"ABSTRAKSkripsi ini membahas mengenai persetujuan tindakan medis informed consent pada pasien gangguan jiwa berat yaitu skziofrenia berdasarkan Hukum Kesehatan. Hal-hal yang dibahas ialah bagaimana informed consent terhadap pasien skizofrenia, tanggung jawab rumah sakit dan dokter terhadap pasien skizofrenia, dan analisis yuridis penerapan informed consent terhadap pasien skizofrenia di Rumah Sakit Dr. Soeharto Heerdjan Grogol. Metode penelitian yang digunakan penulis ialah yuridis-normatif, dengan sumber data yang diperoleh melalui studi kepustakaan dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini adalah bahwa pasien skizofrenia yang masih memiliki kapasitas berhak atas informed consent baik untuk tindakan beresiko maupun yang tidak beresiko, informasi yang jujur dan lengkap tentang data kesehatan jiwanya, dan didampingi oleh pihak yang bertanggung jawab terhadapnya.

ABSTRACTThis thesis discusses the approval of medical action informed consent in patients with severe mental disorder that is schizophrenia based on Health Law. The issues that will be discussed are how informed consent to schizophrenic patients, hospital and doctor responsibilities to schizophrenic patients, and juridical analysis of the implementation of informed consent to schizophrenic patients at Dr. Soeharto Heerdjan Grogol Mental Hospital. The research methodology used by the writer is juridical normative, with data source obtained through literature study and interviews. The results of this study are that schizophrenic patients who still have capacity are entitled to informed consent for both risky and non risk action, honest and complete information about mental health data, and accompanied by the party that is responsible for it. "

"Latar belakang: Antipsikotika dan Antikolinergik merupakan obat yang dapat menvebablan efek samping disfungsi ereksi. Selama ini, keluhan tentang disfungsi ereksi jarang dikeluhkan oleh pasien skizofrenia yang mendapatkan terapi. Di Amerika Serikat, didapatkan prevalensi 20-30% pada pasien skizofrenia yang diterapi. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui efek samping disfungsi ereksi pada pasien skizofrenia yang mendapatkan terapi di RS Dr Cipto Mangunkusumo, RS dr Soeharto Heerdjan, RS dr Marzoeki Mahdi.Tujuan : Untuk mendapatkan prevalensi disfungsi ereksi pada pasien skizofrenia yang diterapi dengan antipsikotika dan antikolinergik, dan mendapatkan hubungan antara jenis, dosis antipsikotika, dan lamanya terapi dengan timbulnya disfungsi ereksi.Metodologi : Merupakan studi potong lintang yang melibatkan 48 responden yang menggunakan antipsikotika tipikal, dan 48 responden yang menggunakan antipsikotika atipikal. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu IIEF-5 (International Index of Erectile Function)-5 untuk mengetahui adanya disfungsi ereksi. Diagnosis skizofrenia berdasarkan pada diagnosis skizofrenia yang ditegakkan psikiater lain di rumah sakit setempat. -Hasil: Prevalensi disfungsi ereksi pada pasien skizofrenia yang mendapat terapi antipsikotika dan antikolinergik adalah 26%. Variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap timbulnya disfungsi ereksi adalah terapi tipikal yaitu sebanyak 3,5 kali lebiih banyak dari terapi atipikal. Dosis, lama terapi, pendidikan, usia, bekerja/tidak bekerja tidak bermakna secara statistikSimpulan: Didapat kesan bahwa antipsikotika mempunyai efek samping yang sama pada ras yang berbeda Keluhan disfungsi ereksi perlu ditanyakan dahulu oleh psikiater karena pasien jarang mengeluh tentang hat ini karena rasa malu.Rata kunci: pria penderita skizofrenia, disfungsi ereksi, antipsikotika, antikolinergik.

Back ground : Erectile Dysfunction is a common side effect from antipsychotic and ant cholinergic. However, complain about erectile dysfunction is rare (underreporting) from the schizophrenics on therapy here. The prevalence of erectile dysfunction is about 20%-30% from the schizophrenics on therapy in the United States.4 The aim in doing this research is to know whether the schizophrenics on therapy in Dr Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital, dr Soeharto Heerdjan Hospital, dr Marzoeki Mahdi Hospital have the adverse effect of erectile dysfunction.

Purpose: To study the prevalence of erectile dysfunction (ED) in Schizophrenics on therapy, and the correlation between type, dose, and length of therapy with erectile dysfunction.

Methodology : A cross sectional study of 48 respondents on typical therapy and 48 respondents on atypical theory , aged above 20 was conducted using the abridged , five item version of the International Index of Erectile Function (IIEF-5). Presence of erectile dysfunction was defined as IIEF-5 score of less than or the same with 21. A Logistic regression model was used to identify significant independent risk factors for ED. The diagnosis of schizophrenia was established based on previous diagnosis from another psychiatrist at the respective hospital.

Results: 26% male schizophrenics on antipsychotic and ant cholinergic therapy in Dr Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital, dr Soeharto Heerjan Hospital, dr Marzoeki Mahdi Hospital suffered from erectile dysfunction. The only significant variable for erectile dysfunction is type of therapy (first generation antipsychotic). The first generation antipsychotic cause erectile dysfunction 3,5 times more than the second generation antipsychotic. Dose, length of therapy, education level, age, and labour 1 unemployment is not significant statistically.

Conclusion: There is an impression that antipsychotic has the same adverse effect toward different race. Psychiatrists need to be aware of a possible reluctance from the patients to discuss erectile dysfunction because it precipitates feeling of embarrassment and humility. Psychiatrists are encouraged to initiate discussions accordingly.

"Penelitian ini mengenai rencana strategi pemasaran Instalasi Medical Check Up Kesehatan Jiwa Tahun 2013. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian operasional dengan pendekatan metode kualitatif. Penelitian ini telah mengidentifikasi dan menguraikan situasi Instalasi Medical Check Up Kesehatan Jiwa dalam posisi tumbuh dan berkembang dimana strategi pemasaran yang direkomendasikan adalah optimalisasi kegiatan pemasaran yang didasarkan pada pengembangan riset dan analisa pasar. Untuk itu ditetapkan anggaran sebesar Rp.200 000,000, dengan harapan Instalasi Medical Check Up Kesehatan Jiwa akan mendapatkan jumlah kunjungan pemeriksaan sebagai Preventif Gangguan Jiwa pada tahun 2014 sekitar 20%. Disarankan agar Instalasi Medical Check Up Kesehatan Jiwa segera membuat rencana pengembangan riset dan analisa pemasaran untuk memulai kegiatan pemasarannya.

Dumilah Ayuningtyas, MARSSistem manajemen pengelolaan obat di era Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional JKN inimelalui sistem e-katalog dan e-purchasing. Beberapa kendala sering dirasakan olehrumah sakit, mulai dari respons yang lamban, persediaan obat yang kosong atau stock outhingga keterlambatan distribusi ke rumah sakit. Persoalan obat yang kosong merupakanhal yang sangat mengganggu proses dan kualitas pelayanan rumah sakit. Penelitian inibertujuan mengetahui faktor-faktor eksternal dan internal pada tahap skema input danproses yang berpengaruh terhadap kekosongan obat neuropsikiatri daftar e-katalog di RSJDr. Soeharto Heerdjan Jakarta dan mencoba melakukan pengendalian melakukan metodeABC Indeks Kritis, perhitungan safety stock dan Reorder Point ROP . Metode yangdigunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan cara wawancara mendalam, observasi dantelaah dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan faktor eksternal penyebab terjadinyakekosongan obat neuropsikiatri meliputi faktor distributor dan penyedia yang berdampakpada ketersediaan obat tidak optimal, distribusi yang terhambat, lamanya proses approvaldi system. Selain itu koneksi jaringan dan server sering terganggu, Harga PerkiraanSementara HPS terlalu rendah, sistem pemenang tunggal, dan ketepatan RencanaKebutuhan Obat RKO merupakan faktor lain yang berpengaruh terhadap kekeosonganobat. Untuk faktor internal input yang paling menonjol adalah kuantitas dan kedisiplinanpetugas serta kebijakan termasuk Standar Operasional Prosedur SOP pengelolaansediaan farmasi. Tahapan proses manajemen logistik meliputi perencanaan kebutuhan,pengadaan, pengawasan dan pengendalian, belum berjalan dengan optimal antara lain;ketidaksesuaian RKO dengan realisasi pengadaan, kartu stock yang tidak terisi, stockopname hanya dua kali setahun dan terdapat selisih perhitungan antara pencatatan danfisik, juga obat kadaluarsa sebanyak 2.36 . Hasil dari analisis ABC indeks kritisterdapat 10 item obat e-katalog yang tergolong kelompok A, terdapat 34 item e-katalogtergolong kelompok B, dan 33 item obat e-katalog tergolong kelompok C. Titikpemesanan kembali ROP untuk kelompok A mulai dari 192.702 -7.246. Dumilah Ayuningtyas, MARSThe management system of drug in era of National Health Insurance through e catalogueand e purchasing system. Some obstacles are often felt by hospitals, from slow responses,empty drug stocks or stock outs and late distribution to hospital. The problem of drugstock outs is very disturbing process and quality of hospital services. The objective of thisresearch is to know the external and internal factors at the stage of input and processscheme which influence the stock out of neuropsychiatric drug in e catalogue list atJakarta Soeharto Heerdjan Mental Hospital and controlling by using the ABC CriticalIndex method, calculate safety stock and Reorder Point ROP . The method used isqualitative research by in depth interview, observation and document review. The resultsshowed that external factors causing the occurrence of drug neuropsychiatric stock outsinclude distributors and providers that have an impact on the availability of drugs is notoptimal, the distribution is inhibited, the duration of the approval process in the system.In addition, the network and server connections are often disrupted, the TemporaryEstimation Price HPS is too low, the single winning system, and the accuracy of theDrug Requirement Plan RKO are other factors affecting drug deprivation. For the mostimportant internal input factors are the quantity and discipline of officers and policiesincluding Standard Operational Procedures SOP of pharmaceutical preparation. Stagesof the logistics management process include needs planning, procurement, supervisionand control, has not run optimally, among others RKO inconsistency with realization ofprocurement, unfilled stock card, stock of hospital only 2 times a year and there isdifference of calculation between recording and physical, also drug expiration as muchas 2.36 . The result of ABC analysis ofcritical index there are 10 items of e catalog drugs belonging to group A, there are 34items e catalog belonging to group B, and 33 items of e catalog drugs belonging to groupC.
