Penelitian bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi peran akuntan manajemen di Indonesia, Penelitian melakukan survei persepsi pada manajer perusahaan dengan mengadopsi model DeLone dan McLean (2003) dan menggunakan structural equation modeling (SEM). Hasil menunjukkan meskipun sama-sama berhubungan positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan manajer, kualitas layanan memiliki hubungan yang lebih erat dibandingkan dengan kualitas informasi. Kepuasan manajer berhubungan erat, positif, dan signifikan terhadap manfaat yang diperoleh. Penelitian berkesimpulan bahwa manajer lebih mempersepsikan peran akuntan manajemen sebagai penyedia layanan (business partner) daripada sebagai penyedia informasi. Analis lebih lanjut menunjukkan bahwa manfaat yang diperoleh tidaklah berbeda antara level manajer yang satu dengan level manajer yang lainnya. ...... The study investigates the role of management accountant in Indonesia perceived by managers, by conducting surveys and adopting the DeLone and McLean Model (2003) and structural equation modeling (SEM). The results show that although both are positively significant to satisfaction of managers, management accounting service quality has higher relationship compared to management accounting information quality. Furthermore, the satisfaction of managers is positively significant and highly correlated to net benefits. It is concluded that managers have higher perception on service provider role (business partner) than information provider role of management accountants. However, further analysis shows that the received net benefits are not significantly different among different levels of manager.

[ABSTRAK
Tesis ini membahas persepsi orang tua dalam Pendidikan Seks dan Penanaman Nilai-nilai Islam kepada anak sesuai tinjauan Psikologi Perkembangan Islami serta peran mereka dalam menjalankannya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan desain deskriptif. Penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil bahwa orang tua memiliki persepsi yang positif dalam melihat Pendidikan Seks dan Penanaman Nilai-nilai Islami sesuai tinjaun Psikologi Perkembangan Islami, dan orang tua sudah sangat berperan aktif dalam menjalankannya. Penelitian ini menyarankan agar bisa menjadi modul sosialisasi pendidikan bagi keluarga dan orang tua dalam upaya mencegah seks bebas pada anak sedari dini.
ABSTRACT
This thesis discusses the perceptions of parents in Instilling Sex Education and Islamic values to children according to a review of Islamic Development Psychology as well as their role in applying it. This is a qualitative research with descriptive design. This study shows that parents have a positive perception in viewing the Sex Education Introduction and Islamic values corresponding to the Overview in Islamic Developmental Psychology, and the parents have a very active role in implementing. Latar Belakang Persepsi mahasiswa berhubungan erat dengan proses pembelajaran yang ada. Seiring dengan perubahan dan peralihan sistem pembelajaran menuju sistem pembelajaran bauran, staf pengajar mengalami penyesuaian peran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali persepsi mahasiswa preklinik pendidikan kedokteran FKUI terhadap peran staf pengajar di masa pembelajaran bauran. Metode Pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi fenomenologi digunakan untuk mengeksplorasi persepsi mahasiswa preklinik FKUI terhadap peran staf pengajar dalam masa pembelajaran bauran. Focus group discussion (FGD) dilakukan pada mahasiswa preklinik, dengan minimal dua FGD dari setiap tingkatannya. Setelah pengumpulan data, dilakukan member checking dan analisis tematik berdasarkan transkripsi FGD yang dilakukan secara verbatim. Hasil Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh melalui enam FGD yang melibatkan 44 narasumber dari mahasiswa preklinik Fakultas Kedokteran UI dengan mempertimbangkan jenis kelamin dan IPK mahasiswa. Dari hasil penelitian ini didapatkan tiga tema besar, yakni (1) Komunikasi dan interaksi staf pengajar dengan mahasiswa dalam pembelajaran bauran, (2) Faktor staf pengajar dalam memfasilitasi pembelajaran bauran, dan (3) Adaptasi staf mengajar dan mahasiswa dalam pembelajaran bauran. Kesimpulan Pembelajaran bauran memberikan fleksibilitas pada staf pengajar dan mahasiswa dalam berkomunikasi dan berinteraksi. Apa pun pendekatan pembelajarannya dan peran staf pengajar yang diterapkan, mahasiswa mengharapkan staf pengajar yang mendorong partisipasi aktif mereka dalam pembelajaran di berbagai kesempatan. ......Introduction Students' perceptions are closely related to the existing learning process. Along with the change and transition of the learning system towards a blended learning system, teaching staff have changing roles. This study aims to explore the perceptions of FKUI preclinical students on the role of teaching staff in the blended learning period. Method A qualitative approach with a phenomenological study design will be used to explore the perceptions of FKUI preclinical students on the role of teaching staff in blended learning environment. Focus group discussions (FGD) will be conducted for pre-clinical students, with a minimum of two FGDs from each study year. After data collection, member checking and thematic analysis will be carried out based on the FGD verbatim transcripts. Results These research results were obtained through six Focus Group Discussions (FGD) involving 44 informants, including pre-clinical students from the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Indonesia, taking into account the students' gender and GPA. From this research, three major themes were identified, namely (1) Communication and interaction between teaching staff and students in blended learning, (2) Factor of teaching staff in facilitating blended learning, and (3) The adaptation of teaching staff and students in blended learning. Conclusion The blended learning provides flexibility for teaching staff and students in communication and interaction. Regardless of the learning approach and the role of the teaching staff applied, students expect teaching staff to encourage their active participation in learning on various occasions.
