Penulisan skripsi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh CSR terhadap kepuasan kerja yang Berdampak pada Komitmen Organisasi Karyawan dalam Industri Perbankan.

Sampel penelitian ini adalah karyawan perbankan yang bekerja di Jabodetabek ataupun luar Jabodetabek. Data dihimpun pada bulan Mei-Juni 2012, dengan total responden sebanyak 284 orang.

Analisis pengaruh CSR dilihat dari empat dimensi, yaitu ekonomi, hukum, etika, dan pilantropi. Kemudian akan mempengaruhi kepercayaan organisasi dan kepuasan kerja sehingga berdampak pada komitmen organisasi dan intensi turnover pada karyawan. Peneliti mengolah data menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan program LISREL. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari dimensi CSR yang berpengaruh positif adalah hukum dan pilantropi terhadap kepercayaan organisasi, sedangkan terhadap kepuasan kerja hanya ekonomi. Selanjutnya kepercayaan organisasi dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh secara positif terhadap komitmen organisasi serta pengaruh negatif juga dapat dilihat dari kepercayaan organisasi terhadap intensi turnover. pembahasan, kesimpulan, dan saran juga dibahas dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract
This thesis aims to analyze the impact of CSR on job satisfaction affecting employees? organizational commitment in banking industries.

This sample is banking employees who work in Jabodetabek or outside Jabodetabek. Data were collected in May-June 2012, a total respondents is 310 employees.

Analysis of the impact of CSR seen from four dimensions. They are economic, legal, ethical, and philanthropic. It will impact organizational trust and job satisfaction so the affecting on organizational commitment and turnover intentions. Researcher processes data using a structural equation modeling (SEM) with LISREL program. The results showed that dimension of CSR is law and philanthropic have positive significant impact organizational trust, whereas job satisfaction is only economic. Further organizational trust has positive significant influence job satisfaction and organizational commitment and negative significant influence turnover intention. Discussion, conclusions, and suggestions are also discussed in this study.

Probably since the mid-1980s, corporate governance has attracted a great deal of attention from corporate managers and investors protection has become a much more important issue for all financial markets after recent firm failures and scandals. Especially important for all with an interest in how organizational governance is formed around socially responsible and accountable ways of leadership and management, this book provides new insights into various issues regarding business management and governance, and points to ways for businesses to make a real change for the betterment of the world, especially in the aftermath of the recent financial crisis 2007/2008.
