ABSTRAK
Pelaksanaan bedside handover oleh perawat di rumah sakit belum sesuai SOP, kurang efektif dan dan belum konsisten. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan perilaku caring perawat dengan pelaksanan bedside handover antar shift. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross-sectional pada 153 perawat pelaksana yang bekerja di rumah sakit dengan menggunakan kuesioner Handover Evaluaton Scale HES dan Measuring of Nurse Caring Behavior MNCB . Data dianalisis dengan uji korelasi pearson. Hasil penelitian didapatkan ada hubungan perilaku caring perawat dengan pelaksanan bedside handover p < 0,001 dengan r = 0,537. Melalui bedside handover interaksi perawat dengan pasien meningkat, pasien dan keluarga berpeluang untuk terlibat dalam proses perawatan pasien. Interaksi yang dilakukan perawat dalam serah terima merupakan salah satu bentuk perilaku caring perawat terhadap pasien. Manajer keperawatan diharapkan dapat meningkatkan perilaku caring perawat dan pelaksanaa bedside handover dengan menyediakan SPO yang komprehensif, membuat program khusus untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan pengetahuan perawat pelaksana, melakukan sosialisasi dan pelatihan, melakukan bimbingan dan evaluasi, serta pemberian sanksi atau reward yang dapat memfasilitasi pelaksanan bedside handover dan caring.

The implementation of bedside handover by nurses in hospital has not been in accordance with SOP, is less effective and is not yet consistent. This study aims to identify the relationship between nurses rsquo caring behavior and the implementation of Inter shifts bedside handover. This study used a cross sectional design on 153 nurses who worked in hospitals using Handover Evaluation Scale HES and Measuring of Nurse Caring Behavior MNCB questionnaires. Kondisi stress akibat terpaparnya trauma yang dialami orang lain serta adanya kelelahan fisik dan emosi yang berlebihan compassion fatigue sering dialami oleh perawat. Akan tetapi, perawat yang mampu beradaptasi dengan kondisi tersebut tetap dapat merasakan kepuasan saat merawat pasien dengan sepenuh hati compassion satisfaction dengan berperilaku caring dalam memberikan asuhan keperawatan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menggambarkan hubungan compassion satisfaction dan compassion fatigue dengan perilaku caring perawat secara. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan cross sectional yang melibatkan 100 perawat RSUP Fatmawati yang dipilih dengan metode stratified random sampling. Stress conditions due to exposure to trauma experienced by others and the excessive physical and emotional exhaustion compassion fatigue is often experienced by nurses. However, nurses who are able to adapt to these conditions can still feel satisfaction while caring for patients with wholehearted compassion satisfaction with caring behavior in giving nursing care. The purpose of this study is to describe the relationship of compassion satisfaction and compassion fatigue with caring behavior of nurses. The design of this study using cross sectional involving 100 nurses RSUP Fatmawati selected by stratified random sampling method. Comparison of satisfaction and fatigue was measured with Professional Quality of Life ProQOL 30 and caring behavior was measured by Caring Behavior Inventory CBI 42. Mann Whitney test results showed a significant association between compassion and caring satisfaction.

Abstrak :
This research is merely correlational descriptive design which purposed to identify on correlation of individual factor and organisation factor with nurse caring behaviour at Treatment Instalationt at RSUD Kota Bandung. The population of this research are thoroughly staff nurses at 4 treatment room unit. Number of research samples are 43 nurses totally conducted. Data analysis are initiated from univariat test, bivariat and proceeded with multivariate tests. The results describe that there is a significant correlation among individual factors (age and experience) and organisation factor (leadership, compensation, organisation structure, and job desain) with nurse caring behaviour. The Head of Room Unit as a leader should posses a high ability to empowering others, in line with that a responsibility. Organitation structure that must be see. Nurse as public service agents need to improve quality and quantity during performing their duty and responsible, they need to provide opportunity to attending skill development training. Further research recommendation should be conducted in depth review by nurse caring behaviours.

Latar Belakang: Perilaku caring perawat merupakan salah satu faktor penentu kepuasan pasien di RS. Tujuan: mengeksplorasi perilaku caring untuk mengembangkan model perilaku caring perawat berbasis budaya NTT, menguji pengaruh model terhadap perilaku caring perawat dan kepuasan pasien. Metode: Mixed Metode, terdiri dari tahap I eksplatory design dan tahap II quasy experiment pretest-posttest control group design. Partisipan penelitian tahap I terdiri dari 14 tokoh masyarakat, 11 orang pimpinan RS, 10 orang pasien, dan 5 orang perawat pelaksana. Pemilihan partisipan secara purposive. Pengumpulan data menggunakan pedoman wawancara mendalam dan FGD. Analisis data menggunakan pendekatan Colaizzi. Sampel penelitian tahap II adalah perawat dan pasien yang dipilih secara purposive. Penentuan besar sampel menggunakan rumus beda proporsi pada dua kelompok. Besar sampel perawat 120 orang dan pasien 360 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang telah teruji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Analisis data menggunakan uji independent sampel t- test dan General Linear Model Repeated Measure (GLM-RM). Hasil: Penelitian tahap I menghasilkan 3-4 tema untuk setiap kelompok partisipan dan menghasilkan Model Floramora Berbasis Budaya NTT. Flora singkatan dari Flores, Sumba, Timor, dan Alor, yang merupakan empat suku besar di NTT. Mora merupakan sejenis bunga yang melambangkan caring adalah kasih dan kebaikan yang diwujudkan melalui budaya 3H: Hase, Hakneter, Haktaek (Menyapa, Menghargai, Menghormati) pasien dan keluarganya, budaya 4N: Nawas, Nopil, Nezel, Nimil (Nalar, Nafsu/semangat, Naluri, Nurani), budaya Karawa ya ole atamu gai’mu kada manuwara gu ole atamu (melayani pasien seperti perawat ingin dilayani), budaya su’u papa suru, sa’a papa laka (berbagi kasih dan tanggung jawab), budaya Halon No Viar (Berharap dan Percaya). Hasil penelitian tahap II menunjukkan implementasi model Floramora berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan perilaku caring perawat dan kepuasan pasien (p 0,001<0,05). Kesimpulan: Model ini berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan perilaku caring perawat dan kepuasan pasien. Saran: Model ini dapat diterapkan di RS guna meningkatkan perilaku caring perawat dan kepuasan pasien.
Background: Nurse caring behavior is a significant variable in the establishment of patient contentment within a hospital setting. Objective: To explore caring behavior, to develop a Model of nurse caring behavior based on NTT culture, to examine the effect of the Model on nurse caring behavior and patient satisfaction. Method: Mixed Method, consisting of stage I exploratory design and stage II quasy experiment pretest-posttest control group design. Phase I research participants consisted of 14 community leaders, 11 hospital leaders, 10 patients, and five nurses. Selection of participants purposively. Data collection used in- depth interviews and FGD guidelines. Data analysis used the Colaizzi approach. Phase II research samples were nurses and patients who were selected purposively. Determination of sample size using the formula of different proportions in the two groups. The sample size is 120 nurses and 360 patients. Data collection used a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis used independent sample t-test and General Linear Model Repeated Measure (GLM-RM). Results: Phase I research produced 3-4 themes for each participant group and produced the Floramora Model Based on NTT Culture. Flora stands for Flores, Sumba, Timor and Alor, which are the four major tribes in NTT. Mora is a type of flower that symbolizes caring, namely love and kindness which is manifested through 3H culture: Hase, Hakneter, Haktaek (Greeting, Appreciating, Respecting) patients and their families, 4N culture: Nawas, Nopil, Nezel, Nimil (Reason, Lust or passion, instinct, conscience), culture of Karawa ya ole atamu gai'mu kada manuwara gu ole atamu (serving patients like a nurse wants to be served), culture of su'u papa suru, sa'a papa laka (sharing love and responsibility), culture of Halon No Viar (Hope and Believe). The results of the second phase of the study showed that the implementation of the Floramora model had a significant effect on increasing nurse caring behavior and patient satisfaction (p 0.001 <0.05). Conclusion: This model has a significant effect on improving nurse caring behavior and patient satisfaction. Suggestion: This model can be applied in hospitals to improve nurse caring behavior and patient satisfaction.

Lingkungan fisik yang baik tidak hanya mempengaruhi kesembuhan pasien namun juga akan mempengaruhi performa perawat dalam melakukan perilaku caring yang merupakan esensi dari keperawatan, kenyataannya terdapat beberapa penelitian yang menunjukkan bahwa sebagian perawat memiliki perilaku caring rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran perilaku caring perawat berdasarkan ruang rawat inap di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Pasar Rebo. Desain penelitian yang digunakan yakni deskriptif kategorik dengan jumlah sampel 130 perawat dan diperoleh selama 1 minggu. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner inventaris perilaku caring yang diterjemahkan dari kuesioner CBI Wolf (1988). Hasil analisa perilaku caring perawat didapatkan skor CBI tinggi pada setiap ruang rawat inap, nilai skor CBI mean tertinggi ada pada ruang rawat kelas 2 dengan nilai mean 3,434. Implikasi dari penelitian ini, menunjukkan bahwa persepsi perilaku caring perawat tinggi pada ruangan yang berbeda, hal ini perlu dibangun oleh rumah sakit lain untuk meningkatkan perilaku caring perawat. Rekomendasi untuk penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan dapat meneliti lebih dalam tentang perilaku caring perawat baik dari persepsi perawat maupun dari pasien dengan observasi dan self assessment. ......A good physical environment affects not only recovery of patients but also will affect the performance of nurse caring behaviors in conduct which is the essence of nursing, in fact there are several studies showing that some nurses have low caring behavior. This study aims to know the description of nurse caring behaviors on inpatient room at General Hospital Pasar Rebo. The study design used the descriptive categorical with a sample of 130 nurses that had been taken in a week. The data was collected using a caring behavior inventory questionnaire which translated from CBI Wolf (1988) questionnaire. Results of analysis obtained CBI mean score were all high (n=130) in each inpatient room with the highest mean score of CBI on class 2 ward with a mean of 3.434. The implications of this study, suggests that the perception of nurse caring behaviors were all high in different rooms, this needs to be built by other hospitals to increase nurse caring behaviors. Recommendations for further research are expected to examine more deeply how good of caring nurses and nurse perceptions of patients with observation and self-assessment.
