"RSUP Fatmawati sebagai salah satu rumah sakit pengampu PTRM di wilayahDKI Jakarta melakukan pembinaan terhadap beberapa satelit di wilayah kerjanya.Cakupan satelit yang rendah, masalah penggunaan napza lain serta beberapasatelit yang merasakan adanya perbedaan cara petugas pembina melaksanakanbimbingan membuat peneliti merasa perlu untuk melakukan evaluasi terhadappembinaan dan efektivitasnya terhadap layanan PTRM di satelit.Penelitian ini dilakukan di RSUP Fatmawati dan 4 satelit diwilayah DKI Jakarta.Metode deskriptif-kualitatif digunakan untuk mengetahui evaluasi pembinaanPTRM RSUP Fatmawati di satelit dan; efektivitas pembinaan terhadap kualitaslayanan di 4 satelit wilayah DKI Jakarta. Data diperoleh dari hasil wawancaramendalam dengan informan secara purposive yaitu petugas PTRM RSUPFatmawati, petugas dan klien di satelit serta didukung dengan FGD dan studidokumen laporan terkait. Selanjutnya data yang diperoleh direduksi,dikelompokkan sesuai pokok permasalahan, dan dianalisis denganmembandingkan antara hasil wawancara dan dokumen dalam bentuk uraian.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan, pertama, evaluasi pembinaan PTRM RSUPFatmawati di satelit menunjukkan: (1) belum tersedia SPO pelaksanaan supervisike satelit; (2) belum seragamnya materi pelaksanaan supervisi oleh petugas; (3)persepsi petugas pelaksana mengenai layanan belum kearah kualitas pelayanan disatelit; (4) belum ada pengawasan dari Kementerian Kesehatan terkaitpelaksanaan supervisi petugas RS Pengampu. Untuk itu diperlukan upaya untukmengatasinya dengan membuat SPO pelaksanaan supervisi ke satelit yang bakudan dapat diterapkan dalam pelaksanaan supervisi ke satelit. Kedua, pembinaansudah dilaksanakan secara efektif terhadap aspek output. Dikatakan efektif yaituapabila tujuan yang ingin dicapai telah terlaksana, hal ini dibuktikan dengankeberhasilan layanan PTRM di 4 satelit wilayah DKI Jakarta. Pembinaan belumefektif terhadap aspek input dan proses layanan PTRM di satelit. Upaya yangharus dilakukan petugas Pembina adalah membuat usulan kepada KementerianKesehatan agar sistem pembinaan yang dilakukan oleh RS pengampu agar dapatmempunyai kewenangan terhadap pelayanan di satelit atau melakukan koordinasikepada stake holder terkait masalah terhadap SDM dan fasilitas di satelit.......The research was conducted in Fatmawati and 4 satellite region of Jakarta.Descriptive-qualitative method used to determine the evaluation of coachingMMT Fatmawati in satellite and; effectiveness of supervision on the quality ofsatellite services in 4 areas of Jakarta. Data obtained from in-depth interviewswith informants purposively namely Fatmawati MMT officers, officials andclients in the satellite and supported by focus group study of documents andrelated reports. Furthermore, the data obtained is reduced, grouped according tosubject matter, and analyzed by comparing the results of interviews anddocuments in narrative form.The results showed, first, formation evaluation MMT Fatmawati in satelliteshows: (1) has not been available to the Satellite SPO implementation supervision,(2) the material has not been uniform implementation of supervision by officers,(3) perceptions regarding the executive officers yet toward service quality ofservice on satellites, (4) there is no supervision of the Ministry of Health on theimplementation of the supervision officer RS custodian. Therefore, efforts to copewith the implementation of supervision to make SPO satellite and can be appliedin the implementation of supervision to the satellite. Second, coaching is carriedout effectively against the output aspect. Is said to be effective if the objectiveshave been accomplished, this is evidenced by the success of MMT services in 4satellite Jakarta area. Yet effective coaching input and process aspects of MMT inthe satellite services. Efforts must be made officers of PTRM Fatmawati Hospitalis to make a proposal to the Ministry of Health for the system developmentundertaken by RS custodian in order to have the authority to services at thesatellite or to coordinate the relevant stakeholders on HR issues and in satellitefacilities."

"ABSTRAKA natural-based nanocomposite film consisting of chitosan, montmorillonite (MMT) and cashew nut shell liquid (CNSL) was synthesized. The nanocomposite was prepared by mixing a suspension of clay particles (filler, MMT) with a solution containing chitosan as the macroscopic polymer matrix. In this study, it was proposed that non-ionic long-chain alkylmolecules with possible interact ions with the amine group of chitosan could be used as a plasticizer. As a natu-ral source for these compounds, an extract of CNSL was used. A series of chitosan/MMT com-posite samples containing two different clay contents and a sample with an additional CNSL were prepared. FTIR spectroscopy of the nanocomposite films indicated that, by addition of CNSL, amide groups of the chitosan are probably less attached and have more space for vibration. CNSL seems to provide intermolecular spaces between the chitosan molecules. Atomic force microscopy (AFM) analysis showed that the composite containedparticles measuring 100 nm or less, which confirmed that the nanocomposite had been successfully produced by this method. Addition of CNSL as plasticizer improved the tensile strength by 10% and the elastic modulus by almost 18%. Cell growth was observed on all the nanocomposite samples studied."

"Lansia akan mengalami berbagai perubahan, baik aspek fisiologis maupun psikologis. Salah satu perubahan fisiologis pada lansia ialah sistem muskuloskeletal. Perubahan sistem muskuloskeletal serta faktor risiko lain pada lansia dapat mengakibatkan masalah hambatan mobilitas fisik. Latihan mobilitas dan kebugaran merupakan salah satu latihan yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengatasi hambatan mobilitas fisik. Tujuan penulisan ini untuk memaparkan analisis praktik asuhan keperawatan pada lansia dengan hambatan mobilitas fisik. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan hasil positif, yaitu adanya peningkatan nilai Berg Balance Scale (BBS) dari 36 menjadi 39, nilai Elderly Mobility Scale (EMS) dari 13 menjadi 18, hasil Timed Up and Go (TUG) dari 28 detik menjadi 17 detik, serta peningkatan kekuatan otot pada kedua ekstremitas atas dan ektremitas kanan bawah. Perawat dapat memberikan latihan fisik berupa latihan mobilitas dan kebugaran secara teratur dan bertahap untuk meningkatkan/ mempertahankan tingkat mobilitas lansia.

Older person undergo numerous changes, both physiological and psychological aspects. One of the physiological changes is the musculoskeletal system. Changes in the musculoskeletal system as well as other risk factors in older person can lead to problems of impaired physical mobility. Fitness and mobility exercise is one of the physical exercises that can be done to overcome barriers to physical mobility. The purpose of this study to give an overview of the analysis of nursing care for impaired physical mobility in older person. The evaluation showed positive results which an increase score Berg Balance Scale (BBS) 36 to 39, Elderly Mobility Scale (EMS) 13 to 18, Timed Up and Go (TUG) test 28 to 17 second, and an increase muscle strength both of upper extremity and right below extremity. Nurses can provide fitness and mobility exercise regularly and gradually to increase/maintain the level of mobility of the older person."
