"ABSTRAKSkripsi ini membahas mengenai Prinsip Good Co-operative Governance dalam Pengaturan mengenai badan usaha koperasi dan pengelolaanya di Indonesia, Permasalahan paling krusial yang dihadapi oleh koperasi di Indonesa saat ini adalah berkaitan dengan pengelolaanya yang kurang baik. Dengan demikian Penerapan Good Co-operative Govenrnance menjadi sangat lah penting dalam mendorong keberhasilan Badan Usaha koperasi dimasa yang akan datang, hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dari berbagai regulasi yang ada, baik Undang-Undang Perkoperasian No. 25 Tahun 1992 ataupun peraturan pelaksanaan yang dibuat oleh Mentri Kopersi dan UKM, belum sepenuhnya dapat mengakomodir penerapan prinsip-prinsip Good Co-operative Governance pada koperasi di Indonesia. Untuk itu kedepan sangat perlu adanya perbaikan terhadap undang-undang koperasi ditunjang dengan dibuatnya Pedoman Pelaksanaan yang mengakomodir semua prinsip dari Good Co-operativer Governance.

ABSTRACTThis thesis will discuss Good Co operative Governance Principles in the Regulation on co operative enterprise and its management in Indonesia. The most crucial issue currently faced by co operatives in Indonesia is related to poor management of co operatives. This means that the Implementation of Good Co operative Governance becomes extremely vital in encouraging the success of Co operative Enterprises in the future. The results of this research show that some existing regulations in Indonesia, both the Law Number 25 Year 1992 on Cooperatives and the regulation of implementation issued by the Minister of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises, have not fully accommodated the implementation of Good Co Operative Governance principles at co operatives in Indonesia. Thus, it is absolutely necessary to make an improvement in the law on cooperatives in the future, supported by the development of implementation guidelines that can accommodate all Good Co operative Governance principles. "

"The purpose of this research was to analyze the influence of strategic management practice on the intrapreneurship intensity and its impact on the co-operative performance; a survey at the secondary co-operative of Koperasi Pegawai Republik Indonesia (KP-RI) in Indonesia. The method of research used was explanatory. This method tested the hypothesis about cause and effect among the variables researched. The subject of this research was secondary co-operative KP-RI in Indonesia, They are GKP-RI/PKP-RI province and PKP-RI regency. The population of this research was 204 co-operative. The sample sizes were 102, and were selected based on the simple random sampling. This research has found some important findings. First, strategic management implementation significantly influenced intrapreneurship intensity as of 64%. Secondly, strategic management practice did not significantly influenced the co-operative performance. Its direct influence was only 0,01 %. However, the total influence of strategic management on the co-operative performance was 33%. Thirdly, intrapreneurship intensity significantly influenced the co-operative performance as of 52%. Fourth, strategic management practice and intrapreneurship simultaneously significantly influenced the co-operative performance as of 53%. Based on these findings, it is suggested for the GKP-RI and PKP-RI to conduct management training. This is to enable them to implement the strategic management consistently, which further develop the co-operative intrapreneurship intensity and performance."

"ABSTRAKStudi-studi sebelumnya menyimpulkan bahwa koperasi sebagai lembaga keuangan mikro dapat berkontribusi dalam mengentaskan kemiskinan. Berbeda dengan studi-studi sebelumnya, artikel ini mengkaji social embeddedness dalam koperasi dan pengentasan kemiskinan di pinggiran perkotaan sebagai economic outcomes dengan berbasiskan konsep sosiologi ekonomi oleh Granovetter 2005 . Argumen dari artikel ini adalah bahwa kelekatan relasional relational embeddedness , kelekatan struktural structural embeddedness dan kelekatan geografi geographical embeddedness dalam koperasi dapat memberikan kontribusi untuk peningkatan kesejahteraan anggota. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam studi ini ialah kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus pada Koperasi Pengembangan Sumberdaya Wanita KPSW Nurhikmah, Jakarta Selatan. Pemilihan KPSW Nurhikmah dikarenakan koperasi ini memiliki inti bisnis berupa bisnis sosial yang memberikan layanan keuangan non-bank berupa simpanan dan pinjaman dengan sasaran anggota masyarakat miskin pinggiran perkotaan, khususnya Jakarta Selatan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, studi literatur, dokumentasi, dan wawancara mendalam Indepth interview .

ABSTRACTPrevious studies have concluded that co-operatives as microfinance institutions contribute to alleviating poverty. In contrast to previous studies, this article examines social embeddedness in co-operatives and poverty alleviation as economic outcomes in urban based sociology sociology with concepts by Granovetter 2005 . The argument of this article is that relational embeddedness, structural embeddedness and geographic embeddedness in cooperatives can contribute to improving member welfare. The approach used in this study is qualitative with case study type in Koperasi Pengembangan Sumberdaya Wanita KPSW Nurhikmah in South Jakarta. Selection of KPSW Nurhikmah because this co-operative has a core business in the form of social business that provides non-bank financial services in the form of savings and loans targeting members of the urban poor, especially South Jakarta. Data collection is done through observation, literature study, documentation, and indepth interviews wawancara mendalam . "

"ABSTRAKThis study discusses factors influencing the employability of Indonesian university graduates. Some aspects of soft skills were evaluated, incorporating studies in employer perceptions regionally and globally. Discussion includes spesific skills such as open-mindedness, resilience, and accountability that are desirable by hiring companies. In terms of concrete actions, a model of early job experience in the industry is favorable to provide workplace experience for university graduates. Implications for higher education are discussed."

"Masalah permodalan dalam suatu usaha menjadi pertimbangan utama dalam bentuk usaha manapun. Koperasi yang menjadi seharusnya menjadi pilar utama ekonomi Indonesia kian lama semakin tersingkir oleh karena persaingan bidang usaha lainnya. Pasar Modal merupakan salah satu sarana yang sangat memberikan potensial besar bagi Koperasi untuk mencari modal pinjaman agar usaha Koperasi dapat menjadi besar. Namun, kenyataanya hingga saat ini belum ada Koperasi yang secara langsung melakukan transaksi di Pasar Modal khususnya melakukan penjualan Obligasi. Padahal menurut ketentuan Peraturan Perundang-Undangan yang berlaku Koperasi dimaksudkan untuk ikut serta dalam transaksi Pasar Modal untuk memberikan beban moral kepada ekonomi Indonesia.

Capital Markets is one of the very means of providing great potential for cooperation in order to seek capital loans can be great cooperative effort. However, the fact until now there is no direct Co-Operative transactions, especially in the Capital Market to sell bonds. Yet according to the provisions of Rule Legislation which applies Co-Operative intended to participate in capital market transactions to provide a moral burden to the economy of Indonesia."
