"Pertumbuhan konsumen kelas menengah atas menimbulkan tren gaya hidup baru di Jakarta, yaitu konsumsi restoran kelas menengah atas khususnya pada tipe restoran casual-dining. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa hubungan antara variabel-variabel Service Qualities yaitu Physical Environment Quality, Interactional Quality, dan Outcome Quality, serta pengaruhnya terhadap variabel Consumer Utilitarian Attitudes Toward Brands, Consumer Hedonic Attitides Toward Brands, dan Brand Preference dari konsumen restoran casual-dining. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel konsumen berusia 18-33 tahun yang pernah mengunjungi restoran casual-dining di Jakarta dalam kurun waktu 6 (enam) bulan terakhir dengan metode non-probability sampling. Data hasil penelitian dioleh menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Physical Environment Quality, Interactional Quality, dan Outcome Quality saling berhubungan dan memiliki pengaruh positif satu sama lain. Kemudian, Interactional Quality dan Outcome Quality memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Utilitarian Attitude dan Hedonic Attitude. Pada akhirnya, Utilitarian Attitude dan Hedonic Attitude terbukti memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Brand Preference.

The growth of middle-class consumers creates new lifestyle trend in Jakarta. The new lifestyle trend is consumption of upper-middle class restaurants, specifically casual-dining restaurants. The purpose of this research is to analyze the relationship between the variables of Service Qualities, which are Physical Environment Quality, Interactional Quality, and Outcome Quality, as well as their effects on Consumer Utilitarian Attitudes Toward Brands, Hedonic Attitudes Toward Brands, and Brand Preference in casual-dining restaurants. This research uses sample of young adult consumers from 18-33 age group who have visited casual-dining restaurant in Jakarta in the last 6 (six) months using non-probability sampling method. The data collected then analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling method. The result of this research shows that Physical Environment Quality, Interactional Quality, and Outcome Quality are interrelated and have positive effects on each other. Interactional Quality and Outcome Quality positively affect Utilitarian Attitude and Hedonic Attitude. Finally, Utilitarian Attitude and Hedonic Attitude positively affect Brand Preference."

"Dalam proses manajemen jasa konstruksi terdapat tahapan prakualifikasi, pra tender dan tender. Faktor-faktor tersebut merupakan proses penentuan kontraktor pemenang lelang oleh pemilik proyek. Proses tersebut membutuhkan kriteria pemilihan kontraktor oleh pemilik proyek berdasarkan Undang-undang dan literatur yang ada. Penerapan faktor-faktor kriteria pemilihan kontraktor yang berperan dalam menentukan kontraktor mempengaruhi keberhasilan proyek dari faktor kinerja mutu. Dengan penerapan kriteria pemilihan akan memberikan konstribusi yang sangat besar terhadap keberhasilan pencapaian kinerja mutu yang optimal.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi variabel kriteria pemilihan kontraktor yang paling berpengaruh dalam pemilihan kontraktor dalam proses pelelangan dan pengaruh kriteria pemilihan kontraktor terhadap kinerja mutu. Studi penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada responden yang sudah memiliki pengalaman dalam menangani proses pelelangan pada instansi pemerintah dan data yang diperoleh dilakukan analisis dengan menggunakan analisis statistik. Dari hasil analisa statistik dengan menggunakan metode Konkordasi Kendall diperoleh variabel dengan urutan ranking teratas adalah "ketersediaan pendanaan", "keahlian kontraktor bekerja sama dengan pemilik proyek, konsultan, pemerintah dan masyarakat", "penawaan kontraktor secara terperinci merupakan harga bersaing. Dan dengan menggunakan metode analisis regresi diperoleh 3 (tiga) variabel bebas dalam kriteria pemilihan kontraktor yang berpengaruh terhadap kinerja mutu yaitu "pengetahuan kontraktor tentang disain yang dapat dibangun", "kontraktor punya nama besar" dan "ketersediaanperalatan.

The process require criterion election of contractor by owner the project of pursuant Law and of literature existing Applying of criterion factors election of contractor which play a part in to determine contractor influence efficacy of project by performance factor quality. With applying of election criterion will give very big role to efficacy of attainment the performance quality for optimalized.

Intention of this research is to identify criterion variable election of most having an effect on contractor in election of contractor in course of auction and influence the criterion election by contractor to performance quality. This Research study is conducted by propagating quesioner to responder which have owned experience in handling auction process at governmental institution and obtained to be data analyse by using statistical analysis. From result of statistical analysis by using method of "Konkordasi KendallTM obtained by variable with sequence of ranking therefor with "availibility of financing", "membership of contractor cooperate within the owner project, consultant, governmental and society", " offer of contractor detailedly represent price compete. And by using method analyse regresi obtained 3 three free variable in criterion election of contractor having an effect on to performance quality of that is "knowledge of contractor about designed able to be woke up", " contractor have big name" and "availibility of equipments"."
