Abstrak :
Seorang apoteker memegang peranan penting di industri farmasi dan apotek. Apoteker harus memenuhi standar kompetensi sebagai persyaratan untuk memasuki dunia kerja dan menjalani praktik profesi. Standar kompetensi apoteker Indonesia terdiri dari sepuluh (10) standar kompetensi sebagai kemampuan yang diharapkan oleh apoteker saat lulus dan masuk ke tempat praktik kerja profesi. Sebagai bekal dan pengalaman calon apoteker untuk dapat memahami peran apoteker dan meningkatkan kompetensi, maka dilaksanakan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 456 Cinere dan PT Harsen Laboratories selama periode bulan Februari-Agustus 2020. Selama PKPA, diharapkan calon apoteker dapat memperluas wawasan, pemahaman, dan pengalaman untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefafrmasian di tempat praktik kerja profesi. ......A pharmacist plays an important role in the pharmaceutical and pharmacy industry. Pharmacists must meet competency standards as requirements for entering the world of work and undergoing professional practice. Indonesian pharmacist competency standards consist of ten (10) competency standards as the abilities expected by pharmacists when they graduate and enter professional work practices. As a provision and experience of prospective pharmacists to be able to understand the role of pharmacists and improve competence, the Pharmacist Professional Work Practice (PKPA) was carried out at Kimia Farma No. 456 Cinere and PT Harsen Laboratories during the period of February-August 2020. During PKPA, it is hoped that prospective pharmacists can broaden their horizons, understanding, and experiences to carry out professional work in professional work practices.

Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 456 Cinere bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi secara umum kegiatan pelayanan kefarmasian di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 456 Cinere; serta mengetahui peran dan fungsi apoteker dalam aspek profesional dan aspek manajerial di apotek secara umum, dan di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 456 Cinere secara khusus. Pada laporan ini dilakukan pengkajian terhadap resep penyait dermatitis di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 456 Cinere periode Februari 2020. Laporan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui obat-obat yang diresepkan untuk pasien dengan penyakit dermatitis serta mengetahui penggunaan obat yang rasional pada resep pengobatan dermatitis di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 456 Cinere.Industri Farmasi merupakan instansi yang berperan penting dalam menyediakan obat yang bermutu tinggi sesuai dengan Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik (CPOB). Berdasarkan peraturan CPOB, industri farmasi diwajibkan untuk membuat pengkajian mutu produk tiap tahunnya. Pengkajian mutu produk adalah pengkajian terhadap produk secara berkala terhadap semua obat terdaftar, termasuk produk ekspor, dengan tujuan untuk membuktikan konsistensi proses, kesesuaian dengan spesifikasi bahan awal, bahan pengemas dan produk jadi, untuk melihat tren dan mengidentifikasi perbaikan yang diperlukan untuk produk dan proses. Pengkajian mutu produk secara berkala biasanya dilakukan tiap tahun dan didokumentasikan,. Tujuan dari pembuatan laaporan ini adalah agar calon apoteker dapat memahami prinsip pengkajian mutu produk di PT. CKD OTTO Pharmaceuticals, dimulai dari pengolahan data menjadi suatu tren statistic hingga dokumentasi ke dalam laporan. ......Professional Work Practices of Pharmacists at Kimia Farma Pharmacy No. 456 Cinere aims to evaluate in general pharmaceutical service activities at Kimia Farma No. 456 Cinere; as well as knowing the roles and functions of pharmacists in professional and managerial aspects at the pharmacy in general, and in the Kimia Farma Pharmacy No. 456 Cinere in particular. Pharmacists have three roles in a pharmacy, namely as a professional, salesperson, and manager. In this report, an assessment of the prescription for dermatitis is conducted at Kimia Farma Pharmacy No. 456 Cinere for the period of February 2020. This report aims to determine which drugs are prescribed for patients with dermatitis and to determine the rational use of drugs in dermatitis treatment prescriptions at Kimia Farma Pharmacy No. 456 Cinere. Pharmaceutical Industry is an important institution in providing the high quality of medicinal product incorporating Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). According to GMP, pharmaceutical industry needs to submit their product quality review annually. Product quality review is a regular periodic or rolling quality reviews of all licensed medicinal products, including export only products, should be conducted with the objective of verifying the consistency of the existing process, the appropriateness of current specifications for both starting materials and finished products to highlight any trends and to identify product and process improvements. Such reviews should normally be conducted and documented annually. The purpose of this special assignment for pharmacist to be is to understand the principal of product quality review in PT. CKD OTTO Pharmaceuticals, including data processing to be statistical trend to documentation as a report.

Menurut Peraturan Pemerintah Republik Indonesia Nomor 51 Tahun 2009 tentang Pekerjaan Kefarmasian, Apoteker adalah sarjana farmasi yang telah lulus sebagai Apoteker dan telah mengucapkan sumpah jabatan Apoteker. Keberadaan Apoteker sangat penting, khususnya di Apotek dan Industri Farmasi. Apoteker memiliki standar kompetensi dalam menjalankan perannya. Salah satu cara untuk mengasah kompetensi dari Apoteker adalah dengan menjalankan praktik kerja profesi bagi para calon Apoteker. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Apotek dan Industri Farmasi merupakan rangkaian kegiatan untuk para Apoteker memahami dan belajar bagaimana peran serta kontribusinya di masyarakat. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker dilakukan di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 456 Cinere dan di PT Harsen Laboratories. Setelah dilakukan praktik kerja profesi, diharapkan para calon Apoteker mampu untuk menyiapkan diri dan memiliki bekal untuk menjadi tenaga kesehatan Indonesia yang bermanfaat bagi nusa dan bangsa.  ......According to Peraturan Pemerintah Republik Indonesia Nomor 51 Tahun 2009 about Pekerjaan Kefarmasian, a pharmacist is a bachelor of pharmacy who has graduated as a pharmacist and has taken the oath of its position. The “Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker” in the Drugstore and Pharmaceutical Industry is a series of activities for pharmacists to understand and learn how to participate in the community. The Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker conducted at Kimia Farma No. 456 Cinere and at PT Harsen Laboratories. After carrying out professional work practices, it is hoped that the prospective pharmacists will be able to prepare themselves and be equipped to become Indonesian health workers who are useful to the country and the nation.
