[ABSTRAK
Pernikahan poligami merupakan salah satu fenomena yang berkembang di masyarakat. Berbagai penelitian terkait masalah ini mengkaji banyak aspek diantaranya dilihat secara hukum dan sosial. Penelitian ini meneliti pengalaman psikologis pria yang menjalani poligami, terutama dalam hal psychological wellbeing dan spiritual well-being. Penelitian ini melibatkan lima orang pria berpoligami sebagai subjeknya. Alat pengumpul data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara mendalam dan observasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pria berpoligami cenderung memiliki psychological well-being yang tidak utuh. Sedangkan dalam hal spiritual well-being, pria berpoligami di dalam penelitian ini cenderung cukup baik, terutama pada domain transendensi.

Polygamous marriage is one of the growing phenomenons happening in society. Various studies related to this issue have been examining many aspects seen both legally and socially. This study examines men?s psychological experienceundergoing polygamy, particularly in terms of psychological well-being and spiritual well-being. This study involves five polygamous men as the subject. The data collection of this study is gained from in-depth interview and observation. The result of this study reveals that the men undergoing polygamy tend to have psychological well-being that is not intact. Meningkatnya kesadaran masyarakat tentang hubungan antara kesehatan Hsik dan mental, mcndorong munculnya prograrn olahraga yang mcnawarkan lebih dari sekedar aktivitas tisik, terutama di Jakarta. Salah satunya adalah yoga yang mana diketahui memitiki dampalc positif pada kondisi psychological well-being (PWB) seseorang (Oken, Zajdel, Kishiyama, Flegal, et.a1, 2006). PWB adalah usaha pencapaian potensi psikologis, yang terdiri dari dimensi penerimaan diri, hubungan positif dengan orang lain, otonomi, penguasaan Iingkungan, tujuan hidup serta perkembangan pribadi (Ryf£ 1989). Penelitian ini berusaha melihat gambaran PWB pada 3 orang instruktur yoga. Dari penelitian kualitatif ini diketahui bahwa semua subyek mencerminkan adanya penerimaan terhadap keadaan diri; adanya hubungan yang hangat dan memuaskan dengan orang lain; mampu untuk menguasai keadaan lingkungan; memiliki tujuan hidup; sena menilai diri sebagai individu yang tumbuh dan berkembang. Sementara itu diketahui pula bahwa tidak semua subyek menunjukkan adanya kemandirian (otonomi) dalam berpe1ilaku_ Peran yoga dalam gambaran PWB instrulctur yoga terlihat menonjol pada dimensi penerimaan diri, hubungan positif dengan orang lain, tujuan hidup Serta perkembangan pribadi. Sedangkan lama seseorang menjadi instruktur yoga tampak tidak terlalu berperan untuk mencapai kondisi PWB yang lebih baik. ......Yoga has become one of the most popular exercise training in big cities, especially in Jakarta. Mainly, this is because the rise of people awareness on the connection of mind and body on one’s mental health. it makes yoga become an exercise program which explore more than physical activity. Yoga has positive effect in one’s psychological well-being (Oken, Zajdel, Kishiyama, Flegal, et.al, 2006). Psychological well-being (PWB) concerned on formulations of human development and existential challenges of life. PWB include 6 psychological dimensions of challenged thriving, that is selfiacceptance; positive relation with others; autonomy; environmental mastery; purpose in life; and personal growth (Ryffl 1989). This study is focus on psychological well-being of 3 yoga instructor. From this qualitative study, can be concluded that every participant has positive attitude toward selil positive relation with others; sense of mastery and competence in managing the environment; has goals in life; and sees self as growing and expanding individual. This study also found that not every participant is self-detennining and independent. Yoga itself has brought great impact in PWB especially on self-acceptance, positive relation with others, purpose in life, and personal growth. Meanwhile, the length of period one’s become yoga instmctor doesn’t correlates on one’s PWB condition.

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat hubungan antara forgiveness dan psychological well-being pada individu yang menikah. Pengukuran forgiveness menggunakan alat ukur transgression-related interpersonal motivation 12-scale form (McCullough., et al, 1998) dan pengukuran psychological well-being menggunakan alat ukur Ryff’s psychological well-being scale (Ryff, 1995). Partisipan berjumlah 74 individu yang memiliki karakteristik sebagai seseorang yang terikat dalam hubungan pernikahan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara forgiveness dengan psychological well-being pada pasangan yang menikah (r = 0.318; p = 0.006, signifikan pada L.o.S. 0.01). Artinya, semakin tinggi skor forgiveness yang dimiliki seseorang, maka semakin tinggi ia menampilkan kesejahteraan secara psikologis. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, perlu diadakan intervensi untuk meningkatkan forgiveness sebagai salah satu faktor dibalik bertambahnya psychological well-being. ...... This research was conducted to find the correlation between forgiveness and psychological well-being in married couples. Forgiveness was measured by using an instrument called transgression-related interpersonal motivation 12-scale form (McCullough, et al, 1998) and psychological well-being was measured by using an instrument called Ryff‟s psychological well-being scale (Ryff, 1995). The participants of this research were 74 individuals with a characteristic of currently being married. The main result of this research showed that forgiveness is positively and significantly correlated with psychological well-being (r = 0.318; p = 0.006, significant at L.o.S. 0.01). That is, the higher the level of forgiveness in one‟s own nature, the higher that person shows psychological well-being inside oneself. Based on such results, there needs to be an intervention to increase forgiveness as one of the factors in increasing psychological well-being.

ABSTRAK
Teater, yang bermain di tataran praktis, didiskriminasi dan dianggap sekadar sebagai budak dari bahasa, wujud dari filsafat yang logosentris, yang bermain di tataran teoretis. Ia dinilai tidak memiliki kemampuan untuk berkontribusi dalam tataran teoretis. Dengan memperkenalkan Theatre of Cruelty, sebuah konsep yang mengacuhkan gap tataran antara teater dengan filsafat, Antonin Artaud melakukan perjuangan melawan bahasa. Dengan mengacuhkan gap tersebut, Artaud membuktikan beberapa hal. Pertama, ia membuktikan bahwa bahasa sudah tidak lagi relevan dengan menggunakan act dari tubuh yang spontan dan mistis sebagai poros utama kinerja teater dalam proses being. Kedua, ia membuktikan bahwa teater tidak lagi perpanjangan dari sastra dan teks, juga tidak lagi mimesis maupun representasi dari realitas, tetapi menjadi sebuah proses penyembuhan atau being melalui tubuh. Ketiga, ia membuktikan bahwa teater, dengan mengomunikasikan katarsis tubuh, meniadakan konsep jarak panggung dan penonton. Perjuangan Antonin Artaud membawa semangat baru dalam seni teater ? sebuah semangat untuk lepas dari perbudakan bahasa.
ABSTRACT
Theatre, which works in the area of practice, has been discriminated and seen as a mere slave of language, in which logocentric philosophy, which works in the area of theory, takes form. It is considered having no capability to contribute in the theoretical area. By introducing Theatre of Cruelty, a concept which ignores the areal gap between theatre and philosophy, Antonin Artaud struggled to resist against language. By ignoring such gap, Artaud proved some points of argument. First, he proved that language has no longer been relevant by using act from the spontaneous and mystic body as the heart of how theatre works in its process of being. Second, he proved that theatre has no longer been either continuation of literature and text or mimesis, as well as representation, of reality, but a process of healing or being in the medium of the body. Third, he proved that theatre, by communicating the catharsis of the body, eliminating the fourth wall which separates the spectators from the actors. Antonin Artaud?s struggle brought a new spirit in the art of theatre ? a spirit to break free from the strings language pulls to control it.

Penelitian ini melibatkan hubungan antara school well-being dan keterlibatan dalam kegiatan belajar pada siswa SMA. Partisipan penelitian ini adalah 579 siswa SMA kelas 11 yang berda di 5 wilayah DKI Jakarta. Penelitian ini diukur dengan menggunakan alat ukur modifikasi yang telh dibuat oleh Konu (2002) dan Simatupang (2008). Keterlibatan dalam kegiatan belajar diukur berdasarkan instrumen RAPS-S (Research Assessment Package for Schools-Student Report) yang dikembangkan oleh institut for Research and Reform in Education (1998). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara school well-being dengan keterlibatan dalam kegiatan belajar. Selain itu, ditemukan pula bahwa seluruh aspek dalam school wee-being yang meliputi having, loving, dan well being juga berhubungan dengan keterlibatan dalam kegiatan belajar.
