Abstrak :
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menunjukan bahwa terdapat gender based hate speech dalam materi penampilan stand up comedy komika Ge Pamungkas selama ia mengikuti kompetisi Stand Up Comedy Indonesia Season 2 yang diselenggarakan oleh stasiun televisi swasta Kompas TV Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan melakukan analisis wacana terhadap transkrip dari 16 video penampilan Ge Pamungkas selama ia menjalani kompetisi Analisis terhadap video penampilan Ge Pamungkas tersebut menggunakan pemikiran Erving Goffman dalam bukunya yang berjudul Forms of Talk serta Judith Butler dalam buku berjudul Excitable Speech A Politics of The Performative dan Gender Trouble Feminism and The Subversion of Identity juga pemikiran femnisme radikal dalam buku Rosemarie Tong dalam bukunya berjudul Feminist Thought Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Ge Pamungkas melakukan gender based hate speech yang ia sisipkan pada materi stand up comedy nya dan menyalurkannya kepada para penonton yang mana hal tersebut dapat merugikan perempuan Gender based hate speech yang disalurkan Ge Pamungkas melalui penampilan stand up comedy nya juga semakin melanggengkan kebudayaan patriarki dalam masyarakat yang selalu mengobjektifikasi serta mengopresi perempuan Ge pamungkas menggunakan komedi lelucon sebagai kamuflasenya dalam melakukan gender based hate speech tersebut Melalui komedi lelucon penonton lebih mudah untuk menyerap segala informasi penuh kebencian terhadap perempuan yang disampaikan oleh Ge Pamungkas ......The purpose of this research is to show that Ge Pamungkas has brought a gender based hate speech on his stand up comedy's bits while he was competing in Stand Up Comedy Indonesia Season 2 held by Kompas TV This research uses a qualitative method by doing a discourse analysis for transcripts of all the Ge Pamungkas'sixteen videos The analysis uses Erving Goffman's thoughts from his book called Forms of Talks the idea of Judith Butler from her two books Excitable Speech A Politics of The Performative and Gender Trouble Feminism and The Subversion of Identity and also Rosemarie Tong's thought from her book Femnist Thought The result of this research shows that Ge Pamungkas was doing a gender based hate speech through his stand up comedy's bits then delivered it to his audience which is harmful to women Gender based hate speech that Ge delivered through his stand up comedy's performance also perpetuate a patriarchal culture in society where women always being oppressed and objectified He used comedy or jokes as the camouflage so he could perform the gender based hate speech freely Through comedy or jokes it was easily for audiences to understand all of the hateful information about gender issues Ge has brought

Skripsi ini membahas tentang kekerasan dalam pacaran dan stalking pascapacaran. Tujuannya adalah untuk melihat bentuk-bentuk kekerasan dalam pacaran serta bentuk-bentuk stalking pascapacaran yang dialami korban dan melihat bagaimana korban memaknai pengalaman tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus terhadap satu informan. Penelitian ini menghasilkan beberapa temuan penting, seperti: korban selama pacaran mengalami kekerasan fisik, verbal, seksual dan emosional, korban juga mengalami beberapa bentuk stalking pascapacaran, serta ada kaitan antara coercive control dengan pola stalking yang dialami korban. Hasil penelitian menyarankan bahwa perlu ada penambahan penyuluhan tentang bahaya kekerasan dalam pacaran bagi perempuan usia remaja hingga dewasa. ......The focus of this study is dating violence and stalking in post-dating relationship. The goal is to analyze forms of dating violence and stalking from victim's perspective, and to see how victim gives meaning to the victimization she's been trough. Using qualitative method, this study gathers data from deep interviews with one source person (given alias as 'Bunga'). This study shows that Bunga experienced physical, verbal, sexual, and emotional abuse during the courtship; she also had to experience a lot of stalking in post-dating relationship; and there is an indication of a link between coercive controls with the stalking. The results suggest that there should be more awareness campaign for the danger of dating violence for women in their teens to adults.

Novel Nineteen Eighty-Four karya George Orwell menceritakan tentang sebuah negara fiksi Oceania yang dikuasai partai Ingsoc dengan rezim totaliter dan segala informasi dikuasai oleh partai itu. Penelitian ini akan menganalisis bagaimana hiperrealitas yang ditimbulkan sebagai dampak konstruksi realita menggunakan berita bohong yang ada di dalam novel Nineteen Eighty-Four. Penelitian ini akan menggunakan metode analisis isi kualitatif. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa proses pembuatan berita yang bersifat manipulatif dan dipenuhi dengan berita bohong mengonstruksi realita masyarakat Oceania dan mengaburkan persepsi mereka tentang kejahatan yang dilakukan oleh Ingsoc terhadap mereka.

ABSTRACT
George Orwell's Nineteen eighty-four tells the story of a fictional country Oceania which is ruled by the totalitarian English Socialist Party (or Ingsoc) and every information is managed and controlled by the ruling party. This research will analyze how hyperreality that is caused by the construction of reality using fake news in the novel Nineteen Eighty-Four. The method used in this research is qualitative content analysis. The research shows that the manipulative news making process which is filled with fake contents constructs the reality of Oceanian people and causes them to be unable to see the crimes that Ingsoc is doing to them.

Skripsi ini membahas konteks sosial politik film Istirahatlah Kata-Kata dari perspektif kriminologi konstitutif. Dalam kajian kriminologi konstitutif, pembuat film dan film diposisikan oleh peneliti sebagai agen konstitutif yang menawarkan wacana pengganti dalam isu penghilangan paksa aktivis periode 1997-1998. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode Critical Discourse Analysis dengan menggunakan tiga proses analisis yang ditawarkan oleh Fairclough. Penelitian ini tidak hendak membahas film saja, melainkan hendak membahas pula konteks sosial politik yang melingkupi film tersebut serta pengaruh yang muncul karenanya. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa film Istirahatlah Kata-Kata sebagai medium memiliki potensi untuk menjadi salah satu alat guna menawarkan wacana pengganti dalam pembahasan kasus pelanggaran HAM masa lalu di Indonesia. Sementara Negara menghendaki pembahasan isu pelanggaran HAM ini dilakukan secara tertutup antara pelaku dan korban saja, dalam penelitian ditemukan bahwa salah satu tujuan yang hendak dicapai oleh para agen konstitutif adalah dilakukannya pembahasan atas isu ini di ranah publik hingga selesai, atau dengan kata lain, harus melalui pengadilan HAM.

ABSTRACT
This thesis discusses the social political context of the film entitled Solo, Solitude from the perspective of constitutive criminology. In constitutive criminology studies, filmmakers and the films itself are positioned by the researcher as constitutive agents that offer replacement discourses on the issue of Enforced Disappearance of Activists in the period 1997 1998. The research was conducted by Critical Discourse Analysis using three analytical processes offered by Fairclough. This research does not want to discuss only the film, but rather to discuss the social political context that surrounds the film and the effects that arise because of it. The study found that the film entitled Solo, Solitude mdash as a medium mdash has the potential to be one of the tools to offer replacement discourses in the discussion of past human rights abuses in Indonesia. While the State wants the case resolution of the issue of human rights violations to be conducted in a closed manner which is between the offenders and the victims only, in this research, it was found that one of the goals to be achieved by constitutive agents was to carry out the discussion of this issue in the public sphere to the end, or in other words, through the human rights court.

Skripsi ini membahas tentang pengkategorisasian para pelaku hate speech di Facebook terkait dengan Basuki Tjahaya Purnama Alias Ahok yang saat itu menjabat sebagai Gubernur DKI Jakarta. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menyebutkan bahwa meskipun Ahok adalah objek dari hate speech ini, namun namun yang menjadi target paling banyak justru masyarakat umum yang mendukung Ahok, atau masyarakat umum yang menolak Ahok. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini menyarankan agar pihak pemerintah dan media sosial saling bekerjasama untuk mengkaji hate speech di Facebook secara lebih mendalam, terutama berkaitan dengan identitas asli pelaku hate speech. Hal ini jika diharapkan dapat memberikan petunjuk terkait dengan siapa identitas pelaku, sehingga pihak penegak hukum dapat melakukan penindakan secepatnya, dan kasus hate speech di Facebook dapat berkurang secara signifikan.

ABSTRACT
This Thesis discussing the categorization of hate speechs perpetrators on Facebook related to Basuki Tjahaya Purnama Ahok who is an ex Jakarta Governor. This research is a qualitative research with descriptive analysis. The results showed that even if Ahok is the subject of the hate speech, but most of the victims are people who support or against Ahok. Thus, this research suggest the government to cooperate with social media Facebook to research and reviewing hate speech more deeply. Hopefully this research will give clues about who is the perpetrators real identity, so that law enforcers could action as soon as possible, and hate speech on Facebook will reduced significantly. ni

ABSTRAK Tulisan ini disusun untuk menganalisis media misogyny dalam pemberitaan Prostitusi VA oleh Kompas.com. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis wacana kritis Sara Mills. Data pada penelitian bersumber dari 14 berita yang terdapat dalam kanal News Kompas.com. Media misogyny pada penelitian ini menggunakan kategori dari Buiten & Salo, yakni Obscuring The Role of Perpetrators, Figuring Gender Based Violence as part of a normal Society, dan Denying Male Agency in Gender Based Violence. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa kompas.com sebagai media misogyny dengan mengaburkan prostitusi sebagai kekerasan seksual dan perempuan dipandang sebagai pelanggar moral yang mengancam moral masyarakat.

This work is structured analyze media misogyny in VAs coverage by Kompas.com. This study uses critical discourse analysis by Sara Mills. The data in this study were collected from 14 news in News Kompas.com. Penyebarluasan gambar seksual secara non-konsensual merupakan salah satu fenomena yang banyak terjadi dalam era digital ini. Masyarakat yang patriarkal mendorong adanya ketimpangan kekuasaan dan dominasi laki-laki terhadap perempuan, hal ini lah yang kemudian melanggengkan praktik penyebarluasan terus terjadi. Selama ini, konsep revenge porn digunakan untuk melihat dan menjelaskan fenomena ini dalam masyarakat, padahal konsep tersebut banyak menuai perdebatan karena tidak peka dan insensitif terhadap korban. Penulisan ini bertujuan ingin melihat bagaimana praktik penyebarluasan gambar seksual secara non konsensual dijelaskan sebagai sebuah bentuk Image-Based Sexual Abuse (IBSA) atau kekerasan seksual berbasis gambar. Melalui analisis dengan sudut pandang feminisme radikal dan juga analisa berdasar definisi IBSA dan kerugiannya oleh McGlynn dan Rackley, ditemukan bahwa penyebarluasan gambar seksual secara non-konsensual adalah sebuah kejahatan seksual berbasis gambar (IBSA) yang merugikan perempuan dan sangat berkaitan dengan adanya dominasi serta kontrol laki-laki terhadap perempuan dan tubuhnya. ......The non-consensual dissemination of sexual images is one of the most common phenomena in this digital era. A patriarchal society encourages inequality of power and male domination of women. Hence the practice of dissemination continues up until now. The concept of revenge porn has been used to explain and understand the phenomena despite its insensitivity to the victims. This writing aims to see how non-consensual dissemination of sexual abuse as a form of Image-Based Sexual Abuse (IBSA). Through the analysis using radical feminism perspective and definition of IBSA by McGlynn and Rackley, the data findings show that the non-consensual dissemination of sexual images is a form of Image-Based Sexual Abuse (IBSA) that harms women and is closely related to male domination and control towards women.

Tugas karya akhir ini membahas kasus rekayasa rekam medis yang dilakukan oleh dokter X guna menghambat berjalannya proses penyidikan KPK dalam tindak pidana korupsi e-KTP pada tahun 2018. Pembahasan dilakukan dengan menganalisis elemen obstruction of justice yang dikemukakan oleh Isra et al. dan kriteria dari professional occupational crime milik Green dalam kasus tersebut. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa rekayasa rekam medis yang dilakukan oleh dokter X merupakan obstruction of justice dan memenuhi kriteria sebagai salah satu bentuk kejahatan yang termasuk dalam kategori professional occupational crime. ......The focus of this paper is the falsification of medical records by doctor X in order to obstruct the KPK's investigation on the e-KTP corruption in 2018. The study was carried out by analyzing the elements of obstruction of justice proposed by Isra et al. and the criteria of Green's professional occupational crime found in the case. The results show that the falsification of medical record by doctor X is an act of obstructing justice and meets the criteria as a form of professional occupational crime.
