Abstrak :
Banyak susunan perbankan tradisional telah berubah sebagai akibat dari revolusi teknologi baru di sektor keuangan. Beberapa elemen telah memengaruhi opini masyarakat tentang pentingnya perbankan digital. Salah satu cara yang dilakukan perusahaan untuk memberikan nilai lebih kepada konsumen adalah dengan menghadirkan transformasi digital yang dirancang khusus untuk menyesuaikan dengan kebutuhan dan preferensi mereka serta menggunakan perangkat mobile seperti ponsel untuk mengakses layanan perbankan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh performance expectancy, effort expectancy, facilitating conditions, hedonic motivation, habit, dan price value terhadap behavioral intention untuk mengadopsi penggunaan bank digital. Penelitian ini mengumpulkan data dari 243 responden berusia 17-27 tahun yang berdomisili di Jabodetabek, memiliki pengalaman bertransaksi secara luring, dan memiliki setidaknya satu rekening bank digital. Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) kemudian digunakan untuk memproses data yang dikumpulkan. Temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa effort expectancy, facilitating conditions, dan habit berpengaruh positif terhadap behavioral intention untuk menggunakan bank digital. ......Many traditional banking arrangements have changed as a result of the financial sector's new technological revolution. Some of the elements that have influenced people's opinions of the significance of digital banking.  One method the company seeks to provide consumers with more value is by delivering digital transformations that are especially designed to match their needs and preferences and that use mobile devices such as cell phones to access banking services. This study aims to examine the effect of performance expectancy, effort expectancy, facilitating conditions, hedonic motivation, habit, and price value to behavioral intention of adopting digital banking. This study collects data from 243 respondents aged 17 to 27 who live in Jabodetabek area, had experienced to do offline transaction, and have at least one digital bank account. Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) was then used to process the data collected. The findings of this study shows that shows that effort expectancy, facilitating condition, and habit has a positive effect on behavioral intention on using digital banking.

Paylater merupakan layanan kredit cicilan dan termasuk ke dalam fintech sektor pembayaran. Saat ini PayLater telah menjadi sebuah tren dikarenakan memungkinkan konsumen melakukan pembelian dengan cara mengangsur dan membayarnya di masa mendatang serta mudah untuk diakses oleh siapapun. Namun pada kenyataanya kemudahan akses serta kepercayaan pada produk fintech tidak hanya memberi manfaat namun juga membawa kecenderungan masyarakat untuk berutang. Oleh karena itu tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi seseorang untuk menggunakan Paylater dan bagaimana dampaknya terhadap financial well-being dari pengguna fitur tersebut. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dimana data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang mencakup 355 responden. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan model Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) untuk mengestimasi hubungan antar variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Performance Expectancy, Facilitating Conditions dan Financial Literacy berpangaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap Adoption of Paylater. Selain itu dapat diketahui bahwa Adoption of Paylater dapat memediasi pengaruh Performance Expectancy, Social Influence, Facilitating Conditions secara negatif dan signifikan terhadap Financial Well-being sedangkan Financial Literacydapat memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Financial Well-being. Namun tidak ditemukan pengaruh yang signifikan dari Social Influence dah Habit terhadap Adoption of Paylater serta Habit terhadap Financial Well-being. ......Paylater is an instalment credit service and is a part of the fintech payment sector. Currently Paylater has become a trend because it allows consumers to make purchases by instalments and pay for them in the future. This feature has been known for its ease of use and can be easily accessed by anyone. However, in reality the ease of access and trust in fintech products do not only provide benefits but also bring people's tendency to go into debt. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to determine the factors that influence a person to use Paylater and how it impacts the financial well-being of its users. This is a quantitative research where the data used is primary data which includes 355 respondents. Data processing was carried out using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) model to estimate the relationship between variables. The results of the study show that Performance Expectancy, Facilitating Conditions and Financial Literacy have a significant positive effect on Paylater Adoption. In addition, it can be seen that Paylater Adoption can mediate the effect of Performance Expectancy, Social Influence, Facilitating Conditions negatively and significantly on Financial Well-being, while Financial Literacy can have a positive and significant impact on Financial Well-being. However, no significant effect was found from Social Influence and Habits on Paylater Adoption and Habits on Financial Well-being.

Abstrak :
Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor-faktor (performance expectancy, effrt expectancy, subjective norm, facilitating conditions, price value, perceived security, dan perceived privacy) terhadap behavioral intention untuk menggunakan dompet digital pada generasi Z (lahir pada tahun 1997-2005) di Indonesia, khususnya wilayah Jabodetabek. Dalam penelitian ini, terdapat variabel financial awareness sebagai variabel moderasi yang dapat memperkuat atau memperlemah hubungan antara subjective norm dan price value terhadap behavioral intention. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 205 responden melalui survei cross sectional yang selanjutnya diolah dan dianalisis menggunakan Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Method (PLS-SEM). Model penelitian ini merupakan hasil modifikasi UTAUT2 dengan menambahkan variabel perceived security, perceived privacy, dan financial awareness. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa performance expectancy, facilitating conditions, dan price value berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap behavioral intention. Effort expectancy berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap behavioral intention. Subjective norm, perceived security, dan perceived privacy tidak berpengaruh terhadap behavioral intention. Terakhir, hubungan antara subjective norm dan price value terhadap behavioral intention tidak dimoderasi oleh financial awareness. ......This study aims to determine the influence of factors (performance expectancy, effort expectancy, subjective norm, facilitating conditions, price value, perceived security, and perceived privacy) on the behavioral intention to use a digital wallet in generation Z (born 1997-2005). ) in Indonesia, especially the Jabodetabek area. In this study, there is a financial awareness variable as a moderating variable that can strengthen or weaken the relationship between subjective norm and price values on behavioral intention. The data used in this study were 205 respondents through a cross-sectional survey which were then processed and analyzed using the Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Method (PLS-SEM). This research model is the result of modification of UTAUT2 by adding the variables perceived security, perceived privacy, and financial awareness. The results of this study indicate that performance expectancy, facilitating conditions, and price value have a positive and significant effect on behavioral intention. Effort expectancy has a negative and significant effect on behavioral intention. Subjective norm, perceived security, and perceived privacy have no effect on behavioral intention. Finally, the relationship between subjective norm and price values on behavioral intention is not moderated by financial awareness.

Penelitian ini membahas salah satu perilaku terpopuler selama pandemi, yaitu streaming movie. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mendorong muslim untuk berlangganan movie streaming berbayar sebagai tindakan yang beretika dan sesuai dengan ajaran Islam. Faktor yang memengaruhi intensi meliputi involvement, religious teaching, attitude toward movie streaming services, subjective norms, moral judgement, dan facilitating conditions. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap 253 responden. Metode PLS-SEM digunakan untuk analisis. Hasilnya menunjukkan pengaruh positif signifikan dari involvement, religious teaching, attitude toward movie streaming services, dan subjective norms. Analisis lebih lanjut dilakukan dengan melakukan multigroup analysis antara intensi kelompok yang sedang berlangganan dan tidak berlangganan. ...... This study discusses about one of the most popular behaviors during a pandemic, namely streaming movies. The purpose of this study is to analyse the factors that influence Muslims to subscribe on movie streaming services as an ethical action and in line with Islamic values. Factors that influence intention include involvement, religious teaching, attitude toward movie streaming services, subjective norms, moral judgment, and facilitating conditions. The study was conducted on 253 respondents. PLS-SEM method was used for analysis. The results show a significant positive influence from involvement, religious teaching, attitude toward movie streaming services, and subjective norms. Further analysis was carried out by creating a multigroup analysis between the intentions of the groups who were being subscribed and not subscribing.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi adopsi mobile banking di Indonesia. Model konseptual yang digunakan ada replikasi dari penelitian sebelumnya, menggabungkan model Task Technology Fit (TTF) dan Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT). Untuk menguju korelasi dari variabel yang digunakan, penelitian ini menggunakan partial least square structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM). Ada delapan variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini: Task Characteristics, Technology Characteristics, Task Technology Fit, Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, Facilitating Conditions, dan User Adoption. Data yang diperoleh oleh online survei sebanyak 301 respon. Responden dipilih berdasarkan pengalaman mereka dalam menggunakan mobile banking. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Task Characteristics, Technology Characteristics, Task Technology Fit, Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, dan Facilitating Conditions memiliki pengaruh positif dalam adopsi mobile banking di Indonesia ......This research aims to analyse the factors that are affecting the adoption of mobile banking in Indonesia. The conceptual model is replicated from previous research, combining the Task Technology Fit (TTF) and Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) model. To test the correlation of the variables used, this research is using partial least square structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM). There are eight variables used in this research: Task Characteristics, Technology Characteristics, Task Technology Fit, Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, Facilitating Conditions, and User Adoption. There are 301 responses collected for the data analysis using online surveys. The respondents are selected based on their previous experience in using mobile banking. The result of the research revealed that Task Characteristics, Technology Characteristics, Task Technology Fit, Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, and Facilitating Conditions have a positive effect towards mobile banking adoption in Indonesia.
