Pada jurnal ini akan mengangkat analisis kasus yang menimpa tokobagus.com pada awal tahun 2013 dengan sudut pandang manajemen humas. Serta langkah apa saja yang sudah diambil dan bagaimana seharusnya langkah tersebut diaplikasikan sesuai konsep-konsep Management Crisis Public Relations .Karena bagaimanapun permasalahan yang terjadi pada suatu perusahaan, akan memberikan pengaruh terhadap keberlangsungan perusahaan. Permasalahan tersebut dapat memberikan dampak buruk terhadap kepercayaan publik serta pada citra yang dimiliki perusahaan. Sesuai dengan konsep Publik relations membangun, menjaga dan memperbaiki citra perushaan merupakan tugas utama seorang praktisi Publik Relations. Penggunaan strategi penanganan permasalahan yang tepat sesuai dengan jenis krisis yang sedang terjadi dapat memberikan hasil yang efektif bagi pihak perusahaan maupun stakeholder perusahaan.

This paper will analyze the case of tokobagus.com in the beginning of 2013, using the standpoint of public relations management. It will also analyze what actions had been taken by the company and how these actions should be applied according to the concepts of Crisis Management Public Relations.However, the problems that occur in a company, will affect the sustainability of the company. Those problems could adversely affect public confidence as well as the image of the company. According to the concept of public relation, the main task of a Public Relation practioners is to build, maintain and reform the image of the enterprise. The use of appropriate strategies to address the problem in accordance with the type of the current crisis can achieve the effective results either for the company it self or even its stakeholders."

"Latar Belakang: Kooperasi pasien merupakan faktor yang penting dalam perawatan ortodonti. Tujuan: Mengetahui gambaran tingkat kooperasi pasien ortodonti cekat di klinik spesialis ortodonti RSGMP FKG UI.Metode: Penelitian dilakukan pada 94 pasien ortodonti cekat di klinik spesialis ortodonti RSGMP FKG UI yang sudah dirawat selama paling sedikit 12 bulan. Pasien diminta mengisi kuesioner tentang tingkat kooperasi yang digambarkan melalui frekuensi kontrol rutin.Hasil: 43,6% pasien tergolong kooperatif, 43,6% pasien tergolong cukup kooperatif, 7,4% pasien tergolong tidak kooperatif, dan 5,3% pasien tergolong sangat tidak kooperatif.Kesimpulan: Sebagian besar pasien ortodonti cekat di RSGMP FKG UI tergolong kooperatif dan cukup kooperatif.

Background: Patient's cooperation is important in determining the result of orthodontic treatment.Objective: To understand the cooperation level of patients with fixed orthodontic treatment in Postgraduate Orthodontic Clinic at RSGM-P FKG UI.Methods: A descriptive study of 94 patients with fixed orthodontic treatment treated for at least 12 months. They're asked to fill a questionnaire about cooperation predicted by frequency of miss-appointment.Results: 43.6% patients are cooperative, 43.6% patients are cooperative-enough, 7.4% patients are non-cooperative, and 5.3% patients are very non-cooperative.Conclusion: Majority of patients with fixed orthodontic treatment in Postgraduate Orthodontic Clinic at RSGM-P FKG UI are cooperative and cooperative-enough."

"Pendahuluan: Braket ortodonti merupakan komponen penting dalam piranti ortodonti cekat karena menghantarkan gaya dari kawat ke struktur gigi dan jaringan pendukungnya sehingga terjadi pergerakkan gigi. Komposisi logam dan proses manufaktur braket Stainless Steel mempengaruhi sifat fisik dan mekanis, salah satunya kekerasan dan kekuatan. Tetapi, beberapa pabrik mengurangi biaya produksi dengan mengabaikan proses manufaktur yang sesuai dengan standarisasi. Hal ini dapat menyebabkan deformasi slot braket khususnya saat diaplikasikan gaya torque. Deformasi slot braket dapat mengurangi besar gaya torque yang akan dihantarkan ke gigi dan jaringan pendukungnya sehingga hasil perawatan tidak efektif dan efisien. Beberapa braket Stainless Steel yang beredar dipasaran masih diragukan kualitasnya dalam perawatan ortodonti. Tujuan: Untuk membandingkan besar gaya torque akibat sudut puntir 300dan 450 kawat Stainless Steel serta deformasi slot permanen akibat gaya torque tersebut antara kelompok merk braket (3M, Biom, Versadent, Ormco dan Shinye). Metode Penelitiian: Lima puluh braket Stainless Steel edgewise dari 5 kelompok merk braket (n=10) di lem ke akrilik. Masing-masing braket dilakukan pengukuran tinggi slot dengan mikroskop stereoskopi, lalu diaplikasikan puntiran kawat melalui alat yang sudah dibuat pada penelitian ini sehingga diperoleh besar gaya torque. Setelah uji torque, dilakukan kembali pengukuran tinggi slot braket. Deformasi slot pemanen dihitung dari selisih dua tahapan pengukuran tinggi slot yaitu sebelum dan sesudah aplikasi gaya torque. Hasil: Analisis statistik menunjukkan perbedaan bermakna besar gaya torque pada sudut puntir 300 dan 450 antara Biom dan Shinye dengan Omrco. Gaya torque paling besar yaitu pada merk braket 3M (300= 442,12 gmcm dan 450= 567,99 gmcm), sedangkan yang terkecil adalah Biom (300= 285,50 gmcm, 450=361,38 gmcm). Perbedaan deformasi slot braket terjadi hampir pada semua kelompok merk braket. Deformasi slot braket hanya terjadi pada merk braket Biom (2,82 µm) dan Shinye (2,52 µm). Kesimpulan: Bentuk geometri slot, komposisi, proses manufaktur braket Stainless Steel dan sudut puntir kawat mempengaruhi besar gaya torque. Komposisi AISI 303 dan 17-4 PH serta proses manufaktur melalui MIM menghasilkan deformasi slot braket yang kecil dan secara klinis tidak signifikan.

Introduction: Orthodontic bracket is an important component in fixed orthodontic appliances for distributing force to the structure of the tooth and its supporting tissues, causing tooth movement. Alloy composition and manufacturing process Stainless Steel bracket affects the physical and mechanical properties, one of which hardness and strength. However, some manufacturers reduce costs at the manufacturing process in accordance with standards. This can cause deformation of the bracket slot especially when applied torque force. In addition, slot deformation can reduce the torque force that will be transmitted to the tooth and its supporting tissues so that the treatment is ineffective and inefficient. Therefore, some Stainless Steel brackets quality in the market is still questionable for orthodontic treatments.

Objective: To determine the deformation of the bracket slot of five brands (3M, Biom, Versadent, Ormco and Shinye) due to the force Stainless Steel wire with torsional angle of 45° and the amount of torque force with torsional angle of 30° and 45°.

Methods: Fifty Stainless Steel Edgewise brackets from five bracket groups brands (n = 10) is attached onto an acrylic. Each bracket slot height was measured with a microscope stereoscopy, then applied torsion wire through torque apparatus that has been made for this study to obtain the amount of torque force. Once the torque test has been done, then the width of bracket slot is re-measured. Deformation slot calculated from measurements of height difference between before and after the torque test.

Results: Statistical analysis shows differences in slot bracket deformation in all group of bracket brands. But, clinically permanent slot deformation deformation occurs only on Biom (2.82 µm) and Shinye (2.52 µm). Repeated measure ANOVA comparison showed significant differences in the amount of torque at torsion angle of 300 and 450 between Biom and Shinye with Omrco. The 3M transmitted highest load (300 = 442,12 gmcm and 450 = 567,99 gmcm), while the lowest is Biom (300 = 285,50 gmcm and 450 = 361,38 gmcm).

Conclusion: Stainless Steel bracket slot deformation is influenced by several factors specifically geometry bracket slot, the composition of the metal, manufacture and torsional angle wire. Alloy composition of AISI 303 and 17-4 PH and manufacture by the method of metal injection molding (MIM) has the smallest deformation."

"Latar Belakang: Deformasi slot braket Stainless Steel akan mempengaruhi gaya yang diaplikasikan kepada gigi sehingga menghambat pergerakan gigi dan memperlama waktu perawatan ortodonti.Tujuan: Mengetahui deformasi slot braket dari lima merek braket yaitu 3M, Biom, Versadent, Ormco dan Shinye akibat gaya torque kawat Beta Titanium 0.021x0.025 inci dengan sudut puntir 45° dan besar gaya torque dengan sudut puntir 30° dan 45°. Penelitian juga bertujuan untuk membandingkan deformasi dan besar gaya torque antara kelima merek braket.Metode Penelitian: 50 braket Stainless Steel Edgewise dari lima kelompok merek braket (n=10) dilem ke akrilik. Masing-masing braket dilakukan dua tahapan pengukuran yaitu pengukuran deformasi braket dengan menghitung rerata tinggi slot braket dengan mikroskop stereoskopi sebelum dan sesudah uji torque dan pengukuran besar gaya torque dengan alat uji torque.Hasil: Analisa statistik menunjukkan terdapat deformasi slot braket pada kelima merek braket dengan deformasi permanen secara klinis pada braket Biom (2,79 μm) dan Shinye (2,29 μm). Besar gaya torque pada kelima braket dari yang paling besar yaitu 3M, Ormco, Versadent, Shinye dan Biom. Perbandingan deformasi slot braket dan besar gaya torque antara kelima braket adalah terdapat perbedaan deformasi slot braket antara kelima merek braket kecuali antara 3M dan Ormco dan Biom dan Shinye dan terdapat perbedaan besar gaya torque antara kelima braket dengan sudut puntir 30° (kecuali 3M dan Ormco) dan 45°.Kesimpulan: Komposisi logam dan proses pembuatan braket merupakan faktor yang mempengaruhi terjadinya deformasi slot braket dan besar gaya torque. Proses pembuatan dengan metode MIM dan komposisi logam AISI 303 dan 17-4 PH menurunkan risiko deformasi.

Background: Stainless Steel bracket slot deformation will affect force applied to teeth can impede tooth movement and prolong orthodontic treatment time.Objective: To determine slot deformation of five different bracket brands namely, 3M, Biom, Versadent, Ormco and Shinye due to torque of Beta Titanium wire 0.021 x 0.025 inch with torsional angle of 45° and the amount of torque with torsional angle of 30° and 45°. The research also aims to compare the deformation and amount of torque between all five brackets brands.Methods: 50 Stainless Steel Edgewise bracket from five bracket group brands (n=10) is attached onto on acrylic. Bracket slot measurement are carried out in two stages, firstly deformation measurement by calculating average bracket slot height with stereoscopy microscope before and after application of torque and secondly, measurement of torque with a torque measurement apparatus.Results: Statistical analysis shows that there are slot deformations on the five bracket brands with clinical permanent deformation on Biom (2,79 μm) and Shinye (2,29 μm). The amount of torque on the five bracket brands from the highest is 3M, Ormco, Versadent, Shinye and Biom. From correlation assessment between bracket slot deformation and amount of torque in the five brands, a difference is found in the deformation in the five brands except between 3M and Ormco and Biom and Shinye. There is a difference in the amount of torque between the five brands with torsional angle of 30° (except 3M and Ormco) and 45°.Conclusion: Metal compositions and manufacturing process are the factors that influence the occurrence of deformation bracket slot and the amount of torque. Manufacturing process using MIM and metal compositions of AISI 303 and 17-4 PH reduce the risk of deformation."

Braket self-ligating di klaim memfasilitasi pergerakan gigi lebih baik, friksi lebih kecil sehingga lebih efektif dan efisien waktu. Tesis ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan kecepatan penutupan ruang pencabutan gigi premolar pertama rahang bawah antara sistem ligasi konvensional dan sistem self-ligating pasif menggunakan closed-coil spring serta melihat kehilangan penjangkaran antara kedua sistem.Desain penelitian ini prospective randomized controlled clinical trial dengan teknik split-mouth. Dua puluh dua regio rahang bawah sampel siap untuk dilakukan retraksi enmassedipasangkan braket MBT Agile 3M slot.022" pada keseluruhan satu regio, regio dan braket Damon Q standar torque Ormco pada regio sebelahnya, aktivasi closed-coil spring. Pengukuran kecepatan penutupan ruang dan kehilangan penjangkaran dihitung dari model cetakan gigi pada 4 dan 8 minggu.Hasil menunjukkan perbedaan bermakna kecepatan penutupan ruang serta kehilangan penjangkaran antara kedua kelompok dimanaself-ligating pasif lebih cepat menutup ruang dengan rata-rata penarikan 4 minggu 0,58mm dan 8 minggu 0,74mm, serta lebih tahan terhadap kehilangan penjangkaran. Dapat disimpulkan braket self-ligating pasif cukup efisian dan efektif pada tahap penutupan ruang. Teknik split-mouth efektif melihat perbandingan kecepatan penutupan ruang serta kehilangan penjangkaran dengan meminimalkan variasi antar individu.

Malocclusion prevalence is high, an orthodontist needs to be efective and efficient in treating malocclusion. Self-ligating brackets are claimed more effective and efficient, which have less friction in ortodontic movement than conventional brackets. The objective of this study is to compare the rate of mandibular en-masse space closure retraction and loss of anchorage between pasif self-ligating brackets and conventional brackets using closed-coil spring.The design of this study was prospective randomized controlled clinical trialwith splitmouth technique. Twenty two mandibular quadrant that ready for en-masse space closure retraction was placed with conventional bracketsMBT Agile 3M slot.022" in a whole quadrant, while the contra lateral was placed with pasif self-ligating brackets Damon Q standar torque Ormco. The en-masse space closure retraction rate and loss of anchorage measurement was made in study model in 4 and 8 weeks.The results were there was significant difference between pasif self-ligating and conventional brackets regarding the en-masse space closure retraction rate and loss of anchorage rate. Self-ligating brackets were faster in en-masse space closure with mean rate 0,58mm in 4 weeks and 0,74mm in 8 weeks and more resistant in loss of anchorage. Split-mouth technique was effective to compare the rate of mandibular en-masse retraction and loss of anchorage between self-ligating bracket and conventional bracket using closed-coil spring, where individual variability was minimized."

Maloklusi dental neutroklusi (36,8%), distoklusi (35,1%) dan mesioklusi (28,1%). Maloklusi dentoskeletal klas I dengan neutroklusi (19,1%), klas II dengan distoklusi (19,3%) dan klas III dengan mesioklusi (10,1%).

"Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis perbedaan besar friksi kinetik antara kombinasi braket Stainless Steel (SS) Edgewise slot .018 dan kawatSS .017X.025, dengan kombinasi braket slot .022 dan kawat SS.019X.025 pada saat pergerakan sliding gigi kaninus. Besar friksi kinetik diukur dengan Universal Testing Machine merk ChatillonTM pada kedua kelompok slot braket saat pergerakan sliding gigi kaninus yang diberi beban tahanan 0, 50 gr, 100 gr, dan 150 gr. Hasil: Friksi kinetik pada kelompok braket slot .018 lebih besar daripada slot .022 secara bermakna pada kelompok beban tahanan 0, 50 gr, dan 100 gr, namun tidak bermakna pada kelompok beban tahanan 150 gr. Besar friksi kinetik meningkat secara bermakna seiring peningkatan besar beban tahanan 50 gr, 100 gr, dan 150 gr pada kedua kelompok slot braket. Kesimpulan: Friksi kinetik pada kombinasi braket SS Edgewise slot .018 dan kawat SS .017X.025 terjadi lebih besar daripada kombinasi braket slot .022 dan kawat SS .019X.025.

Objectives: The objective of this study was to compare kinetic frictional force of Stainless Steel (SS) Edgewise bracket between .018 slot coupled with .017X.025 SS wire and .022 slot coupled with .019X.025 SS wire in simulated sliding canine movement.

Methods: This in-vitro study was done to measure kinetic frictional force of 96 samples, divided into two bracket slot groups and each of bracket slot groups was divided into four retarding force groups. Kinetic frictional force was measured byChatillonTM UniversalTesting Machine for both bracket slot groups, in simulated sliding canine movement using 0, 50 gr, 100 gr, and 150 gr retarding forces.

Results: Kinetic frictional force was significantly greater for the .018 than .022 bracket slot in the 0, 50 gr, and 100 gr retarding force groups, but it was not significant in the 150 gr retarding force group. Frictional force increased with the increasing of the 50 gr, 100 gr, and 150 gr retarding forces for both bracket slot groups.

Conclusions: Kinetic frictional force of the .018 SS Edgewise bracket slot coupled with .017X.025 SS wire is greater than the .022 bracket slot coupled with .019X.025 SS wire."

Penelitian ini menjelaskan pengaruh ulasan oleh beauty vlogger Suhay Salim sebagai electronic word of mouth dan faktor psikologis pembelajaran dan persepsi produk terhadap proses pengambilan keputusan dengan melakukan studi pada generasi milenial yang pernah menonton video ulasan produk Aloe Vera Gel Nature Republic oleh Suhay Salim. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan survei penyebaran kuesioner secara online yang berdasarkan teknik simple random sampling terhadap 118 orang sampel. Model penelitian diuji dengan analisis regresi berganda melalui SPSS dan memperlihatkan bahwa e-WOM serta faktor psikologis secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap proses pengambilan keputusan.

This quantitative research uses survey by distributing online questionnaire to 118 samples using simple random sampling method. This research is using multiple regression analysis with SPSS and it shows that there are influence between e WOM and psychological factors towards decision making process."

"Pendahuluan: NiTi closed coil springmerupakan salah satu alat ortodonti yang digunakan untuk retraksi gigi pada perawatan ortodonti. Gaya yang dihasilkan oleh NiTi closed coil spring pada beberapa penelitian telah terbukti lebih baik dibandingkan rantai elastomerik maupun SS (Stainless steel) closed coil spring. , karena degradasi gayanya paling rendah.Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan besar penurunangaya beberapa merk NiTi closed coil springsetelah diregangkan pada jarak dan dalam kurun waktu tertentuBahan dan cara: Pada penelitian ini digunakan 60 NiTi closed coil spring yang dibagi menjadi 3 kelompok dengan jarak peregangan 18 mm dan 27 mm.Kelompok merk 3M, Ortho One dan Versaden masing-masing 10 buah pada masing-masing jarak peregangan. Peregangan dilakukan selama 4 minggu, gaya awal diukur pada saat insersi dan gaya akhir diukur setelah 4 minggu. Hasil: Penelitian memperlihatkan terdapat perbedaan signifikan pada gaya awal dan gaya akhir antar kelompok baik pada kedua jarak peregangan dan juga perbedaan signifikan pada gaya awal dengan gaya akhir pada masing-masing dan antar kelompokKesimpulan: Terdapat perbedaan nilai gaya awal dan gaya akhir pada semua merk NiTi closed coil spring yang diregangkan pada jarak dan waktu tertentu.

Introduction: NiTi closed coil spring is an orthodontic appliance which applied to performed tooth retraction in orthodontic treatment. The forces produces by NiTi closed coil spring in many studies has been proven to be superior compared to elastomeric chain and stainless steel closed coil spring. Objective: The purpose of this study was to compare the force degradation within few NiTi closed coil brand toward different distance and time. Materials and method:There were 60 NiTi closed coil spring used in this study, which devide into 3 grups toward distance of 18 mm dan 27 mm. There are 3 group consist of 3M, Ortho One and Versaden each consist 10 piece within different distance. The object is soaked within 4 weeks period. Initial force is measure during insertion and final force is measure after 4 weeks.Results:This study showed that there are significance different in initial force and final force within groups in both streching distance. There are also significance different between initial force and final force within groups Conclusions:There are difference in initial and final force within all brand of NiTi closed coil spring that strech toward certain distance and time."

Berarti ada perilaku konsumen tertentu yang mendasarinya. Skripsi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perilaku konsumen pengguna laptop gaming di kalangan mahasiswa menggunakan pemetaan persepsi. Perilaku konsumen diinterpretasikan menjadi atribut-atribut tertentu. Kemudian atribut-atribut terpilih dibuat menjadi peta persepsi. Termasuk di dalamnya proses pengambilan keputusan pembelian. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa tak hanya pertimbangan rasional yang menjadi alasan mahasiswa membeli laptop gaming, ada pula alasan-alasan emosional yang terlibat.

Gaming laptops are not only interesting for gamers who already have income. The product that is classified as luxury product is also used by university students who generally don rsquo t have stable income yet. That means there are particular consumer behaviors underlie. This study aims to analyze the consumer behavior of gaming laptop users among university students. Consumer behavior is interpreted as several particular attributes. Then the selected attributes are made into a perceptual map. Purchase decision process is included in it. This research is a qualitative study. The research found that rational consideration is not the only reason for university students to purchase gaming laptops, there are also emotional reasons involved."
