"Skripsi ini membahas pengaruh penerapan revenue management khususnya dalam konteks inventory control dan denied boarding terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada industri penerbangan sipil di Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode eksperimen dan melibatkan mahasiswa Universitas Indonesia sebagai responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan inventory control berpengaruh sebagian terhadap kepuasan konsumen, sementara kebijakan denied boarding berpengaruh penuh terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Hasil tersebut dapat menjadi dasar untuk penelitian lebih lanjut mengenai perilaku konsumen airlines di Indonesia yang dinamis.

This Bachelor Thesis mainly discuss about the application of revenue management, specifically in inventory control and denied boarding context towards the customer satisfaction in commercial airlines industry in Indonesia. This research use experiment method and involve the students of Universitas Indonesia as the respondent. The research result shows that inventory control is partially affecting the customer satisfaction while denied boarding is fully affecting the customer satisfaction. This result can serve as a reference for further research about the dynamic airline consumer behaviour study in Indonesia."

"Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji apakah dimensi-dimensi gaya kepemimpinan paternalistik yaitu kepemimpinan otoriter dan otoritatif, kepemimpinan benevolen dan kepemimpinan moral memiliki perbedaan signifikan berdasarkan level jabatan di PT. XYZ. Subyek dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 243 responden yang mengisi kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dimensi kepemimpinan paternalistik memiliki perbedaan signifikan berdasarkan level jabatan yaitu pada dimensi otoriter dan otoritatif berbeda secara signifikan antara foreman dengan officer, section head dan department head, dimensi benevolen berbeda secara signifikan antara foreman dengan officer, section head dan department head, dimensi moral berbeda secara signifikan antara department head dengan foreman dan section head. Kepemimpinan ke-bapak-an membuat responden merasa ingin tetap dipimpin dengan atasan mereka sampai tiga tahun mendatang.

The purpose of this thesis was to test whether the dimensions of paternalistic leadership style that consist authoritarian and authoritative leadership, benevolent leadership and moral leadership have significance difference based on job level of respondents? supervisor at PT. XYZ. There were 243 respondents who complete the questionnaires. The results showed that the dimensions of paternalistic leadership has significantly difference based on job level, there are authoritarian and authoritative dimension has significantly difference between foreman with officer, section head and department head, benevolent dimension has significantly difference between foreman with officer, section head and department head, moral dimension has significantly difference between department head with foreman and section head. Paternalistic leader."

"Kepuasan dan komitmen terhadap suatu merek dapat mempengaruhi kesetiaan merek serta keinginan untuk membeli kembali merek tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh dari kepuasan merek dengan anteseden nilai, kualitas dan ekuitas merek yang dirasakan serta komitmen merek dan dampaknya terhadap kesetiaan merek dan keinginan membeli kembali pada merek Toyota. Hasil survey dari 120 sampel dengan metode analisis structural equation modeling (SEM), menyatakan bahwa kepuasan dan komitmen terhadap merek secara signifikan berpengaruh positif terhadap kesetiaan merek dan keinginan membeli kembali merek khususnya pada merek Toyota. Walaupun hanya nilai dan kualitas merek yang dirasakan yang secara signifikan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan merek.

Brand satisfaction and brand commitment affected the automotive brand loyalty and repurchase intention. This study focused to analyze influence of brand satisfaction, with perceived brand value, quality, and equity as antesedents of brand satisfaction and brand commitment especially Toyota users and impacted their brand loyalty and repurchase intention to the Toyota brand. Survey of 120 sample who analyzed with structural equation modeling (SEM), suggested that brand satisfaction and brand commitment on automotive affecting their brand loyalty and brand repurchase intention. But only perceived brand value and quality that directly affected the brand satisfaction, perceived brand equity didn’t directly affect the brand satisfaction."

"Seiring dengan perkembangan internet, electronic word of mouth telah menjadi fenomena penting di dunia pemasaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh dari electronic word of mouth terhadap citra merek dan niat pembelian pada smartphone samsung juga pengaruh citra merek terhadap niat pembelian smartphone samsung. Responden penelitian ini berjumlah 167 orang yang sedang mencari smartphone dan menyukai browsing di internet. Model penelitian menggunakan 3 hipotesis dan diuji dengan metode analisis structural equation model (SEM).
Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa electronic word of mouth berpengaruh terhadap citra merek smartphone samsung namun tidak berpengaruh terhadap niat pembelian smartphone samsung dan citra merek berpengaruh terhadap niat pembelian smartphone samsung. Sedangkan pada jurnal penelitian acuan menemukan bahwa electronic word of mouth berpengaruh positif terhadap citra merek dan berpengaruh positif yang kuat terhadap niat pembelian smartphone samsung dan citra merek berpengaruh terhadap niat pembelian smartphone samsung.

Along with the internet developments, electronic word of mouth had become an important phenomenon in the marketing’s world. This study focus to analyze influence of electronic word of mouth on brand image and purchase intention and also influence of brand image on purhase intention smartphone samsung. Respondents of this study are 167 people who are looking for smartphone and liked browsing on the internet. The tree hypoteses research model in this study are tested with Structural Equation Modelling (SEM).
The results found that electronic word of mouth effect brand image of smartphone samsung but doesn’t effect purchase intention of smartphone samsung and the brand image effect on purhase intention of smartphone samsung. While the research journal reference found that electronic word of mouth had positive effect on brand image and strong positive effect on purchase intention of smartphone samsung and brand image effect on purchase intention of smartphone samsung.

"Terdapat 2 (dua) tujuan pada penelitian ini, pertama adalah mengetahui perbedaan sikap terhadap merek pada saat sebelum dan setelah melihat iklan. Kedua, untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat perbedaan minat beli (purchase intention) terhadap 2 (dua) daya tarik iklan yang berbeda, yaitu emosional dan informasional (rasional). Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam melakukan riset kausal adalah pre-experimental designs melalui pendekatan uji awal-uji akhir (pre–post test), dan berdasarkan dimensi waktu penelitian ini dilakukan secara cross sectional.
Jumlah subyek penelitian adalah 60 (enam puluh) orang yang belum pernah melihat 4 (empat) versi iklan Pertamax yang digunakan sebagai perlakuan (treatment) pada penelitian ini. Kemudian, data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan non parametric test, yaitu uji Wilcoxon dan U Mann-Whitney. Hasilnya, pasca melihat iklan emosional terjadi perubahan pada indikator kualitas. Sedangkan pasca melihat iklan informasional (rasional) terjadi perubahan pada indikator favorit dan citra berkelas. Meskipun demikian, iklan emosional dan informasional (rasional) tidak memiliki perbedaan pengaruh terhadap minat beli (purchase intention).

There are 2 (two) objectives in this study, the first is to determine differences in attitudes toward the brand at the time before and after exposure to the ads. Second, to determine whether there are differences in purchase intention towards 2 (two) different advertising appeals are emotional and informational (rational). The research design used in conducting causal research is pre-experimental designs through pretest and posttest, based on the time dimension of this research conducted within cross sectional.
The number of study subjects was 60 (sixty) people who have never seen 4 (four) version of the Pertamax ads which used as a treatment in this research. Furthermore, the data were analyzed by using non-parametric tests are the Wilcoxon test and U Mann-Whitney. The results, there is a change of quality indicators after seeing emotional ads. While after seeing informational (rational) ads changes the favorable and classy indicators. However, emotional and informational (rational) ads does not have a different effect on purchase intention.

"ABSTRAK
Industri kosmetik dunia sedang mengalami perkembangan pesat, khususnya di Indonesia. Seiring dengan banyaknya produk dan pelaku industry kosmetika yang bermunculan, setiap produsen alat kecantikan dan kosmetika harus berlomba menciptakan nilai berbeda dari produknya untuk meningkatkan daya tarik konsumen untuk melakukan pembelian. Begitu pula halnya dengan mengendorse selebriti yang dirasa pantas dan sesuai dengan produknya, sehingga menarik niat beli mayarakat. Penulis memilih produk kosmetik L’oreal Paris yang dinilai penulis unik untuk diteliti karena L’oreal masuk dalam 10 dari 50 Merek Kosmetik Dunia Paling Bernilai tahun 2013 (dalam USD Billion). Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menguji secara empiris hubungan antara kredibilitas endorser dari L’oreal yaitu Maudy koesnaedi, kredibilitas merek dari L’oreal, dan hubungannya dengan pengembangan ekuitas merek berbasis konsumen. Dari keseluruhan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Endorser credibility mempengaruhi Brand Credibility. Hasil penelitian jugan menunjukkan bahwa Brand credibility mempengaruhi Consumer Based Brand Equity. Penelitian ini juga mendukung teori sebelumnya oleh Amanda; Pappu, Ravi; Cornwell, T Bettina (2011) dimana peneliti menemukan bahwa kredibilitas endorser tidak membangun consumer based brand equity secara langsung, tetapi juga dengan dampak brand credibility yang membawa pada peningkatan brand equity.

ABSTRACT
World cosmetics industry is growing, especially in Indonesia. With so many products and cosmetics industry players are popping up, every cosmetics manufacturers must compete to create different grades of products to enhance the consumer interest to make a purchase. Likewise, the use of celebrity endorsers were deemed inappropriate and has compatibility with the product, so that it can attract society's purchase intention. The author choose L' Oreal Paris cosmetic product that is unique to the authors assessed study, because L' oreal are included in 10 of the 50 World Most Valuable Brand Cosmetics in 2013 ( in USD Billion ). In this study we examined empirically the relationship between the credibility of the endorser of L' oreal ( Maudy Koesnaedi), the credibility of the brand L'oreal, and its relationship with the development of consumer -based brand equity. The results showed that Brand Credibility affect Endorser credibility. The results also indicate that brand credibility influence Consumer-Based Brand Equity. This study also supports previous theories from Amanda; Pappu, Ravi; Cornwell, T Bettina (2011), in which researchers found that the credibility of the endorser does not build brand equity directly, but also by the impact (mediating) of brand credibility which led to increased consumer based brand equity."

"Dalam menghadapi persaingan yang semakin meningkat dan konsumen yang semakin cerdas, membuat para penyedia jasa layanan tertarik untuk meningkatkan hubungan-hubungan dengan konsumen dan membangun loyalitas konsumen.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisa pengaruh service encounter quality dimensions yaitu technical quality, empathy, dan physical environment terhadap perceived value, customer satisfaction dan loyalty melalui perceived risk.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa technical quality, empathy dan physical environment berpengaruh signifikan terhadap customer satisfaction dan perceived value. Perceived value berpengaruh signifikan terhadap customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction dan perceived value berpengaruh signifikan terhadap customer loyalty. Pengaruh perceived risk terhadap hubungan customer satisfaction dan perceived value dengan customer loyalty tidak signifikan.
Penelitian terdahulu yang dilakukan oleh Jackie Lai - Ming Tam meneliti hubungan antara unsur tersebut dan menyatakan ada hubungan yang signifikan diantara mereka. Hasil penelitian ini memiliki perbedaan dengan hasil penelitian sebelumnya diduga karena adanya perbedaan budaya yang dimiliki.

In the face of increasing competition and increasingly savvy consumers, making the service providers interested in improving their relationships with consumers and build customer loyalty.
The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of service encounter quality dimensions, namely technical quality, empathy, and physical environment on the perceived value, customer satisfaction and loyalty through perceived risk.
The results showed that the technical quality, empathy and physical environment have a significant effect on customer satisfaction and perceived value. Significant effect on the perceived value and customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction and perceived value have a significant effect on customer loyalty. Influence on the relationship between perceived risk and perceived value and customer satisfaction to customer loyalty is not significant.
Previous research conducted by Jackie Lai - Ming Tam investigated the relationship between these elements and expressed no significant relationship between them. The results of this study have differences with the results of previous studies presumably because of differences in the culture.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan menemukan pengaruh Brand Reputation dan Brand Tribalism pada Brand Relationship dalam konteks Brand Kecap Bango milik PT Unilever Indonesia. Penelitian ini bersifat konklusif dan desktiptif dengan desain cross-sectional. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan convenience sampling dan menghasilkan 235 responden. Dilakukan uji validitas, reliabilitas, analisis model pengukuran, dan analisis multiple linear regression melalui SPSS 13. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa Brand Reputation dan Brand Tribalism yang dipersepsikan konsumen secara signifikan dan positif mempengaruhi Two-Way Communications dan Emotional Exchange yang mempengaruhi pembentukan Brand Relationship.

This study aims to find the influence of Brand Reputation and Brand Tribalism on Brand Relationship in context of Bango soy sauce brand owned by PT Unilever Indonesia. This study is using conclusive and descriptive cross-sectional research design. Data is collected by convenience sampling and generates 235 respondents. Validity, reliability, measurement model analysis, and multiple linear regression analysis are tested using SPSS 13. The results found that Brand Reputation and Brand Tribalism that is perceived by consumers are significantly and positively affect the Two-Way Communications and Emotional Exchange that form the Brand Relationship."

"Tujuan dari penelitian ini terbagi menjadi tiga: (a) memperjelas faktor yang memediasi pengaruh consumer animosity terhadap minat beli konsumen atas produk impor; (b) memperjelas faktor yang memediasi pengaruh allocentrism terhadap minat beli konsumen atas produk impor; dan (c) mengetahui apakah perbandingan kualitas produk antara produk lokal dan produk impor memoderasi hubungan antara consumer animosity dan minat beli konsumen dan hubungan antara etnosentrisme konsumen terhadap minat beli konsumen. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 209 responden yang pernah membeli produk asal Malaysia dalam kurun waktu tiga bulan terakhir dan berdomisili di Jabodetabek.
Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan jika etnosentrisme terbukti memoderasi hubungan antara animosity dan minat beli konsumen. Namun pada hubungan antara allocentrism dan minat beli konsumen, etnocentrisme tidak memainkan peran sebagai moderator. Sementara itu perbandingan kualitas produk terbukti tidak memoderasi hubungan antara animosity dan etnosentrisme terhadap minat beli konsumen. Pembahasan serta konstribusi dan saran juga turut dibahas.

The purpose of this paper is three-fold: (a) specifying the factor that mediates the effect of consumer animosity on attitude towards imported products; (b) specifying the factor that mediates the effect of allocentrism on consumers attitudes towards imported product; and (c) examining whether product quality comparison between domestic vis-à-vis imported products moderates the relationships between consumer animosity and consumers willingness to purchase as well as between ethnocentrism and consumers willingness to purchase. A survey was sent to 209 respondents that have bought Malaysian products in the past three months and domicile in Jabodetabek.
The result indicated that ethnocentrism was mediated the relationship between animosity and consumers willingness to purchase. However ethnocentrism was not mediated the relationship between allocentrism and consumers willingness to purchase. In addition, the product quality comparison was not moderated the relationship between animosity and consumers’ willingness to purchase as well as ethnocentrism and consumers willingness to purchase. Interpretations, contributions, and implications for manager are discussed.
