"Pola konsumsi masyarakat saat ini yang suka makan di restoran telah memunculkan fenomena baru. Masyarakat Indonesia yang mayoritas muslim membutuhkan sertifikasi halal pada restoran sebagai sarana perlindungan dari mengkonsumsi makanan haram. Namun, perilaku konsumen untuk bersantap di restoran halal tidak hanya dipengaruhi oleh adanya sertifikasi halal melainkan juga faktor budaya dan religiusitas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) untuk membedah pengaruh faktor perceived value, perceived usefulness, budaya serta religiusitas konsumen terhadap behavioral intention konsumen restoran bersertifikasi halal. Responden penelitian ini adalah masyarakat berusia 18-25 tahun yang pernah mengunjungi restoran bersertifikasi halal dalam satu bulan terakhir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perceived usefulness, horizontal collectivism, dan vertical individualism memiliki pengaruh terhadap behavioral intention. Sedangkan variabel religiusitas terbukti mempengaruhi hubungan perceived usefulness dengan behavioral intention, horizontal collectivism dengan behavioral intention, vertical individualism dengan behavioral intention, dan horiontal individualism dengan behavioral intention.
The consumption pattern of today?s society that like to dine in restaurant has created a new phenomenon. Indonesia, which is a Muslim majority country needs halal certification on restaurant as a protection for consumer from consuming a non-halal food. However, consumer behavior to dine in a halal certified restaurant is not only affected by halal certification, but also by culture and religiosity. This research using a Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) to analyze the effect of perceived value, perceived usefulness, culture, and religiosity towards cosumer?s behavioral intention to dine in halal-certified restaurant. Respondents of this research are those who are between 18 ? 25 years old and have visited halalcertified restaurant within the last month. This research find that perceived usefulness, horizontal collectivism, and vertical individualism affect consumer's behavioral intention. This research also find that religiosity affect the relationship between perceived usefulness and behavioral intention, horizontal collectivism and behavioral intention, vertical individualism and behavioral intention, and horiontal individualism and behavirola intention."

"ABSTRAK
Internet dan teknologi informasi memberikan banyak kesempatan bagi konsumen untuk memberikan ulasan tentang sebuah produk atau jasa mereka secara online salah satunya adalah sektor pariwisata muslim. Wisata halal yang semakin berkembang terutama industri makanan halal di dunia menjadikan sektor ini menjadi penting posisinya di industri pariwisata dunia. Dengan perkembangan industri makanan halal yang pesat terutama di sektor restoran halal dibarengi dengan perkembangan teknologi yang menggunakan ulasan berbasis online studi ini menganalisis tentang pengaruh tingkat kepuasan konsumen terhadap restoran halal yang tersebar di Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapura, dan Thailand dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif analisis konten. Studi menganalisis tingkat kepuasan pengunjung restoran halal berdasarkan rating yang mereka berikan. Selain itu, metode DINESERVE di gunakan untuk menganalisis kriteria kualitas makanan minuman, layanan, suasana, dan harga pada restoran halal dan yang terakhir menganalisis tentang atribut halal dan non halal yang terdapat pada restoran halal yang berada di Indonesia Jakarta, Bali, dan Lombok , Malaysia Kuala Lumpur, Penang dan Melaka , Singapura, dan Thailand Bangkok, Pattaya, dan Phuket .

ABSTRACT
Internet and information technology provide many opportunities for consumers to provide a review of a product or service them online one of them is the Muslim tourism sector. Halal tourism is growing, especially halal food industry in the world make this sector becomes an important position in the world tourism industry. With the rapid development of the halal food industry, especially in the halal restaurant sector coupled with technological developments using online based reviews, this study analyzes the influence of consumer satisfaction levels on halal restaurants spread across Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand using qualitative methods of content analysis. The study analyzed the level of satisfaction of halal restaurant diners based on the ratings they gave. In addition, the DINESERVE method is used to analyze the criteria for the quality of beverage food, service, atmosphere and prices at halal restaurants and lastly analyze the halal and non halal attributes found in halal restaurants located in Indonesia Jakarta, Bali and Lombok , Malaysia Kuala Lumpur, Penang and Melaka , Singapore, and Thailand Bangkok, Pattaya and Phuket."

"Pertumbuhan restoran halal di Indonesia saat ini terus mengalami peningkatan. Peluang bisnis restoran halal di Jakarta terbilang cukup tinggi. Selain karena penduduknya yang mayoritas muslim, dengan semakin meningkatnya kesadaran akan kesehatan, potensi pasar makanan halal menjadi lebih besar bahkan mampu menarik konsumen dari kalangan non-Muslim. Etika kerja Islam dapat menjadi kunci utama untuk membangun motivasi dan mengarahkan sumber-sumber daya insani restoran halal agar mampu bekerja optimal dengan berlandaskan nilai-nilai Islam. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan etika kerja Islam oleh para karyawan yang bekerja di restoran bersertifikat halal di DKI Jakarta terhadap komitmen organisasi dan pada kinerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji analisis Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan sampel karyawan restoran halal di DKI Jakarta.  Dari penelitian yang dilakukan, peneliti menemukan bila Etika kerja Islam terbukti secara statistik berpengaruh positif terhadap affective commitment, continuance commitment, dan normative commitment.  Etika kerja Islam juga terbukti secara statistik berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Affective commitment, maupun continuance commitment tidakterbukti memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan (job performance). Variabel normative commitment terbukti berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan (job performance).

The growth of halal restaurants in Indonesia is currently increasing, therefore, the opportunity for halal restaurant business in Jakarta is quite high. Apart from being a Muslim-majority population, with increasing awareness of health, the potential of the halal food market is even greater and able to attract consumers from non-Muslims. Islamic work ethics can be the main key to building motivation and directing halal restaurant human resources to be able to work optimally based on Islamic values. This study aims to determine the application of Islamic work ethics by employees who work in halal-certified restaurants in Greater Jakarta towards organizational commitment and on performance. This study used Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis with employees of halal restaurants in Greater Jakartaas the sample of this research. From the research conducted, the researcher found that the Islamic work ethic was statistically proven to have a positive effect on affective commitment, continuance commitment, and normative commitment. Islamic work ethics are also proven to be statistically positive effect on employee performance. Affective commitment, and continuance commitment are not proven to have impacton employee performance (job performance). Normative commitment variables proved to have a positive effect on employee performance (job performance)."

"Semakin berkembangnya pangsa pasar industri halal, pentingnya pelaksanaan halal dalam kehidupan umat muslim semakin menjadi perhatian pemerintah Indonesia selaku negara dengan penduduk muslim terbesar di dunia. Terdapat fenomena dimana banyak restoran makanan asing di Indonesia yang tidak memiliki logo halal resmi, namun menunjukkan bahwa kesan restorannya halal dengan memasang tulisan ‘No Pork’ atau ‘No Lard’ yang disebut sebagai tacit halal cues (THC). Dengan adanya fenomena ini dan juga peraturan wajib halal dari pemerintah Indonesia, penelitian ini akan menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh fenomena tersebut terhadap intensi patronase konsumen muslim yang pernah makan di restoran makanan asing yang tidak berlogo halal terhadap restoran halal. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM). Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Religios Obligation, Halal Knowledge dan Attitude Towards Halal dapat mempengaruhi Patronage Intention. Ditemukan juga bahwa Institutional Pressure, Religious obligation, dan Halal Knowledge dapat mempengaruhi Attitude Towards Halal.

The increasing market share of halal industry, increases the importance of halal implementation in the life of Muslims and is becoming the attention of the Indonesian government as the country with the largest Muslim population in the world. There is a phenomenon where many foreign food restaurants in Indonesia do not have an official halal logo, but show that the effect of the restaurant is halal by placing the inscription “No Pork” or “No Lard” called tacit halal cues. (THC). With the presence of this phenomenon and also mandatory halal regulations of the Indonesian government, this study will analyze how the effect of such phenomena on the intention of Muslim consumer patronage on foreign food restaurants that do not have a halal logo. The study was conducted using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Model. (PLS-SEM). The results of the research show that religious obligations, halal knowledge and attitudes towards halal can affect patronage intention. It was also found that Institutional Pressure, Religious Obligation, and Halal Knowledge can influence Attitudes Toward Halal.
