"Pembangunan kota yang semakin intensif membuat kota semakin panas. Hal ini dapat diidentifikasi dari pola spasial suhu permukaan daratan (SPD), yang merupakan salah satu indikator terjadinya pemanasan global. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perkembangan SPD beserta pengaruh antara tutupan lahan, kerapatan bangunan, kerapatan vegetasi terhadap suhu permukaannya. Variabel yang digunakan didapat dari hasil pengolahan citra Landsat 7 (tahun 1999), Landsat 5 (tahun 2006) dan Landsat 8 (tahun 2014).Hasil analisa menunjukkan bahwa distribusi suhu permukaan daratan mengikuti pola tutupan lahan, kerapatan bangunan dan kerapatan vegetasi di Kota Bekasi. Perkembangan kota dapat terlihat dari perubahan dominasi tutupan lahan dari vegetasi di tahun 1999 berubah menjadi lahan terbangun tahun 2006-2014. Kecamatan yang telah mengalami perkembangan pesat berada di Kecamatan Jatiasih. Lahan terbangun memiliki pengaruh yang paling kuat terhadap peningkatan suhu permukaan daratan, yang kemudian diikuti oleh lahan terbuka, badan air dan vegetasi.Dari tahun 1999-2014, variasi suhu permukaan daratan semakin bertambah karena semakin menurunnya kerapatan vegetasi akibat kerapatan bangunan yang semakin meningkat. Wilayah dominasi SPD tinggi mengalami pergeseran dari bagian utara ke tengah kota pada periode 1999-2006 dan terus menuju bagian selatan pada periode 2006-2014, dengan pola SPD tinggi berada di sepanjang jalan arteri.

Intensified urban development makes cities hotter. It can be identified from the spatial patterns of land surface temperature (LST), which is one indicator of global warming. This study aims to determine the development of the LST and the influence between land cover, building density, vegetation density on the surface temperature. Variables used obtained from image processing Landsat 7 (1999), Landsat 5 (2006) and Landsat 8 (2014).

The analysis shows that the distribution of land surface temperature follows the pattern of land cover, vegetation density and building density in Bekasi City. Development of the city can be reflected from the dominance of land cover change of vegetation in 1999 turned into land up in 2006-2014. Rapidly growing district is Jatiasih District. Land up having the strongest influence on the increase in land surface temperature, which is then followed by open land, water area and vegetation.

From 1999 to 2014, the land surface temperature variation is increasing due to the decline in the density of vegetation as a result of the ever increasing building density. Region of high land surface temperature dominance shifted from the north to the center of the city in the period 1999-2006 and continue towards the south in the period 2006-2014, with a high temperature pattern is along the arterial roads."

"Notaris merupakan pejabat umum yang diberikan kewenangan untuk membantu dan melayani masyarakat yang membutuhkan alat bukti tertulis yang bersifat autentik. Kewenangan yang dimiliki oleh Notaris, telah ditentukan dalam Undang-Undang Jabatan Notaris beserta Perubahannya. Dalam praktik perbankan, ada kebutuhan di mana bank meminta Notaris menerbitkan cover note dan menjadikan cover note sebagai syarat pencairan kredit. Penerbitan cover note yang tidak sesuai fakta dapat menimbulkan permasalahan hukum, seperti halnya yang terjadi pada kasus yang diangkat pada penelitian ini yaitu Notaris SH yang mengeluarkan kembali cover note dengan objek yang sama untuk kepentingan kreditur yang berbeda. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu kedudukan hukum dari cover note yang menjadi syarat pencairan kredit yang diajukan oleh debitur kepada bank serta tanggung jawab Notaris yang mengeluarkan dua cover note untuk kreditur berbeda dengan objek yang sama berdasarkan Putusan Pengadilan Tinggi Makassar Nomor 181/PDT/2019/PT MKS. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode yuridis normatif dengan tipologi penelitian preskriptif dan menggunakan jenis data sekunder yang didukung oleh data primer. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kedudukan hukum cover note bagi Notaris hanya merupakan surat keterangan yang berisi hal yang telah, sedang, dan akan dilakukan Notaris sehubungan dengan akad kredit, sedangkan bagi bank cover note memiliki kedudukan yang cukup penting terkait proses pencairan kredit, yaitu sebagai salah satu syarat dokumen yang harus dilengkapi dalam akad kredit. Berdasarkan kasus yang telah diangkat, maka Notaris dibebankan tanggung jawab perdata karena telah melakukan Perbuatan Melawan Hukum dengan mengeluarkan dua cover note untuk kepentingan dua kreditur yang berbeda dengan objek yang sama, sehingga Notaris wajib membayar ganti kerugian.......A notary is a general official with the authority to assist and serve the public when they need authentic written evidence. The authority possessed by the notary has been determined in the Notary Position Law and its Amendments. In banking practice, there is a situation where the bank asks a notary to issue a cover note and makes the cover note a condition for credit disbursement. The issuance of cover notes that do not match the facts can cause legal problems, as happened in the case raised in this study, namely Notary SH, who reissued cover notes with the same object for the benefit of different creditors. The formulation of the problem in this study is the legal position of the cover note, which is a condition for disbursement of credit submitted by the debtor to the bank, and the responsibility of the notary who issues two cover notes for different creditors with the same object based on the Decision of the Makassar High Court Number 181/ PDT/2019/PT MKS. This research uses normative-juridical methods with a prescriptive research typology and uses secondary data types supported by primary data. The results showed that the legal position of the cover note for a notary is only a certificate containing things that have been, are, and will be carried out by a notary in connection with a credit contract, while for a bank cover note has a fairly important position related to the credit disbursement process, namely as one of the document requirements that must be completed in the credit contract. Based on the case that has been raised, the notary is charged with civil liability for having committed an unlawful act by issuing two cover note for the benefit of two different creditors with the same object, so the Notary shall to pay compensation."

"Skripsi ini membahas tentang motivasi yang dimiliki oleh anggota dance cover. Dance cover adalah usaha untuk menampilkan tarian yang semirip mungkin dengan tarian yang dilakukan artis yang ditiru. Dance cover seringkali dianggap buruk bagi orang yang tidak mengetahuinya. Seringkali para anggota dance cover mendapatkan hal yang tidak menyenangkan seperti cibiran. Tindakan kurang menyenangkan dan penolakan yang dialami anggota dance cover juga berasal dari orang terdekat mereka. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yaitu melalui observasi dan wawancara mendalam terhadap tiga orang anggota dance cover yang telah berkarir lebih dari lima tahun. Informan dari penelitian ini adalah anggota dance cover dari sebuah grup bernama BTAce.......This thesis discusses the motivation possessed by dance cover members. Dance cover is an attempt to perform a dance that is as similar as possible to the dances performed by artists who are copied. Dance cover is often considered bad for people who don't know it. Often the cover dance members get things that are not fun like scorn. Unpleasant actions and rejection experienced by dance cover members also come from the people closest to them. Rejection can bring up one's motivation to remain a dance cover member. Dance cover members choose to stay in their community because they feel more welcome in the community and can express themselves without having to get rejected. Another factor that makes them survive being a dance cover is the motivation they have to prove to the people who pout them, the sense of community they have towards their community, and their desires are still not achieved. This study uses a qualitative approach through observation and in-depth interviews of three dance cover members who have worked for more than five years. The informants of this study were dance cover members of a group called BTAce."

Keterlibatan seseorang dengan kegiatan Dance Cover akan memberikan mereka pengalaman dalam kegiatan tersebut. Someone's involvement with Dance Cover activities will give them experience in these activities. This experience will influence them in interpreting Dance Cover in their lives. The meaning of this Dance Cover activity also allows one to have been doing this for years. Members can survive because they feel more accepted by society and can freely express and be themselves, this can happen because of a sense of togetherness in that community. Another factor is a sense of enthusiasm for life because of the Dance Cover activity and this activity is a place to develop a network of friends. The meaning of this Dance Cover activity also raises impact on members' lives. This study used a qualitative research approach. This research was conducted by observing and interviewing four Dance Cover Members who have been doing this activity for more than 9 years. Informant from this study is a member of the Dance Cover group FLAME."

"This study is intended to simulate the river discharges in major watersheds of northwestern Java, Indonesia. The five largest watersheds are considered: Ciujung, Cisadane, Ciliwung, Citarum, and Cimanuk. The simulation period covers the 20th century and early 21st century, from January 1901 to June 2006, at a monthly time step. Discharge simulation was carried out using STREAM (Spatial Tools for River Basins and Environmental and Analysis of Management Option). The input data for the simulation are climate (precipitation and temperature), land cover and topographic data. Setup and analysis of input data are also part of this study. The Mann-Kendall test and linear regression were used to detect trends. Temperature datasets show statistically significant increasing trends for all periods and areas. Significant increasing trends of precipitation occurred in the latest 16-year period (1990-2006) in hilly and middle areas. A positive trend of simulated discharge is seen in all watersheds and periods. They are only significant for Ciujung (periods of 1950-2006 and 1975-2006), Cisadane (periods of 1950-2006 and 1990-2006), and Ciliwung (periods of 1950-2006, 1975-2006, and 1990- 2006). The most noteworthy trend is seen in the 1990-2006 period. Over the course of the 20th and early decade of the 21st century, monthly discharges have increased by 3% to 9%."

Salah satu subsektor ekonomi kreatif yang sangat mumpuni adalah musik. Dari musik sendiri banyak aransemen yang termasuk kegiatan untuk menaikan pendapatan negara yaitu cover lagu. Lagu merupakan salah satu objek ekonomi kreatif yang bernilai tinggi. Di era globalisasi ini pun situs Youtube menjadi salah satu sarana termudah bagi masyarakat di seluruh dunia untuk mengekspresikan karya seninya agar dapat dilihat oleh semua orang pengguna situs Youtube. Keberadaan YouTube menjadi sarana unjuk kemampuan di bidang musik, baik dengan tujuan komersil maupun non-komersil. Hal ini menyebabkan banyaknya konten cover lagu ditemukan di YouTube. Konten cover lagu sangat bersinggungan dengan pelanggaran Hak Cipta, hal ini disebabkan karena cover lagu bukanlah hanya sekedar menyanyikan ulang, melainkan juga menyanyikan kembali dengan ciri khas nya sendiri atau ada sentuhan innovasi dalam hasil karyanya. Selain itu, para pelaku ekonomi kreatif dalam bidang cover lagu tidak melakukan langkah yang seharusnnya dilakukan agar mencegah terjadinya pelanggaran Hak Cipta. Indonesia memiliki regulator pemerintahan yang menaungi cover lagu yaitu Direktorat Jenderal Kekayaan Intelektual dan Badan Ekonomi Kreatif. Perlu adanya sinergi antara dua Kementerian/Lembaga tersebut dalam pengembangan ekonomi kreatif terkait dengan cover lagu.

One of the highly qualified subsectors of the creative economy is music. From the music itself, there were many arrangements which included activities to raise the country's income, namely the cover of the song. The song is one of the most valuable creative economic objects. In this globalization era, the Youtube site has become one of the easiest means for people around the world to express their art to be seen by all users of the Youtube site. The existence of YouTube is a means of demonstrating capabilities in the field of music, both for commercial and non-commercial purposes. This causes a lot of song cover content to be found on YouTube. The content of the song cover is very tangent to copyright infringement, this is because the cover of the song is not just to sing it again, but also to sing it back with its own characteristics or an innovative touch in the results of his work. In addition, creative economic actors in the field of song cover do not take steps that should be taken to prevent copyright infringement. Indonesia has a government regulator that covers the cover of the song, namely the Directorate General of Intellectual Property and the Creative Economy Agency. There needs to be a synergy between the two Ministries / Institutions in the development of a creative economy related to song cover.

"Skripsi ini mengkaji tentang pengalaman menjadi penari dance cover dan pembentukan communitas di agensi PAOW DC. Melalui wawancara dengan lima anggota PAOW DC dan mengamati perilaku serta aktivitas mereka di komuniti dance cover saya melihat adanya proses belajar, refleksi dan pembagian pengalaman, dalam perilaku kolektif di agensi PAOW DC. Proses belajar terjadi karena anggota PAOW DC menghadapi situasi berbeda dengan kesehariannya yakni proses sosial yang terjadi di komuniti dance cover. Dalam proses tersebut mereka mendapatkan pengalaman individual yang nantinya akan direfleksikan di dalam agensinya. Refleksi dari pengalaman tersebut akan dialami oleh anggota PAOW DC yang lain sehinggga bersifat intersubjektif. Mereka berinteraksi dan membagikan pengalaman kemudian dapat membentuk communitas di agensinya. Hasilnya adalah mereka bisa bertahan pada kerasnya persaingan di komuniti dance cover karena empati, saling terbuka, menghargai, serta ikatan yang kuat antar anggotanya.......This study focus on the experience of being a dance cover performers and forming a communitas at PAOW DC agency. We comprehend the process of learning, reflection and sharing experiences in collective behavior at the PAOW DC agency through interviews with five of their members and observing their behavior and activities in the dance cover community. The learning process occurs as PAOW DC members encounter a different situations from their daily lives, specifically the social processes that ensue in the dance cover community. They gain individual experiences in the process, which will later be reflected in their agency. Reflections from these experiences will be witnessed by other PAOW DC members so that it is tend to be intersubjective. They are interacting and share experiences in forming a communitas within the agency. The outcome is they are able to withstand the intense competition in the dance cover community for their empathy, mutual openness, respect, and strong bonds amongst members."

"Pada tahun 2000 wilayah Kabupaten Jembrana menjadi wilayah dengan luasan hutan paling luas di Provinsi Bali, namun hal ini berubah seiring perkembangan penduduk dan kebutuhan masyarakat. Adanya aktivitas masyarakat dalam mengubah hutan menjadi bentuk lainnya seperti sawah dan kebun menjadi andil utama pada perubahan hutan yang ada di Jembrana. Aktivitas ngawen atau kegiatan merambah hutan demi memanfaatkan hutan sebagai lahan produktif membuat wilayah hutan di Jembrana sedikit demi sedikit berkurang. Ngawen menyebabkan perubahan pada wilayah yang dahulu merupakan tutupan lahan hutan berubah menjadi tutupan lahan non-hutan. Guna meneliti perubahan tutupan lahan di Jembrana, klasifikasi data berdasarkan citra tahun 2000 hingga 2020 dilakukan dengan metode klasifikasi terbimbing menggunakan citra Landsat 7. Selain itu, dilakukan pula proses wawancara serta observasi guna memeroleh data terkait aktivitas ngawen oleh masyarakat. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data citra, didapatkan bahwa tutupan lahan hutan di Jembrana berkurang hingga sekitar 30 ribu hektar pada kurun waktu 20 tahun yakni dari tahun 2000 hingga tahun 2020. Melalui hasil analisa fragmentasi juga nampak bahwa wilayah Jembrana telah mengalami fragmentasi pada 34 persen wilayahnnya dan 12 persen diantaranya termasuk dalam kategori sangat tinggi. Adanya perubahan pada tutupan lahan ini berakibat pada terjadinya peristiwa kebencanaan seperti banjir dan tanah longsor yang belum lama ini terjadi. Berdasarkan penuturan informan, peristiwa bencana ini terjadi pasca maraknya aktivitas ngawen yang ada di wilayah hutan Jembrana. Perubahan tutupan lahan di Jembrana sebenarnya sudah berusaha dicegah dan diatur oleh pemerintah melalui upaya pembentukan Rencana Tata Ruang Wilayah Kabupaten Jembrana tahun 2012-2032. Namun berdasarkan hasil pemodelan di tahun 2032 wilayah Jembrana diprediksikan tidak sesuai dengan rencana tata ruang yang disusun oleh pemerintah. Wilayah hutan yang direncanakan menutupi 53 persen wilayah Jembrana, berdasarkan pemodelan hanya mampu menutupi sekitar 32 persen dari keseluruhan wilayah Jembrana.......In 2000 the Jembrana Regency area became the area with the largest forest area in Bali Province, but this changed with the development of the population and community needs.
