"Keterlibatan belajar merupakan salah satu variabel yang memiliki peran terhadap kesuksesan akademis dan mencegah putus kuliah. Dalam perspektif Self-Determination Theory SDT , keterlibatan belajar merupakan hubungan dialektik antara lingkungan belajar dengan kebutuhan dasar psikologis. Teman sebaya sebagai agen di lingkungan belajar memiliki peran dalam keterlibatan belajar terutama di perguruan tinggi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji peran mediasi pemenuhan kebutuhan dasar psikologis terhadap hubungan dukungan makna belajar dari teman sebaya dan keterlibatan belajar mahasiswa. Partisipan penelitian sejumlah 736 mahasiswa semester 2 pada Rumpun Ilmu Sosial, Rumpun Matematika dan Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam, dan Rumpun Ilmu Teknik di Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengambilan data dengan kuesioner dan menggunakan metode olah data IBM Statistic SPSS 20: Process Macro by Andrew Hayes. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah The Brief Personal Meaning Profile Wong, 2012 mengukur dukungan makna belajar dari teman sebaya, Engaged Learning Index Schreiner Louis, 2006 mengukur keterlibatan belajar, Basic Psychological Needs Satisfaction Scale Deci Ryan, 2000 mengukur pemenuhan kebutuhan dasar psikologis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemenuhan kebutuhan dasar psikologis memiliki peran mediasi parsial terhadap hubungan dukungan makna belajar dari teman sebaya dan keterlibatan belajar mahasiswa.

AbstractStudent engagement in the learning process has a role in the academic success and prevent drop out. According to Self Determination Theory, student engagement is the result of dialectical relationship between learning environments and the basic psychological needs satisfaction. Peers as an agent in the learning environment has a role influencing student engagement in learning including student in higher education. The purpose of this study was to examine the role of basic psychological needs satisfaction as a mediator between peers support meaning in learning and college student engagement. Respondents in this study were 736 freshman from State University of Jakarta. Engaged Learning Index Schreiner Louis, 2006 was used to measure college student engagement, The Brief Personal Meaning Profile Wong, 2012 was used to measure peers support meaning in learning, and Basic Psychological Needs Satisfaction Scale Deci Ryan, 2000 was used to get the data of basic psychological needs satisfaction. The process macro by Andrew Hayes for SPSS was used to test the mediation variable. The result of the study indicated that basic psychological needs satisfaction partially mediated the relationship between peers support meaning in learning and college student engagement.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh dari harmonious passion dan obsessive passion terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis karyawan. Teori basic psychological needs satisfaction digunakan sebagai penjelas dinamika teori hubungan antar variabel. Individu dengan obsessive passion akan cenderung memiliki kesejahteraan psikologis yang rendah, sebaliknya individu dengan harmonious passion akan memiliki kesejahteraan psikologis yang tinggi. Responden penelitian sebanyak 216 berasal dari beragam latar belakang bidang profesi. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa obsessive work passion berpengaruh negatif terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis dan harmonious work passion berpengaruh positif terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis.

This study aims to investigate the effect of harmonious passion and obsessive passion on employee rsquo s psychological well being. Drawing from basic psychological needs satisfaction theory, harmonious passion would be positively related to psychological well being and obsessive passion would be negatively related to psychological well being. Respondens n 216 came from various vocational background. The results showed that obsessive passion negatively affected psychological well being and harmonious passion positively affected psychological well being. Furthermore, harmonious passion contributed unique variance on psychological well being over and above obsessive passion."

"Penyelenggaraan kesehatan pada sarana kesehatan harus memperhatikan mutu dari pelayanan yang diberikan, demikian juga rumah sakit. Pengelola rumah sakit harus dapat memanfaatkan sumberdaya yang dimiliki guna memenuhi kebutuhan dan harapan pasien. Untuk memperoleh hasil yang baik, diperlukan sistem keuangan yang baik, kepuasan pelanggan, melaksanakan bisnis dengan profesional dan meningkatkan sumberdaya manusia. Pendekatan yang dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan kinerja keempat aspek tersebut adalah dengan menggunakan balance scorecard. Rumah sakit ABC ingin mengetahui kinerja dengan menggunakan balanced scorecard.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui gambaran kinerja rumah sakit ABC dengan menggunakan pendekatan balanced scorecard. Data primer yang diperoleh dari responden dan data sekunder diperoleh dari laporan rumah sakit dianalisa dengan analisa deskriptif.
Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa :
1). Aspek keuangan, pertumbuhan pendapatan rumah sakit ABC tahun 2005 adalah 112,5 %. Pertumbuhan pengeluaran tahun 2005 adalah 109,9 %. Perbandingan pendapatan dengan pengeluaran tahun 2005 adalah 102,4 %, dan memiliki keuntungan.
2). Aspek pelanggan, dapat dikatakan bahwa tingkat kepuasan pelanggan adalah sebesar 97,8 %. Retensi pelanggan sebesar 69,12 %. Pangsa pasar tahun 2005 sebesar 128,9 %.
3). Aspek proses bisnis internal, dimana jumlah pasien lebih dari 43.000 tahun 2005. BOR sebesar 43,46 %. BTO sebesar 30,1 kali. NDR dan GDR masih kurang dari 45 orang dan 25 orang.
4). Aspek pertumbuhan dan pembelajaran, tingkat kepuasan pegawai adalah sebesar 49,8 %. Tingkat turn over pegawai sebesar 8,22 %. Pendapatan perusahaan per pegawai sebesar Rp 45.691316. Kemampuan sistem informasi rumah sakit kurang baik. Jumlah pegawai yang mengikuti pelatihan tahun 2005 adalah 48 orang.
Dan hasil penelitian keempat aspek dengan pendekatan balanced scorecard diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa kinerja rumah sakit ABC sudah cukup.

The Health of implementation at means of health has to watch a service quality, include a hospital. Hospital management must exploit its resources to meet patient needs and expectation. To meet a good result it needs a good financial system, able to satisfy customer, do business professionally and upgrade human resource. To increase these aspecs, it can be use balanced scorecard approach. ABC hospital whiles to present its performance by using the balanced scorecard.
This research goal is detecting ABC hospital performance with balanced scorecard approach. The primer data from respondents and secondary data from hospital report analyzed with descriptive analysis.
From the research we can see that
1) financial aspect, increase of income for 2005 was realized 112,5 %. Increase of outcome for 2005 was 109,9 %. Income and outcome ratio for 2005 was 102,4 % and there was a positive balance.
2) Customer aspect, it can be said that the average customer satisfaction was 97,8 %. Customer retention was 69,12 %. Market segmentation for 2005 was 128,9 %.
3) Internal business aspect, there were more than 43.000 visits made by patients in 2005. The BOR for 2005 was 43,46 %. BTO was 30,1 times. The NDR and GDR were lower than 45 persons and 25 persons.
4) Growth and learn aspect, employee satisfaction was 49,8 %. Employee turn over was 8,22 %. Productivity in 2005 was Rp. 45.691.316. Hospital information system was not capable. There were 48 persons have a training for 2005.
From the research, it can be conclude that the four aspect which using balanced scorecard approach were quite satisfaction."

"Pada masa pandemi Covid-19, taruna di Akademi Kepolisian yang menjalani Perkuliahan Jarak Jauh (PJJ) menunjukan tampak kurang terlibat dalam belajar. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara awal, taruna kurang terlibat dalam belajar karena mengalami berbagai hambatan dan tantangan belajar yang dijalani secara tatap maya. Penelitian terdahulu menunjukkan bahwa untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan belajar, kebutuhan dasar psikologis peserta didik harus terpuaskan oleh dosen. Selain itu, peserta didik yang memiliki kemampuan academic buoyancy dapat mengatasi hambatan akademik sehari-hari sehingga dapat terlibat dalam belajar. Oleh sebab itu, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat peran academic buoyancy terhadap hubungan pemuasan kebutuhan dasar psikologis dan keterlibatan belajar. Partisipan penelitian ini berjumlah 279 taruna Akpol yang diukur dengan School Engagement Measurement, Basic Psychological Needs Satisfaction, dan Academic Buoyancy Scale. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan analisis mediasi Macro PROCESS dari Hayes. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan academic buoyancy memediasi secara parsial hubungan antara pemuasan kebutuhan dasar psikologis dan keterlibatan belajar. Pemuasan kebutuhan dasar psikologis dapat memengaruhi keterlibatan belajar secara langsung, namun peran mediator academic buoyancy dapat meningkatkan keterlibatan belajar taruna selama menjalani PJJ. Penelitian ini juga membahas implikasi dan saran bagi institusi, dosen, taruna serta penelitian selanjutnya.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, cadets at the Police Academy who attend school from home or distance learning, showed that they were less engaged in learning. Based on the initial interviews, cadets are less engaged in learning because they experience various obstacles and challenges in virtual learning. Previous research showed that to increase student engagement, the basic psychological needs of students must be fulfilled by the lecturer. In addition, students who have academic buoyancy skills can overcome daily academic obstacles to be engaged in learning. This research was conducted to see the role of academic buoyancy in the relationship between basic psychological needs satisfaction and student engagement. Participants in this study were 279 cadets of Police Academy measured by the ‘School Engagement Measurement’, ‘Basic Psychological Needs Satisfaction’, and ‘Academic Buoyancy Scale’. The results showed that academic buoyancy partially mediates the relationship between basic psychological needs satisfaction and student engagement. The basic psychological needs satisfaction can directly affect student engagement, but the role of an academic buoyancy as mediator can increase the student engagement of cadets during distance learning . This research also discusses implications and suggestions for institutions, lecturers, cadets, and further research."

"Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh idol worship (BPA, PEV, BSR, RNS) terhadap brand loyalty dari merek yang menggunakan kpop idol sebagai celebrity endorser melalui brand passion dan brand attachment. Sampel yang digunakan adalah penggemar kpop idol yang pernah membeli atau menggunakan produk dari merek yang ditentukan atas dasar kesukaan kepada idola, dengan usia 20-39 tahun dan berdomisili di Indonesia. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan melalui kuesioner dalam bentuk google form yang disebarkan secara online dan berhasil mengumpulkan sebanyak 307 responden. Data yang telah dikumpulkan, diolah menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan software Smart PLS-SEM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa brand personality appeal, perceived emotional value, brand-based self-realization dan relatedness needs satisfaction memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap brand passion dan brand attachment, kecuali pada brand personality appeal yang tidak memiliki pengaruh pada brand attachment. Selain itu, brand passion ditemukan secara signifikan mempengaruhi brand attachment dan kedua variabel tersebut (BP, BA) memediasi hubungan variabel idol worship (BPA, PEV, BSR, RNS) dengan brand loyalty.

This study was conducted to determine the effect of idol worship (BPA, PEV, BSR, RNS) on brand loyalty from brands that use kpop idol as celebrity endorsers through brand passion and brand attachment. The sample studied is kpop idol fans who have bought or used products from a predetermined brand on the basis of liking for idols, aged 20-39 years and domiciled in Indonesia. Sampling was carried out through a questionnaire in the form of a Google form which was distributed online and managed to collect 307 respondents. The data that has been collected is processed using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) method with the Smart PLS-SEM software. The results showed that brand personality appeal, perceived emotional value, brand-based self-realization, and relatedness needs satisfaction had a positive effect on brand passion and brand attachment, except for brand personality appeal which had no effect on brand attachment. In addition, brand passion was found to significantly influence brand attachment and the two variables (BP,BA) mediated the relationship between idol worship variables (BPA, PEV, BSR, RNS) with brand loyalty."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan fenomena idolatry yang mempengaruhi perilaku konsumsi konsumen-penggemar atas K-Pop fan-made goods, meskipun isu hak cipta dan etika muncul dalam praktiknya. Fan-made goods dianggap penggemar sebagai salah satu manifestasi dari hubungan yang erat antara mereka dan idola mereka. Untuk menguji 18 hipotesis, penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, cross sectional survey, dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik purposive sampling digunakan untuk memperoleh 449 responden, yaitu penggemar K-Pop yang berusia 16-55 tahun, berdomisili di Indonesia, dan pernah melakukan pembelian fan- made goods. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan software SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hanya 11 hipotesis yang signifikan, yaitu Brand Personality Appeal, Perceived Emotional Value, Brand-based Self Realization, Relatedness Needs Satisfaction, dan Customer Engagement memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Brand Passion. Selanjutnya, Relatedness Needs Satisfaction memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Brand Attachment. Sedangkan untuk pengujian efek mediasi, Brand Personality Appeal, Perceived Emotional Value, Brand-based Self Realization, Relatedness Needs Satisfaction, dan Customer Engagement memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Brand Loyalty melalui Brand Passion. Customer Engagement juga memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Brand Loyalty melalui Brand Attachment. Temuan ini dapat dimanfaatkan oleh pemilik bisnis untuk merencanakan strategi yang tepat untuk memasarkan K-Pop fan-made goods.

This research aims to explain the phenomenon of idolatry that influences consumer-fan behavior towards K-Pop fan-made goods, despite copyright issues and ethical concerns arising in its practice. Fan-made goods are considered by fans as one of the manifestations of the close relationship between them and their idols. To test 18 hypotheses, this research used a quantitative approach, cross-sectional survey, using a questionnaire. The purposive sampling technique was used to collect 449 respondents, namely K-Pop fans aged 16-55 years, domiciled in Indonesia, and have purchased fan- made goods. Hypothesis testing was processed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results showed that only 11 hypotheses were significant, namely Brand Personality Appeal, Perceived Emotional Value, Brand- based Self Realization, Relatedness Needs Satisfaction, and Customer Engagement had a positive effect on Brand Passion. Furthermore, Relatedness Needs Satisfaction had a positive effect on Brand Attachment. As for the mediation effect testing, Brand Personality Appeal, Perceived Emotional Value, Brand-based Self Realization, Relatedness Needs Satisfaction, and Customer Engagement had a positive effect on Brand Loyalty through Brand Passion. Customer Engagement also had a positive effect on Brand Loyalty through Brand Attachment. These findings can be utilized by business owners to plan appropriate strategies to market K-Pop fan-made goods."

"Sekolah Islam Terpadu (SIT) merupakan salah satu jenis lembaga pendidikan Islam yang berada di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Shared Goals and Values serta Psycological Needs Satisfaction terhadap Job Satisfaction dan Motivation to Leave pada guru di Sekolah Islam Terpadu yang menekankan pentingnya pemenuhan kebutuhan psikologis guru dalam meningkatkan kepuasan kerja dan megurangi keinginan untuk meninggalkan pekerjaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan Teknik analisis Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) yang diolah menggunakan Smartpls4. Responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 236 orang yang merupakan guru SIT yang tersebar di berbagai daerah di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa shared goals and values memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan secara positif terhadap psychological needs satisfaction yang mengidikasikan bahwa keselarasan nilai dan tujuan memiliki dampak positif terhadap psychological needs satifaction. Selain itu psychological needs satisfaction memiliki dampak yang positif terhadap job satisfaction. Sebaliknya job satisfaction memiliki pengaruh negative terhadap motivation to leave yang menunjukkan bahwa organisasi memiliki peran penting dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan psikologis guru. Keterbatasan penelitian ini adalah jumlah sampel yang relative terbatas sehingga hasilnnya kurang bisa digeneralisir.

The Integrated Islamic School (SIT) is one type of Islamic educational institution in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the influence of Shared Goals and Values as well as Psychological Needs Satisfaction on Job Satisfaction and Motivation to Leave among teachers in Integrated Islamic Schools, emphasizing the importance of fulfilling teachers' psychological needs to increase job satisfaction and reduce the desire to leave their jobs. The study uses the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis technique, processed with SmartPLS 4. The respondents consist of 236 teachers from Integrated Islamic Schools across various regions in Indonesia. The results show that shared goals and values significantly positively influence psychological needs satisfaction, indicating that alignment of values and goals positively impacts psychological needs satisfaction. Furthermore, psychological needs satisfaction positively affects job satisfaction. Conversely, job satisfaction negatively impacts motivation to leave, suggesting that organizations play a vital role in fulfilling teachers' psychological needs. The limitation of this study is the relatively small sample size, which makes the results less generalizable."
