"ABSTRAKThis research aims to analyze the role of active Islamic cooperative in improving the quality of the micro enterprise and know the kinds of cooperative role of Sharia in improving quality of micro enterprises. Qualitative research methods are methods with data retrieval through structured interviews, field observations and documentation.The results of the research show that the BMT BUMi has run its role in General as a cooperative of Sharia that are able to make economic and social activities of its members which is the community around the mosque became a better and prosperous, while the types of initiatives that have been undertaken by the BMT BUMi in the improved quality of micro enterprises only on the physical aspects of the marketing of products and havent touched aspects of marketing management services (quality of service), production management, financial management, simple accounting, human resource management and business ethics."

"Penelitian ini membahas pengaruh orientasi kewirausahaan denganperhatian khusus pada hubungan diferensial yang ada antara ketiga subdimensi tersebut terhadap kinerja perusahaan. This study discusses the effect of entrepreneurial orientation with particular

attention to the differential relationship that exists between the three subdimensions

to firm performance. Previous research has shown that Indonesian

MSMEs have problems with resources (especially access to finance) and

managerial skills, so this study will include the availability of financial

resources and the flexibility of resources as a moderating variable. This study

used 149 respondents who are owners of micro businesses in the Indonesian

Community of “Tangan Di Atas” (TDA). The data analysis method uses

SEM-PLS. The results show that innovation and proactivity have a significant

positive relationship with firm performance, while resource flexibility

moderates the relationship significantly. Risk-taking is positively related to

firm performance in the moderation of financial resources."

"Implementasi digital dalam bisnis memunculkan adanya peluang, tantangan, dan aktivitas baru dalam pelaksanaannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pemanfaatan modal sosial sebagai instrumen utama dalam menjalankan aktivitas bisnis UMKM yang berada di lingkup digital melalui sudut pandang antropologis. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan etnografi untuk memberikan deskripsi mengenai peran relasi sosial, kepercayaan, dan resiprositas dalam berbagai tahapan bisnis dan dinamika yang muncul antarpihak. Keberadaan modal sosial dalam UMKM digital mengimplikasikan adanya signifikansi aspek sosial dalam aktivitas ekonomi digital, sekaligus dinamika yang muncul antara pelaku usaha dengan relasi sosial yang dimilikinya dalam memanfaatkan modal sosial.

Digital implementation in business raises new opportunities, challenges, and activities in its implementation. This paper examines the use of social capital as the main instrument in implementing Small-Micro Enterprises activities in the digital sphere. The existence of social capital in digital Small-Micro Enterprises implies the significance of social aspects in digital economic activities, it also implies the dynamics that emerge between business actors and the social relations when utilizing social capital. This research uses qualitative research using an ethnographic approach to provide a holistic description for the role of social relations, trust, and reciprocity in various stages of business and the upheavals that arise between parties."

"Studi ini melihat bagaimana pengaruh karakteristik pengusaha, karakteristik usaha dan strategi usaha terhadap performa usaha mikro di Indonesia menggunakan Storey’s Framework. Data yang digunakan berasal dari Survei Industri Mikro dan Kecil (VIMK) tahun 2022. Variabel yang dijadikan tolak ukur performa adalah laba bersih per bulan dari usaha mikro. Melalui metode ordinary least square (OLS) didapati bahwa variabel umur, umur2, jenis kelamin, tingkat pendidikan, status hukum, umur usaha, jumlah pegawai, sektor, adaptasi teknologi, inovasi dan bantuan pemerintah secara signifikan mempengaruhi performa usaha mikro. Namun, pada skala usaha kecil ditemukan bahwa hanya variabel jenis kelamin, tingkat pendidikan, status hukum, jumlah pegawai, sektor, adaptasi teknologi, inovasi dan kemitraan yang mempengaruhi performa usahanya.

This study analyzes how owner’s characteristics, business characteristics and business strategy influence the performance of micro enterprises in Indonesia using Storey’s Framework. The data being used comes from Survei Industri Mikro dan Kecil (VIMK) from 2022. The response variable is micro enterprises’ monthly net profit. Using Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method, it was found that age, age2, sex, education level, legal status, business age, number of employees, sector, technological adaptation, innovation and government assistance significantly affect the performance of micro enterprises. However, on small enterprises it was found that only gender, education level, legal status, number of employees, sector, technological adaptation, innovation and partnership affect their business performance."
