"[ABSTRAK
Telah dikembangkan hardware pada sistem RF Tomografi menggunakan VCO
(voltage controlled oscillator) MAX2750 sebagai komponen dasar transmitter dan
MAX2015 sebagai RPD (RF Power Detector). MAX2750 memiliki rangkaian
frekuensi tala (tuning frequency) pada internal VCO sehingga dapat
menghasilkan frekuensi yang dapat dikontrol oleh tegangan dari 2300 MHz
hingga 2500MHz. Pada penelitian ini analisa hasil pengukuran pada RPD saat
diberikan attenuator atau objek pengukuran yang berbeda diantara transmitter dan
receiver yang berbanding dengan pengukuran referensi atau hasil pengukuran
tanpa adanya objek. Rangkaian receiver terdiri atas MAX2015, ADC 16-Bit, dan
beberapa komponen pasif lainnya, dimana MAX2015 merupakan logaritmik RF
Detector yang dapat mendeteksi power pada frekuensi 0.1GHz hingga 3GHz.
Dalam penelitian ini frekuensi yang dipancarkan oleh RF Transmitter berada pada
frekuensi 2.3GHz hingga 2.5GHz, hal ini dilakukan berdasarkan referensi dari
beberapa jurnal dan penelitian yang dapat dipercaya. Dari hasil penelitian
didapatkan bahwa Antenna memiliki puncak respon maksimum pada frekuensi
2.4GHz, dimana objek yang digunakan adalah balok kayu, balok nilon, dan balok
alumunium dengan panjang 60mm, lebar 40mm, dan tinggi 80mm.

Has been developed a hardware in the system RF Tomography using a transmitter
VCO (voltage controlled oscillator) MAX2750as a basic component of transmitter
and MAX2015 as a RPD (RF Power Detector). The MAX2750 has an integrated
VCO with a fundamental output frequency ranging from 2300MHz to 2500MHz
that controlled by voltage. This research analyzed the measurement data for each
different attenuator or object interest whichamong of transmitter and receiver that
comparing with the reference data. Receiver circuit consists of MAX2015, ADC
16-Bit, and some pasif component, MAX2015 is a logarithmic RF Detector which
detect the power in frequency ranging 01.GHz to 3GHz. In this study the
transmission frequency ranging 2.3GHz to 2.5GHz, based on by using some
journals that have credibility as reference. Of the result showed that Antenna has a
maximum respons on frequency 2.4GHz, and the attenuator are a wood cube, a
nylon cube, and alumunium cube with length 60mm, width 40mm, and height

"Indonesia masih menduduki peringkat teratas di Asia Tenggara dalam jumlah AngkaKematian Ibu AKI. Menurut SDKI tahun 2013, AKI berjumlah 309 per 100.000Kelahiran Hidup KH dan Angka Kematian Bayi AKB 32 per 1000 KH, padahaltarget MDGs tahun 2015 yang diharapkan AKI 102 per 100.000 KH dan AKB 23 per1000 KH. Untuk mempercepat pencapaian target MDGs, diperlukan upaya-upayakesehatan yang diselenggarakan secara menyeluruh, terpadu, berkesinambungan dandidukung sistem rujukan yang berfungsi secara mantap. Pemda Provinsi DKI Jakartamembentuk RSUD tipe D melalui PerGub Provinsi DKI Jakarta No. 128/Tahun 2014untuk mengurangi beban kerja RS tipe A, B, dan C, salah satunya RSUD Kemayoran. erlu penilaian lebih lanjut mengenai implikasi kebijakan terhadap kinerja pelayananmaternal di RSUD Kemayoran ini.
Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptifanalitik dengan pendekatan kualitatif yang memberikan pemaparan jelas mengenaikondisi Poliklinik Pelayanan Maternal RSUD Kemayoran ditinjau dari MalcolmBaldrige. Hasil analisis yang didapat menunjukkan hasil skor 218,75 yang masukdalam Early Development. Dengan hasil tersebut, pelayanan maternal di RSUDKemayoran belum optimal. RSUD Kemayoran lebih fokus pada poin akeditasi yaituinput dan proses sedangkan penilaian Malcolm Baldrige memberikan rekomendasilebih jauh berupa input, proses, dan output yang lebih terukur dan optimal.

Indonesia has one of the highest maternal mortality rates MMR in Southeast Asia interms of maternal mortality rate MMR . According to the SKDI in 2013, the MMR is309 per 100.000 live births and Infant Mortality Rate IMR is 32 per 1000 livebirths, whereas the MDGs-MMR and IMR target in 2015 respectively, are 102 per100.000 live births and 23 per 1.000 live births. To accelerate the attainment of the targets, it is necessary that health efforts are held in a comprehensive, integrated,sustainable and supported referral system which works steadily. The Provincial Government of Jakarta has established D type hospitals through Governor Regulation No. 128 Year 2014 to reduce the workload of A, B, and C type hospitals,one of them is Kemayoran Regional Hospital. We need to do further assessment on the implication of the policy regarding maternal services at Kemayoran Regional Hospital.
This research is a descriptive analytic research with qualitative approach which represent the condition of Maternal Services at Maternal Clinic of Kemayoran Regional Hospital based on Malcolm Baldrige Criteria. The result of the analysis showed that the score of 218.75 is in Early Development. With the result, maternal services in Kemayoran Regional Hospital is not yet optimal. Kemayoran Regional Hospitals focuses more on the accreditation points of inputs and processes while Malcolm Baldrige 39 s Criteria provides further recommendations in the form of more measurable and optimal inputs, processes and outputs.

"Insidensi trauma maksilofasial dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor seperti: budaya, latar belakang penduduk, ekonomi, dan kepadatan penduduk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui insidensi kasus trauma maksilofasial yang terdapat di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Provinsi DKI Jakarta RSUD Tarakan, RSUD Koja, RSUD Cengkareng, RSUD Budhi Asih, RSUD Pasar Rebo, RSKD Duren Sawit, RSUD Kepulauan Seribu. Ditemukan 957 pasien trauma maksilofasial dan 138 fraktur maksilofasial yang dikelompokkan berdasarkan usia, jenis kelamin, penyebab dan lokasi fraktur. Kelompok usia 21-27 tahun adalah kelompok usia tertinggi dari trauma maksilofasial, jenis kelamin laki-laki 74,82, Perempuan 25,18 dengan perbandingan 3:1. Penyebab trauma maksilofasial yang tertinggi adalah kecelakaan lalu lintas.

Incidence of maxillofacial trauma affected by several factors culture, population background, economical status, and population density. This study aimed to determine the incidence of maxillofacial trauma occured in the General Hospital of DKI Jakarta RSUD Tarakan, RSUD Koja, RSUD Cengkareng, RSUD Budhi Asih, RSUD Pasar Rebo, RSKD Duren Sawit, RSUD Kepulauan Seribu. There is 957 patient with maxillofacial trauma cases and 138 patients with maxillofacial fractures cases by age, sex, cause and location of fracture. The age group of 21 27 years old is the highest group of maxillofacial trauma found, male 74.82, 25.18 women with a ratio of 3 1. The cause of maxillofacial trauma were highest traffic accident.

"Tesis ini membahas tentang Perencanaan Strategis Peningkatan Kompetensi SDM RSUD Kramat Jati Tahun 2018-2022. Perencanaan strategis ini dibuat karena adanya permasalahan yang disebabkan karena kompetensi SDM. Rumah sakit perlu melindungi pasien, Lingkungan dan SDM rumah sakit serta meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan, sehingga perlu meningkatkan kompetensi SDM nya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Dengan metode ini didapatkan faktor ekternal yang berupa peluang maupun ancaman serta faktor internal sebagai kekuatan maupun kelemahan organisasi. Dari beberapa alternative strategi dengan metode QSPM ditentukan strategi utama yang akan digunakan. Strategi tersebut diterapkan untuk mencapai tujuan Rumah sakit.

The Thesis discusses about the strategic planning of human resource's competence improvement in RSUD Kramat Jati (2018-2022). The strategic planning is prepared in purpose to overcome difficulties regarding human resource's competence. Hospital needs to give protection to its patients, and environment, and also maintain in improving its level of service through human resource capacity. This is both a qualitative and quantitative research. This method can conclude external factors-which can be an opportunity or threat, and also internal factors which can be strength or weakness towards the organization. Through multiple strategies using QSPM, it concludes the main strategy that can be applied to accomplish goals of the hospital."
