Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di PT. Boehringer Ingelheim Indonesia dilakukan selama 2 bulan yaitu tanggal 6 Maret ndash; 27 April 2017. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker ini bertujuan agar calon apoteker mengerti peranan tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker di industri farmasi memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri; memahami penerapan Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik di industi farmasi; dan memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi.Sedangkan tugas khusus yang dilakukan selama praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker berjudul ldquo;Kualifikasi dan SOP Waterbath rdquo; yang bertujuan untuk melakukan Installations Qualification, Operational Qualification, dan Performance Qualification Waterbath; menyusun laporan Installations Qualification, Operational Qualification, dan Performance Qualification Waterbath; dan membuat Standard Operating Procedure Waterbath.

ABSTRACT
Internship at PT. Boehringer Ingelheim Indonesia conducted for 2 months, from March 6 until April 27, 2017. The Internship aimed to enable the pharmacist to understand the role of duty and responsibility of the pharmacist in the pharmaceutical industry, having knowledge, and practical experience to undertake pharmaceutical work in the industry understand the application of Good Manufacturing Practices in the pharmaceutical industry and had an overview of the problem in the pharmaceutical industry jobs. While the special tasks in the internship titled Qualifications and Waterbath SOP which aims to perform Installations Qualification, Operational Qualification and Performance Qualification of Waterbath prepare Installations Qualification, Operational Qualification and Performance Qualification Waterbath reports and create a Standard Operating Procedure of waterbath.

Tujuan dari praktik kerja profesi apoteker di PT. Medifarma Laboratories Periode Bulan Agustus-September Tahun 2017 adalah untuk memahami peranan, tugas dan tanggung jawab serta menambah wawasan, keterampilan dan pengalaman praktis sebagai apoteker di industri farmasi. Selain itu, kegiatan ini juga bertujuan untuk memahami penerapan CPOB dan gambaran nyata tentang masalah yang terjadi di industri farmasi. Tugas khusus yang dilakukan berjudul Pembuatan MS Excel Spreadsheet Analytical Report-Stability Sample. Tugas ini bertujuan untuk membuat Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet untuk Analitycal Report stability sample dan membuat protokol validasi dari Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet tersebut. Dari kegiatan praktik ini, penulis telah mengetahui peran, tugas, tanggung jawab, wawasan dan pengalaman praktis serta solusi dari permasalahan di industri farmasi. PT. Medifarma Laboratories juga telah menerapkan semua aspek CPOB dengan benar.

ABSTRACT
The purpose of the Internship at PT. Medifarma Laboratories Period August-September 2017 was to understand the role, duties and responsibilities and to add insight, skills and practical experience as pharmacists in the pharmaceutical industry. In addition, this activity also aimed to understand the application of the CPOB and a real picture of the problems occurring in the pharmaceutical industry. Salah satu hal penting yang perlu dilakukan untuk menjadi seorang apoteker profesional adalah berpartisipasi langsung dalam bidang praktik kefarmasian. Oleh karena itu, calon apoteker dituntut untuk menjalani praktik profesi sebagai bekal untuk memahami peran apoteker, serta meningkatkan kemampuan sebelum memasuki dunia kerja. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker dilaksanakan di Aptek Roxy periode Januari 2022 dan PT Finusolprimma Farma Internasional periode Maret - April 2022. Tujuan dari pelaksanaan PKPA adalah untuk mengetahui dan memahami peran dan tanggung jawab seorang apoteker dan memahami serta melaksanakan kegiatan dalam berbagai bidang, baik industri, distributor maupun apotek secara teknis kefarmasian maupun non teknis kefarmasian. Pada pelaksanaan PKPA juga dilakukan penyusunan tugas khusus yang berjudul “Pembuatan Standar Operating Procedure Penggunaan Alat Uji Ketebalan Bahan Pengemas PT Takeda Indonesia”, “Implementasi Alur dan Proses Kualifikasi Pelanggan Pada Rancangan Aplikasi APL Innovation Management System (IMS) di PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari”, dan “Pelaksanaan Home Pharmacy Cara pada Pasien Program Rujuk Balik (PRB) dengan Hipertensi di Apotek Kimia Farma 352 Margonda”. Apoteker mempunyai tanggung jawab yang penting di Industri Farmasi dan Apotek, yaitu pada proses pembuatan obat hingga pemberian obat kepada pasien. Apoteker harus menjaga mutu, keamanan, dan efektivitas obat agar pasien dapat memperoleh produk yang berkualitas. Oleh karena itu, Apoteker perlu memenuhi Standar Kompetensi Apoteker agar dapat menjalankan pekerjaan kefarmasian dengan rasional dan bertanggung jawab. Calon apoteker harus menjalankan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) sebelum dapat menjalankan pekerjaan kefarmasian. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker dilaksanakan di PT Takeda Indonesia dan Apotek Roxy Jakasampurna pada periode Januari hingga April tahun 2021. Kegiatan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker ini diharapkan agar seorang calon Apoteker dapat memperoleh pengetahuan baru mengenai pengadaan bahan baku hingga pengiriman produk jadi (obat) kepada distributor di PT Takeda Indonesia dan pengadaan obat hingga pemberian obat kepada pasien secara langsung di Apotek Roxy Jakasampurna, serta memahami seluruh tugas pokok dan fungsi Apoteker di industri dan apotek. ......Pharmacists have important responsibilities in the Pharmacy and Pharmacy Industry, namely in the process of making drugs to administering drugs to patients. Profesi apoteker memiliki peranan penting dalam menyokong pelayanan kesehatan. Dalam dangka menjadi seorang apoteker, perlu dilakukan suatu kegiatan praktik kefarmasian agar mendapatkan bekal pengalaman dalam meningkatkan kompetensi dan pemahaman tentang peran apoteker. Praktik kefarmasian dilakukan di tiga tempat, yang mencangkup industri, distributor, dan apotek. Praktik kefarmasian industri dilakukan di PT. Forsta Kalmedic Global pada periode Januari – Februari 2022. Praktik kefarmasian distributor dilakukan di PT. Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari yang berlangsung selama 2 minggu, yaitu dari tanggal 01 April hingga 14 April 2022. Pembelajaran di apoteker dilakukan pada Apotek Roxy cabanag Jagakarsa pada periode Mei 2022. Calon apoteker diharapkan dapat memperoleh pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman yang dapat menjadi bekal di dunia kerja nantinya. ......The pharmacist profession has an important role in supporting health services.
