"Supervisi merupakan bagian yang penting dalam manajemen keperawatan. Pengelolaan asuhan keperawatan membutuhkan kemampuan manajer keperawatan dalam melakukan supervisi. Kepala ruangan merupakan manajer garda depan dan penanggung jawab ruangan harus mampu menjadi supervisor yang baik terhadap perawat pelaksana, sehingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas asuhan keperawatan yang diberikan dan pada akhirnya dapat meningkatkan kinerja perawat pelaksana.
Penelitian ini menganalisa teknik dan frekuensi kegiatan supervisi kepala ruangan dengan kinerja perawat pelaksana. Hal ini dilatar belakangi masalah pelaksanaan supervisi di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Batang belum terpogram dan pelaksanaan supervisi oleh kepala ruangan belum tampak jelas karena belum ada perencanaan dari kepala ruangan tentang pelaksanaan kegiatan supervisi untuk perawat pelaksana.
Desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian menggunakan metoda deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional. Hipotesis ditetapkan untuk melihat hubungan teknik dan frekuensi kegiatan supervisi dengan kinerja perawat pelaksana. Teori yang melatar belakangi penelitian ini adalah teori Kron (1987), Bittel (1987), Azwar (1996) dan untuk variabel teknik dan frekuensi supervisi dan Gibson(1994), Ilyas (1999) dan (Depkes,1994) untuk variabel kinerja.
Hasil uji statistik Chi Square menunjukkan ada hubungan yang bermakna antara variabel frekuensi supervisi dengan kinerja perawat pelaksana dengan nilai p = 0,036. Sedangkan variabel teknik supervisi tidak ada hubungan yang bermakna dengan kinerja perawat pelaksana. Hasil uji regresi logistik menunjukkan frekuensi supervisi satu kali sehari merupakan variabel yang paling dominan memiliki hubungan dengan kinerja perawat pelaksana. Proporsi perawat pelaksana yang mendapatkan supervisi satu kali dalam satu harinya akan memiliki peluang kinerja lebih baik dibandingkan perawat pelaksana yang mendapatkan supervisi dua kali atau lebih dalam satu hari.
Rekomendasi untuk pengelola Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Batang Jawa Tengah agar memperhatikan dan meningkatkan kinerja perawat pelaksana dengan meningkatkan frekuensi supervisi, mensosialisasikan kembali standar asuhan keperawatan dan standar operasional prosedur keperawatan, memberikan dukungan terhadap prestasi kerja, meningkatkan kemampuan manajemen keperawatan dan memberikan penghargaan finansial maupun kesempatan melanjutkan pendidikan yang lebih tinggi, serta membuat suatu pola pengembangan jenjang karir yang baku.

Supervision is an important part in nursing management. The nursing care management requires capability of a nursing manager in supervision. A head nurse as a front line manager and responsible person in the ward should be able to be a good supervisor for her/his staff, it could yield to an improvement in the quality of nursing care provided to the patients and then, could improve the performance of staff.
The purpose of the study was to analyze the relationship between technique and frequency of supervision from head nurses, and the clinical performance of the nurses. The background of this problem was that the implementation of supervision at Batang general hospital had not conducted sufficiently and appropriately due to in availability of a supervision program from head nurse to his/her staff.
The design of the study was descriptive analytical with cross sectional approach. The hypotheses were determined to identify the relationship between the technique and the frequency of supervision and the clinical performance of staff. The theories underlying the study were adopted from Kron (1987), Bittle (1987), Anwar (1996) for the variables of technique and frequency of supervision and Gibson (1994), Ryas (1999) and Ministry of Health (1994) were used for the variable of clinical performance.
The result of a Chi Square statistical test showed that there is a significant relationship between the variable of frequency and the clinical performance (p=0.036). There is no significant relationship between the variable of supervision techniques and the clinical performance of staff. The result of a logistic regression test demonstrated that the frequency of one supervision a day is the most dominant variable to the relationship with the staff clinical performance.The staff who are given one supervisions a day would have opportunities greater than compared to those who are given two or more supervisions.
Based on the findings, recommendation were addressed to the management of the Batang general hospital, Central Java should pay sufficient attention and to improve the clinical performance of the staff by: improving the frequency of supervision; re-disseminating the standard of nursing and nursing procedures; supporting the excellent performance; improving the capability of nursing management; providing financial rewards or opportunities to pursue further education; and developing pertinent program of career ladder.

"Penilaian yang objektif dengan menggunakan metode penerapan dan instrumen penilaian yang baku sangat diutamakan demi tercapainya pelayanan yang bermutu. Instrumen Evaluasi Penerapan Standar Asuhan Keperawatan ini terdiri dari (1) Pedoman Studi Dokumentasi Asuhan Keperawatan yang disebut Instrumen A, (2) Angket yang ditujukan kepada pasien dan keluarga untuk memperoleh gambaran tentang persepsi pasien terhadap mutu asuhan keperawatan yang disebut Instrumen B, (3) Pedoman Observasi Pelaksanaan Tindakan Keperawatan selanjutnya disebut Instrumen C.
Ketiga instrumen ini satu sama lainnya saling terkait, dimana dua instrumen yang mullah dianalisis dan dinilai adalah instrumen A dan instrumen B. Kedua instrumen tersebut dapat dinilai melalui penelaahan. Untuk mengetahui perbedaan mutu asuhan keperawatan berdasarkan dokumentasi asuhan keperawatan dan persepsi pasien maka harus dilakukan penilaian mutu asuhan keperawatan di bagian rawat inap Siloam Hospital Lippo Karawaci.
Disain penelitian ini adalah survei dengan rancangan cross sectional. Data kuantitatif diperoleh melalui dokumentasi asuhan keperawatan dalam bentuk cek list dan angket persepsi pasien. Instrumen yang digunakan merupakan modifikasi dari instrumen evaluasi penerapan standar asuhan keperawatan di rumah sakit yang telah diterbitkan oleh Departemen Kesehatan Republik Indonesia tahun 2005. Sampel sebanyak 98 dokumen asuhan keperawatan dan 98 pasien yang minimal telah dirawat selama 3 hari di Bagian Rawat Inap Siloam Hospital Lippo Karawaci.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mutu asuhan keperawatan berdasarkan telaah dokumentasi asuhan keperawatan dapat dinilai dengan memberikan angketlkuisioner kepada pasien. Dan hasil analisis bivariat menunjukkan bahwa mutu asuhan keperawatan pada pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan berdasarkan pengkajian, diagnosa, perencanaan, evaluasi dan catatan asuhan keperawatan dapat dinilai dengan memberikan angketlkuisioner kepada pasien. Namun metoda penilaian ini tidak dapat diterapkan pada aspek tindakan keperawatan.
Adapun mute asuhan keperawatan berdasarkan telaah dokumentasi asuhan keperawatan dan telaah persepsi pasien menunjukkan tidak ada perbedaan yang bermakna dan masuk dalam kategori baik. Penilaian mutu asuhan keperawatan berdasarkan telaah persepsi pasien terbukti tidak ada perbedaan yang bermakna pada aspek pengkajian, diagnosa, perencanaan, evaluasi dan catatan asuhan keperawatan. Dan terbukti ada perbedaan yang bermakna pada aspek tindakan keperawatan. Persepsi pasien terhadap dokumentasi asuhan keperawatan masuk dalam kategori baik pada aspek pengkajian, diagnosa, perencanaan dan catatan asuhan keperawatan, sedangkan pada aspek tindakan dan evaluasi keperawatan masuk dalam kategori yang buruk.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini maka pihak manajemen Siloam Hospital Lippo Karawaci khususnya bagian keperawatan disarankan untuk melakukan penilaian mutu asuhan keperawatan terhadap aspek tindakan keperawatan melalui observasi dengan menggunakan instrumen C, sedangkan pada aspek evaluasi keperawatan agar tercapai mutu asuhan keperawatan yang berhasil guna sebaiknya dilakukan supervisi terhadap proses pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan

Objective assessment by using applicable method and valid instrument assessment are really needed to reach a qualified service. The evaluation instrument for applicable nursing lead support standard are (1) studies catalog for nursing lead support assessment alias Instrument A, (2) quitioners for the patient and family to get the description of patient perception for nursing lead support quality alias Instrument B, (3) observation studies of the applicable of nursing action alias Instrument C.
The instrument is connected to each other, the instrument A and Instrument B are the easy instrument to analyses and to make an assessment by seeing through. To know the different of nursing lead support quality based on nursing documentation lead support and patient perception, we should make an assessment for nursing lead support at inpatient department of Siloam Hospital Lippo Karawaci.
The used design was a survey with cross sectional. And utilized method are quantitative and the data came from documentation of nursing lead support and patient perception quitionare. The used documentation was the modification from the standard of nursing lead support process evaluation instrument in the hospital, was issues from Healthcare Departement Republic of Indonesia in 2005. The sample research was 98 documentation of nursing Iead support, and the patient that cared minimal 3 days.
The result indicated that the quality of nursing lead support based on see through documentation of nursing lead support are assess able by giving a quitionare to the patient. The bivariat analysis implied that the quality of nursing lead support was able to assess by nursing studies, nursing diagnose, nursing plan, nursing evaluation dan nursing lead support record based on documentation of nursing lead support by giving an quitionare to the patient. But the result indicated that the nursing act was dissable using this methode.
Otherwise, the quality of nursing lead support based on see through nursing documentation lead support and see through the patient perception are showing un different meaning in the good category. The quality assessment of nursing lead support based on see through the patient perception are showing the different meaning in nursing studies, nursing diagnose, nursing plan, nursing evaluation and nursing lead support note. For there more, that in the nursing act are showing a different meaning. The patient perception by nursing documentation Iead support are in the good category in the aspect nursing studies, nursing diagnose, nursing plan and nursing lead support note, otherwise, in the nursing act aspect are in the worst category.
Based on this research, are recommended to the Siloam Hospital Lippo Karawaci specially in nursing management, to reach the quality assessment in nursing lead support for nursing act aspect, to make an assessment better using the observation methode or using the instrument C, otherwise in the nursing evaluation aspect, to reach the applicable nursing quality lead support the nursing management should do the supervision in nursing documentation lead support process.

"ABSTRAK
Delegasi keperawatan merupakan salah satu aktifitas kepala ruangan melaksanakan fungsi manajemen dalam pemberian pelayanan keperawatan. Mekanisme delegasi keperawatan yang efektif menjamin kualitas pendelegasian keperawatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan memperoleh model delegasi keperawatan yang efektif dan meningkatkan kualitas pendelegasian keperawatan kepala ruangan. Penelitian ini dilakukan tiga tahap yaitu tahap 1 identifikasi masalah melalui penelitian deskriptif kualitatif fenomenologi, tahap 2 pengembangan model, dan tahap 3 penelitian kuasi eksperimen pre-posttest control group design. Metode sampling tahap 1 dengan purposive sampling dengan 4 partisipan. Tahap 3 sampel dipilih secara probability sampling yaitu simple random sampling sejumlah 70 responden 35 responden kelompok intervensi dan 35 kelompok kontrol . Hasil penelitian tahap 1 didapatkan 5 tema yaitu proses kegiatan delegasi keperawatan belum sesuai prinsip, prosedur delegasi keperawatan tidak standar, kegiatan delegasi tidak terdokumentasi, perbedaan pemahaman antar partisipan tentang prosedur delegasi, dan belum ada penerapan penghargaan atau sanksi untuk proses delegasi yang telah dilaksanakan. Tema tersebut dikembangkan pada tahap ke 2 menjadi model delegasi keperawatan yang diberi nama lsquo;Relactor rsquo;. ABSTRACT
Nursing delegation becomes one of management function of head nurse 39 s activity in providing nursing care. The mechanism of effective nursing delegation assures quality of nursing delegation. This research aimed to discover effective nursing delegation model and improve quality of nursing delegation of head nurse. This study undergone 3 steps include step 1 problem identification through descriptive qualitative phenomenology research, step 2 model development, and step 3 quasi experimental research pre post test control group design. Sampling method of step 1 with purposive sampling involved 4 participants. Seventy respondents 35 respondents at each group had been collected by using simple random sampling probability sampling during step 3. Research result of step 1 obtained 5 themes, those were inappropriate nursing delegation process, unstandardized nursing delegation procedure, undocumented delegation activity, different understanding among participants about delegation procedure, and the absence of reward and punishment for implemented delegation. Those themes were developed at step 2 that hereinafter called nursing delegation model lsquo Relactor rsquo . Step 3 was successfully proved that there was significant influence of nursing delegation model lsquo Relactor rsquo toward quality of delegation. The study recommended that lsquo Relactor rsquo model can be applied in nursing service and be executed continuous monitoring to measure success."

"Kebutuhan tenaga keperawatan sampai saat ini masih sangat kurang, dimana bila dilihat jumlah sarana pelayanan kesehatan tentunya dengan standar rasio perawat dengan penduduk 1 : 1500-3.000 belum dapat dipenuhi. Selain itu masih sering muncul keluhan masyarakat mengenai kinerja tenaga keperawatan di pelayanan kesehatan yang tidak memenuhi standar keperawatan jugs merupakan salah satu tantangan bagi institusi pendidikan tenaga keperawatan dalam meningkatkan mutu lulusan. Dengan penyediaan tenaga keperawatan yang andal diharapkan mutu pelayanan kesehatan masyarakat semakin meningkat dan dapat dijangkau oleh seluruh lapisan masyarakat.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui faktor internal yaitu umur, jenis kelamin dan motivasi, dan faktor eksternal yaitu pendidikan ayah, pendidikan ibu, pekerjaan ayah, pekerjaan ibu, penghasilan keluarga dan uang saku dengan prestasi belajar siswa di SPK Lubuk Linggau. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan cross-sectional. Sampel yang didapat berjumlah 118 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan angket dan melihat laporan hasil evaluasi belajar mengajar siswa.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa yang diteliti lebih dari setengahnya dengan prestasi belajar baik (51,7 %). Kemudian lebih dari setengahnya siswa dengan umur tua (57,6 %), jenis kelamin perempuan (79,7 %), mempunyai motivasi belajar rendah (50,8 %), dengan pendidikan ayah tinggi (53,4), pendidikan ibu rendah (53,4 %), pekerjaan ayah non PNS/ABRI (63,6 %) dan ibu bekerja (67,8 %), serta uang saku yang diterima besar (52,5 %). Hasil analisis statistik menunjukan bahwa ada hubungan yang bermakna antara umur, motivasi dan pendidikan ayah dengan prestasi belajar (p < 0,05). Dari hasil analisis multipel regresi logistik diketahui bahwa variabel yang paling besar peranannya berhubungan prestasi belajar adalah motivasi (OR = 5,7).
Disarankan bagi siswa untuk belajar giat dengan cara belajar efektif dan efisien. Bagi guru hendaknya menjelaskan tujuan dan manfaat materi yang diajarkan, menilai dan mengembalikan pekerjaan siswa secepatnya, dan menjelaskan cara meningkatkan konsentasi belajar.

The need of nursing staffs until now has not enough yet, because the increasing of health facilities to the ratio standart of nurses and inhabitans for 1 : 1500-3000 was still insufficient. Meanwhile, frequent complaint from the community about the working performance of nursing staffs in health services should be a challenge the quality of their graduated. Qualified nursing staffs could be expectected to enhance the quality of health services to the community.
The purpose of research was to know the relationship between internal factors (age, sex, motyivation) and external factors (education and accupation of parents, family income, pochet money) with the students achievement at SPK of Lubuk Linggau. This research use cross sectional design. The samples were 118 respondens. The data was collected by using questionnaires and analyzed the report of studying progress of the students.
The result of this research showed that more than a half have a good studying motivation (51,7 %), old age (57,6 %), females (79,7 %), high studying motivation (50,8 %), high education of father (53,4 %), low education of mother (65,3 %), the accupation of father were not civil servant or arm forces (63,6 %), mother was working (67,8 %) and the pocket money was more than enough (52,5 %). The result of statistical analysis showed that there was significant relationship between age, motivation and education of father with students achievement (p value < 0,05). From the of multiple logistic regression analysis, it is known that the most dominant variable related to student achievement was motivation (OR = 5,7).
Suggested to students to have a good study through effective and efficient learning process. To the teachers, they should explain the objective and the use of teaching, evaluate and return the students' assignment and also how to accelarate learning concentration.

"Latar belakang: Empat puluh sampai enam puluh satu persen dari pelayanan di rumah sakit adalah pelayanan keperawatan yang diberikan pada rawat jalan dan rawat inap. Mutu asuhan keperawatan yang diberikan melalui pendekatan proses keperawatan merupakan barometer baik buruknya pelayanan kesehatan di rumah sakit. Proses keperawatan yang diterapkan sebagai pendekatan penyelesaian masalah di RSJHK Jakarta belum baik sekitar 50,5% (pengamatan Tim audit kep, 2000), yang menyebabkan masalah keperawatan klien diselesaikan tidak secara tuntas. Penelitian ini bertujuan memperoleh gambaran hubungan karakteristik perawat, karakteristik pekerjaan dan karakteristik situasi pekerjaan dengan pelaksanaan proses keperawatan di RSJHK Jakarta.
Disain dan metodologi. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian deskriptif analitik dengan desain cross sectional. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan responden. Sampel 134 perawat pelaksana. Pengolahan data dengan analisis univariat, analisis bivariat dengan Uji Chi Square Tingkat kemaknaan 95%.
Hasil. Didapatkan: umur rata-rata perawat 31 tahun, 79,1% perempuan, lama kerja rata-rata 8 tahun, 56% telah kawin, 91,8% dengan latar belakang pendidikan DIII Keperawatan dan seluruhnya telah mendapat pendidikan tambahan, 70,9% perawat dengan tingkat tanggung jawab perawat pelaksana, .88,8 % ada bimbingan teknis dari perawat senior dan 69,4% ada supervisi kepala ruangan dalam pelaksanaan proses keperawatan. Proses keperawatan belum termasuk kategori baik dengan cut off point 80% disebabkan oleh: belum mengikuti pelatihan pelaksanaan proses keperawatan, kurang pemahaman, kurang tenaga, beban kerja berat, proses keperawatan menyita waktu, tugas lain selain tugas pokok, tidak ada bimbingan, arahan, evaluasi dan umpan balik dari kepala ruangan. Analisis bivariat didapatkan 9 dari 10 variabel yang diteliti tidak berhubungan secara bermakna dengan pelaksanaan proses keperawatan, namun mempuayai hubungan yang positif dengan pelaksanaan proses keperawatan kecuali pendidikan formal dan tingkat tanggung jawab. Hal ini diasurnsikan karena tuntutan tugas terhadap sumberdaya keperawatan dengan tingkat pendidikan lebih tinggi tidak ada perbedaan dengan perawat dari latar belakang pendidikan yang lebih rendah, sehingga tidak ada tantangan untuk bekerja lebih baik. Demikian juga dengan tingkat tanggung jawab antara perawat pelaksana dan ketua tim, didapatkan tidak ada perbedaan tuntutan tanggung jawab dalam pelaksanaan proses keperawatan. Supervisi kepala ruangan berhubungan bermakna secara statistik dengan pelaksanaan proses keperawatan dengan a = 0,04.
Kesimpulan: Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan proses keperawatan di ruang rawat inap RSJHK Jakarta belum termasuk kategori baik (<80%). Pengkajian, Perencanaan dan Evaluasi berkisar antara 73% - 77% sedangkan diagnosa dan implementasi masing-masing 80,3% dan 89,4%. Persentase rata-rata proses keperawatan 78,2%, lebih tinggi dari hasil pengamatan tim audit keperawatan terhadap pelaksanaan proses keperawatan (50,5%) pada tahun 2000. Ditemukan supervisi kepala ruangan berhubungan bermakna secara statistik dengan pelaksanaan proses keperawatan pada a < 0,05.
Saran: Mengacu pada kesimpulan, peneliti menyarankan agar bidang keperawatan sebaiknya mengevaluasi kinerja kepala ruangan dalam pelaksanaan supervisi kegiatan pelaksanaan proses keperawatan yang dilakukan perawat pelaksana di ruang rawat inap RSJHK Jakarta. Agar kepala ruangan meningkatkan kegiatan supervisi berupa birnbingan, arahan dan evaluasi terhadap kegiatan pelaksanaan proses keperawatan yang dilakukan oleh perawat pelaksana.

Analysis of Factors Relate To the Implementation of Nursing Process in Inpatient Room of the Rumah Sakit Jantung Harapan Kita JakartaIntroduction: Forty to sixty one percent of hospital services are nursing services which is provided in to inpatients and outpatients. The quality of nursing care which is delivered by nursing process as an approach is a barometer of health services in the hospital. The nursing process as an approach to solve the nursing problem in the RSJHK Jakarta has done up to about 50.5% (Observation of the Nursing Audit Team, 2000) that may lead to incomplete solution of the client problems. The purpose of this study was to get the correlations of nursing, work and work-environment characteristics and the implementation of nursing process in the RSJHK Jakarta.
Design and Methodology: This study was the descriptive-analytic research with cross-sectional design. The data used were primary data. Sample involved 134 nursing staffs. The univariat and bivariat analysis were applied for this study. The level of significance was 95%.
Results: The average of age of the nurses was: 31 years, 79.1% of them were females, the average of work experience was 8 years, 56% were married, 91.8% educational background of the nurse were DIII of Nursing and all of them got extra education, 70.9% of them were nurses staff, 88.8% got technical guidance from senior nurses and 69.4% got supervision from Head Nurse in the implementation of nursing process. The nursing process does not at good category with cut off point 80% because-of: did not get nursing process training, lack of understanding about the nursing process, lack of nursing staff heavy work load, time-consuming, have extra duty other then nursing duty, no counseling, guidance, evaluation and feed-back from the Head Nurse. From Bivariat analysis 9 of 10 variables were not had a significant correlation with the implementation of nursing process, but have a positive correlation with implementation of nursing process except for formal education and level of responsibility. It was assumed that because of no difference between the duties of nursing staff with high and low level educational background, so there were not challenges for working better of them. Moreover, there were not differences between the responsibilities of nursing staff with team leader in concern of implementation of nursing process. Supervision of Head nurse has significantly correlation statistically with the implementation of nursing process which was; a = 0.04.
Conclusions: From this study there was a conclusion that the implementation of nursing process at Inpatients Room of RSJHK Jakarta was not in good category (<80%). Assessment, Planning and Evaluation range between 73% - 77%, diagnosis was 80.3% and evaluation was 84.9%_ Average percentage of the nursing process was 78.2%, it was higher than the Nursing Audit Team observation in the year 2000 that is just 50.5%. It was also found that supervision of the Head Nurse has a significant correlation statistically with the implementation of nursing process, which was a< 0.05.
Suggestions: Base on the conclusions, the researcher suggest that the Nursing Department should evaluate the Head Nurse performance of the head nurse in giving supervision to the nursing staffs in the implementation of nursing process at Inpatients Room of RSJHK Jakarta. There for, the Head Nurse should improve the activity in relation to the supervision of nursing staff in implementation of nursing process such as guidance, counseling, and evaluation."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor karakteristik individu perawat, pekerjaan dan situasi pekerjaan yang berhubungan dengan mutu asuhan keperawatan di ruang rawat inap RSUP H. Adam Malik Medan. Penelitian ini merupakan desla-iptif analisis yang pengumpulan datanya secara cross sectional. Hipotesis yang dibuktikan dalam penelitian ini adalah adanya hubungan antara karakteristik perawat, pekerjaan dan situasi pekerjaan perawat pelaksana dengan mutu asuhan keperawatan di ruang rawat inap RSUP H. Adam Malik Medan.
Sampel penelitian adalah perawat pelaksana yang bekerja di ruang rawat inap RSUP H. Adam Malik Medan, berjumlah 73 orang yang dipilih secara acak. Untuk akurasi data, pengamatan dilakukan sebanyak 3 kali berlangsung selama 3 minggu. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melibatkan mahasiswa Program Studi Ilmu Keperawatan Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Sumatera Utara sebanyak 12 orang membantu peneliti. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah instrumen pengukuran karakteristik individu (Stoner, 1996) dan isntrumen pengukuran dokumentasi proses keperawatan (Dep.Kes. RI, 1977), Kedua instrumen tersebut disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan penelitian. Hasil uji coba validitas dan reliabilitas instrumen menggunakan alpha cronbach, dengan hasil baik.
Hasil penelitian pada analisis univariat menunjukkan bahwa mutu asuhan keperawatan oleh perawat pelaksana di ruang rawat inap RSUP H. Adam Malik Medan berada pada kategori baik( (50,7%). Dan hasil analisis bivariat diketahui bahwa karakteristik perawat secara statistik mempunyai hubungan yang signifikan dengan mutu asuhan keperawatan melalui pendekatan proses keperawatan adalah dimensi pendidikan formal dengan nilai p = 0,011, dimensi ruang perawatan rawat inap dengan nilai p = 0,045. hasil analisis multivariat dengan uji regresi logistik menggunakan metode Backward (CI = 95 %) menunjukkan bahwa dimensi pendidikan formal dengan nilai p = 0,0296 dan dimensi supervisi dengan nilai p = 0,0280 mempunyai hubungan paling signifikan secara statistik dengan mutu asuhan keperawatan.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, maka pihak RSVP K Adam malik Medan khususnya bidang keperawatan perlu memperhatikan job description sesuai dengan kemampuan tenaga keperawatan yang ada, melakukan penilaian dan rekrutmen tenaga keperawatan sesuai kebutuhan, mengembangkan Model Praktik Keperawatan Profesional untuk meningkatkan mutu asuhan keperawatan , melakukan pelatihan berkelanjutan dalam lingkup mutu asuhan keperawatan dan supervisi. Selain itu, untuk penelitian lanjutan agar dilakukan dengan disain eksperimental menggunakan variabel mutu asuhan keperawatan dilakukan dengan Tara observasi langsung.

Analysis of Factors Related to Quality of Nursing Upbringing in the Room of Stay Overnight Treatment of Central Public Hospital H. Adam Malik Medan Year 2001These research is have purpose to know characteristic factors of individual nurse, working and work situation related to quality of nursing upbringing in the room of stay overnight treatment of Central Hospital of H. Adam Malik Medan.
These research is constitute the descriptive analysis which is data collecting in the cross sectional. Hypothesis which are proved in these research is the existence of relation between nurse characteristic, working and work situation of performer nurse with quality of nursing upbringing in the room of stay overnight treatment of Central Hospital of K Adam Malik Medan.
Sample of research is the performer nurse which are working in the room of stay overnight treatment of central hospital of H. Adam Malik Medan, in a number of 73 persons who are selected in random manner. For data accuracy, the observation is performed in 3 times performed during 3 weeks. Data collecting is performed with involved university student of Program Study of Nursing Knowledge of Medical of North Sumatera University in a number of 12 persons is gave assist to researcher. Instrument which are used is the instrument of measuring of individual characteristic (Stoner, 1996) and instrument of measuring nursing process documentation (Health Departement of Republic of Indonesia, 1977). The result of validity test and reliability instrument is using alpha cronbach, with good result.
Result of research in the univariat analysis is shown that quality of nursing upbringing in the room of stay overnight treatment of Central Hospital of H. Adam Malik Medan located in the good category (50,77 %). From the result bivariat analysis is known that characteristic of nurse in statistically is having significant relationship with quality of nursing upbringing through approach of nursing process is the dimension of formal education with value p = 0,011, dimension of room of stay overnight treatment with value p = 0,045. result of multivariate with logistic regression test is using Backward method (CI = 95 %) and dimension of supervision with value p = 0,0296 is having the most significant relationship in statistically with quality of nursing upbringing.
Based on these result of research, then party of Central Hospital of H. Adam Malik Medan especially in the field of nursing is need to be considering the job description in accordance with the ability of nursing manpower which have, performing valuation and recruitment of nursing manpower according to the need, developing professional nursing practice model to increase quality of nursing upbringing, performing training in continuous in the scope of quality of nursing upbringing and supervision. Beside that, for the advanced research in order to be made with experimental design using qualitative approach. Therefore is suggested in order that the data collecting method for the variable of nursing upbringing is performed with direct observation manner.

"Menghadapi pasar global dimana persaingan menjadi sangat terbuka, maka rumah sakit harus mampu merubah paradigmanya sehingga berorientasi kepada pelanggan dan mutu pelayanan.
Diketahui mutu pelayanan adalah bersifat abstrak, banyak penelitian sudah memberi definisi mutu pelayanan rumah sakit termasuk asuhan keperawatan. Mutu asuhan keperawatan erat kaitannya dengan nilai-nilai yang dianut oleh perawat sebagai pemberi jasa yang, disediakan rumah sakit dan pasien pasien sebagai penerima jasa pelayanan.
Desain penelitian adalah cross sectional dan merupakan penelitian survey dengan penyebaran kuesioner terhadap 140 perawat yang bekerja pada Rumah Sakit Cut Mutia Lhokseumawe. Ada lima faktor yang dipakai untuk mengukur kepuasan kerja perawat, yaitu berdasarkan kepuasan penghasilan, peluang promosi, kondisi kerja, pengawasan, dan kerja tim. Dimensi tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance dan empathy digunakan untuk mengukur persepsi mutu asuhan keperawatan.
Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa ada hubungan yang berarti antara kepuasan kerja perawat dengan persepsi mutu asuhan keperawatan, dimana makin tidak puas seorang perawat dalam tugasnya menunjukkan makin tidak sesuai persepsi mutu asuhan keperawatan yang diberikan (p-value = 0,001). Hal ini juga erat kaitannya dengan karakteristik perawat itu sendiri. Keseluruhan faktor kepuasan 78.6% responden tidak puas dalam kerjanya dan 51.4% responden mempunyai persepsi mutu asuhan keperawatan yang diberikan tidak sesuai dengan keseluruhan dimensi mutu pelayanannya.
Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat digunakan oleh manajemen rumah sakit sebagai salah satu acuan untuk menyusun strategi perbaikan mutu pelayanan rumah sakit dan kepuasan kerja pegawainya.

Facing the global market, which open competition, the hospital need to change their paradigm to be quality service-centered and patient oriented.
Since quality is a relative term, many health service researchers have defined quality of hospital services including nursing health care. Nursing health care realized that quality is to a large extent is determine by the conditions and values of Nurses as the service provider of hospital as well as the patients as the recipient of the health care services.
The research design was cross sectional on a survey of 140 nurses at Lhokseumawe General Hospital. The questionnaire contains five dimension, which are tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy that describe perception of nurses on quality of nursing health care who's provide the services in hospital. There are also contains five factor of nurses job satisfaction that are salary, promotion, work condition, control, and teamwork satisfaction. Both quality of nursing health care and nurses job satisfaction have scale that qualify or unqualified of nursing health care perception and satisfy or unsatisfied of nurses job on his/her work.
The investigation show that have had the significant association between nurses job satisfaction and quality of nursing health care perception where if a nurse was unsatisfied on his/her work job, then perception of nursing health care was also unqualified for nurse itself (p-value = 0.001). The overall satisfaction there are 78.6% of respondent were unsatisfied on his/her job work and 51.4% of respondent were unqualified on perception of nursing health care itself.
The results of this research is expected to provide the Lhokseumawe General Hospital with data and information in developing the hospital service quality improvement and job satisfaction in term of sustainable development.

"Tuntutan akademik yang tinggi dan kesulitan integrasi pembelajaran teori dengan praktik membuat mahasiswa keperawatan rentan mengalami stress akademik. Stress akademik mengganggu kondisi fisik, emosi, perilaku, dan kognitif, seperti menurunnya kinerja akademik, depresi, dan keinginan menyakiti diri. Mahasiswa membutuhkan dukungan sosial melalui hubungan pertemanan yang berkualitas sebagai sumber daya koping dalam penanggulan stress yang efektif. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan kualitas pertemanan dengan tingkat stress akademik pada mahasiswa keperawatan. Penelitian dengan pendekatan cross-sectional pada 242 mahasiswa keperawatan Universitas Indonesia ini menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan MFQ dan SLSI dengan uji korelasi Pearson. Penelitian ini telah lolos uji etik fakultas dengan nomor registrasi SK-16/UN2.F12.D1.2.1/ETIK 2021. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak ada hubungan signifikan antara kualitas pertemanan dengan stress akademik mahasiswa keperawatan reguler Universitas Indonesia (p value= 0,702 r= 0,025). Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah ketidakefektifan kualitas pertemanan sebagai pemberi keamanan emosional dalam penanggulangan stress akademik disebabkan karena penurunan interaksi dan media komunikasi online yang berpotensi pada ketidakpuasan dan kesepian dalam pertemanan. Peneliti selanjutnya diharapkan dapat meninjau faktor kepuasan dalam pertemanan terhadap stress akademik pada populasi lainnya.

High academic pressure and challenges in integrating theoretical and practical learning lead nursing students vulnerable to academic-related stress. Academic stress interferes with physical, emotional, behavioral, and cognitive conditions, such as decreased academic performance, depression, and self-harm. Nursing students require good quality friendships as a coping resource to have effective stress management. The study’s purpose determined the correlation between friendship quality and academic stress levels in nursing student at Universitas Indonesia. The cross- sectional study of 242 participants used simple random sampling techniques using MFQ and SLSI as data collectors with Pearson correlation test. This study has passed the faculty ethics test with registration number SK-16/UN2.F12.D1.2.1/ETIK 2021. The results showed no significant corellation between the quality of friendship and academic stress of undergraduate nursing students of Universitas Indonesia (p value= 0,702 r= 0,025). This study concludes that the ineffectiveness of the quality of friendship as a provider of emotional security in dealing with academic stress is due to a decrease in online interactions and communication media which have the potential to cause dissatisfaction and loneliness in friendships. Further research could find the satisfaction factor in friendships to academic stress in other populations."

"Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dan kualitatif yang dilaksanakan di RSMC Jakarta. Desain penelitian kuantitatif adalah cross sectional bertujuan untuk mendapatkan gambaran hubungan antara motivasi dan supervisi dengan kualitas dokumentasi proses keperawatan di Rumah Sakit Marinir Cilandak Jakarta. Responden penelitian berjumlah 115 perawat pelaksana sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi. Penelitian kualitatif dilaksanakan pada enam kepala ruangan dengan in depth interview. Analisis multivariat mendapatkan hasil bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara motivasi kebutuhan berprestasi dengan kualitas dokumentasi (p Value < 0,05) dan tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara motivasi kebutuhan afiliasi dan kekuasaan dengan kualitas dokumentasi proses keperawatan (p Value > 0,05) serta variabel yang dominan berhubungan dengan kualitas dokumentasi proses keperawatan adalah supervisi setelah dikontrol oleh motivasi kebutuhan afiliasi, motivasi kebutuhan berprestasi, motivasi kebutuhan kekuasaan, supervisi, pendidikan, pengetahuan, pelatihan dan masa kerja. Hasil penelitian kualitatif didapatkan beberapa tema yaitu kompetensi kepala ruangan dan staf perawat kurang mengenai dokumentasi proses keperawatan, beban kerja tinggi, waktu dan jadwal supervisi yang belum jelas, motivasi menulis yang rendah, tenaga perawat yang kurang serta sistem penghargaan yang tidak adekuat. Usulan peneliti pada institusi pelayanan agar berupaya meningkatkan program supervisi kepala ruangan melalui penataan ulang program supervisi, meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia melalui pendidikan dan pelatihan berkelanjutan, meningkatkan motivasi perawat dengan modifikasi sistem reward, pemberian reinforcement, peningkatan jenjang karir, pembinaan dan pendampingan bagi perawat yang tidak kompeten, mengadakan format check list, meninjau ulang kebutuhan tenaga perawat, kejelasan uraian tugas dan pengadaan standar operasional prosedur asuhan keperawatan. Bagi penelitian disarankan untuk melakukan penelitian faktor lain yang mempengaruhi kualitas dokumentasi baik dari aspek individu, kelompok atau organisasi, efektifitas sistem dokumentasi melalui model check list, dan evaluasi kebutuhan tenaga perawat.

This research was conducted out at Marinir Hospital Cilandak and constituted qualitative and quantitative research with descriptive corelation design and had cross sectional nature. The purpose of the study was to identify if there was any relationships between the motivation and supervision with the quality of nursing process documentation The quantitative research was run by distributing quisioner to 115 respondents were selected using inclusion criteria. Meanwhile the qualitative one was conducted through in depth interview by presenting five open questions to 6 respondents. The multivariate analysis suggested that the need of power and the need of affiliation did not significantly relate to the quality of nursing process documentation (p value > 0,05) but the need of achievement significantly related to the quality of nursing process documentation (p Value < 0,05). The supervision significantly related to the quality of nursing process documentation (p Value < 0,05). And then, it was comprehended that the independen variable most related to the dependen variable was supervision that the other variables were in constant situation. In the same time, the qualitative research that gained through in depth interview concluded that the supervisor felt that the competency of nursing staff and the supervisors had not been optimal. It still needed extented knowledge either through formal education or non formal one. Besides, the supervisor had heavy workload and limited time for giving supervison, the frequencies and the schedule had not fixed, low staff motivation in nursing documentation and the system reward was not faired. The researcher recommended that the hospital manager should optimize the understanding on the nursing process documentation into learning formal or informal education, compose some policies in line with rewarding system to documentation and supervisory activities and clearly job description. Further result good, research continuing with another factors which related to the quality of nursing process documentation, the effectivity of check list model documentation or work load of nursing staff."
