"Tesis ini membahas implementasi kebijakan penandaan pacta label obat bebas dan obat bebas terbatas di Provinsi DKI Jakarta yang menemui banyak kendala, dengan pendekatan model sistem. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan pendeka!an kualitatif untuk menggali informasi secara mendalam. Untuk meningkntkan validitas data, dignnakan data primer dan data seknnder.Hasil penelitian menyarankan implementasi kebijakan penandaan pada label obat bebas dan obat bebas terbatas di Provinsi DKI Jakarta perlu mempethatikan beberapa faktor antara lain komunikasi tepat sasaran surnber daya meliputi staf yang kompeten dan kebijakan dibuat oleh stakeholder berwenang berdasarkan evidencedisposisi meliputi komitmenpenegakan sanksi rlan pemberian penghargaan, serta struktur birokrasi yang baik.

This thesis is focused on scrutinizing the obstacles found during the implementation of labeling policy on over the counter drugs in DKI Jakarta Province using model system. The design Qf the research is a qualitative approach. It is aimed to explore deeper explanation on how the policy is implemented. Data validation is gained by using the primary and secondary data.Result: It is suggested that there are several factors effects the implementation of labeling policy on over the counter drugs .in DKI Jakarta province. Those factors are targeted communication; human resources including competent human resources and policy making actors, supporting scientific evidence; disposition including commitment, sanction enforcement, and stewardship program; excellent bureaucratic organization."

"Kegawat daruratan sistem respirasi pada anak merupakan kondisi yang mengancam nyawa. Penatalaksanaan yang cepat dan tepat dibutuhkan untuk memenuhi kebutuhanoksigenasi. Pemberian asuhan keperawatan secara komprehensif dibutuhkan untuk mengoptimalkan proses tumbuh kembang yang dialami pasien anak. Tujuan penulisan karya ilmiah ini adalah menggambarkan aplikasi teori Caring Swanson dalam pemberian asuhan keperawatan anak dengan kegawat daruratan respirasi. Lima proses Caring Swanson yaitu knowing, enabling-empower-ing, doing for,dan maintaining belief dalam mengelola lima kasus terpilih anak dengan kegawat daruratan respirasi.Hasil dari penerapan teori Caring Swanson yaitu pasien dilakukan pengkajian secara komprehensif. Teori Caring Swanson merupakan dasar bagi perawat dalam menerapkan proses keperawatan, teori ini juga dapat memfasilitasi teori keperawatan lain yang menjelaskan secara spesifik tahapan dalam proses keperawatan. Penerapan penandaan tempat tidur pasien di ruang emergensi merupakan salah satu cara yang dapat mempermudah mengidentifikasi pasien anak. Identifikasi pasien secara mudah dapat mempercepat penatalaksanaan dan meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan kepada pasien.

Emergency respiratory system in children is a life-threat ening condition. Fast and appropriate management is needed tofulfill theoxygenation needs. The provision of comprehensive nursing care is needed to optimize the growth process experienced bypediatric patients. The purpose of writing this scientific paper is to describe the application of Caring Swanson's theory in providing child care with emergency respiration. The five processes of Caring Swanson are knowing, enabling-empowering,doing for, and maintaining belief in managing five selected cases of children withemergency respiration. The results of applying the theory of Caring Swanson, namely patients carried out a comprehensive study. Swanson's Caring theory is the basis fornurses in applying the nursing process, this theory can also facilitate other nursingtheories that explain specifically the stage in the nursing process. The application of patient bed markings in the emergency room is one way that can facilitate identifyingpediatric patients. Patient identification can easily accelerate management and improvethe quality of services provided to patients."

"Disadari oleh adanya perubahan konsep ruang perpustakaan yang semula tradisional dan saat ini menjadi lebih modern menjadi latar belakang mengapa penelitian ini dilakukan. Konsep praktik pemaknaan dalam penelitian bertujuan untuk menjelaskan bagaimana pemustaka menandai sekaligus memaknai ruang perpustakan fakultas ekonomika dan bisnis UNDIP. Hal ini untuk mendapatkan gambaran yang komprehensif dengan melakukan analisis kritis terhadap praktik pemaknaan pemustaka atas ruang perpustakaan. Metodenya dengan menggunakan etnografi baru. Pengumpulan data dengan observasi partisipan, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Informan berjumlah empat yang dipilih secara purposif. Hasilnya ruang perpustakaan dimaknai sebagai tempat yang nyaman untuk berselancar ke internet, tempat untuk menghabiskan waktu luang selepas kuliah, tempat orang pintar, dan kemudian menjadi media untuk mengonstruksi identitas pemustaka yang bergaya hidup modern."

"ABSTRAKCity branding penandaan kota merupakan salah satu cara yang dilakukan oleh pemangku kekuasaan di Kota Bogor untuk menyampaikan pesan baik untuk penduduk, pendatang, maupun target lainnya. Pesan tersebut dapat terlihat dari identitas kota khususnya di kawasan Tugu Kujang. Identitas tersebut dapat berupa berbagai hal, misalnya dalam bentuk landmark. Namun, dalam penyampaiannya, sering terjadi kendala yang membuat pesan tidak diterima oleh target sebagai penerima. Pesan yang ingin disampaikan berkaitan dengan penerapan penandaan kota yang diterapkan untuk mencapai tingkat kepuasan target. Pengukuran tingkat kepuasan dilakukan melalui wawancara dengan badan instansi terkait dan responden penduduk dan pendatang . Hal tersebut berguna untuk mendapatkan kesan secara internal maupun eksternal dalam menilai inkonsistensi perkembangan kota dan upaya penanggulangannya. Responden yang merupakan penduduk dan pendatang memberikan persepsi yang berbeda dalam menerima pesan tersebut. Hal ini didukung dari hasil wawancara yaitu sebanyak 25 peningkatan persepsi positif dari pendatang dan 15 penurunan persepsi positif dari penduduk. Pembahasan tersebut selanjutnya akan berperan sebagai evaluasi keberhasilan penandaan kota yang dilakukan.

ABSTRACTCity branding is one of the ways in which stakeholders in Bogor to deliver impression for inhabitant, outsider or visitor, and to another targets. It can be seen from identity of the city especially in Tugu Kujang area. City identity can be represented in various ways, for example in the form of landmarks. However, in its delivery, there are often disturbances or noises that make the impression not accepted by the target as the recipient of that impression. The impression are related with the practice of city branding which done to achieve the level of satisfaction from the targets. Measurement of target satisfaction can be done through interview or discussion with related institution and observer inhabitant and visitor . It is done to get intention internally and externally in evaluate changes of intended area and the efforts to respond the problems. Observer that consist of inhabitand and visitor will gave different perception in receiving the impression from the stakeholders. This statement supported by the results from discussion that isi 25 increasement of positive perception from visitor and 15 decreasement of positive perception from inhabitant. Further discussion will have a role as an evaluation of the practice of city branding. "

"ABSTRAKTesis ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap dan menjelaskan modus penandaan dan fungsi tanda yang digunakan untuk mendukung modus penandaan preskriptif dalam iklan shampo hijab guna mencapai tujuannya yang sistemis. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode analisis yang didasarkan pada teori semiotik Charles W. Morris 1971 dan teori mengenai kajian wacana iklan Guy Cook 2001 . Adapun iklan yang dijadikan korpus penelitian ini adalah Rejoice Hijab 3 in 1, Sunsilk Hijab Recharge dan Sariayu Hijab Intense Series Hair Fall. Objek analisis yang menjadi fokus dalam penelitian ini meliputi tanda verbal dan nonverbal yang masing-masing dianalisis dalam tiga tahap dimensis semiosis, yaitu sintaksis, semantik, dan pragmatik. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat kesamaan kombinasi tanda pada ketiga iklan tersebut. Kombinasi tanda tersebut adalah designatif-informatif, apresif-informatif dan formatif-valuatif. Kombinasi-kombinasi tanda tersebut diatur sebagai preskriptor beralasan grounded prescriptor sebagai proses dalam memenuhi fungsi sistemisnya.

ABSTRACT This thesis aims to reveal the modes of signifying and sign functions to support prescriptive mode of signifying in hijab shampoo advertisements in order to attain its systemic function. This research is a qualitative research based on the semiotic theory by Charles W. Morris 1971 and the discourse analysis of advertising by Guy Cook 2001 . The advertisements that are used as corpus research are Rejoice Hijab 3 in 1, Sunsilk Hijab Recharge and Sariayu Hijab Intense Series Hair Fall. The object of analysis that became the focus in this research included verbal and nonverbal signs, each analyzed in three dimentions of semiosis, namely syntactic, semantic, and pragamatic. The result of this research indicate there are similarities in combination of signs in the three advertisements. The combinations are designative informative, appraisive informative and formative valuative. These combinations are set as grounded prescriptor as a process in fulfilling its systemic functions."

"Suatu industri farmasi harus dapat memastikan kebersihannya bukan hanya tentang bangunan dan fasilitas namun juga termasuk alat-alat penunjang yang digunakan. Untuk memastikan apakah prosedur yang dilakukan telah sesuai, maka dilakukan validasi. Resep merupakan hal terpenting sebelum pasien menerima obat. Dalam alur pelayanan resep, apoteker wajib melakukan skrining resep. Ada tiga aspek yang perlu diperhatikan dalam skrining resep yakni kelengkapan administratif, kesesuaian farmasetik dan pertimbangan klinis untuk menjamin legalitas suatu resep dan meminimalkan kesalahan pengobatan. Salah satu pelayanan kefarmasian yang juga harus dilakukan dalam rangka menangani masalah terkait obat adalah Pemantauan Terapi Obat (PTO). Penyimpanan obat, bahan obat, alat kesehatan dan produk lainnya sesuai kategori seringkali menjadi hal yang cukup sulit di PBF PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari khususnya di PBF cabang Bogor. Terutama penyimpanan barang di area loading APL cabang Bogor sehingga dibutuhkan tanda khusus untuk memberikan perbedaan setiap area loading berbagai daerah. Penyusunan Protokol Cleaning Validation, Pengkajian resep dan PTO pasien loyal, dan kegiatan pembuatan penanda area loading daerah Cianjur dilakukan pada saat Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di PT Global Onkolab Farma, Apotek Roxy Poltangan, dan PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari. Periode pengerjaan mulai dari Juli – November 2021.

A pharmaceutical industry must be able to ensure hygiene, not only about buildings and facilities but also including supporting equipment. To ensure whether the procedures carried out are appropriate, validation is carried out. Prescription is the most important thing before the patient receives the drug. In the prescription service flow, pharmacists are required to screen prescriptions. There are three aspects that need to be considered in prescription screening, namely administrative completeness, pharmaceutical suitability and clinical considerations to ensure the legality of a prescription and minimize medication errors. One of the pharmaceutical services that must also be carried out in order to deal with drug-related problems is Drug Therapy Monitoring (DTM). Storage of drugs, medicinal ingredients, medical devices and other products according to categories is often quite difficult at PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari PBF, especially at PBF Bogor branch. Especially the storage of goods in the APL loading area of ​​the Bogor branch, so a special sign is needed to distinguish each loading area from various regions. The preparation of the Cleaning Validation Protocol, review of prescriptions and DTM of loyal patients, and activities of making markers for the loading area in the Cianjur area were carried out during the Pharmacist Professional Practice at PT Global Onkolab Farma, Roxy Poltangan Pharmacy, and PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari. The working period starts from July – November 2021."
