Perkembangan merek pakaian di Indonesia khususnya Jakarta cukup pesat, banyak ritel pakaian yang bermunculan, khususnya pakaian merek luar negri yang masuk ke pasar retail Indonesia. Indonesia menarik bagi peritel luar negeri tersebut karena banyak data statistik Indonesia yang menigkat, salah satunya menunjukan tumbuhnya kelas menengah Jakarta yang menandakan pertumbuhan kesejahteraan masyarakat semakin membaik. Sehingga, memperlihatkan bahwa Indonesia memiliki potensi dalam menghadapi persaingan masyarakat ekonomi ASEAN. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari tahu strategi dari pakaian merek luar negeri yang terdapat di Jakarta sehingga dapat diimplementasikan pada local brand. Penelitian ini membahas purchase intention yang ditinjau dari normative influence, consumer ethnocentrism, consumer confidence, brand consciousness, perceived quality dan emotional value. Model teoritis penelitian ini disampaikan melalui 10 hipotesis dan pengolahan data menggunakan Structural Model Equation. Sample berjumlah 200 responden, dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner online dan offline untuk mencari informasi konsumen yang pernah membeli pakaian merek luar negeri dan bertempat tinggal di Jakarta . Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa normative influence dan consumer confidence memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap brand consciousness. Kemudian penelitian menemukan brand consciousness berpengaruh positif terhadap perceived quality dan emotional value, serta emotional value memberikan pengaruh pada purchase intention. Namun, consumer ethnocentrism dan perceived quality tidak memberikan pengaruh pada purchase intention.;
ABSTRACT
The development of apparel brands in Indonesia, especially Jakarta is quite rapid, many emerging retail apparel, especially foreign apparel brand that enters Indonesian retail market. Indonesia attractive to foreign retailers such as statistical data that shows Indonesia's growth, one of which shows the growth of the middle class in Jakarta which signifies improved public welfare. Thus, shows that Indonesia has the potential to compete in ASEAN economic community. Therefore, this study aims to find out the strategy of foreign apparel brand located in Jakarta so that it can be implemented on local brand. This study discusses the purchase intention in terms of normative influence, consumer ethnocentrism, consumer confidence, brand consciousness, perceived quality and emotional value. The theoretical model is delivered through 10 research hypotheses and data processing using the Structural Equation Model. Sample were 200 respondents, were collected by a questionnaire online and offline to search for consumers information regarding who ever bought foreign apparel brand and lived in Jakarta. The results showed that the normative influence and consumer confidence have a positive influence on brand consciousness. Later studies found brand consciousness positive effect on perceived quality and emotional value, as well as the emotional value's influence on purchase intention. Persaingan ketat pada industri kecantikan di Indonesia membuat perusahaan berlomba untuk bertahan dalam persaingan. Terlebih adanya generasi Z sebagai konsumen yang dominan, cenderung tidak setia pada satu merek dan mendasarkan pembelian pada penawaran yang lebih menguntungkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti faktor-faktor yang dapat meningkatkan loyalitas merek konsumen generasi Z di Indonesia melalui hubungan brand love dan brand loyalty melalui efek mediasi dari self-esteem, susceptibility to normative influence, social media brand engagement. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan online kuesioner dan purposive sampling kepada 321  responden. Data diolah dengan metode analisis SEM-PLS. Dari enam belas hipotesis, sepuluh hipotesis diterima dengan hasil menyatakan terdapat hubungan langsung brand love terhadap brand loyalty, namun pengaruh mediasi hanya terdapat melalui dua dimensi yaitu affective dan behavioral. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi kepada praktisi bisnis Indonesia untuk mempertahankan konsumen dengan memanfaatkan faktor emosional dan perilaku konsumen dalam menyampaikan informasi melalui sosial media.  ......The fierce competition in the beauty industry in Indonesia raises the problem of brand loyalty from the Generation Z who dominate the market as the digital savvy who tends to be disloyal and make product purchases based on profitable offers. Thus, this study aims to analyze the factors that can increase brand loyalty in the local cosmetics industry, specifically from Generation Z in Indonesia through brand love and the mediation effects of self-esteem, susceptibility to normative influence, and social media brand engagement. This research uses a quantitative approach by distributing online questionnaires and purposive sampling to 321 respondents. The data obtained were processed SEM-PLS. From sixteen hypotheses, ten hypotheses are accepted, with the results stating a direct relationship between brand love and brand loyalty. However, the mediating effect only exists through affective and behavioral dimension. This research aims to contribute to Indonesia's business practitioners to retain their consumers by utilizing affective and behavioral factors in giving information on social media.

Skripsi ini meneliti pengaruh Hedonic, Homophily, Information Influence, Normative Influence, Self-Presentation, Tie Strength, Trust, Utilitarian Value terhadap consumer resonance,serta pengaruhnya terhadap purchase intention pada konsumen Traveloka. Pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang diberikan kepada responden secara offline. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengolah data dalam penelitian ini adalah SEM-PLS.Hasil penelitian membuktikan secara signifikan bahwa hedonic value, tie strength, normative,dan self-presentation terbukti berpengaruh secara positif signifikan terhadap consumer resonance. Sedangkan utilitarian value, homophily, trust, dan informational tidak terbukti berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap consumer resonance. Adapun consumer resonance terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadlap intention to purchase. ......This thesis examines the influence of Hedonic, Homophile, Information Influence, Normative Influence, Self-Presentation, Tie Strength, Trust, Utilitarian Value to consumer resonance, and its effect on purchase intention on consumers of Traveloka. Data collection through questionnaires given to respondents offline. The method used to process the data in this study is SEM-PLS. The results of this study prove significantly that hedonic value, tie strength, normative, and self-presentation proved to have a significant positive effect on consumer resonance. While utilitarian values, homophile, trust, and informational are not proven to have a significant effect on consumer resonance. The consumer resonance proved to have a positive and significant impact on intention to purchase.

Seiring dengan perkembangan zaman dan kemajuan teknologi banyak menciptakan gaya hidup masyarakat yang baru. Penggunaan internet pada segala aktivitas telah menjadi fenomena yang lumrah bagi masyarakat Indonesia. Terdapat beberapa alasan yang dijadikan dasar oleh sebagian besar masyarakat indonesia dalam penggunaan internet. Hal ini dijabarkan oleh Survey yang dilakukan Asosiasi Penyelenggara Jasa Internet Indonesia, 2017 yang mengkaji alasan masyarakat dalam penggunaan internet di bidang ekonomi, diantaranya adalah mencari harga, pekerjaan, mencari informasi produk atau jasa, pembelian online, mencari pekerjaan, media transaksi perbankan dan sebagai media penjualan online. Penelitian ini membahas mengenai Faktor-Faktor Yang Memengaruhi Sikap Konsumen Dan Minat Beli Konsumen Terhadap Penawaran E-Voucher Di Indonesia. Model penelitian ini merupakan replikasi dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan oleh Cheah, Phau, Liang, 2015. Dengan metode SEM, didapatkan bahwa perceived value dan price consciousness berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap attitude toward to e-voucher dan attitude towards to e-voucher, normative influence, informative influence dan perceived behavioural control memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intention to buy. ......Along with the times and technological advances, there are many new lifestyles of society. The use of the internet has basically become a common phenomenon for the people of Indonesia. There are several reasons that most Indonesians use in internet. This is described by the Survey conducted Association of Indonesian Internet Service Providers, 2017 which examines the reasons use of the Internet in the economic field, namely seeking information, jobs, seeking information, or transactions, online purchasing, job search, media transactions banking and as an online sales medium. A study that discusses the factors that influence consumer attitudes and buy consumer intention on E Voucher offers in Indonesia. This research model is a replication of the research that has been done by Cheah, Phau, Liang, 2015. With SEM method, it is found that the perceived value and price of positive and significant awareness of attitudes towards e vouchers and attitudes toward e vouchers, informative influence and perceived behavioral control have a positive and significant influence on buying intention.
