Abstrak :
Pendekatan adaptif pada riset antarmuka pengguna semakin berkembang dengan personalisasi. Adaptive user interface (AUI) menjadi salah satu bentuk personalisasi yang memberikan perubahan pada suatu sistem untuk bisa memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna, termasuk pada sistem pembelajaran daring (e-Learning). Dari segi faktor manusia, adaptasi ini masih bersifat universal dalam kaitannya dengan interaksi siswa. Riset ini memodelkan integrasi dari komponen AUI dengan prinsip desain dalam sistem pembelajaran daring yang dipersonalisasi. Dengan melakukan pendekatan metode campuran, baik data kuantitatif dan kualitatif terlibat dalam penelitian ini. Evaluasi dari penelitian dilakukan secara time-series, dengan teknik uji pre-test dan post-test. Untuk mengimplementasikan adaptivitas dalam model awal, sistem pembelajaran daring dibentuk melalui sebuah analisis komprehensif. Evaluasi pertama adalah untuk menguji model awal dengan metode kualitatif dengan mengombinasikan wawancara kontekstual dengan uji usabilitas, dan metode kuantitatif dengan System Usability Score (SUS) dan kuisioner AUI. Partisipan penelitian melibatkan 76 mahasiswa dari rumpun ilmu eksakta dan humaniora. Pada iterasi pertama, pengembangan sistem fokus pada pengelolaan komponen AUI sesuai dengan gaya belajar siswa. Terdapat lima aspek AUI yang menjadi perhatian, yaitu konten pembelajaran, desain visual, navigasi, petunjuk, dan struktur. Nilai SUS pada model awal yaitu 66.14 (di bawah rerata ideal) dan model final bernilai 71.27 (di atas rerata). ......Adaptive approaches in the art of user interface research has been developing to create a personalization to users. Adaptive user interface (AUI) drives to have some changes on the system appearance to meet individual needs, including in e-Learning. On the importance of human factors, this adaptation still missed to consider universal aspect in which the students tend to interact. This research proposed to create a model with the integration of AUI components with the design principles in personalized e-Learning systems. This research used a mixed method approach in collecting both quantitative and qualitative data. Using the time-series approach, the evaluation of this study are generated through the pre-test and post-test technique. The comprehensive analysis regarding the adoption of adaptivity is managed to form the preliminary model of personalized e-Learning. In the preliminary model, the first evaluation is analyzed by using both qualitative and quantitative method. This research uses the combination of contextual interview and usability test to analyze the qualitative data, while the approach of quantitative is also analyzed using the Usability Scale (SUS) score and the questionnaire of the proposed integrated AUI model. By the diversity of study program STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) in higher education, there are 76 students involved in this study. During the first iteration, the development of the system focuses on managing the AUI components that are in line with the user’s learning style. There are five AUI aspects as an interface consideration during this development; learning contents, visual design, navigation, guidance, and structure. The SUS score in this preliminary model is 66.14 (below average) while the post model valued 71.27 (above average).

Angka Kematian Ibu (AKI) merupakan indikator penting untuk menilai keberhasilan dari pencapaian pembangunan kesehatan negara dan indeks modal manusia. Akan tetapi, kematian ibu di Indonesia masih menjadi tugas yang harus ditangani karena AKI di Indonesia masih menunjukkan angka yang tinggi. Upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk menangani hal tersebut yaitu melalui kegiatan promosi kesehatan pada level preventif untuk kelompok berisiko lebih tinggi seperti ibu hamil. Berdasarkan isu tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan rancangan desain antarmuka aplikasi mobile dalam fokus self-monitoring untuk meningkatkan kesehatan ibu dan deteksi dini terhadap gejala penyebab kematian pada ibu dengan metode User-Centered Design (UCD) sehingga dapat mengurangi AKI. Cakupan penelitian ini meliputi kebutuhan ibu selama periode prenatal dan postnatal karena kesehatan ibu dapat mencakup dua periode tersebut. Metode wawancara dan penyebaran kuesioner dilakukan untuk mengetahui kebutuhan target pengguna aplikasi. Selanjutnya, untuk mendukung kegiatan self-monitoring, perancangan desain aplikasi menggunakan persuasive system design principles. Evaluasi usability melalui usability testing dan wawancara dilakukan setelah rancangan desain dihasilkan. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi tersebut, diperoleh bahwa masih terdapat dua fitur yang memiliki tingkat success rate rendah sehingga dibutuhkan perbaikan untuk menghasilkan rancangan desain yang sesuai. ......Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) is an important indicator to assess the success of the achievement of the country's health development and human capital index. However, maternal mortality in Indonesia is still a task that must be addressed because the MMR in Indonesia is still showing a high rate. Efforts which can be made to deal with this problem are through health promotion activities at the preventive level for higher risk groups such as pregnant women. Based on this issue, this study aims to produce a mobile application interface design with a focus on self-monitoring to improve maternal health and early detection of symptoms that cause maternal death using the UserCentered Design (UCD) method in order to reduce the MMR in Indonesia. The scope of this study includes mothers’ needs during the prenatal and postnatal period because maternal health can include these two periods. Interview methods and questionnaires are conducted to determine the needs of the target user of the application. Furthermore, to support self-monitoring activities, the application design uses persuasive system design principles. Usability evaluation through usability testing and interviews is carried out after the design has produced. Based on the evaluation results, it was found that there are still two features which have a low success rate. Therefore, improvements are needed to produce an appropriate design

Tesis ini membahas infrastruktur kelistrikan sebagai kelembagaan yang melibatkan para pelaku dalam pola interaksi yang menghasilkan output dari input yang tersedia. Pembahasan tesis berdasarkan teori Common Pool Resources (CPR) yang mendiskusikan karakteristik sumber daya pengelolaan bersama, tata kelola kelembagaan dan prinsip-prinsip pengelolaannya. Analisis menggunakan IAD Framework (Institutional Analysis and Development) dan IAD Design Principles. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan studi kasus pada Pengelolaan Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Mikro Hidro (PLTMH) 'Cinta Mekar' di Kecamatan Serangpanjang Kabupaten Subang. PLTMH ini menjadi penting untuk dikaji karena merupakan pengadaan kelistrikan oleh masyarakat setempat dengan model public-private partnership. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui apa yang dihasilkan dan bagaimana pola interaksi dalam pengelolaan PLTMH oleh para stakeholder untuk memaksimalkan manfaat kepada masyarakat pengguna. Selain itu penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui prinsip-prinsip apa yang dipandang penting dalam pengelolaan dan sejauh mana kesesuaiannya terhadap prinsipprinsip CPR. Metodologi penelitian menggunakan metoda kualitatif dengan pengukuran kuantitatif yang memakai TOWS dan AHP. Pengumpulan data menggunakan data primer yakni wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan penyebaran kuisioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil dan pola interaksi pengelolaan PLTMH Cinta Mekar secara umum mencapai sasarannya dan sesuai terhadap prinsip-prinsip CPR yang menunjang keberlanjutan dan kemampuan adaptasi. ......The thesis examines electricity infrastructure as an institution which involve users in an interaction pattern in producing output with given input. The discussion is based on the theory of common pool resources (CPR) which display a set of characteristics, institutional governance and a set of design principles. The analysis is conducted with IAD Framework and IAD Design Principles. The ground work uses the case study of micro-hydro power plant at Cinta Mekar, in the subdistrict of Serangpanjang, Subang. The study on the management of the micro hydro is important because it is an electricity infrastructure managed by the locals in public-private partnership model. The study focuses on answering the questions: what are the outcomes and how do the stakeholders interact in managing the resources to deliver maximum benefit to the people? What are the governing principles that are considered important to achieve sustainability and adaptability and how it is compared to the design principles of the common pool resources? The research methodology uses qualitative approach with the quantitative measurement of TOWS and AHP. The data collection uses primary data which include comprehensive interviews, observation, and questionnaires. The research study shows that the outcome and the interaction pattern of the micro-hydro management achieve its targeted benefits, and the governing rules are in accordance with CPR design principles.

Pesatnya kemajuan teknologi di Indonesia telah mengubah setiap aspek kehidupan masyarakat sehari-hari, termasuk transaksi komersial yang kini biasa dilakukan melalui platform digital. Perilaku konsumen telah berubah sebagai akibat dari e-Commerce, terutama di industri kecantikan. PT. XYZ memanfaatkan peluang ini hingga membesarkan merek lokal dan Internasional, serta meraih Penghargaan MURI sebagai Toko Online Indonesia pertama yang Mendapat Merek Internasional, namun masih memiliki kepuasan konsumen yang rendah dengan pengalaman penggunanya. Studi ini diarahkan oleh metodologi pemikiran desain, yang berfungsi sebagai kerangka kerja inti, serta pendekatan six thinking hats untuk pemecahan masalah dan studi pengumpulan dan pemrosesan data lainnya. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menggunakan Usability Heuristics Principles and Visual Design Principles sebagain paduan utama dalam mengevaluasi UI/UX pada antarmuka website PT. XYZ. Penelitian ini menghasilkan prototipe antarmuka pengguna dengan ketelitian tinggi untuk Situs Web e-Commerce Kecantikan, yang divalidasi melalui pengujian kegunaan dan kuesioner PSSUQ. ......The rapid advancement of technology in Indonesia has altered every aspect of people's everyday lives, including commercial transactions, which are now commonly undertaken via digital platforms. Consumer behaviour has changed as a result of e-Commerce, notably in the beauty industry. PT. XYZ seize this opportunity up to raising local brands and achieved MURI Awards as the first Indonesian Online Store to Get International Brand, but it still has low consumer satisfaction with its user experience that was confirmed through website performance and the distributed open questionnaire. This study follows the design thinking methodology, which served as the core framework, as well as the six hats thinking approach for issue solving and other data gathering and processing studies. Furthermore, it uses the Usability Heuristics Principles and Visual Design Principles as the main guidelines. Hence, the research resulted in a high-fidelity prototype of the user interface for a Beauty e-Commerce Website, which was validated through usability testing and the PSSUQ questionnaire.
