"Pada abad-abad 16, 17 dan 18, gagasan reformasi pendidikan di Prancis muncul pertama-tama dalam karya sastra. Dimulai oleh Rabelais dalam dongeng-dongengnya Pantagruel (1532) dan Gargantua (1534), tulisan tentang pendidikan dikembangkan dalam Essais (tiga jilid) karangan Montaigne (1580), dan dalam roman Jean-Jacques Rousseau, Emile (1762). Gagasan yang sama didukung pula antara lain oleh Descartes dalam Discours de la Méthode [Risalah tentang Metode] (1637) dan oleh Voltaire dalam dongengnya L?Ingénu (1767). Intinya adalah pertentangan antara sistem pendidikan lama yang mementingkan hafalan dan teori dengan sistem pendidikan baru yang mereka usulkan, yang lebih mementingkan pembinaan nalar, cara berpikir, dalam suasana belajar yang menyenangkan, yang dikaitkan dengan kehidupan nyata serta alam sekitar. Secara resmi reformasi pendidikan Prancis baru dicanangkan Menteri Pendidikan Jules Ferry pada tahun 1880 dengan pembuatan peraturan wajib belajar di sekolah dasar, biaya belajar cuma-cuma dan pemisahan pendidikan formal di sekolah dari pendidikan keagamaan.

Hasilpenelitian Informasi yang dihasilkan dalam aplikasi dashboard ditjen yankesmasih belum dapat memenuhi kebutuhan informasi. Usulan perbaikanPengembangan aplikasi tidak hanya pada content dan fitur-fitur yang ada didalamaplikasi tetapi juga dari segi infrastruktur dan sarana serta prasarana yang dapatmenunjang aplikasi dapat berjalan dengan baik. "Evaluasi Efektivitas Implementasi Sistem Informasi Manajemen Rumah Sakit SIMRS di RSU Bali Royal Tahun 2017SIM RS di RSU Bali Royal sudah digunakan sejak tahun 2010. Tetapipemanfaatan SIM RS masih belum optimal. Tujuan penelitian adalah untukmengukur efektivitas implementasi SIM RS di RSU Bali Royaldengan menggunakanindikator PIECES Performance, Information and data, Economics, Control andsecurity, Efficiency, Service di evaluasi dari sisi Informasi yang bisa dihasilkan.Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah System Assessment Method.Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam Indepth Interview menggunakan pedoman wawancara.Berdasarkan hasil wawancara mendalam dantelaah dokumen yang telah dilakukan, didapatkan hasil kinerja SIMRS RSU BaliRoyal dari sisi informasi berdasarkan performance sudah baik diketahui dariindikator throughput dan respond time, dari information sudah baik bila dinilai darioutputs, inputs serta stored data, secara economics sudah baik, dari cotrolling andsecurity keamanan data masih kurang, dari segi efficiency informasi yang didapatkandi SIMRS sudah baik, dari segi service bahwa SIMRS RSU Bali Royal sudah baik.Saran penambahan server, penerapan elektronik rekam medis, mengintegrasikansistem dengan peralatan yang ada, adanya log out otomatis dan pemantauan rutinimplementasi SIMRS ke seluruh unit.Kata kunci: Sistem Informasi Manajemen Rumah Sakit SIM RS , Efektivitas,Informasi, Metode PIECES.

Evaluation of Effectiveness Implementation of Hospital Management InformationSystem HMIS in Bali Royal Hospital 2017Hospital Management Information System HMIS in Bali Royal Hospitalhas been used since 2010. But the utilization of HMIS is not optimal. The purpose ofthis research is to measure the effectiveness of HMIS implementation in RSU BaliRoyal by using PIECES indicator Performance, Information and Data, Economics,Control and security, Efficiency, Service from the Information that can be providedby HMIS. The research design is System Assessment Method. Data collection wasdone by in depth interviews Indepth Interview using interview guidelines.

Based onthe results of in depth interviews and data processing, the results is performance ofHMIS in Bali Royal in terms of information seen from the performance is good knownfrom the throughput and respond time indicators, from the information is goodassessed from outputs, inputs and stored data, economics is good, from controllingand security data security is not good , in terms of information efficiency obtained inHMIS is good, in terms of service that HMIS Bali Royal Hospital is good. "ABSTRAKSuatu instalasi rumah sakit adalah bentuk pelayanan utama rumah sakit kepada masyarakat dan membutuhkan suatu sistem informasi yang handal dan akurat serta dapat meningkatkan pelayanannya kepada pasien, dalam hal ini RS. Sentra Medika Cibinong walaupun telah memiliki software / sistem informasi rumah sakit, dan pernah memiliki sistem informasi resep elektronik, tetapi sistem ini tidak berhasil dengan baik dan tidak dilanjutkan operasionalnya, sehingga proses pembacaan resep kembali ke sistem konvensional sehingga risiko terjadinya kesalahan pembacaan resep tetap ada akibat tulisan dokter yang sulit terbaca dan tidak jelas.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisa dan melakukan evaluasi untuk mengetahui penyebab tidak terpakainya sistem informasi resep yang pernah ada dan mengetahui arah pengembangan sistem informasi di instalasi farmasi RS. Sentra Medika Cibinong melalui pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif berdasarkan pada analisa PIECES (Performance, Information, Economic, Control, Eficiency, dan Service) untuk memudahkan identifikasi masalah dan menemukan jawaban atas tanggapan ataupun persepsi pengguna terhadap sistem informasi resep dan menangkap apa yang diinginkan oleh pengguna agar sistem informasi resep elektronik dapat digunakan oleh para pengguna tanpa adanya retensi, serta menghasilkan rekomendasi untuk menghasilkan pengembangan sistem informasi elektronik yang ?user friendly?.

ABSTRACT

A hospital installation is the main form of hospital service to the public and requires an accurate and reliable information system to provide an excellent service to the patients. Sentra Medika Cibinong Hospital, despite having an integrated hospital information system and had once implemented electronic prescription information system, has currently abandoned the electronic prescription information system due to unsuccessful implementation. As a result, the hospital has now returned to conventional prescription system which is prone to mistakes due to doctor's hand-writing that can sometimes be unclear or unreadable.

The goals of this research are:

1. To analyze and evaluate the cause of the unsuccessful implementation of the electronic prescription information system

2. To learn the information system's direction of development in Sentra Medika Cibinong's pharmacy installation, through quantitative and qualitative approaches using PIECES analysis (Performance, Information, Economic, Control, Efficiency and Service)

3. The PIECES analysis will simplify problem identification and help find answers based on the user's perception and response to electronic prescription information system

4. To capture the user's needs in order to provide an electronic prescription information system that can be utilized by the user without retention

5. To present a recommendation for developing a "user-friendly" electronic prescription information system."

"Sistem Informasi Manajemen Rumah Sakit (SIMRS) telah dilaksanakan sejak tahun 2012 di RSK Dr Rivai Abdullah dan belum pernah dilakukan evaluasi terhadap sistem tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh evaluasi mengenai sistem informasi manajemen rumah sakit di pelayanan rawat jalan RSK Dr. Rivai Abdullah. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif analitik terkait SIMRS di Pelayanan Rawat Jalan RSK Dr. Rivai Abdullah. Dari hasil evaluasi didapatkan bahwa belum adanya kebijakan berupa Tim Kerja SIMRS, belum adanya pedoman atau standar operasional prosedur (SOP) mengenai SIMRS, dan pelatihan hanya sekali dilakukan. RSK Dr Rivai Abdullah dalam proses persiapan pengembangan SIMRS dengan melakukan kerjasama dengan Kementerian Kesehatan. Perangkat keras (hardware) yang ada sudah mencukupi kecuali di Poliklinik (Instalasi Rawat Jalan).Berdasarkan analisis PIECES (Performance, Information, Economics, Control, Efficiency, Service) dapat disimpulkan performa sudah cukup standar dan tidak terlalu rumit, kecepatan pengiriman dan pengaksesan data belum cukup cepat, informasi yang ditampilkan sudah cukup baik, dari segi ekonomi tenaga teknisi SIMRS yang ada masih kurang dari jumlah minimal yang dibutuhkan, kontrol dan sekuritas sudah cukup aman. Disarankan dukungan pihak manajemen lebih optimal terutama kebijakan mengenai SIMRS, pembentukan Tim Kerja SIMRS, pembuatan pedoman SIMRS, pemenuhan tenaga teknisi, terjaminnya kualitas konektivitas jaringan, diadakan pelatihan dan sosialisasi kembali mengenai SIMRS.

Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) has been implemented since 2012 in RSK Dr. Rivai Abdullah and has never been evaluated. This study aims to obtain an evaluation of the SIMRS in Dr. Rivai Abdullah hospital. This is a qualitative research methods with descriptive analytical approach SIMRS in Dr. Rivai Abdullah hospital. The evaluation showed that the absence of policy such as working team SIMRS, not yet guidelines or Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) regarding SIMRS, and training is done only once. RSK Dr. Rivai Abdullah in the preparation process SIMRS development through cooperation with the Ministry of Health. Hardware is sufficient except in Poliklinik.

Based on the analysis PIECES (Performance, Information, Economics, Control, Efficiency, Service) concluded the performance was pretty standard and not too complicated, the transmission speed and data access is not fast enough, the information displayed is quite good, from an economic point of IT personnel that there is still less than the minimum amount required, control and security is enough secure. Suggested management support optimized especially regarding SIMRS policy, the establishment of the working team SIMRS, manufacture guidelines or SOP SIMRS, fulfillment of IT, ensuring the quality of network connectivity, training and socialization held back on SIMRS."

Nowadays, PT Bank XYZ still using manually system to managing asset, by the way report activity asset does not integration between units in PT Bank XYZ like Working Team of Asset Organizer SKPA , Working Team of Supplying Executor SKPP , Working Team of Finance and Budgeting Controller SKPKA with all of branch in PT Bank XYZ. Result from analyst and design of Fixed Asset Management Information System hopefully can give illustration about system weaknesses has had PT Bank XYZ at this time and give recommendation suggestion to PT Bank XYZ in order to better in the future."

"ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebutuhan organisasi terhadap sistem informasi sebagai alat pengendalian pelaksanaan kegiatan audit agar sesuai pedoman dan standar audit dan merancang sistem informasi audit dengan menggunakan model Framework For The Aplication Of System Thinking FAST . Dari delapan tahap dalam model FAST, penelitian ini hanya akan menggunakan lima tahap perancangan, yaitu definisi ruang lingkup, analisis masalah, analisis kebutuhan, desain logis dan analisis keputusan desain user interface . Hasil pada tahap definisi ruang lingkup didapat permasalahan yang terjadi dan kondisi yang diharapkan berdasarkan kerangka PIECES. Tahap analisis permasalahan dibahas lebih lanjut mengenai permasalahan, akibat dan solusi yang ditawarkan untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang ada. Hasil tahap analisa kebutuhan didapat adanya kebutuhan terhadap sistem informasi berdasarkan permasalahan yang telah dianalisis. Selanjutnya kebutuhan tersebut dituangkan dalam sebuah model pada tahap desain logis. Pemodelan sistem terbagi menjadi 2 yaitu pemodelan proses dan pemodelan data. Pemodelan proses dituangkan dalam Data Flow Diagram, sedangkan pemodelan data menggunakan Entity Relationship Diagram. Tahap selanjutnya adalah menuangkan model tersebut kedalam perancangan user interface yang nantinya dapat digunakan dalam tahap desain fisik dan kontruksi.

ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze the needs of the organization against information systems as a tools of controlling the audit program to fit guidelines and auditeeng standards and design the information systems of audit by using Framework For The Application Of System Thinking models FAST . Of the eight stages in the FAST models, this study only use five stages of design, namely the scope definition, problem analysis, requirements analysis, logical design and decision analysis user interface design . The results of the scope definition stage is occuring the problems and obtained the expected conditions based PIECES framework. Problem analysis phase discusses further on issues, effects and solutions offered to solve the existing problems. The results of requirements analysis phase is to know the demand of information systems based on the issues that have been analyzed before. Furthermore, the logical design phase transforms the requirement into a model. Modeling system is divided to process modeling and data modeling. Modeling the process uses Data Flow Diagram, whereas data modeling uses Entity Relationship Diagram. The next step is to pour it into a model of user interface design that can be used in physical design stage and construction."

"ABSTRAKRekam medis elektronik (RME) telah diimplementasikan di poliklinik rawat jalan Rumah SakitAN-NISA Tangerang sejak Februari 2019 yaitu di poliklinik rawat jalan. Hingga saat ini belumpernah dilakukan evaluasi terhadap RME. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kombinasikuantitatif dan kualitatif (mixed methods) dengan desain sequential explanatory untukmenganalisis pengaruh persepsi pengguna tentang aspek presentation, information,economics, control, efficiency dan service terhadap penerapan RME. Penelitian kuantitatifdilakukan terlebih dahulu dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada seluruh pengguna RMEyaitu dokter, perawat, administrator, staf radiologi, staf farmasi, dan staf laboratoriumsebanyak 206 responden, sedangkan penelitian kualitatif dilakukan dengan wawancara,observasi, dan dokumentasi Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode regresi linier. Padapenelitian ini, dari hasil analisis deskriptif, 67.0 % responden menyatakan bahwa aspekpresentation pada penerapan RME adalah baik, pada aspek information 60,2 % respondenmenyatakan baik, pada aspek economics 47,6% responden menyatakan baik, pada aspekcontrol 55,8 % responden menyatakan cukup, pada aspek efficiency 82,5% respondenmenyatakan baik, dan pada aspek service 85,4% responden menyatakan baik. Seluruh variabelpenelitian yaitu aspek Presentation, Information, Economics, Control, Efficiency dan Serviceberpengaruh terhadap penerapan RME. Hasil analisis kuantitatif sejalan dengan analisiskualitatif dimana masih dijumpai beberapa variabel yang belum optimal pelaksanaannya dipoliklinik rawat jalan RS AN-NISA Tangerang dikarenakan dalam aplikasi RME masih adayang harus dilengkapi.

ABSTRACTElectronic Medical Records (EMR) have been implemented in the outpatient clinic of ANNISA Hospital, Tangerang since February 2019. Until now there has never been an evaluation of the EMR. This research is a combination of quantitative and qualitative (mixed methods)research with sequential explanatory design to analyze the influence of user perceptions aboutaspects of presentation, information, economics, control, efficiency and service on theapplication of EMR. Quantitative research was conducted in advance by distributingquestionnaires to all EMR users, namely doctors, nurses, administrators, radiology staff,pharmacy staff, and laboratory staff totaling 206 respondents, while qualitative research wasconducted by interviews, observations, and documentation. The analytical method used wasthe regression method linear. In this study, from the results of a descriptive analysis, 67.0% ofrespondents stated that the presentation aspect in the application of EMR was well, in theinformation aspect 60.2% of the respondents stated well, in the economics aspect 47.6% of therespondents stated well, in the control aspect 55.8 % of respondents said that it was enough, inthe aspect of efficiency 82.5% of respondents stated well, and in the aspect of service 85.4%of respondents stated well. All research variables, namely aspects of Presentation, Information,Economics, Control, Efficiency and Service affect the application of RME. The results of thequantitative analysis are in line with the qualitative analysis where there are still severalvariables that have not been optimally implemented in the outpatient clinic of AN-NISAHospital in Tangerang because there are still EMR applications that must be completed."
