Abstrak :
Kebudayaan merupakan suatu sikap belajar atau learned behavior yang dimiliki oleh suatu masyarakat tertentu.Penelitian terhadap perilaku kesehatan di masyarakat penting dilakukan karena kesehatan dapat dipengaruhi oleh kebudayaan melalui pola hidupnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk untuk mengetahui perilaku kesehatan yang ada di masyarakat Tengger dan mengetahui pengalaman masyarakat yang memiliki hipertensi. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian kualitatif fenomenologi. Partisipan ditentukan dengan teknik purposive sampling, berjumlah 7 partisipan. Analisa data menggunakan qualitative content analysis dengan pendekatan Collaizi. Temuan yang menarik di dalam penelitian ini adalah bahwa persepsi tentang hipertensi menurut responden perlu mencari pengobatan hipertensi bila muncul gejala yang dirasakan. Pengobatan hipertensi tidak dilakukan secara rutin hingga timbul gejala lain yang mengganggu. Perilaku noncompliance yang muncul meliputi pola makan yang asin dan ketidakmampuan mengendalikan faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi hipertensi di dalam masyarakat seperti rokok. Diperlukan studi lebih lanjut untuk mengkaji secara mendalam tema yang telah teridentifikasi tentang perilaku noncompliance melalui pemanfaatan peran perawat dengan memberikan edukasi atau mengembangkan sistem pendukung seperti keluarga dalam menangani hipertensi. ...... Culture is a learned behavior owned by a particular society. Study of health behavior in the community is important because health can be affected by culture through the pattern of his life. The purpose of this study was to determine the behavior of health in the community and explore the experience of T enggerese people who have hypertension. The factors causing hypertension in the Tenggerese people need to know from the perspective of society. This study was phenomenological qualitative research design. Participants were determined by purposive sampling technique, amounted to 7 participants. Analysis of the data using qualitative content analysis approach of Collaizi. An interesting finding in this study was the perception of hypertension according to the respondents need to look for the treatment of hypertension when perceived symptoms appear. Treatment of hypertension was not done routinely to other disturbing symptoms. The behavior of non-compliance that arise include eating salty and the inability to control the factors that influence hypertension in the community such as cigarettes. Further study is needed to examine in depth of themes that have been identified to the non-compliance behavior of Tenggerese people with hypertension through the use of the nurse's role in providing education or developing a support system like family in dealing with hypertension.

Kesuksesan pengelolaan tim sangat dipengaruhi oleh motivasi tim. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan karakteristik kepribadian perawat dan motivasi perawat. Desain riset menggunakan deskriptif korelasi dengan tekhnik cross sectional dan sampel berjumlah 161 perawat di ruang rawat inap. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah instrumen motivasi dari teori Mc.Clelland dan instrumen kepribadian berdasarkan DISC. Mayoritas perawat mempunyai tipe steadiness (41.6%) dan motivasi kerja perawat mayoritas rendah dengan perbedaan persentase 3.2%. Hasil bivariat tidak ada hubungan yang bermakna antara karakteristik kepribadian dan motivasi (p= 0.792 pada grafik least dan 0.540 pada grafik most . Usia memiliki hubungan yang bermakna dengan motivasi (p=0.032, . Secara deskriptif tipe kepribadian dominance dan compliance memiliki motivasi tinggi dibandingkan influence, steadines. Kesimpulan riset tidak ada hubungan yang bermakna antara karakteristik kepribadian (DISC) dan motivasi. Riset menyarankan dilaksanakan riset lanjutan dengan menggunakan instrumen DISC pada populasi yang berbeda.

Salah satu pemenuhan kebutuhan dalam rangka pemulihan kondisi fisik ibu menyusui paska bedah sesar adalah kecukupan nutrisi. Akan tetapi, banyak ditemukan ibu yang melakukan pantang makan. Tujuan penelitian ini mendeskripsikan pengalaman ibu menyusui paska bedah sesar melakukan pantang makan di Cirebon. Penelitian fenomenologi ini melibatkan delapan partisipan melalui wawancara mendalam. Hasil penelitian mengidentifikasi tujuh tema yaitu pantangan utama pada ibu; pembatasan asupan karbohidrat, garam dan cairan; peningkatan asupan protein nabati, sayur, dan buah; anjuran orangtua, tradisi/kepercayaan dan agar ibu dan bayi sehat merupakan alasan ibu melakukan pantang makan; produksi ASI kurang, masalah fisik dan psikologis dialami oleh ibu; meningkatkan asupan sayur daun katuk, bengkoang, susu dan minum pelancar ASI dilakukan untuk memperlancar ASI dan harapan terhadap petugas kesehatan. Penelitian merekomendasikan bahwa pentingnya pemberian informasi pada ibu dan keluarga dengan pendekatan aspek budaya.
One of the needs in physical recovery of mother after caesarean section is the adequate amount of nutrients, but there are so many mothers who do food restriction after caesarean. The aim of this research is to describe the experience of food restriction on breastfeeding mother after caesarean section in Cirebon. This phenomenology research involved eight participants through in-depth interview. This study identified seven themes, the major of food restriction; limitation of carbohydrate, salt and liquid consumption; the increasing of vegetables protein, vegetables, and fruits consumption; parents'advice, tradition/beliefs that make the mother and the baby healthy are the reasons to do food restriction; lack of breastmilk production, physical and phsycological problems faced by mother; increases the consumption of 'katuk' leaves, yum bean, milk and supplement for increasing breastmilk production and the expectations to the health workers. The study recommends that the importance of giving information to the mother and family with cultural aspect approach.

Timbang terima adalah salah satu bentuk komunikasi antar profesi dan merupakan kegiatan rutin yang dilakukan perawat untuk menyampaikan informasi tentang kondisi pasien. Komunikasi dengan alur Situation, Background, Assessment, Recommendation (SBAR) adalah salah satu metode komunikasi efektif yang jelas, fokus, dan terstruktur. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengidentifikasi perbedaan pengetahuan dan kemampuan perawat setelah pelatihan, desain penelitian dengan pre-eksperiment dengan pre-post tanpa kelompok kontrol, sampel penelitian seluruh Perawat Primer dan Penanggung Jawab shift (n= 17), analisis data dengan uji t berpasangan dan uji Wilcoxon. Ada perbedaan yang bermakna rerata pengetahuan sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan (p value < 0,001), ada perbedaan yang bermakna rerata kemampuan perawat sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan komunikasi SBAR dalam timbang terima pasien antar shift (p value < 0,001). Efektifitas pelaksanaan komunikasi SBAR perlu dukungan dari pihak manajerial dan komitment perawat, dengan adanya pedoman komunikasi efektif dengan metode SBAR, motivasi, mentoring, dan supervisi, serta pengembangan pendidikan yang berkelanjutan.
Handover is a form of communication among the professions as routine activities carried out by the nurses to give information about the patient's condition. Communication with the groove Situation, Background, Assessment, Recommendation (SBAR) is one of the effective clear, focused and structured communication method. The objective of this research is to identify differences in the knowledge and ability of nurses after training, research design with preexperiment with pre-post without a control group, the study sample whole Nurses Primary and responsible shift (n = 17), data analysis with paired t test and Wilcoxon test. There is a significant difference in the average nurse's knowledge before and after training (p value <0.001), and there is a significant difference means the ability of nurses before and after training SBAR communication in shifts handover (p value <0.001). Effective implementation of the SBAR communication needs of the managerial support and commitment of nurses, with the guidance effective methods SBAR communication, motivation, mentoring, and supervision, as well as the development of continuing education.
