"ABSTRAK
Manajemen klaim biaya di rumah sakit sering menghadapi beberapa permasalahan pada proses pengelolaan pengajuan klaim biaya ke Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang perbaikan proses pengajuan klaim BPJS yang dilakukan oleh rumah sakit dengan pendekatan Rekayasa Proses Bisnis dan Manajemen Sistem Informasi sehingga didapatkan perbaikan waktu proses (efisiensi) pengajuan berkas klaim dan meminimalisir pengembalian berkas klaim. Rekayasa proses bisnis terbagi dalam dua tahap yaitu pembuatan model dan simulasi proses bisnis saat ini dan proses bisnis yang diperbaiki. Penelitian ini menghasilkan empat scenario perbaikan proses manajemen klaim BPJS dengan waktu proses yang berbeda disetiap scenario. Scenario terbaik kemudian dirancang dengan pendekatan manajemen sistem informasi, yang terdiri dari empat tahap yaitu pembuatan entity relationship diagram (ERD), table relasional, use case diagram dan data flow diagram (DFD). Kombinasi scenario terbaik adalah penggunaan Electronic Medical Record (EMR) untuk pasien, sistem informasi rawat inap, dan peningkatan sistem pengajuan klaim di BPJS yang menghasilkan rata rata waktu keseluruhan proses bisnis berkurang dari 28 hari menjadi 14 hari dengan peningkatan efisiensi sebesar 78,73%.

ABSTRACT
Social Security Administering Body (BPJS) claim management in hospitals faces several problems managing claims hospital cost. This study aims to design improvement in the BPJS claims process managed by the hospital using the Business Process Reengineering and Information Systems Management approach to improve service process time (efficiency) in submitting claim files and diminish claim file returns. Business process reengineering divided into two stages; modeling and simulating current business processes and proposed business processes. This study resulted in four scenarios to improve the BPJS claim management process with different processing times in each scenario. The best scenario designed with four stages management information system approach; the design of entity-relationship diagrams (ERD), relational database, use case diagrams, and data flow diagrams (DFD). The best combination of proposed scenarios use Electronic Medical Records (EMR), inpatient information systems, and improved submission systems at BPJS. This study result average entire business process time reduced from 28 days to 14 days with an increase in efficiency of 78,73%."

"RCM merupakan suatu proses untuk menentukan suatu strategi pemeliharaan yang tepat pada setiap equipment pada suatu area produksi, untuk menghemat biaya dan meminimalisir sumber daya manusia. Salah satu proses RCM yang penting adalah menentukan prioritas dari penyebab kegagalan atau dikenal dengan Critical Analysis. Secara umum, critical analysis menggunakan metode FMECA. FMECA merupakan suatu media untuk melakukan prioirtas terhadap komponen-komponen kritikal berdasarkan mode kegagalannya. FMECA menggunakan analisa berdasarkan severity tingkat keparahan, occurrence banyak kejadian, dan detection kesulitan untuk deteksi. Kadang penilaian FMECA menjadi sulit karena tidak ada faktor pembobotan, sehingga penilaian membutuhkan kemampuan analisa yang tinggi dalam menentukan prioritas equipment. FMECA menggunakan fuzzy logic merupakan salah satu media yang memungkinkan adanya faktor pembobotan pada setiap parameter yang dituangkan dalam bilangan linguistik fuzzy dan aturan jika-maka. Penggunaan fuzzy logic akan memudahkan penilaian FMECA serta dapat menghilangkan keraguan dalam penilaian.

Reliability Centered Maintenance is a process used to determine the maintenance requirements of any physical asset in its operating context. One of the process RCM called FMECA has the important role to preference and prioritize critical equipment. FMECA consist of three parameter. Severity, Occurrence and Detection are the analyzing tool FMECA to determine critical parts or equipment. However, FMECA doesn't consider the important value of each parameter. So, the judgment of each experts to determine critical analysis would be difficult. In order to make FMECA analysis have a valuable risk, fuzzy logic is used to solve that problem. Using if then rules based on calculation from weight of each factor, FMECA fuzzy logic would resolve the uncertainty risk.

"Penerapan Sistem Jaminan Mutu merupakan salah satu upaya organisasi atau perusahaan dalam meningkatkan Upaya Manajemen Mutu. Sistem Jaminan Mutu berfokus kepada pemastian mutu produk sehingga dapat menciptakan kepuasan terhadap konsumen atau pelanggan. PT. TPI merupakan pemasok bagi Perusahaan Otomotif Multinasional, maka dari itu PT. TPI wajib menerapkan menerapkan Sistem Jaminan Mutu demi menciptakan kepuasan dan memenuhi persyaratan pelanggan. Sistem manajemen mutu pada PT. TPI sudah berjalan, akan tetapi hanya terfokus pada kegiatan quality control dan belum mencangkup ke penjaminan kualitas penerimaan dari pemasok, penjaminan kualitas proses, penjaminan kualitas pengiriman, dan penjaminan penerimaan terhadap pelanggan.
Tujuan dari penelitian ini merancang sistem jaminan mutu pada PT. TPI yang dapat memastikan setiap pelaksanaan kegiatan dan semua jenis pekerjaan yang bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk yang akan dibuat, diterima dan akan dikirim oleh PT. TPI memiliki jamitan kualitas yang memadai untuk memenuhi seluruh persyaratan dan ketentuan yang telah ditetapkan.
Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif melalui pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan observasi lapangan di PT. TPI. Analisis dinilai berdasarkan Analisis Kesenjangan dengan membandingkan keadaan di PT. TPI dengan setiap klausul dalam Persyaratan Sistem Jaminan Mutu Pelanggan. Setelah kesenjangan di perusahaan tersebut diketahui, maka dapat digunakan untuk menentukan langkah perbaikan segala aktivitas penjaminan mutu yang belum dilakukan.
Dari hasil nilai rata-rata yaitu sebesar 18,48 maka dapat disimpulkan hampir semua aktivitas Sistem Jaminan mutu dijalankan dan didokumentasikan hampir secara keseluruhan memenuhi persyaratan namun ada kelalaian dan terdapat hal yang tidak konsisten dalam kendali hariannya.

The Implementation of Quality Assurance System is a step for organization or company in improving their Quality Management System. The Quality Assurance System itself focuses on ensuring the product quality so it can create customer satisfaction. PT. TPI is a supplier for Multinational Automotive Company, therefore PT. TPI must apply Quality Assurance System to create satisfaction and fulfill customer requirement. Quality management system at PT. TPI is already running, but only focuses on quality control activities and has not covered the quality assurance of suppliers, quality assurance, delivery assurance and customer acceptance guarantee.
The purpose of this study to design a quality assurance system at PT. TPI that can ensure every implementation of activities and all types of work that aims to produce products to be created, received and will be sent by PT. TPI has adequate quality assurance to meet all the terms and requirements that have been set.
This research is qualitative through data collection using interview and field observation at PT. TPI. The analysis is assessed based on Gap Analysis by comparing the situation in PT. TPI with each clause in the Customer Quality Assurance System Requirements. Once the gap in the company is known, it can be used to determine the steps to improve any quality assurance activities that have not been done.
From the result of the average value that is equal to 18,48 it can be concluded almost all activity of Quality assurance system executed and documented almost totally fulfill requirement but there is negligence and there is inconsistent in its daily control.

BAGIAN SATU ANALISIS SITUASI
Budaya merupakan sesuatu yang harus dipelajari. Sebagai generasi penerus pemuda perlu mempelajari budaya. Televisi lokal berperan penting untuk memenuhi kebutuhan budaya-budaya yang berbeda-beda. Namun, program budaya untuk pemuda di TV lokal Bali masih sedikit. Padahal hasil riset menunjukkan terdapat permintaan untuk itu. Kesimpulannya, ada peluang untuk program budaya untuk pemuda.
BAGIAN DUA MANFAAT DAN TUJUAN PENGEMBANGAN PROTOTYPE
Manfaat program ini adalah menambah tayangan baru tentang budaya untuk pemuda. Program ini juga memberikan wawasan mengenai budaya. Program ini bertujuan agar pemuda dapat menambah wawasan tentang budaya serta membantu menumbuhkan kepedulian terhadap budaya.
BAGIAN TIGA PENGEMBANGAN PROTOTYPE
Episode prototype bertopik babi guling khas Bali. Episode ini membahas babi guling sebagai sesajen serta babi guling sebagai makanan yang dijual di rumah makan serta faktor apa yang mempengaruhi transisi tersebut.
BAGIAN EMPAT EVALUASI
Pre-test dilakukan melalui metode Mini Theatre yang dihadiri 15 remaja berusia 15-24 tahun. Evaluasi internal dilakukan berkala pada setiap tahap pembuatan melalui diskusi. Evaluasi eksternal dilakukan di akhir musim.
BAGIAN LIMA ANGGARAN
Anggaran pembuatan prototype adalah Rp 325.400,00. Anggaran pembuatan program per episode mencapai Rp 5.850.000. Anggaran pembuatan untuk satu musim adalah Rp 23.015.200,00. Perkiraan pendapatan maksimal melalui penjualan iklan per episode adalah Rp 8.400.000,00. Perkiraan keuntungan per episode adalah Rp Rp 2.550.000. Perkiraan pendapatan maksimal melalui penjualan iklan untuk satu musim sebesar Rp 33.150.000

ABSTRACT
PART ONE SITUATIONAL ANALYSIS
Culture is learned. It is important for youth as the next generation to learn its culture. Local TV station can play a critical role in serving the different needs of different cultures. However cultural program for youth in Balinese local TV stations is limited. Research shows that youth are willing to watch cultural programs. This can be seen as an opportunity for cultural programs to be made.
PART TWO BENEFITS AND GOALS
The benefit of this program is to add a new cultural programs for youth. This program also shares knowledge about culture. This program aim to share knowledge about culture and encourage awareness.
PART THREE THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE PROTOTYPE
The prototype episode is Balinese traditional suckling pig. This episode discuss how suckling pig is used as an offering, how it is used as food sold in restaurant, and factors that influenced it.
PART FOUR EVALUATION
Pretest for the prototype will be held by mini theatre test participated by 15 youth aged 15-24 years old. Evaluation is also conducted internally and externally. Internally, it'll be held periodically according to the stage of production. External evaluation will be held at the end of the season.

This prototype cost Rp 325.400,00. The budget for an actual episode is Rp 5.850.000. The budget a whole season is Rp 23.015.200,00. "ABSTRAK
Kualitas layanan merupakan salah satu faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan. Kualitas layanan yang baik akan berdampak pada kepuasan pengguna. Sebaliknya, kualitas layanan yang buruk akan menyebabkan ketidakpuasan pengguna. Pada kasus perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang pelayanan kesehatan, kepuasan merupakan salah satu faktor penting yang dapat menciptakan iklim bisnis yang baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui atribut kualitas layanan mobile health yang berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengguna. Integrasi model Kano dan Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Model Kano bertujuan untuk menghubungkan persyaratan yang dipenuhi oleh produk atau layanan dengan kepuasan dan mengidentifikasi persyaratan yang mempengaruhi kepuasan pengguna. Sedangkan IPA bertujuan untuk mengelompokkan atribut kualitas layanan ke dalam kuadran yang bertujuan untuk membantu perusahaan dalam menyusun strategi bisnisnya. Berdasarkan Integrasi IPA-Kano terhadap 21 atribut kualitas layanan yang meliputi dimensi Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy, dan Tangible pada aplikasi mobile health, diketahui terdapat 9 atribut kualitas yang perlu ditingkatkan serta 11 atribut kualitas layanan yang perlu dipertahankan. Berdasarkan hasil IPA diketahui nilai Customer Satisfaction Index sebesar 82,313%. Sementara berdasarkan analisis gap antara kinerja dan harapan, diketahui bahwa kinerja aplikasi mobile health masih belum ada yang melampaui harapan pengguna

ABSTRACT
Service quality is one of the factors that can affect satisfaction. Good service quality will impact on user satisfaction. Otherwise, poor service quality will cause user dissatisfaction. In the case of companies engaged in health services, satisfaction is one of the important factors that can create a good business climate. This study aims to determine the quality of mobile health service attributes that affect user satisfaction. Integration of Kano model and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) is used in this study. The Kano model aims to link the requirements met by the product or service with satisfaction and identify requirements that affect user satisfaction. Whereas IPA aims to classify service quality attributes into quadrants that aim to assist companies in developing their business strategies. Based on integration of IPA-Kano to 21 service quality attributes which include Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy, and Tangible dimension in the mobile health application, there are 9 quality attributes that need to be improved and 11 service quality attributes that need to be maintained. Based on the results of IPA it is known that the Customer Satisfaction Index is 82.313%. Meanwhile, based on the analysis of the gap between performance and expectations, it is known that the performance of the mobile health application still does not exceed the user's expectations"

"ABSTRAK
Tesis ini membahas mengenai pentingnya upaya konservasi nilai material dimulai dari tahapan desain sebuah produk kemasan. Saat ini telah terdapat kriteria desain untuk konservasi nilai material, namun belum ada contoh nyata dari desain kemasan tersebut. Berdasarkan pengamatan langsung pada kategori nilai sisa material, masih banyak kemasan produk yang tidak memenuhi kriteria desain untuk konservasi nilai material. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan desain ulang kemasan plastik kaku untuk konservasi nilai material. Desain ulang dilakukan berdasarkan kriteria desain untuk konservasi nilai material. Desain ulang kemasan plastik kaku menggunakan identifikasi ketidaksesuaian desain, dan pemberian nilainya dilakukan sebelum dan sesudah kemasan didesain ulang untuk selanjutnya akan dibuat perbandingan. Pemberian nilai pada kemasan produk menggunakan teknik analisis kuantitatif. Produk yang akan didesain ulang adalah Zwitsal Baby Powder dan Daeng Gi Meo Ri Shampoo. Hasil desain ulang berupa gambar desain usulan kemasan produk. Evaluasi desain dilakukan dengan melakukan survei penerimaan konsumen terhadap desain usulan produk. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa setelah dilakukan desain ulang, nilai skor mengalami peningkatan dan dari evaluasi yang dilakukan menunjukkan tingginya tingkat penerimaan konsumen terhadap desain usulan kemasan produk. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat digunakan sebagai referensi desain untuk konservasi nilai material, serta meningkatkan nilai material setelah didaur ulang.

ABSTRACT
The focus of this study is the importance of effort to attain material value conservation, from the phase of design a product packaging. Design criteria for material value conservation already exist, but a real example of the packaging design still unavailable. From the observation on the residual value of material categories, there are many products' packaging that violate design criteria for material value conservation. The aim of this study is to redesign rigid plastic packaging for material value conservation. Redesigning processes are based on the design criteria for material value conservation. Redesign of rigid plastic packaging uses the identification of mismatches in design, then scoring is given before and after redesign for further comparison. Scoring of packaging uses quantitative analysis technique. The result of redesigning is proposed pictures for product packaging design. The proposed designs packaging are evaluated by consumer acceptance survey. The results of this study are the score of design packaging increases after redesigning and the evaluation shows a high level of consumer acceptance for the proposed design. The proposed designs packaging are expected to be references of design for material value conservation and increase the material value after recycling."

"Tahun 2020 merupakan tahun dimana pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia mengalami penurunan yang signifikan dibanding tahun-tahun sebelumnya. Salah satu sektor yang mengalami penurunan terbesar adalah industri alat angkutan dengan sub sektor kendaraan bermotor roda 4. Untuk menghadapi hal tersebut dibutuhkan strategi Supply Chain Resilience yang baik dengan cara mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor terkait meliputi 10 subfaktor dari 3 faktor vulnerability dan 22 subfaktor dari 13 faktor capability dengan menggunakan metode DEMATEL-based ANP untuk menentukan hubungan kausal antara subfaktor yang diteliti dan bobot kepentingannya untuk diselesaikan dan ISM digunakan untuk menentukan urutan implementasi dari 10 strategi usulan. Dalam penelitian ditemukan bahwa ada 4 level tahap implementasi untuk menyelesaikan masalah resiliensi dalam industri otomotif.

The year 2020 is a year in which Indonesia's economic growth experienced a significant decline compared to previous years. One of the sectors that experienced the biggest decline was the transportation equipment industry with a sub-sector of 4-wheeled motor vehicles. To deal with this, a good Supply Chain Resilience strategy was needed by identifying related factors including 10 subfactors of 3 vulnerability factors and 22 subfactors of 13 factors. capability by using the DEMATEL-based ANP method to determine the causal relationship between the subfactors studied and their importance weights to be resolved and ISM is used to determine the order of implementation of the 10 proposed strategies. In the study, it was found that there are 4 levels of implementation stages to solve resilience problems in the automotive industry."
