ≤ 0.05) dan kemampuan klien meningkat secara bermakna (p-value ≤ 0.05) setelah pemberian tindakan keperawatan ners generalis dan ners spesialis terapi kognitif perilaku dan latihan asertif. Pemberian kombinasi tindakan ners, ners spesialis terapi kognitif perilaku dan latihan asertif sangat direkomendasikan untuk penatalaksanaan diagnosis keperawatan harga diri rendah kronik dan risiko perilaku kekerasan.
ABSTRACT
Schizophrenia is a severe and continuous neurobiological disease that results in disruption of individual life. Signs and symptoms that occur on clients are in the form of positive symptoms and negative symptoms with a nursing diagnosis chronic low self-esteem and the risk of violent behavior. The purpose of this specialist s final scientific work is to determine changes in signs and symptoms and the client's ability who have chronic low self-esteem and the risk of violent behavior after obtaining nursing actions by generalist nurses and specialist nurses : cognitive behaviour therapy and assertiveness training. Medical care is the provision of antipsychotics and nursing care is the action of nurses and specialist nurses. The final scientific method used is operational research with a sample of 30 clients. The results of this study showed that the signs and symptoms of chronic low self-esteem and the risk of violent behavior decreased significantly (p-value ≤ 0.05) and the ability of clients increased significantly (p-value ≤ 0.05) after giving generalist nursing actions and specialist nursing actions cognitive behaviour therapy and assertiveness training. Giving a combination of actions by nurses, specialist nurses cognitive behaviour therapy and assertiveness training is highly recommended for the management of nursing diagnoses of chronic low self-esteem and the risk of violent behavior.

Skizofrenia adalah gangguan jiwa kronis yang ditunjukkan dengan adanya perubahan proses pikir, persepsi, perilaku serta penurunan fungsi sosial. Tanda gejala yang muncul diantaranya berupa halusinasi dan risiko perilaku kekerasan. Penanganan kasus ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perubahan tanda gejala dan kemampuan pasien halusinasi dan risiko perilaku kekerasan setelah diberikan tindakan keperawatan ners, ners spesialis terapi kognitif perilaku dan latihan asertif dengan menggunakan teori Stuart dan Hubungan Interpersonal Peplau. Penanganan kasus ini menggunakan pendekatan multiple case study yaitu kasus halusinasi dan risiko perilaku kekerasan dengan jumlah pasien 17 orang. Hasil penanganan kasus menunjukan terjadinya penurunan tanda gejala halusinasi dan risiko perilaku kekerasan terutama pada aspek kognitif dan perilaku setelah diberikan tindakan keperawatan ners dan ners spesialis berupa terapi kognitif perilaku dan latihan asertif dengan menggunakan pendekatan teori Stuart dan Hubungan Interpersonal Peplau. Rekomendasi dari penanganan kasus ini adalah latihan asertif bisa diprioritaskan karena menurunkan tanda gejala lebih banyak pada diagnosis halusinasi dan risiko perilaku kekerasan.ABSTRACT Schizophrenia is a chronic mental disorder characterized by a change of thought processes, perceptions, behaviors and decline in social function. The handling of this case using a multiple case study approach that is the case of hallucinations and the risk of violent behavior with the number of patients 17 people. The results of case management showed the decrease of hallucinations symptoms and the risk of violent behavior especially on the cognitive and behavioral aspects after ners and ners specialist treatment were given in the form of behavioral cognitive therapy and assertiveness training using Stuart 39 s theory approach and Peplau Interpersonal Relationship. The recommendation of this case is that assertiveness training can be prioritized because it decreases more symptoms on hallucinatory diagnoses and the risk of violent behavior.
