"Di rumah sakit merupakan hal yang memerlukan perhatian khusus, untuk menghindari risiko obat kadaluarsa dan rusak akibat penyimpanan yang terlalu lama yang dapat berujung pada kerugian rumah sakit. Namun, kekurangan persediaan dapat menyebabkan terjadinya stock out sehingga harus dilakukan pemesanan cito dan berakibat pada semakian lamanya waktu tunggu dan penurunan tingkat kepuasan pasien. Laporan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sediaan farmasi dan Bahan Medis Habis Pakai (BMHP) yang termasuk ke dalam kategori slow moving dan fast moving di depo farmasi rawat jalan Rumah Sakit Universitas Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan yaitu pengumpulan data pengeluaran sediaan farmasi dan BMHP pada setiap depo farmasi rawat jalan di Rumah Sakit Universitas Indonesia periode januari-maret 2023. Obat kategori fast moving terdiri dari  2 obat non esensial, 7 obat esensial, dan 1 obat vital. Sementara obat slow moving terdiri dari 7 obat esensial dan 3 BMHP.

Availability of drugs in hospitals is a matter that requires special attention, to avoid the risk of drugs being expired and damaged due to storage for too long which can lead to hospital losses. However, a shortage of supplies can cause stock outs so that orders must be made for cito and result in longer waiting times and a decrease in patient satisfaction. This report aimed to determine pharmaceutical preparations and Medical Consumable Materials (BMHP) which were included in the slow moving and fast moving categories at the outpatient pharmacy unit at the Universitas Indonesia Hospital. The method used is to collect data on the release of pharmaceutical preparations and BMHP at each outpatient pharmacy unit at the Universitas Indonesia Hospital for the period January-March 2023. The fast-moving drugs category consisted of 2 non-essential drugs, 7 essential drugs, and 1 vital drug. Meanwhile, slow moving drugs consisted of 7 essential drugs and 3 BMHP."

"Narkotika dan Psikotropika merupakan senyawa yang memiliki fungsi untuk mengatasi rasa nyeri dalam penggunaan dunia medis. Dengan fungsi tersebut, obat Narkotika dan Psikotropika banyak digunakan oleh fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan. Namun, penggunaan yang berlebihan dan jangka panjang pengobatan dapat mengakibatkan efek samping ketergantungan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan data retrospektif menggunakan metode pengelompokan data dan interpretasi data menggunakan grafik dan diagram pada peresepan obat golongan Narkotika dan Psikotropika RSUI periode maret 2020 – Februari 2021. Berdasarkan hasil analisis peresepan obat Narkotika dan Psikotropika pada periode Maret 2020 – Februrari 2021, dapat disimpulkan bahwa peresepan obat Narkotika dan Psikotropika mengalami penurunan pada bulan Januari hingga Mei 2020, kemudian mengalami kenaikan pada bulan Juni 2020 hingga Januari 2021 dan mengalami penurunan pada bulan Februrari 2021

Narcotics and Psychotropics are compounds that have a function to treat pain in medical use. With this function, Narcotics and Psychotropic drugs are widely used by health care facilities. However, excessive and long-term use of medication can result in side effects of dependence. This research is a descriptive study with retrospective data using data grouping methods and data interpretation using graphs and diagrams on the prescription of Narcotics and Psychotropic drugs at RSUI for the period March 2020 - February 2021. Based on the results of the analysis of Narcotics and Psychotropic drugs prescriptions in the period March 2020 - February 2021, it can be concluded that the prescription of Narcotics and Psychotropic drugs decreased from January to May 2020, then increased from June 2020 to January 2021 and decreased in February 2021."

"RSUI merupakan salah satu rumah sakit tipe B yang menyelenggarakan standar pelayanan kefarmasian. Penyimpanan obat dilakukan untuk memelihara mutu dari sediaan farmasi, menghindari penggunaan yang tidak bertanggung jawab, menjaga ketersediaan, dan memudahkan pencarian dan pengawasan. Gap analysis dilakukan untuk melihat kesenjangan pelaksanaan teknik penyimpanan obat, bahan obat, narkotika, psikotropika dan prekursor farmasi di depo farmasi rawat jalan dan depo farmasi IGD RSUI dibandingkan dengan butir-butir Peraturan BPOM No. 24 Tahun 2021. Analisis dilakukan dengan cara mengobservasi dan menghitung jumlah kesenjangan. Hasil observasi menunjukkan masih terdapat kesenjangan pada sistem penyimpanan obat di Unit Farmasi RSUI. Persentase kesesuaian terhadap gap analysis yang ditemukan untuk sistem penyimpanan obat, dan bahan obat adalah 86,27%, sementara untuk sistem penyimpanan narkotika, psikotropika, dan prekursor farmasi di depo farmasi rawat jalan dan IGD adalah 89,36%.

RSUI is a type B hospital that organizes pharmaceutical service standards. Drug storage is carried out to maintain the quality of pharmaceutical preparations, avoid irresponsible use, maintain availability, and facilitate search and control. A gap analysis was carried out to see the gaps in the implementation of drug storage techniques, medicinal ingredients, narcotics, psychotropics, and pharmaceutical precursors at outpatient pharmacy unit and emergency unit at RSUI compared to the points of BPOM Regulation No. 24 of 2021. The analysis was carried out by observing and calculating the number of gaps. The observation results show that there are still gaps in the drug storage system at the RSUI Pharmacy Unit. The percentage of compliance with the gap analysis found for storage systems for drugs and drug ingredients was 86.27%, while for storage systems for narcotics, psychotropics, and pharmaceutical precursors at outpatient pharmacy depots and emergency departments was 89.36%."

"Waktu tunggu pelayanan obat racikan ≤ 30 menit dan non racikan ≤ 60 menit merupakan salah satu indikator yang terdapat didalam standar pelayanan minimal rumah sakit. Hal tersebut sangat penting untuk mengukur kinerja pelayanan kefarmasian di rumah sakit. Indikator tersebut untuk mempengaruhi ekspetasi pasien terhadap pelayanan rumah sakit dan mempengaruhi kepuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan rumah sakit. Penyusunan tugas khusus ini adalah untuk menganalisis waktu tunggu pelayanan resep racikan di instalasi rawat jalan rumah sakit universitas indonesia menggunakan 30 sampel, dengan menggunakan metode observasional dan membandingkan dengan standar pelayanan minimal farmasi menurut Permenkes 129/Menkes/SK/II/2008. Sehingga didapatkan kesimpulan bahwa Dari 30 sampel waktu tunggu pelayanan resep racikan terdapat 15 sampel racikan atau (50%) yang tidak sesuai dan 15 sampel racikan atau (50%) yang sudah sesuai. Dari 30 sampel waktu tunggu pasien terdapat 20 sampel atau (67%) yang tidak sesuai dan 10 sampel atau (13%) yang sudah sesuai.

Waiting time for concocted drug service ≤ 30 minutes and non-concocted ≤ 60 minutes is one of the indicators contained in the minimum hospital service standards. This is very important to measure the performance of pharmaceutical services in hospitals. These indicators affect patient expectations of hospital services and affect patient satisfaction with hospital services. The preparation of this special task is to analyze the waiting time for concoction prescription services at the outpatient installation at the University of Indonesia Hospital using 30 samples, using the observational method and comparing them with the minimum standard of pharmaceutical services according to Permenkes 129/Menkes/SK/II/2008. So it can be concluded that of the 30 samples of waiting time for concoction prescription services, there were 15 concoction samples or (50%) that were inappropriate and 15 concoction samples or (50%) that were appropriate. Of the 30 patient waiting time samples, there were 20 samples or (67%) that were inappropriate and 10 samples or (13%) that were appropriate."

"Waktu tunggu di Rumah Sakit Universitas Indonesia (RSUI) mengacu pada Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Republik Indonesia Nomor 129 Tahun 2008 tentang Standar Pelayanan Minimal Rumah Sakit. Waktu tunggu merupakan salah satu komponen yang menyebabkan ketidakpuasan pasien dan berdampak pada loyalitas pasien. Lama waktu tunggu pasien mencerminkan bagaimana rumah sakit mengelola komponen pelayanan yang disesuaikan dengan situasi dan harapan pasien (Menteri Kesehatan RI, 2008). Oleh sebab itu, perlu dilakukan analisa waktu tunggu pelayanan resep non racikan di RSUI untuk meningkatkan mutu pelayanan kesehatan di rumah sakit.

The waiting time at the University of Indonesia Hospital (RSUI) refers to the Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 129 of 2008 concerning Minimum Hospital Service Standards. Waiting time is one component that causes patient dissatisfaction and has an impact on patient loyalty. The patient's waiting time reflects how the hospital manages the service component according to the patient's situation and expectations (Ministry of Health, 2008). Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the waiting time for non- concoction prescription services at RSUI to improve the quality of health services at the hospital."

"Hipertensi menjadi salah satu penyebab utama kematian dan masalah kesehatan di Indonesia, sehingga penanganannya dilakukan di berbagai fasilitas kesehatan. Apoteker berperan penting dalam manajemen hipertensi ini. Berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan No. 58 Tahun 2014, pasien dengan terapi jangka panjang atau penyakit kronis seperti hipertensi dapat diberikan konseling oleh apoteker. Pemberian informasi ini harus disampaikan dengan bahasa yang mudah dipahami, disesuaikan dengan tingkat pendidikan dan kondisi pasien. Dalam melakukan hal ini, apoteker perlu memiliki informasi komprehensif mengenai terapi hipertensi. Booklet Terapi Hipertensi untuk Apoteker disusun untuk membantu apoteker dalam memahami dan memberikan informasi lengkap mengenai terapi hipertensi. Penyusunan buku ini dimulai dengan studi literatur tentang penatalaksanaan dan algoritma terapi hipertensi di Indonesia. Kata kunci yang digunakan adalah: hipertensi, tata laksana hipertensi, dan pedoman hipertensi. Selanjutnya, desain booklet dibuat menggunakan aplikasi editor berdasarkan hasil studi literatur tersebut. Booklet ini disusun dengan cara yang ringkas, mudah dimengerti, dan komprehensif. Booklet terapi hipertensi untuk apoteker mencakup berbagai informasi penting seperti pengertian hipertensi, tujuan terapi, terapi non-farmakologi, terapi farmakologi, terapi kombinasi, hipertensi krisis, golongan obat hipertensi, hipertensi pada kehamilan, serta peran apoteker dalam penanganan hipertensi. Desain booklet dibuat dengan menarik, mudah dibaca, dan komprehensif. Dengan demikian, booklet ini telah berhasil disusun sesuai dengan format yang berlaku, diharapkan dapat memberikan panduan yang bermanfaat bagi para apoteker dalam meningkatkan pengelolaan dan kualitas hidup pasien hipertensi di Indonesia.

The prevalence of hypertension in Indonesia is a leading cause of mortality and morbidity, making its management a common intervention across various healthcare facilities. Pharmacists play a crucial role in the successful management of hypertension. One of the criteria for patients eligible for counseling by pharmacists is those with long-term therapy or chronic diseases, such as hypertension. The information provided should be delivered in an easily understandable manner, tailored to the patient's educational level and condition. To achieve this, pharmacists must have comprehensive knowledge of hypertension therapy. The compilation of the booklet titled "Therapy for Hypertension: A Guide for Pharmacists" starts with a literature study to gather relevant information for its design. The literature used should refer to the basics of hypertension management and therapy algorithms in Indonesia. The next step is to create the booklet's design using editing applications based on the findings from the literature study. The booklet is presented with concise, easily comprehensible, and comprehensive information. The "Therapy for Hypertension: A Guide for Pharmacists" booklet covers several sub-sections, including definitions, therapy objectives, non-pharmacological therapy, pharmacological therapy, combination therapy, hypertensive crisis, hypertension drug classes, hypertension in pregnancy, and the pharmacist's role in hypertension management. The booklet is designed to be visually appealing, easy to read, and comprehensive. In conclusion, the booklet has been successfully compiled according to the applicable format, providing valuable and concise information to pharmacists about hypertension therapy. Its comprehensive content and user-friendly design aim to assist pharmacists in effectively managing hypertension for better patient outcomes."

"RSUI (Rumah Sakit Universitas Indonesia) adalah rumah sakit pendidikan kelas B yang terletak di kampus Universitas Indonesia. Dibangun pada tahun 2009 dan beroperasi sejak 2018, RS UI memiliki visi untuk menjadi rumah sakit pendidikan kelas dunia pada tahun 2030. Berdasarkan hasil observasi dan wawancara dengan penaggung jawab Depo Farmasi Rawat Jalan RSUI, masih ditemukannya obat maupun BMPH yang mengalami dead stock atau tidak ada transaksi selama 3 bulan berturut-turut Depo Farmasi Rawat jalan. Masalah ini berpotensi menurunkan efisien kerja antar depo farmasi yang ada di RSUI karena akan ada beban kerja tambahan dan waktu tunggu apabila harus melakukan order tranfer barang antar depo farmasi. Dead stock obat dan BMHP yang ada di Depo Rawat Jalan seharusnya dapat di distribusikan lebih efisien ke depo farmasi lain yang membutuhkannya melalui gudang farmasi RSUI. Laporan ini akan berfokus terhadap tahapan analisis dan pembaharuan kategori Dead Stock terhadap obat dan BMHP yang digunakan di Rawat Jalan Rumah Sakit Universitas Indonesia pada bulan januari sampai dengan maret 2023.

RSUI (Rumah Sakit Universitas Indonesia) is a class B educational hospital located on the campus of Universitas Indonesia. Established in 2009 and operational since 2018, RSUI has a vision to become a world-class educational hospital by 2030. Based on observations and interviews with the the person on charge of the Outpatient Pharmacy Depot at RSUI, it has been found that there are still drugs and BMPH (Disposable Medical Supplies) experience dead stock, meaning no transactions have occurred for three consecutive months at the Outpatient Pharmacy Depot. This issue has the potential to decrease the efficiency of inter-pharmacy depot operations at RSUI, as it would lead to additional workload and waiting time if orders for inter-pharmacy tranfers are required. The dead stock of medicines and BMPH at the Outpatient Pharmacy Depot should ideally be distributed more efficiently to other pharmacy depots in need through the RSUI pharmacy warehouse. This report will focus on the analysis and updating of the Dead Stock category for drugs and BMPH used in the Outpatient Department of Rumah Sakit Universitas Indonesia from January to March 2023."

Pharmacist Professional Work Practice (PKPA) at the Hospital institution was held at the Rumah Sakit Universitas Indonesia in January and February 2023. The PKPA activities in industrial institutions aim to learn and understand the roles and responsibilities of a pharmacist

within the scope of the hospital. In the implementation of PKPA at the hospital, a report was prepared related to the preparation of a booklet as a means of information on pharmaceutical

services in HIV disease. This activity aims to provide information about pharmaceutical

clinical services for HIV disease that is easily understood by health workers at the Rumah Sakit Universitas Indonesia. The preparation of booklets based on various literature sources that have been collected."

"Proses perencanaan dan pengendalian obat yang dilakukan dengan baik akan memberikan pelayanan kesehatan yang optimal kepada pasien. Terdapat beberapa metode yang dapat digunakan untuk mengendalikan persediaan, salah satunya adalah metode minimum-maximum stock di mana saat persediaan sampai ke tingkat minimum, pemesanan bahan baku harus dilakukan kembali agar menempatkan persediaan pada tingkat maksimum. Pada pengerjaan tugas khusus kali ini, sumber data akan diambil melalui data transaksi di depo farmasi rawat jalan, kemudian stok minimum dan maksimum dapat ditentukan dengan melihat penggunaan rata-rata dari tiga bulan, yaitu Januari, Februari, dan Maret 2023. Stok minimum dan maksimum telah didapatkan dan dapat dijadikan sebagai acuan paling baru untuk menentukan kapan harus memesan barang serta jumlah barang maksimum yang dapat dipesan untuk depo rawat jalan Rumah Sakit Universitas Indonesia.

The process of drug planning and control that is carried out properly will provide optimal health services to patients. There are several methods that can be used to control inventory, one of which is the minimum-maximum stock method where when inventory reaches a minimum level, ordering raw materials must be re-ordered in order to place inventory at the maximum level. In carrying out this special assignment, data sources will be retrieved through transaction data at the outpatient pharmacy depot, then the minimum and maximum stock can be determined by looking at the average usage of three months, namely January, February and March 2023. Minimum and maximum stock has been obtained and can be used as the most recent reference to determine when to order goods and the maximum number of items that can be ordered for the outpatient depot at the University of Indonesia Hospital."
