Abstrak :
Hipoglikemia adalah komplikasi akut diabetes melitus yang seringkali terjadi secara berulang yang ditandai dengan gula darah kurang dari 70 mg/dl. Kondisi tersebut akan berdampak secara psikologis yaitu ketakutan akan serangan ulang yang menciptakan perasaan traumatis pada penyandang diabetes melitus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh pemahaman yang mendalam tentang pengalaman penyandang diabetes melitus yang pernah mengalami episode hipoglikemi di Persadia Kota Depok. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi terhadap enam partisipan. Hasil penelitian didapatkan enam tema utama yaitu penurunan fungsi fisik sementara sebagai respon hipoglikemia, perasaan traumatis ketika mengalami hipoglikemia, pemahaman partisipan terhadap penyebab hipoglikemia, kesadaran untuk pencegahan hipoglikemia, keyakinan internal menjadi sumber koping utama dalam menghadapi hipoglikemia, kebutuhan pelayanan keperawatan. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi masukan dalam meningkatkan edukasi pada pasien yang mengalami hipoglikemia.

Hypoglycemia is an acute complication of diabetes mellitus which frequently occur repeatedly marked by blood glucose less than 70 mg/dl. The condition will affect the psychological fear of repeated attacks that create a traumatic feelings in people with diabetes mellitus. This study aims is to gain an in depth understanding of experiences of persons with diabetes mellitus who had experienced of hypoglycemia episodes in Persadia Depok. Qualitative descriptive phenomenology approach was applied to 6 participants. The findings revealed 6 themes: decline in physical function while in response to hypoglycemia, traumatic feelings when experiencing hypoglycemia, participants understanding that caused of hypoglycemia, awareness of hypoglycemia prevention, internal beliefs became the main source of coping to faced of hypoglycemia and nursing care needs. The results of this study suggest a need of improvement in nursing education for patients with hypoglycemia.

Seiring dengan terbukanya batas-batas negara (borderless), globalisasi memungkinkan munculnya aktivitas migrasi ilegal yang berimplikasi pada kejahatan transnasional. Kejahatan transnasional perdagangan orang yang salah satu bentuknya pekerja migran ilegal (illegal migrant workers) merupakan kejahatan yang menempati urutan ke-3 sebagai kejahatan transnasional utama dengan keuntungan terbesar di dunia. Kejahatan ini dapat mengancam stabilitas keamanan negara, terutama di wilayah perbatasan. Kepulauan Riau sebagai salah satu wilayah perbatasan Indonesia-Malaysia merupakan wilayah keberangkatan pekerja migran yang memerlukan strategi untuk mengurangi tingkat kejahatan tersebut, meliputi upaya pencegahan dan penanggulangan perdagangan orang bernama strategi counter trafficking in persons. Sesuai dengan komitmen Indonesia di dalam ratifikasi Konvensi PBB tahun 2000, maka pemerintah Indonesia juga turut melaksanakan strategi tersebut dalam memerangi praktik perdagangan orang skala nasional. Adanya karya tulis ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan strategi counter trafficking in persons di Indonesia dengan dikaitkan deterrence theory. Namun, pelaksanaan strategi itu sendiri masih memiliki berbagai masalah yang menghambat pelaksanaan empat program P yang diamanatkan dalan Konvensi PBB, sehingga mengakibatkan Indonesia masih menempati peringkat Tier 2 sesuai dengan trafficking in persons report sejak tahun 2010. ......This study aimed to determine whether Along the opening of national borders (borderless), globalization allows the emergence of illegal migration activities that have implications with transnational crime. Riau Islands as the border of Indonesia-Malaysia is the departure area of migrant workers need a strategy to reduce the crime rates, include efforts to prevent and precaution trafficking in persons, named counter trafficking in persons strategy. In accordance with Indonesia's commitment in ratified the 2000 UN Convention, the Indonesian government implemented this strategy to combat trafficking in persons in national scale. The aim of this paper is to determine the implementation of counter trafficking in persons strategy in Indonesia and associated it with deterrence theory. However, the implementation of the strategy itself still has many problems that inhibit the implementation of four 'P' programs that mandated in the UN Convention, so as accordance of the report of trafficking in persons, Indonesia still occupying Tier 2 since 2010.

Penyandang disabilitas (PD) akan cenderung memutuskan bekerja untuk dapat memenuhi kebutuhan hidupnya dan menjadi mandiri. Untuk melihat probabilitas bekerja diantara PD di Indonesia, penelitian ini akan mengestimasi probabilitas bekerja diantara PD dengan menggunakan metode Probit. Penelitian ini menggunakan unit analisis sebanyak 34.200 sampel penduduk usia kerja PD dengan single impairment dan bersumber dari Survei Angkatan Kerja Nasional (Sakernas) Agustus 2018. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa PD yang mengalami gangguan penglihatan, pendengaran, jari/ tangan, komunikasi, dan mental berpengaruh signifikan meningkatkan probabilitas bekerja diantara PD dibandingkan PD yang mengalami gangguan berjalan. Minimnya aksesibilitas menyebabkan PD dengan gangguan berjalan mengalami kesulitan dalam bermobilitas dalam kehidupan sehari-hari seperti bekerja.

Persons with disabilities (PWD) will tend to decide to work to be able to meet their needs and become independent. To see the probability of working among PWDs in Indonesia, this study will estimate the probability of working among PWDs using the Probit method. This study used an analysis unit of 34,200 samples of working age population with PWD with single impairment and sourced from the National Labor Force Survey (Sakernas) in August 2018. The results of the analysis showed that PWD with visual, hearing, finger/hand, communication, and mental disorders had a significant effect increase the probability of working among PWDs compared to PDs who experience walking disorders. The lack of accessibility causes PWD with impaired walking have difficulty in mobility in daily life such as work.
