Tesis mengambil sampel 3 bank besar.

No point of return thai Internet and Electronic Commerce technology shift paradigm of lives. That global network give the possibility for everyone to find, search something, and make transaction, without need moving the position and only use personal computer connect to the network. There are no-borders of time and geographical anymore. And these technologies not just used on technical environment but it's already use also on banking application.

The thesis takes 3 big-banks that already used computer and data communication on they routine banking operations. They already implement ATM services, Credit Card services and others. The banks also have numbers of branches and have many of customers.
After evaluate the situation and condition of banking and internet network service, prediction of implement e-commerce in banking still need many thing to be done. But there are many steps can help the bank make the preparation for becoming a player in globalization. And the steps are Internal system and networks preparation, Running internet banking as a B-to-C e-commerce system, Running B-to-B e-commerce system by joint with big retail customers, and Develop new services for all customers.

Indonesia is one of the countries that promises to electronic commerce. The high number of people's participation in Indonesia in the use of electronic commerce (e-commerce), is due to the development of electronic commerce features that allow protection for service users, with the e-wallet feature and the development of other features. However, along with the development of this technology, it not only resulted in an increase in civilization, but also resulted in bad faith by exploiting the loopholes contained in the technology. In order to guarantee the fulfillment of rights and obligations for business actors and consumers, in addition to relying on features that have provided protection for service users in electronic commerce, legal protection is an important matter to be able to guarantee the implementation of electronic commerce. This research is intended to find out how electronic commerce are carried out according to laws and regulations, problems that are often encountered with the development of electronic commerce, and how legal protection is when problems occur in electronic commerce. Legislation is one of the important means of guaranteeing legal protection. Legal protection for the sale and purchase agreement is embodied in the Civil Code (KUHPerdata) and Law of Consumer Protection. However, with the difference between conventional buying and selling agreements and electronic commerce, it is felt that the Civil Code and UUPK are not enough to keep up with the development of electronic commerce. The results of this study are legal protection for parties in electronic commerce, stated in separate regulations in the implementation of electronic commerce, which are embodied in Law of Information and Electronic Transactions (UU ITE) which has been updated, and its implementation is regulated in Government Regulation of Implementation of Electronic Systems and Transactions (PP PSTE)."

The digital economy in Indonesia is growing rapidly. The number of Electronic Commerce (e-commerce) users in Indonesia is also projected to continuously increase. There are various motivating reasons for customers to shop on e-commerce platforms. Online consumer reviews have a significant influence on consumer buying behavior and have become a crucial source of information for consumers, affecting about 20–50% of online purchase decisions. Currently, E-commerce XYZ has not conducted further research or investigation into the factors that can prompt customers to leave reviews. The purpose of this study is to analyze several factors that influence customers' intentions to provide online reviews, or electronic word of mouth (EWOM). This research is expected to provide insights to enhance the product review rate, which is closely related to customer satisfaction and is likely to impact the increase in the add-to-cart rate. The research was conducted using mixed methods, namely quantitatively by distributing online questionnaires and qualitatively by conducting interviews. In this study, selected frameworks are based on factor analysis and adoption from previous studies, including the DeLone & McLean information system success model that integrates the theory of e-service quality, as well as self-determination theory and social influence adopted from the UTAUT theory. Questionnaires were distributed online via Google Forms. The statistical analysis method used is Partial Least Square (PLS) with SmartPLS v.4 tools. The findings of the study conclude that e-service quality, attitude, and customer satisfaction positively influence the customers' intention to provide online reviews. The hypothesis that delivery condition positively affects e-service quality was rejected. Subsequently, interviews and thematic analysis were conducted to explore issues and provide recommendations focused on the accepted hypothesis results."
