Abstrak :
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk pengalaman perawat pelaksana terhadap pelaksanaan rotasi kerja di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Dokter Soedarso Pontianak. Desain penelitian menggunakan fenomenologi deskriftif, proses pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam. Partisipan pada penelitian ini diambil secara purposive sampling, analisa data menggunakan metode Collaizi. Hasil penelitian teridentifikasi tema : persepsi perawat pelaksana tentang pelaksanaan rotasi kerja, pelaksanaan rotasi kerja tidak sesuai prosedur, pengaruh pelaksanaan rotasi kerja, hambatan dan dukungan dalam pelaksanaan rotasi kerja, berbagai kebutuhan dan sarana dalam pelaksanaan rotasi kerja, harapan perawat terhadap pelaksanaan rotasi kerja. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa persepsi perawat pelaksana terhadap pelaksanaan rotasi kerja masih kurang baik oleh karena itu diperlukan dukungan dari pihak manajemen rumah sakit untuk melaksanakan rotasi kerja sesuai prosedur dan standard operational procedure yang ada. ......The purpose of this research was to identify the perceptions and experiences of nurse practitioners to the implementation of job rotation. This research used descriptive phenomenology design and the data analysis used Colaizzi techniques. As the result of the research was the identification of several themes, which are: perception of nurse practitioners of job rotation, the experience of nurses who experienced job rotation, support and obstacles in the implementation of job rotation, facilities and infrastructure that support job rotation. It can be concluded that the perception of nurse practitioners of the implementation of job rotation is not good enough. Therefore, the support from hospital management is needed to implement job rotation in accordance with existing standard operational procedures.

Tingginya produktivitas kerja dapat dilihat dengan meningkatnya pula motivasi kerja perawat, dimana salah satu hal yang dapat mempengaruhi motivasi kerja perawat adalah kebijakan yang dibuat oleh pihak manajemen seperti penerapan rotasi kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara rotasi kerja dengan motivasi kerja perawat di rumah sakit. Desain penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif korelatif. Sampel untuk penelitian ini diambil dengan teknik sampling berimbang (proporsional) dan convenience, dengan besar sampel 110 orang. Responden dalam penelitian ini mengisi kuesioner terkait rotasi kerja dan motivasi kerja. Hasil penelitian menemukan terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara rotasi kerja dengan motivasi kerja perawat di rumah sakit (p value= 0,036; α= 0.05; OR= 2.435). Hasil tersebut mengharuskan manajemen keperawatan untuk mempelajari dan memahami bagaimana cara-cara melaksanakan rotasi kerja dengan baik dan benar sesuai dengan teori yang ada agar dapat mencapai tujuan yang sudah ditetapkan. ......High labor productivity can be indicated by the increase of the nurses’ work motivation, where one of the things that can affect the nurses’ work motivation is the policy made by the management such as the application of job rotation. This study aimed to examine the correlation between job rotation and the nurses’ work motivation in a hospital. The study used descriptive correlative design. The sample of this study was 110 people who were chosen using balanced sampling technique (proportional) and convenience. Respondents in this study filled out the questionnaires related to the job rotation and the work motivation. The study found that there was a significant correlation between job rotation and the nurses’ work motivation in a hospital (p value = 0.036; α = 0.05 level; OR = 2.435). This result required a nursing management to learn and understand how to implement a good and suitable job rotation in accordance with the existing theory in order to achieve the defined goals.

Tesis ini membahas hubungan antara keadilan interaksional dan rotasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelasional yang melibatkan 52 responden dari unit Kesekretariatan KBUMN. Penganalisaan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji multiple regresi. Hasil dari penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa keadilan interaksional berhubungan positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan dengan nilai β = 0,429 ( p< 0,01) dan rotasi kerja memiliki hubungan signifikan negatif terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan nilai β = -0,248 (p< 0,01). Penelitian ini dapat memberikan sumbangan bagi perkembangan teori keadilan interaksional dan rotasi kerja dengan kepuasan kerja bagi karyawan.

Pengecoran merupakan proses kerja utama pada pekerjaan Bronze Casting yang memiliki berbagai macam bahaya, seperti paparan panas (heat exposure), bahan kimia berbahaya, kontaminan udara, bahaya pekerjaan manual, kebisingan, getaran, paparan logam cair, serta bahaya dari pabrik dan mesin. Diantara bahaya tersebut, heat exposure merupakan bahaya paling signifikan melihat pengecoran memiliki pekerjaan utama peleburan menggunakan tungku dengan suhu tinggi dalam durasi yang panjang. Operator pengecoran yang mengalami heat exposure melebihi batas memiliki risiko terkena heat-related illnesses, cedera, hingga kematian. Sebagai kegiatan utama dalam Bronze Casting, perlu dibentuk metode kontrol panas untuk menghindari risiko tersebut dengan cara merancang rotasi kerja yang memiliki objektif untuk meminimalisir paparan panas yang diterima oleh operator. Perancangan akan diawali dengan pengukuran WBGT Index tiap jenis kerja yang dilakukan, metabolic heat yang dihasilkan subjek, serta batas paparan panas yang dapat diterima oleh suatu individu dalam bentuk Recommended Exposure Limit (REL). Rotasi Kerja kemudian disusun menggunakan metode program linear dan memperoleh hasil yang mampu memastikan tiap operator pengecoran bekerja pada ambang batas REL pada tiap tempat kerja. Hasil rancangan rotasi kerja merupakan solusi tanpa biaya yang dapat meminimalisir risiko heat-related illnesses pada operator pengecoran PT. Alpha Austenite dalam proses kerja Bronze Casting. ......Foundry is the main work process in Bronze Casting, which has various hazards, such as heat exposure, hazardous chemicals, air contaminants, manual work, noise, vibration, exposure to molten metal, as well as hazards from factories and machines. Among these hazards, heat exposure is the most significant as foundry mainly consists of smelting using a high temperature furnace for an extensive duration. Foundry operators who experience heat exposure exceeding the limit, have a risk of getting heat-related illnesses, injury, and even death. As the main activity in Bronze Casting, it is necessary to provide a method of heat control to prevent risks by designing a work rotation with an objective to minimize heat exposure received by the operator. The design will begin with measuring WBGT Index for each type of work, metabolic heat produced by each subject, and the heat exposure limit that can be tolerated by an individual in the form of Recommended Exposure Limit (REL). Work rotation is then designed using linear programming method and obtained results that can ensure each foundry operator is well within the REL threshold at each workplace. Results of the work rotation design is a non- monetary solution that are able to minimize the risk of heat-related illnesses for foundry operators in PT. Alpha Austenite during Bronze Casting work process.

Latar belakang Pelayaran singkat, pertukaran proses bersandar dan berlayar yang cepat, serta kepadatan lalu-lintas di jalur pelayaran Bakauheni menjadi tantangan bagi awak kapal feri roro dalam mempertahankan pola kerja dan menyebabkan tekanan psiko-emosional, yang dapat mengganggu kualitas tidur. Penelitian ini bertujuan menilai hubungan pola rotasi kerja terhadap kualitas tidur pada awak kapal feri roro, serta faktor lain yang berhubungan. Metode Dengan desain potong lintang, awak kapal feri roro di Pelabuhan Bakauheni yang dipilih dilakukan penilaian kualitas tidur dengan menggunakan Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI). Karakteristik pekerjaan yang dinilai: jabatan, durasi berlayar, masa kerja, jumlah shift kerja, jam kerja/shift, jam kerja/minggu. Getaran dan kebisingan diukur pada setiap kamar tidur awak kapal yang dipilih. Hasil Sebanyak 107 responden dari 4 kapal berbeda dilibatkan dalam penelitian ini dengan karakteristik sebagian besar berusia >35 tahun (54,2%), masa kerja >10 tahun (59,8%), bekerja dalam pola shift (81,4%) dengan jam kerja ≤10 jam/shift (82,2%), serta waktu kerja total ≤72 jam/minggu (51,4%). Kualitas tidur buruk didapatkan pada 72,9% responden. Pola kerja 2- shift (OR: 34.67, 95% CI: 3.21–375.07) dan 3-shift (OR: 14.19, 95% CI: 1.26–159.35) merupakan faktor determinan kualitas tidur buruk pada awak kapal feri roro. Faktor lain yang berhubungan adalah jabatan (OR: 8,20, 95% CI: 1,90–35,39) dan getaran (OR: 3,83, 95% CI: 1,09–13,49). Kesimpulan Dengan prevalensi kualitas tidur buruk yang cukup tinggi, pengawasan dan pengaturan pola rotasi kerja awak kapal feri roro perlu ditingkatkan. Perusahaan pelayaran harus melakukan pemeliharaan, modifikasi, atau pembaharuan akomodasi kapal untuk meningkatkan kualitas tidur awak kapal. ......Introduction Crew members on roll-on roll-off (roro) ferries at the crossing port face many work challenges, including more port calls due to shorter voyages and challenging sailing conditions. These factors can lead to an irregular work schedule and psychological and emotional stress, that can induce sleep disruption. This study aims to analyse the association of work schedule and sleep quality, as well as other related factors. Method This cross-sectional study was conducted at Bakauheni port Lampung, Indonesia, which is renowned as one of the busiest ports in Indonesia, The Indonesian version of the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) was used to assess the quality of sleep. An interview was conducted to gather information regarding the job rank, duration on board, seafaring experience, shifts schedule, and working hours. Vibrations and noise levels were measured in the bedrooms of selected crews. The determining factor was analyzed using logistic regression. Result We conducted an analysis on a sample of 107 participants from four randomly selected ships that shared comparable characteristics. The majority of participants were over the age of 35 (54,2%), had more than 10 years of sailing experience (59,8%), worked in shifts (81,4%), and had total working hours of 72 hours or less per week (51,4%). Approximately 72.9% of the participants experience poor sleep quality. The 2-shift (OR: 34.67, 95% CI: 3.21–375.07) and 3-shift (OR: 14.19, 95% CI: 1.26–159.35) schedule are determining factors that associated with poor sleep quality. Additionally, job rank (OR: 8.20, 95% CI: 1.90–35.39) and exposure to vibration (OR: 3.83, 95% CI: 1.09–13.49) are other contributing factors. Conclusion There is a high of prevalence of poor sleep quality among roro ferry crews in Indonesia. The regulation of the work rotation schedule needs to be improved and supervised. Shipping companies are required to provide appropriate accommodation for the crews.
