Abstrak :
Potensi startup di Indonesia sangat tinggi. Pada tingkat Asia Tenggara, Indonesia menempati posisi kedua ekosistem startup yang mempunyai valuasi terbesar serta menjadikan Indonesia di posisi pertama dengan jumlah startup terbanyak di tahun 2020. Sektor industri peternakan ayam yang mempunyai potensi tinggi dengan total produksi ayam broiler mencapai 3,2 juta ton pada tahun 2020. Melihat startup mempunyai potensi yang besar, namun kebanyakan startup hanya memiliki usia di bawah dua tahun. Hal tersebut dikarenakan startup seringkali tidak dapat menemukan customer mereka dengan mudah, produk yang belum market fit dan model bisnis yang masih membutuhkan pengembangan. Chickin saat ini mempunyai 100 peternak yang berpotensi menjadi mitra, yang mana peternak tersebut menggunakan produk IoT Chickin namun belum bermitra dengan Chickin. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melakukan product improvement dan merumuskan model bisnis startup sehingga terbentuk minimum viable product (MVP) yang product-market fit. Penelitian ini dilakukan secara kualitatif menggunakan metode customer development. Tahap pertama dari penelitian ini yaitu melakukan analisis model bisnis startup poultry sejenis untuk menghasilkan model bisnis kompetitor. Setelah itu dilakukan iterasi menggunakan customer development. Pada tahap customer discovery dilakukan pemetaan value proposition canvas (VPC) yang selanjutnya dibuat MVP-nya. Responden pada penelitian ini yaitu peternak Chickin di wilayah Jawa Tengah dan Yogyakarta sebagai pengguna IoT Chickin. Penelitian ini memiliki masing - masing lima responden yang dilakukan wawancara pada tahap penyusunan VPC dan customer validation. Minimum viable product yang diujikan kepada peternak mendapatkan conversion rate sebesar 100%. Dari penelitian ini terbentuk model bisnis dan high fidelity MVP yang menjawab product-market fit. ......The potential for startups in Indonesia is very high. Chickin currently has 100 farmers who have the potential to become partners. The farmers use Chicken's IoT products but have yet to partner with Chickin. This research aims to improve the product and formulate a startup business model so that a minimum viable product (MVP) that product-market fit. This research was conducted qualitatively using the customer development method. The first stage of this research is to analyze a similar poultry startup business model to produce a competitor's business model. After that, iteration is carried out using customer development. At the customer discovery stage, a VPC is mapped, which is then made a MVP. Respondents in this study were Chickin farmers in Central Java and Yogyakarta as IoT Chickin users. This study had five respondents each who were interviewed at the stage of preparing the VPC and customer validation. The MVP that is tested on farmers gets a conversion rate of 100%. From this research, a business model and a high fidelity MVP have formed that answer the product- market fit.

PT XYZ merupakan perusahaan rintisan yang menjual produk-produk alami melalui situs web dan aplikasi mobile mereka. Proyek perangkat lunak di PT XYZ diimplementasikan menggunakan metode agile dan kerangka kerja Scrum agar tanggap dengan kebutuhan pasar dan pelanggan. Nyatanya, proses pengembangan perangkat lunak masih mengalami keterlambatan dalam perilisan karena rendahnya tingkat ketercapaian target untuk sprint. Dampak yang ditimbulkan adalah tidak tercapainya Objective and Key Result (OKR). Berdasarkan wawancara dengan narasumber dari PT XYZ, yaitu anggota tim Scrum yang terdiri dari Product Manager, Technical Lead, Senior Software Engineer, dan QA Analyst menunjukkan bahwa akar permasalahaan yang dihadapi perusahaan erat kaitannya dengan proses implementasi Scrum, terutama acara dan artefak Scrum. Permasalahan tersebut menjadi pemicu penelitian ini untuk melakukan evaluasi terhadap implementasi Scrum di perusahaan. Evaluasi implementasi Scrum dilakukan dengan menggunakan kerangka kerja Scrum Maturity Model (SMM) dan metode penilaian Standard Capability Maturity Model Integration Appraisal Method for Process Improvement (SCAMPI) kelas C. Hasil penilaian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi Scrum di PT XYZ masih berada pada tingkat kematangan 1 karena terdapat sebuah goal di tingkat kematangan 2 belum fully achieved, yaitu goal basic Scrum management dengan nilai 71,43% largely achieved. Setelah melakukan penilaian, penelitian ini menghasilkan 3 rekomendasi untuk artefak Scrum, 4 rekomendasi untuk acara Scrum, 2 rekomendasi untuk komponen pendukung Scrum, dan 5 rekomendasi untuk akar permasalahan penelitian. Penelitian ini juga menyertakan langkah-langkah perubahan yang dapat dilaksanakan perusahaan untuk memperbaiki alur proses Scrum terkait acara dan artefak Scrum. Rekomendasi dan langkah-langkah perubahan diharapkan mampu untuk meningkatkan ketercapaian target sprint sehingga memungkinkan perilisan proyek perangkat lunak yang tepat waktu dan mencapai nilai bisnis yang diharapkan perusahaan......PT XYZ is a start-up company that sells natural products through its website and mobile application. The software project at PT XYZ is implemented using agile methods and the Scrum framework to respond to the market and customer needs. In fact, the software development process is still experiencing delays in release due to the low rate of achieving targets for sprints. The impact is not achieving the Objective and Key Result (OKR). Based on interviews with representatives from PT XYZ, namely members of the Scrum team consisting of Product Manager, Technical Lead, Senior Software Engineer, and QA Analyst, it shows that the root problems faced by the company are closely related to the Scrum implementation process, especially Scrum events and artifacts. These problems are the trigger for this research to evaluate the implementation of Scrum in the company. Evaluation of Scrum implementation is carried out using the Scrum Maturity Model (SMM) framework and the Standard Capability Maturity Model Integration Appraisal Method for Process Improvement (SCAMPI) Class C assessment method. The results of the assessment show that the implementation of Scrum at PT XYZ is still at maturity level 1 because there is a goal at maturity level 2 that has not been fully achieved, namely the basic Scrum management goal with a value of 71.43% (largely achieved). After conducting the assessment, this research resulted in 3 recommendations for Scrum artifacts, 4 recommendations for Scrum events, 2 recommendations for Scrum supporting components, and 5 recommendations for the root causes of the research. This research also includes change steps that companies can implement to improve the Scrum process flow regarding Scrum events and artifacts. Recommendations and change steps are expected to be able to improve the achievement of the sprint targets to enable the timely release of software projects and achieve the expected business value of the company.

PT XYZ adalah salah satu perusahaan teknologi rintisan terkemuka di Indonesia yang bergerak di bidang e-commerce. Selain di bidang e-commerce, PT XYZ juga melakukan eksplorasi bisnis baru pada bidang teknologi finansial. Tim investasi dan asuransi (Investment and Insurance, IIS) adalah salah satu tim yang mengembangkan produk asuransi dan investasi pada PT XYZ. Dalam proses pengembangan perangkat lunak, IIS menggunakan kerangka kerja Scrum agar dapat beradaptasi dengan cepat sesuai dengan kebutuhan pasar. Dalam pelaksanaannya, ditemukan bahwa deliverable produk mengalami keterlambatan dan objective and key result (OKR) yang tidak terpenuhi. Data pendukung juga memaparkan bahwa rata-rata penyelesaian pada setiap sprint masih berada pada angka 44%. Hal ini dipengaruhi oleh beberapa akar masalah, salah satunya adalah proses acara Scrum yang belum dilakukan sesuai dengan Scrum Guides. Untuk dapat memperbaiki permasalahan ini, penelitian melakukan evaluasi tingkat kematangan pengembangan perangkat lunak dengan Scrum Maturity Model (SMM) dan Standard CMMI Appraisal Method for Process Improvement (SCAMPI) C untuk melakukan penilaian terhadap praktik Scrum. Hasil dari evaluasi ini, ditemukan bahwa IIS masih berada pada level 1 melalui penilaian SMM dengan rentang level 1 hingga 5. Terdapat satu goal yang belum fully achieved, masih terdapat satu goals basic Scrum management dengan penilaian 67,86% (largely achieved) yang menyebabkan organisasi belum dapat mencapai level 2. Selanjutnya, hasil penilaian SCAMPI C digunakan sebagai acuan untuk memilih praktik SMM yang sesuai dengan pertanyaan penelitian dan menyusun usulan rekomendasi perbaikan. Apart from e-commerce, PT XYZ also explores new businesses in the field of financial technology. The investment and insurance team (Investment and Insurance, IIS) is one of the teams that develops insurance and investment products at PT XYZ. In the software development process, IIS uses the Scrum framework to quickly adapt to market needs. In its implementation, it was found that the product deliverables were delayed, and the objectives and key results (OKR) were not met. Supporting data also explains that the average completion of each sprint is still at 44%. This is influenced by several root causes, one of which is the Scrum event process that has not been carried out in accordance with the Scrum Guides. To be able to fix this problem, the research evaluates the maturity level of software development using the Scrum Maturity Model (SMM) and Standard CMMI Appraisal Method for Process Improvement (SCAMPI) C to assess Scrum practices. The results of this evaluation, it was found that IIS is still at level 1 through the QMS assessment with a range of levels 1 to 5. There is one goal that has not been fully achieved, there is still one basic goal of Scrum management with an assessment of 67.86% (largely achieved) which causes the organization has not been able to reach level 2. Furthermore, the results of the SCAMPI C assessment are used as a reference for selecting QMS practices that are in accordance with the research questions and formulating recommendations for improvement. PT Kliring Penjaminan Efek Indonesia (KPEI) merupakan lembaga kliring dan penjaminan di pasar modal Indonesia. Dalam mencapai visi dan misinya diperlukan layanan sistem berkualitas yang ditandai dengan tercapainya zero defect sistem di lingkungan produksi. Kenyataannya, gangguan terhadap sistem bisnis utama telah menjadi top risk organisasi karena terjadi 36 kali dalam setahun terakhir ini yang berdampak terhadap finansial dan reputasi organisasi. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, diketahui bahwa permasalahan utama yang dihadapi organisasi adalah kurangnya proses pengujian. Untuk mengatasi hal ini, dilakukan penilaian tingkat kematangan dan memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan proses pengujian. Penilaian tingkat kematangan proses pengujian perangkat lunak dilakukan menggunakan Test Maturity Model Integration (TMMi) pada tingkat kematangan 2 (managed) dan mengacu pada ketentuan TMMi Assessment Method Accreditation Requirements (TAMAR). Praktik yang belum dipenuhi akan menjadi rekomendasi perbaikan proses menggunakan metode deming cycle (PDCA). Berdasarkan hasil penilaian diperoleh bahwa PT KPEI masih berada pada tingkat kematangan 1 (initial). Area proses yang memperoleh nilai terendah adalah test planning (PA 2.2) dengan nilai partially achieved. Rekomendasi perbaikan yang perlu dilakukan yaitu penyusunan test plan secara konsisten dan ditinjau secara berkala serta perbaikan isi dokumen test plan. In achieving its vision and mission, a quality system service is needed, which is marked by the achievement of zero-defect systems in the production environment. In fact, disruption to key business systems has become an organization's top risk because it has occurred 36 times in the past year, which has an impact on the organization's finances and reputation. Based on this, it is known that the main problem faced by the organization is the lack of a testing process. To overcome this, an assessment of the maturity level is carried out and provides recommendations for improvement of the testing process. The assessment of the maturity level of the software testing process is carried out using the Test Maturity Model Integration (TMMi) at maturity level 2 (managed) and refers to the provisions of the TMMi Assessment Method Accreditation Requirements (TAMAR). Practices that have not been met will be included as recommendations for process improvement using the Deming Cycle (PDCA) method. Based on the results of the assessment, it was found that PT KPEI is still at maturity level 1 (initial). The process area that obtained the lowest score was test planning (PA 2.2) with a partially achieved value. Recommendations for improvements that need to be made are the preparation of a test plan consistently and reviewed periodically as well as improvements to the contents of the test plan document. Recommendations for improving the testing process are expected to reduce the appearance of system bugs in the production environment.

PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Telkom) memilih untuk menggunakan Agile Development sebagai metodologi pengembangan produk sejak tahun 2017. Salah satu tribe yang menerapkan Agile Development dan Scrum adalah Tribe BUMN dengan produk utamanya aplikasi event organizer Palapaone. Tribe BUMN mengalami kendala dalam penyelesaian Palapaone dengan pencapaian rilis produk sebesar 37,50%. Tingkat keberhasilan yang rendah ini membuat anggaran biaya Tribe BUMN membengkak. Hasil dari observasi menunjukan akar masalahnya adalah belum optimalnya proses implementasi Scrum. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi proses penerapan implementasi Scrum dengan menggunakan Scrum Maturity Model (SMM) sebagai kerangka kerja utama. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan wawancara kepada dua tim Scrum, yaitu Squad mobile Apps dan Squad Dashboard. Evaluasi dilakukan secara mendalam pada masing-masing tim Scrum di aplikasi Palapaone tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pada tingkat organisasi tingkat kematangan berada pada tingkat 1 (Initial). Begitu juga dengan setiap tim Scrum, keduanya berada pada tingkat 1. Berdasarkan hasil ini disusun 8 rekomendasi perbaikan (scrum element: role (2), artifact (2), event (4)) dengan 23 kegiatan perbaikan untuk 22 praktik terpilih di tingkat 2 SMM. ......PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Telkom) has chosen to use Agile Development as a product development methodology since 2017. One of the tribes that implement Agile Development and Scrum is Tribe BUMN with the main product being the event organizer application Palapaone. Tribe BUMN experienced problems in completing Palapaone with the achievement of product releases of 37.50%. This low success rate has made Tribe BUMN's budget swell. The results of the observations show that the root of the problem is that the Scrum implementation process is not yet optimal. Based on these problems, this study aims to evaluate the process of implementing Scrum implementation using the Scrum Maturity Model (SMM) as the main framework. Data collection techniques were carried out by distributing questionnaires and interviews to two Scrum teams, namely Squad Mobile Apps and Squad Dashboard. An in-depth evaluation was carried out on each Scrum team in the Palapaone application. The results showed that at the organizational level, the maturity level was at level 1 (Initial). Likewise, with each Scrum team, both are at level 1. Based on these results, 8 recommendations for improvement (scrum elements: role (2), artifact (2), event (4)) were prepared with 23 improvement activities for 22 selected practices at level 2 SMM.

PT XYZ merupakan perusahaan jasa konsultasi dan penyedia aplikasi, saat ini PT XYZ belum memiliki standar baku dalam proses pengembangan perangkat lunak. Berdasarkan analisis tahap awal yang dilakukan, hal tersebut menyebabkan tidak tercapainya 12% target waktu penyelesaian proyek. Maka untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut PT XYZ perlu meningkatkan proses pengembangan perangkat lunak dengan standar baku proses pengembangan perangkat lunak yaitu dalam penelitian ini menggunakan CMMI Dev 1.3. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menggambarkan tingkat kematangan dari aktivitas pengembangan perangkat lunak saat ini. Sehingga, menghasilkan rekomendasi peningkatan proses pengembangan peragkat lunak yang tepat bagi PT XYZ. Untuk menghasilkan rekomendasi maka dilakukan penilaian dengan metode SCAMPI-C dan pendekatan continuous representation, dengan pemilihan area proses penilaian menggunakan CMMI Roadmap. Penilaian dilaksanakan dengan metode PIID, kemudian dibuat skala prioritas dari rekomendasi yang dihasilkan dengan metode AHP. Penelitian ini menghasilkan capability level 0 dengan 3 practice yang terpenuhi dan 37 practice yang tidak terpenuhi dari 5 area proses yang terdapat pada project roadmap yaitu PP, PMC, REQM, CM, dan PPQA. Sehingga target yang akan dicapai adalah capability level 1. Dari 37 practice yang tidak terpenuhi untuk mancapai capability level 1 dibuat rekomendasi pada setiap practice dengan urutan prioritas pelaksanaan, sesuai hasil AHP, yaitu PP, REQM, PMC, CM, PPQA. Terakhir dilakukan validasi direktur dengan hasil rekomendasi semua 37 practice akan dilaksanakan. ......PT XYZ is a consulting firm and application provider. This study aims to determine the capability level and produce recommendations for improving the software development process that is right for the company. To make recommendations, conduct an assessment using the SCAMPI-C method assisted by PIID. The approach used is continuous representation, selecting the assessment process area according to the CMMI Roadmap, namely the project roadmap with PP, PMC, REQM, CM, and PPQA process areas. The result of this study is the ability level 0, with three practices meeting and 37 not meeting the five assessment process areas. So that it can determine the target it wants to achieve is level one of capability. To reach level one of capability, make recommendations from 37 practices that are unmet. Next, make a priority order of recommendations using AHP with the results of PP, REQM, PMC, CM, and PPQA. Finally, the Director validates the results of all recommendations that will implement by generating all recommendations from 37 practices that will implement.

PT XYZ sebagai perusahaan internet inovatif yang fokus pada pengembangan solusi perdagangan online, juga memiliki divisi Manajemen Risiko. Divisi ini bertanggung jawab untuk mengidentifikasi, mengukur, dan mengelola risiko yang mungkin berdampak pada operasional perusahaan. Dalam konteks pengembangan perangkat lunak menggunakan metode Scrum, ketidaksesuaian antara Tujuan Sprint dan Objective Key Results (OKRs) telah menunjukkan tantangan yang perlu ditangani. Penelitian Mixed Method ini dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi tingkat kematangan proses pengembangan perangkat lunak di PT XYZ, dengan fokus khusus pada Divisi Bisnis Risk Management. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan proses implementasi melalui pendekatan yang menggabungkan Scrum Maturity Model (SMM) dan Agile Maturity Model (AMM). Informasi dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, survei terhadap 4 tim dengan total 29 responden, dan pemantauan intensif atas metode, dokumen, dan alat yang digunakan dalam proses pengembangan perangkat lunak. Untuk memahami dan menafsirkan temuan ini, penilaian Key Process Area (KPA) dari Agile Maturity Model digunakan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kematangan proses implementasi Scrum pada Divisi Bisnis Risk Management di PT XYZ berada pada level 1 dengan total 60% terpenuhi dari total 79 practice. Untuk meningkatkan tingkat kematangan ini, PT XYZ disarankan untuk menerapkan 31 praktik yang disarankan di berbagai tingkat kematangan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi yang berguna untuk mengevaluasi tingkat kematangan dan memberikan rekomendasi praktis bagi Divisi Bisnis Risk Management di perusahaan start-up lain dalam industri yang sama. ......PT XYZ, as an innovative internet company focused on developing online trading solutions, also has a Risk Management division. This division is responsible for identifying, measuring, and managing risks that may impact the company's operations. In the context of software development using the Scrum method, discrepancies between Sprint Goals and Objective Key Results (OKRs) have presented challenges that need to be addressed. This Mixed Method research was conducted to evaluate the maturity level of software development processes at PT XYZ, with a particular focus on the Risk Management Business Division. This research recommends a process implementation through an approach that combines the Scrum Maturity Model (SMM) and the Agile Maturity Model (AMM). Information was gathered through interviews, surveys of 4 teams with a total of 29 respondents, and intensive monitoring of the methods, documents, and tools used in the software development process. To understand and interpret these findings, the Key Process Area (KPA) assessment from the Agile Maturity Model was used. The research results show that the maturity level of Scrum implementation processes in the Risk Management Business Division at PT XYZ is at level 1, with a total of 60% of the 79 practices fulfilled. To increase this maturity level, PT XYZ is recommended to implement the 31 suggested practices at various maturity levels. This research is expected to serve as a useful reference for evaluating maturity levels and providing practical recommendations for Risk Management Business Divisions in other startup companies in the same industry.

PT Festival Citra Lestari merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang menyediakan layanan Over-The-Top (OTT) bernama Genflix. Untuk dapat meningkatkan produk yang baik dari segi kualitas dan kepuasan pengguna, divisi Information Technology (IT) di PT Festival Citra Lestari mempunyai target pencapaian kinerja yang diukur dalam ketepatan waktu rilis dan banyaknya masalah kritis yang terjadi di lingkungan produksi Genflix. Namun pada realitanya, terjadi keterlambatan yang disebabkan adanya critical defect yang lolos ke lingkungan produksi. Setelah dianalisis dengan menggunakan diagram ishikawa, akar permasalahan difokuskan pada proses pengujian perangkat lunak yang kurang efektif. Penelitian ingin mengetahui tingkat kematangan dalam melakukan pengujian perangkat lunak dan rekomendasi yang dapat diberikan untuk meningkatkan kematangan proses pengujian perangkat lunak. Evaluasi tingkat kematangan dilakukan dengan kerangka kerja Test Maturity Model integration (TMMi) dengan metode pedoman penilaian TMMi Assesment Method Application Requirement (TAMAR). Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif berupa studi kasus dengan applied research, dan pengumpulan data menggunakan metode Delphi dengan empat pemangku kepentingan dalam proses pengujian yaitu Head of Engineering, Engineering Manager, dan dua Quality Assurance sebagai narasumber. Penilaian dilakukan pada area proses di tingkat kematangan tingkat 2 yang menghasilkan rating P (Partially Achieved), sehingga tingkat kematangan proses pengujian perangkat lunak adalah tingkat 1 (Initial). Rekomendasi perbaikan proses disusun dengan metode Siklus Deming atau PDCA (Plan, Do, Act, Check). Rekomendasi disusun berdasarkan specific practices pada area proses Test Planning dan Test Environment agar mencapai tingkat kematangan 2 (Managed). This research wants to know the level of maturity in conducting software testing and recommendations that can be given to increase the maturity of the software testing process. Maturity level evaluation is carried out using the Test Maturity Model integration (TMMi) framework using the TMMi Assessment Method Application Requirement (TAMAR) assessment guideline method. The research was conducted using a qualitative method in the form of case studies with applied research, and data collection using the Delphi method with four stakeholders in the testing process, namely the Head of Engineering, Engineering Manager, and two Quality Assurances as resource persons. Assessment is carried out in the process area at the maturity level of level 2 which results in a P (Partially Achieved) rating, so that the maturity level of the software testing process is level 1 (Initial). Process improvement recommendations are prepared using the Deming Cycle or PDCA (Plan, Do, Act, Check) method. Recommendations are prepared based on specific practices in the Test Planning and Test Environment process areas in order to achieve maturity level 2 (Managed). The recommendations for improving the proposed testing process are validated by the Head of Engineering so that they can be applied to the testing process carried out by the company so that the testing is more effective.

Perusahaan baik korporasi maupun BUMN selalu berupaya untuk memenangi pasar dan mencapai tujuan, dan target keuntungan. Perusahaan dapat membuat perencanaan yang terstruktur untuk mengoptimalkan pekerjaan. Dari total 31 proyek pengembangan produk yang dikerjakan tahun 2021, hanya 12 proyek yang telah dan selesai, serta dua proyek lainnya sedang berjalan. Hal tersebut merugikan perusahaan dan berdampak pada penguasaan pasar. Hal tersebut disebabkan tidak adanya pedoman tentang cara untuk melakukan mengembangkan produk perangkat lunak. Dampaknya, banyak proyek yang tidak tepat sasaran, tidak berhasil dieksekusi, dan tidak berhasil mencapai kesepakatan awal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan rekomendasi metodologi pengembangan produk perangkat lunak yang dapat menjadi pedoman bagi perusahaan berdasarkan konsep dari Essence Framework. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Design Science Research (DSR) dalam melaksanakannya. Penelitian melibatkan tim internal perusahaan melalui Focus Group Discussion (FGD) untuk memberikan informasi artefak dan praktik, memilih artefak dan praktik, dan evaluasi proses. Evaluasi juga diberikan oleh expert dalam sesi Expert Judgement dari lima orang ahli untuk memberikan tanggapan dari eksternal perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebanyak 24 praktik terpilih yang bersifat iteratif berdasarkan prinsip kerja Agile yang dibagi menjadi tiga aktivitas communication, enam aktivitas planning, tiga aktivitas modelling, enam aktivitas construction, dan enam aktivitas deployment. Praktik tersebut didapatkan dari metode Agile yang paling populer tahun 2021, yakni Scrum, Kanban, Extreme Programming (XP), SAFe, Scrum of Scrums, Enterprise Scrum, Spotify Model, LeSS,dan Nexus, serta dua metode pengembangan perusahaan saat ini, yakni Watefall dan Prototyping. ......Both corporations and state-owned companies always strive to win the market and achieve their goals and profit targets. Companies can make structured plans to optimize work. By the total of 31 product development projects that will be carried out in 2021, only 12 projects have been completed and 2 others are currently in progress. These are detrimental to the company and has an impact on market share. This is happened because of the absence of guidelines on how to develop software products. As a result, many projects were not on target, were not successfully executed, and failed to reach the initial agreement. This study aims to provide recommendations for software product development methods that can be used as guidelines for companies based on the concept of the Essence Framework. This study uses the Design Science Research (DSR) method. The research involved the company's internal team through Focus Group Discussions (FGD) to provide information on artifacts and practices, select artifacts and practices, and evaluate processes. Evaluation was also given by the expert in the Expert Judgment session of five experts to provide feedback from external companies. The results showed that there were 24 selected iterative practices based on Agile working principles which were divided into three communication activities, six planning activities, three modeling activities, six construction activities, and six deployment activities.These practices are derived from the most popular Agile methods used in 2021, namely Scrum, Kanban, Extreme Programming (XP), SAFe, Scrum of Scrums, Enterprise Scrum, Spotify Model, LeSS, and Nexus, as well as two of the company's current development methods, Waterfall and Prototyping.

PT Widya Intelektual Bangsa (Widya) merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang artiffcial intelligence dan data analytic. Salah satu layanan yang diberikan Widya adalah Toba.Ai. Toba.Ai merupakan perangkat lunak web-based untuk analisis akun media sosial Instagram yang dapat membantu pelanggan merencanakan strategi pembuatan konten. Toba.Ai dikembangkan menggunakan kerangka kerja Scrum. Dalam pengembangannya, tim Toba.Ai mengalami masalah keterlambatan penyelesaian sprint backlog. Hal tersebut menyebabkan fitur untuk komersialisasi produk terlambat dirilis dan menyebabkan Widya kehilangan revenue. Berdasarkan masalah tersebut, dilakukan evaluasi tingkat kematangan Scrum menggunakan Scrum Maturity Model (SMM). Penilaian dilakukan dengan focus group discussion dan SCAMPI C sebagai metode penilaiannya. Setelah penilaian dilakukan, data diolah menggunakan metode KPA Rating untuk mengetahui tingkat kematangannya. Berdasarkan pengukuran kematangan yang dilakukan, tingkat kematangan Scrum Toba.Ai masih berada pada level 1 dari 5 level yang terdapat pada SMM. Hal tersebut disebabkan oleh pencapaian goal basic Scrum management pada level 2 hanya mencapai 64.29 % atau largely achieved, sedangkan untuk goal software requirement engineering sudah mencapai 96,43 % atau fully achieved. Terdapat 27 rekomendasi perbaikan yang diberikan dan sudah divalidasi oleh Scrum team Toba.Ai. Toba.Ai was developed using the Scrum framework. During its development, the Toba.Ai team experienced a delay in completing the sprint backlog. It caused the delay of the commercialization feature release and caused Widya to lose revenue. Based on these problems, the evaluation of Scrum maturity level was conducted using the Scrum Maturity Model (SMM). The assessment was carried out by means of a focus group discussion and SCAMPI C as the assessment method. After the assessment is done, the data is processed using the KPA Rating method to determine the maturity level. Based on the result, the maturity level of Toba.Ai Scrum is still at level 1 of 5 levels contained in the SMM. The achievement of the basic Scrum management goals at level 2 only reached 64.29% or largely achieved, while the software requirements engineering goal had reached 96.43% or fully achieved. There are 12 recommendations for improvements that have been proposed. The proposed recommendations have been accepted and validated by the Toba.Ai Scrum team. The recommendations consist of 9 recommendations on the Scrum roles element, 5 recommendations on the Scrum artifacts, and 13 recommendations on the Scrum events.
