Abstrak :
Pada skripsi ini membahas mengenai pembatalan perkawinan atas perkawinan kedua yang dilakukan seorang suami katolik. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada analisis yang dilakukan terhadap putusan Nomor 1833 K/Pdt/2012. Penelitian ini menggunakan bentuk penelitian Yuridis-normatif, dengan tipologi penelitian berupa penelitian deskriprif analitis dan pendekatan kualitatif. Suatu Perkawinan dapat dibatalkan, apabila para pihak tidak memenuhi syarat-syarat untuk melangsungkan perkawinan. sedangkan syarat-syarat untuk melangsungkan perkawinan diatur dalam Pasal 6 sampai dengan pasal 12 UU Perkawinan. Pada kasus tersebut bermula ketika perkawinan pertama telah dilakukan menurut hukum agama namun tidak sah menurut hukum negara karena perkawinan tersebut tidak dicatatkan seperti yang telah di tentukan dalam pasal 2 ayat (2) UU Perkawinan, kemudian istri dari perkawinan pertama mengajukan gugatan pembatalan perkawinan atas perkawinan kedua suaminya, yang mana perkawinan kedua tersebut sah karena telah dilakukan menurut hukum agama dan menurut hukum negara. Kesimpulan dari skripsi ini yakni Suatu perkawinan adalah sah jika perkawinan tersebut telah dilaksankan menurut hukum agama, tetap harus dicatatakan sehingga perkawinan tersebut juga sah secara hukum negara. Dengan tidak dicatatkannya perkawinan tersebut maka perkawinan tersebut tidak memiliki kedudukan dalam hukum serta tidak diakui oleh negara sehingga hukum menganggap perkawinan tersebut tidak ada. Sehingga istri dari perkawinan pertama tersebut tidak dapat membatalkan perkawinan kedua suaminya karena perkawinan pertama tersebut tidak dicatatkan maka tidak diakui oleh negara dan menurut hukum perkawinan pertama tersebut tidak terjadi. Pada Hukum Kanonik kebatalan perkawinan dapat dilakukan jika dalam perkawinan tersebut terdapat 3 alasan kebatalan perkawinan yang diatur dalam hukum kanonik yakni adanya halangan perkawinan, cacat kesepakatan, dan cacat tata peneguhan. Kebatalan perkawinan dapat di ajukan kepada Tribunal Gereja.

This thesis discusses Annulment Marriage Of Second Marriage By a Catholic Husband. This research is focused on the analysis carried out on the Court Decision Number 1833 K / Pdt / 2012. This research uses a juridical-normative method, with a research typology in the form of descriptive analytical research and a qualitative approach. A marriage can be annulment, if the parties do not meet the conditions for a marriage. while the conditions for a marriage are regulated in Article 6 through Article 12 of the Marriage Law. In this case it began when the first marriage was carried out according to religious law but it was not legal according to state law because the marriage was not recorded as stipulated in article 2 paragraph (2) of the Marriage Law, then the wife of the first marriage filed a lawsuit for the annulment Marriage for the second marriage. her husband, in which the second marriage was legal because it had been carried out according to religious law and according to state law. The conclusion of this thesis is that a marriage is valid if the marriage has been carried out according to religious law, although it must still be filed so that the marriage is also legally valid in the state law. By not filing the marriage, the marriage does not have a legal standing and is not recognized by the state, so the law considers the marriage does not exist. So that the wife of the first marriage cannot cancel the marriage of her second husband because the first marriage is not filed, it is not recognized by the state and according to the law the first marriage never occured. In Canon Law, marriage cancellation can be carried out if there are 3 reasons for the cancellation which are regulated in canon law, namely the existence of a marriage obstacle, a disability agreement, and a defect in the confirmation system. Annulment Marriage can be submitted to the Church Tribunal.

Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 1974 tentang Perkawinan mengatur sahnya perkawinan apabila perkawinan dilaksanakan menurut hukum agama masingmasing, tetapi hal tersebut tidak berlaku bagi perceraian. Dalam pandangan Hukum Kanonik tidak mengenal dan mengatur mengenai perceraian karena perkawinan bersifat satu dan tidak dapat diputuskan namun Hukum Kanonik mengatur pemutusan ikatan perkawinan dan anulasi. Perceraian yang diputuskan di Pengadilan tidak semuanya dapat dianulasikan di tribunal gereja, sehingga dalam Hukum Kanonik mereka masih terikat dalam status perkawinan yang sah. Kedua kasus ini menggambarkan bagaimana proses perceraian yang diputuskan oleh pengadilan negeri dan anulasi yang diputuskan oleh tribunal gerejawi.

ABSTRACT
Law No. 1 of 1974 about Marriage regulates what is defined as a legal marriage, that if a marriage is held according to the individual?sfaith or beliefs, but does not apply in cases of divorce. Canon Law?s perspective does not recognize nor regulate divorces because marriage is seen as a union and is indissoluble; however Canon Law regulates the termination of the bond of matrimony and it?s annulment. Not all divorces that are sentenced in courts are capable of being annuled by the church?s tribunal, so as in Canon Law, they still have a status of a legal marriage. These cases illustrates how the divorce process is decided by the district court and annulment sentenced by the church tribunal.

Abstrak :
Tesis ini menganalisis ekuitas merek printer ink jet HP dengan membandinhkannya terhadap pesaing utamanya, yaitu merek Canon. Ekuitas dari masing-masing merek mengukur elemen-elemen ekuitas merek yaitu: kesadaran merek (brand awareness) asosiasi merek (brand association), persepsi kualitas (perceived quality) dan loyalitas merek (brand loyalty). Pelaksanaan penelitian dilakukan terlebih dahulu dengan melaksanakan penyebab kuesioner pada tahap pilot study untuk mendapatkan informasi asosiasi dan persepsi kualitas terhadap printer ink jet. Responden dalam penelitian adalah pemilik dari printer ink jet dari merek HP dan Canon, dipilih yang hanya bertempat tinggal di Jakarta. Survey dilaksanakan pada rentang waktu bulan Mei-Juni 2008 dengan menyebarkan kuesioner yang mecankup berbagai jenis pertanyaan, yang bersifat pertanyaan terbuka dan tertutup. Pada akhirnya hanya 100 orang responden dari masing-masing pemilik printer ink jet merek HP dan Canon yang dipergunakan didalam analisa, sehingga total responden adalah 200 orang. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa HP dan Canon mempunyai posisi sama dalam hal puncak kesadaran (top of mind), namun HP diketahui lebih unggul dibandingkan Canon pada level yang lebih rendah yaitu pada tingkatan brand re-call. Untuk elemen asosiasi merek, kedua merek sama-sama mempunyai asosiasi utama sebagai printer berkualitas. Untuk elemen persepsi kualitas, 4 variabel diperbandingkan yaitu: kualitas produk, hemat dalam pemakaian tinta, warna printer dan banyaknya model-model printer. Dari kesemua item yang diperbandingkan ini, kualitas printer ink jet HP dipersepsikan lebih baik oleh para responden dibandingkan Canon, sedangkan variabel lain tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan. Pada tahapan brand loyalty, Canon diketahui lebih unggul dibandingkan dengan HP, dengan mempunyai skor yang lebih tinggi pada saat pengukuran habitual buyer, satisfied buyer,  liking the brand sampai kepada pengukuran committed buyer. Namun demikian, hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa skor switcher buyer Canon lebih tinggi dibandingkan HP dan ini menjadi indikasi canon untuk memperbaikinya. Sehingga secara keseluruhan, dalam penelitian didapatkan bahwa salah satu merek mendominasi semua variabel dalam ekuitas merek......This thesis analyzes the brand equity of HP's ink jet printer by comparing it to its main competitor, namely the Canon brand. The equity of each brand measures the elements of brand equity, namely: brand awareness (brand awareness), brand association (brand association), perceived quality (perceived quality) and brand loyalty (brand loyalty). The research was carried out first by carrying out the cause of the questionnaire at the pilot study stage to obtain association information and perceived quality of the ink jet printer. Respondents in this study are owners of ink jet printers from HP and Canon brands, selected who only live in Jakarta. The survey was carried out in the period of May-June 2008 by distributing questionnaires covering various types of questions, which were open and closed. In the end, only 100 respondents from each owner of HP and Canon ink jet printers were used in the analysis, so the total respondents were 200 people. This study concludes that HP and Canon have the same position in terms of top of mind, but HP is known to be superior to Canon at a lower level, namely at the brand recall level. For the brand association element, both brands have the main association as a quality printer. For the perceived quality element, 4 variables are compared, namely: product quality, saving in ink usage, printer colors and the number of printer models. Of all these items being compared, the respondents perceived HP's ink jet printer quality to be better than Canon's, while there were no significant differences in other variables. At the brand loyalty stage, Canon is known to be superior to HP, by having a higher score when measuring habitual buyers, satisfied buyers, liking the brand to measuring committed buyers. However, the results of the analysis show that Canon's switcher buyer scores are higher than HP's and this is an indication for Canon to improve it. So overall, the research found that one brand dominates all variables in brand equity.

Pada 2006 Pemerintah Belanda mengeluarkan Canon van Nederland mengenai para tokoh, benda-benda, dan peristiwa penting dalam sejarah dan budaya Belanda. Canon tersebut digunakan sebagai panduan pendikan sejarah dan kewarganegaraan bagi para guru sekolah dasar dan menengah. Oleh karena muncul kritik terhadap Canon tersebut, pada 2020 pemerintah Belanda merevisinya, termasuk venster (jendela) Indonesia mengenai Perang Kemerdekaan Indonesia. Penelitian ini membahas perubahan wacana Perang Kemerdekaan Indonesia dalam Canon van Nederland sebelum dan sesudah revisi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode campuran, yaitu menggabungkan metode kuantitatif dan kualitatif, dengan pendekatan poskolonial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa setelah direvisi, wacana Perang Kemerdekaan dalam Canon van Nederland merepresentasikan lebih banyak keberagaman gender dan etnis dibandingkan sebelumnya. Canon van Nederland revisi juga merepresentasikan orang kulit berwarna dengan agency atau keberdayaan yang lebih besar dari sebelumnya. Canon van Nederland revisi memperlihatkan upaya menghindari bias Eropa dengan menyajikan perspektif yang lebih beragam tentang Perang Kemerdekaan Indonesia dan memasukkan penelitian terbaru tentang kekerasan pasukan Belanda dalam Perang Kemerdekaan Indonesia. ......In 2006 the Dutch Government launched the Canon van Nederland of important figures, objects and events in Dutch history and culture. The Canon is used as a guide for history and civics education for primary and secondary school teachers. Due to criticism of the Canon, in 2020 the Dutch government revised it, including the Indonesia venster (window) on the Indonesian War of Independence. This research discusses the changes in the discourse of the Indonesian War of Independence in Canon van Nederland before and after the revision. This research uses mixed methods, combining quantitative and qualitative methods, with a postcolonial approach. The results show that after the revision, the discourse of the War of Independence in Canon van Nederland represents more gender and ethnic diversity than before. The revised Canon van Nederland also represents people of colour with greater agency than before. The revised Canon van Nederland shows an attempt to avoid European bias by presenting a more diverse perspective on the Indonesian War of Independence and incorporating recent research on Dutch military violence in the Indonesian War of Independence.
