Abstrak :
The purpose of this research is to proof that internal and external factor, entrepreneur skill and ethos are influence to the strategy which applied in the UKM of Kabupaten Semarang simultaneously and partially. Micro entrepreneur has great potency in the natioanl and local economic according to this free maerket period. However, it is ethos and competition still in the low level. The main cause of this problem come up from environmetal exertion factor, among them are internal and external factor also the entrepreneur skill. In order t solve this problem need an accurate strategy to survive. This research purposed to study the influence of external and internal environment, entrepreneur skill and ethos on the micro entrepreneur strategy in Kabupaten Semarang. A causal research has been done on 60 micro entrepreneurs through four dependent variables and one independent variable using SPSS. The result shown that internal and external factor, entrepreneur skill and ethos has significant influenced on the strategy that applied by the micro entrepreneur in Kabupaten Semarang partially or simultaneously.

WINTEQ sebagai suatu unit yang baru berdiri di kelompok usaha PT Astra Otoparts, Tbk dituntut untuk meningkatkan kapabilitasnya. Dalam konteks intellectual capital dari PT Astra Otoparts, Tbk di tahun 2007 WINTEQ ditargetkan meningkatkan produksi mesin sebesar 75% dari produksi tahun 2006. Pendekatan Knowledge Management digunakan dalam penulisan Tugas Akhir ini karena pemanfaatan knowledge management adalah menciptakan nilai (value) dengan mendasarkan pada intellectual capital. Analisis dilakukan terhadap knowledge strategy, knowledge process dalam manufacturing cycle dan analisis knowledge enablers sebagai syarat terjadinya knowledge process. Dari Hasil kesimpulan analisis diidentifikasi peluang bagaimana knowledge management dapat mengakselerasikan peningkatan kapabilitas WINTEQ. WINTEQ memiliki 15 peluang perbaikan. Dengan menganalisis tiga alternatif tujuan Knowledge Management Project, maka penulis memutuskan bahwa tujuan dari KM Project di WINTEQ adalah membangun corporate cultures dan lingkungan yang kondusif terhadap penerapan knowledge management dengan fokus tujuan pada mengubah perilaku karyawan yang berkaitan dengan knowledge dan meningkatkan knowledge management process. Penulis merekomendasikan program yang diberi nama " Langkah Awal WINTEQ membangun budaya dan lingkungan knowledge-creation ", dengan sasaran : resktrukturisasi organisasi, membangun shared vision, mengoptimalkan proses pembelajaran. Program ini merupakan Iangkah awal bagi WINTEQ dalam membangun shared vision dan pembelajaran yang berlangsung terns menerus dan berkesinambungan. Dengan program awal ini diharapkan WINTEQ dapat mengawali langkahnya menjadi organizational knowledge-creation. Dan di pihak lain, PT Astra Otoparts, Tbk dapat lebih menyusun langkah-langkah yang lebih komprehensif dan strategis dalam memanfaatkan intellectual capitalnya.

Using intellectual capital point of view, WINTEQ has a target to improve production quantity of machines by 75% in the next year. Knowledge Management approach is used in this Final Project because this approach will give benefit in creating value by managing intellectual capital. The approach is to analyze the knowledge strategy, followed by knowledge process in manufacturing cycle, then identifying knowledge enablers that stimulate the knowledge process. From this analysis, some opportunity will be identified in how knowledge management can accelerate WINTEQ capability improvement. WINTEQ has 15 improvement opportunities. Using three goal chosen alternatives in Knowledge Management Project, the writer decided that the purpose of the KM Project at WINTEQ is to develop conduciveness of corporate culture and a suitable environment for knowledge management implementation. This objective is focused in changing the employee behavior as it has a relation with knowledge and the knowledge management process. The writer recommends a program for WINTEQ with the title "WINTEQ's First Step to Develop Knowledge-Creation Culture and Environment ". The aim of this program is to restructure the organization, to develop a shared vision and to optimize the learning process. This program will become a starting point for WINTEQ to build the shared vision and continuous learning among the employees. Hopefully, this will lead WINTEQ to become organizational knowledge-creation. On the other hand, PT Astra Otoparts, Tbk will be able to manage comprehensive and strategic steps to utilize its intellectual capital.

Abstrak :
Saat ini upaya pembangkitan listrik sebagian besar masih menggunakan bahan bakar fosil yang tidak dapat diperbaharui dan tidak ramah lingkungan. Padahal potensi sumber energi terbarukan (renewable energy) yang tersedia sangat melimpah namun hingga kini belum tergarap secara optimal. Salah satu sumber energi terbarukan (renewable energy) tersebut adalah sampah. Dikarenakan pertumbuhan jumlah penduduk yang sangat tinggi sebanding dengan volume sampah yang dihasilkan oleh sebab itu dipilih lokasi DKI Jakarta. Untuk dianalisis potensi sampah seoptimal mungkin menjadi energi, yang dapat dilakukan dengan melakukan perhitungan proses konversi termokimia untuk sampah yang memiliki persentase material organik (non biodegradable/ tidak mudah terurai) yang tinggi serta kadar air yang rendah. Dan proses konversi biokimia untuk sampah yang memiliki persentase material organik (biodegradable/ mudah terurai) yang tinggi dan kadar air tinggi. Suatu metodologi diperlukan untuk melakukan penelitian baik kajian secara teknis maupun kelayakan keekonomian konsep tersebut dapat menghasilkan suatu model management tools, untuk menentukan kelayakan keekonomiannya sekaligus untuk melakukan pengujian sensitivitas setiap parameter yang berkaitan, termasuk menganalisis penerimaan tipping fee serta hasil analisis strategi lingkungan harus sesuai dengan peraturan yang dikeluarkan oleh pemerintah pusat, yang menyatakan pembangkit perencanaan PLTSa layak digunakan untuk membangkitkan listrik dan mereduksi sampah.

Currently the electricity generation mainly still use fossil fuels that can not be renewed and not environmentally friendly. The potential for renewable energy sources provided abundant but until now has not been explored optimally. One of the sources of renewable energy is waste. Due to the growth of population is very high in proportion to the volume of waste generated therefore been the location in DKI Jakarta. An analysis of potential waste into energy as possible as optimal , which can be done by calculating the thermochemical conversion of waste that has percentage of organic material (non biodegradable) high with low water levels. And biochemical conversion processes for waste that have a percentage of organic material (biodegradable) high with high water content. The methodology is needed to research studies in technical and feasibility of the economics concept can produce a model management tools, to determine study of its economical as well to test the sensitivity of each parameter related, including analyzing the revenue of tipping fee as well as analysis report of strategy environment assessment must be in accordance with the regulations issued by Indonesia government, which state the planned of PLTSa can be feasible to used generate electricity and reduce waste.
