"Hubungan pemustaka dengan perpustakaan dan pustakawan mengalami transformasi menjadi suatu ruang publik yang bersifat kompleks. Kompleksitas ruang publik ini tidak hanya untuk menampung interaksi antara pemustaka dan pustakawan dalam hubungannya dengan akses informasi dan pengetahuan, tetapi juga sebagai ruang pertemuan antar- generasi, antar-kepentingan, antar-komunitas, antar-profesi yang bersatu dan berinteraksi dengan pustakawan, teknologi, jejaring dan direkatkan oleh bahan perpustakaan dan dokumen koleksi perpustakaan. Pustakawan di era disrupsi harus mampu mengembangkan kompetensi yang dibutuhkan untuk mencapai keberhasilan dengan melakukan berbagai
terobosan. Perpustakaan harus berkreasi dan merespon perubahan yang muncul setelah disrupsi, antara lain dengan beradaptasi terhadap perubahan yang terjadi. Pustakawan harus mampu menunjukkan bahwa dirinya merupakan pilar pendidikan menuju masyarakat berperadaban tinggi melalui diseminasi informasi sehingga masyarakat mampu membedakan informasi mana yang hoax dan yang valid. Masalah penting kepustakawanan Indonesia adalah terjadinya ketidak-merataan jumlah dan kondisi perpustakaan. Saat ini Indonesia hanya mampu menyediakan 20% dari total kebutuhan masyarakat untuk mengakses perpustakaan. Saat ini 4 hal yang harus diperbaiki perpustakaan dalam menciptakan layanan prima di era disrupsi yaitu: Peningkatan akses informasi, perbaikan layanan perpustakaan, memetik manfaat pembelajaran dari pengalaman, perbaikan sumber daya manusia di perpustakaan.

ABSTRACT
The relationship between user and the library, librarians undergoes a transformation into a complex public space. The
complexity of this public space is not only to accommodate the interaction between librarians and librarians in relation
to access to information and knowledge, but also as a space for inter-generational, inter-community, inter-community, inter-professional meetings to unite and interact with librarians, technology, networking and glued together by library
materials and library collection documents. Librarians in the era of disruption must be able to develop the
competencies needed to achieve success by making various breakthroughs. Libraries must be creative and respond to
changes that occur after disruption, among others by adapting to changes that occur. Librarians must be able to show
that they are the pillars of education towards high civilized society through information dissemination so that people
are able to distinguish which information is hoaxed and valid. An important problem of Indonesian librarianship is the
unevenness in the number and condition of libraries. At present Indonesia is only able to provide 20% of the total
community needs to access the library. At present 4 things that must be improved by the library in creating excellent
services in the era of disruption are: Increasing access to information, improving library services, reaping the benefits
of learning from experience, improving human resources in the library."

"Tire importance of the role of electricity in economic activities is undeniable. In fact, all economic sectors are directly or indirectly associated with electricity. Electricity is required to sustain human needs and economic growth. Electricity disruption will impact on both of economic or non economic aspect. Tire strategy on electricity supply curtailment to minimaze economic or non economic losses is needed One of the approach able to be applied to analysis the macroeconomic effects incured by deficiency of electricity supply is input-output model. Parameter applied in strategy of electrical curtailment is output multiplier. Result of simulation indicates that electricity curtailment by considering output multiplier hence will be able to minimizes the macroeconomics impact."

"ABSTRAK
Risiko atau gangguan dapat terjadi ketika sebuah perusahaan mengerjakan kegiatan operasionalnya dan dapat mempengaruhi kinerja yang diberikan kepada konsumen. Dalam penelitian sebelumnya telah banyak penelitian yang mempelajari tentang berbagai kondisi yang dihadapi oleh perusahaan baik secara internal, eksternal maupun tentang hubunganya dengan para konsumen yang dapat memberikan dampak, baik positif maupun negatif terhadap kinerja perusahaan 3PL. Risiko atau gangguan dapat terjadi ketika mereka melakukan kegiatan operasionalnya, baik risiko atau gangguan dalam hal memberikan orientasi kepada konsumennya, kualitas hubungan antara 3PL dengan konsumennya ataupun dalam hal manajemen kargo. Studi ini merupakan sebuah studi deskriptif yang akan mempelajari hubungan antara orientasi konsumen, kualitas hubungan serta manajemen kargo berdasarkan persepsi PT. 123 selaku konsumen dari 3PL PT. XYZ serta bagaimana hubungan antara ketiga variabel tersebut. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis jalur dimana hasil pengujian hipotesis didapatkan bahwa ada pengaruh antara kualitas hubungan dan manajemen kargo terhadap kinerja PT XYZ namun untuk variabel orientasi konsumen tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja PT XYZ

ABSTRACT
Risk or disruption can occur when a company works on its operations and can affect the performance into customer. In previous studies, there have been many studies that study the various conditions faced by companies both internally, externally and about their relationships with consumers which can have an impact, both positively and negatively on the performance of 3PL companies. Risks or disruptions can occur when they carry out their operational activities, either risk or disruption in terms of providing orientation to their customers, the quality of the relationship between 3PL and its customers or cargo management. This study is a descriptive study which study the relationship between consumer orientation, relationship quality and cargo management based on the perception of PT. 123 as the consumer of the 3PL PT. XYZ and how the relationship between the variables is. Hypothesis testing uses path analysis where the results of testing the hypothesis found that there is an influence between relationship quality and cargo management on the performance of PT XYZ but for consumer orientation variables does not have an influence on the performance of PT XYZ."

"Pembedahan laparatomi merupakan salah satu modalitas penatalaksanaan pada pasien dengan carcinoma recti. Penggunaan agen anestesi pada pasien yang menjalani prosedur bedah laparatomi dapat menyebabkan timbulnya gangguan aktivitas peristaltik usus. Penerapan terapi mobilisasi dini pada pasien post operasi laparatomi bertujuan untuk mempercepat timbulnya aktivitas peristaltik usus sehingga mencegah terjadinya komplikasi seperti infeksi nosokomial dan lambatnya proses penyembuhan luka bedah. Penerapan terapi mobilisasi dini yang dilakukan setiap 2 jam sekali selama 6 hari perawatan terbukti mampu mempercepat timbulnya aktivitas peristaltik usus yang ditunjukkan dengan timbulnya bising usus dengan frekuensi 6-8x/menit serta berkurangnya keluhan mual dan begah yang dialami pasien, hingga keluhan tersebut hilang pada hari ketiga sejak dilakukan mobilisasi dini. Hasil penerapan mobilisasi dini pada pasien post operasi laparatomi ini dapat dijadikan sumber informasi perawat dalam melakukan keperawatan mandiri dalam mengurangi mual dan begah seiring munculnya aktivitas peristaltik usus, serta mengurangi nyeri dan mempercepat proses penyembuhan.

Laparatomy surgery is one of the management modalities in patients with carcinoma recti. The use of anesthetic agents in patients undergoing laparotomy surgical procedures can cause disruption of intestinal peristaltic activity. The application of early mobilization therapy to post laparotomy patients aims to accelerate the emergence of intestinal peristaltic activity so as to prevent complications such as nosocomial infections and the slow healing process of surgical wounds. The application of early mobilization therapy that is carried out every 2 hours for 6 days of treatment is proven to be able to accelerate the occurrence of intestinal peristaltic activity as indicated by the emergence of bowel sounds with a frequency of 6-8x / minute and reduced complaints of nausea and pain experienced by patients, until the complaint disappears on the day third since early mobilization. The results of the application of early mobilization in postoperative laparotomy patients can be used as a source of information for nurses in carrying out independent nursing in reducing nausea and sickness as intestinal peristaltic activity arises, as well as reducing pain and accelerating the healing process.

"The 21st century workplace compels Americans to be more flexible. To embrace change, work with unpredictable schedules, be available 24/7, and take charge of ones own career. What are the wider implications of these pressures for workers moral lives? How do they construct conceptions of good work and a good life amid such incessant change? In The Disrupted Workplace, Benjamin Snyder examines how three groups of American workers-financial professionals, truck drivers, and unemployed job seekers-construct moral order in a capitalist system that demands flexibility. Based on 70 in-depth interviews and three years of participant observation, he argues that the flexible economy transforms how workers experience time. New scheduling techniques, employment strategies, and technologies disrupt the rhythms and trajectories of working life, which makes time feel chaotic, accelerated, desynchronized, and unpredictable. Amidst a welter of fragmented temporalities, the workplace becomes a site of perplexing moral dilemmas. Work can feel both liberating and terrorizing, engrossing in the short term but unsustainable in the long term. Through a vivid portrait of real workers struggles to adapt their moral lives to constant disruption, Snyder mounts a compelling critique of the cultural costs of the flexible economy.

"ABSTRAK
Pemaknaan merupakan elemen mendasar yang hadir dalam setiap proses komunikasi yang terjadi pada manusia. Memaknai sebuah pesan selalu memberikan perspektif yang bermacam macam dilevel individu. Disrupsi merupakan fenomena sosial yang sekarang hadir dimasyarakat dan menyita perhatian banyak kalangan karena implikasinya yang merusak struktur sosial dan ekonomi dalam beberapa ruang lingkup hidup manusia. Pemaknaan individu mengenai disrupsi pun menunjukkan persepsi yang bermacam macam. Penelitian ini menggunakan model teori Encoding/Decoding Stuart Hall untuk menjelaskan pemaknaan mengenai disrupsi yang terjadi dilingkungan kerja pegawai perbankan. Industri perbankan dipilih sebagai subjek penelitian karena dianggap memiliki hubungan yang kuat dengan penggunaan teknologi yang menjadi penyebab disrupsi dan juga memiliki hubungan yang kuat dengan
struktur sosial masyarakat karena merupakan lembaga penunjang aktifitas perekonomian masyarakat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan karyawan perbankan memaknai fenomena disrupsi di lingkungan perbankan dengan posisi yang berbeda beda seperti yang didefinisikan dalam model teori Encoding/Decoding Stuart Hall dimana terdapat tiga posisi penerima pesan dalam memaknai disrupsi, yakni Dominant Hegemonic, Negotiated Position, dan Opposition Position. Namun ketiga posisi ini hanya ditunjukkan oleh pegawai perbankan dalam memaknai disrupsi dalam konteks mikro, artinya disrupsi yang terjadi hanya pada ruang lingkup kerja masing-masing pegawai. Bila melihat disrupsi dalam konteks makro masing masing pegawai dalam ruang lingkup kerja yang berbeda beda justru memaknai disrupsi dengan posisi dominant karena
dianggap fenomena disrupsi yang hadir diperbankan dalam konteks makro justru mempermudah pelayanan dan meringankan pekerjaan pegawai yang mana meningkatkan kemampuan pelayanan yang di tawarkan oleh perbankan.

ABSTRACT
Meaning is a fundamental element that is present in every communication process that occurs in humans. Meaning a message always provides a variety of perspectives at the individual level. Disruption is a social phenomenon that is now present in society and seizes the attention of many because of its implications that undermine social and economic structures in some spheres of human life. Individual meaning of disruption also shows various perception.
This study uses Stuart Hall's Encoding / Decoding theory model to explain the meaning of disruption occurring in the working environment of banking employees. The banking industry is chosen as the subject of research because it is considered to have a strong relationship with the use of technology that causes disruption and also has a strong relationship with the social structure of society because it is an institution supporting the economic activities of the
community. The results showed that banking employees interpreted the disruption phenomenon in the banking environment with different positions as defined in the Stuart Hall Encoding / Decoding theory model where there are three message receiving positions in the meaning of disruption, Dominant Hegemonic, Negotiated Position, and Opposition Position. However, these
three positions are only shown by banking officers in interpreting disruption in the micro context, meaning disruption that occurs only in the scope of work of each employee. When looking at disrupsi in the macro context of each employee in a different scope of work, it just means disruption with dominant position because it is considered disruption phenomenon that is present in the banking in the macro context actually simplify the service and ease the
employment of employees which increase the service capabilities offered by the banking."

"Penelitian ini membahas peningkatan ketahanan atau resiliensi rantai pasokan dalam industri pelumas, dengan fokus pada pengembangan dan implementasi langkah-langkah mitigasi gangguan strategis. Memastikan kinerja yang kuat terhadap gangguan adalah hal yang terpenting bagi perusahaan untuk menjaga kontinuitas bisnis dan meminimalkan kerugian selama masa krisis. Studi ini menggunakan model Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR), sebuah kerangka kerja yang komprehensif untuk mengevaluasi dan meningkatkan efektivitas rantai pasokan melalui metrik proses yang terstandardisasi dan Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) untuk memetakan indikator kerja yang dipriotitaskan untuk diperbaiki. Data penelitian diambil saat pandemi COVID-19 bertujuan untuk mengukur kerentanan dalam rantai pasokan pelumas dan mengusulkan usulan strategi yang tepat untuk meningkatkan ketahanan dan kemampuan beradaptasi selama gangguan/disrupsi. Hasil dari penelitian ini didapatkan nilai kinerja rantai pasok perusahaan pada saat terjadinya disrupsi sebesar 49,37% dimana difokuskan pada masalah pemenuhan permintaan pelanggan tidak tepat waktu, kurang efisiensinya pengelolaan material dan mesin, serta kurang adaptif dalam menghadapi permintaan pasar yang fluktuatif. Usulan strategi perbaikan diantara lain dengan implementasi advanced manufacturing seperti Asset Management Software (AMS) dan Manufacturing Execution System (MES), memakai metode peramalan dengan model TISM-MICMAC dan Machine Learning, serta penggabungan seluruh proses rantai pasok di dalam satu portal yang terintegrasi.

This research addresses improving supply chain resilience in the lubricants industry, focusing on the development and implementation of strategic disruption mitigation measures. Ensuring robust performance against disruptions is paramount for companies to maintain business continuity and minimize losses during times of crisis. This study uses the Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) model, a comprehensive framework for evaluating and improving supply chain effectiveness through standardized process metrics and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) to map work indicators that are prioritized for improvement. The research data was collected during the COVID-19 pandemic to measure vulnerabilities in the lubricant supply chain and propose appropriate strategies to improve resilience and adaptability during disruptions. The results of this study obtained a value of the company's supply chain performance at the time of disruption of 49.37% which focused on the problem of fulfilling customer requests not on time, less efficient management of materials and machinery, and less adaptive in dealing with fluctuating market demand. Proposed improvement strategies include the implementation of advanced manufacturing such as Asset Management Software (AMS) and Manufacturing Execution System (MES), using forecasting methods with TISM-MICMAC and Machine Learning models, and combining all supply chain processes in one integrated portal."

"This book synthesizes the current state of knowledge on logistics infrastructures and process modeling, especially for processes that are exposed to changing and uncertain environments. It then builds on this knowledge to present a new concept of dependable product delivery assurance. In order to quantitatively assess dependability, a service continuity oriented approach as well as an imperfect knowledge based concept of risk are employed. This approach is based on the methodology of service engineering and is closely related to the idea of the resilient enterprise, as well as the concept of disruption-tolerant operation.
