"Tesis ini mengevaluasi strategi bisnis dan sistem pengendalian di SBU Industri Pertambangan dan Energi PT Surveyor Indonesia dengan menggunakan analisis lingkungan industri, analisis SWOT, analisis IFAS dan EFAS, teori sistem pengendalian Simons dan sistem pengendalian Merchant. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa ancaman terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan tinggi. Hasil analisis SWOT terangkum dalam matriks IFAS dan EFAS. Matriks tersebut menunjukkan saat ini perusahaan berada pada kuadran V matriks IFAS dan EFAS. Strategi yang sesuai bagi SBU IPE adalah hold and maintain strategy. Perusahaan telah memiliki sistem pengendalian seperti yang dijabarkan dalam teori Simons dan Merchant, tetapi diperlukan konsistensi dalam penerapan sistem pengendalian
The focus of this study is to evaluate business strategy and control system in SBU Energy and Mining Industry PT Surveyor Indonesia using industry environment analysis, SWOT analysis, IFAS and EFAS analysis, control system model Simons and Merchant. This research is qualitative. This research suggests that threats to the company profitability is high. The result of SWOT analysis summarized in IFAS and EFAS matrix. The matrix shows that the company currently is in quadrant V IFAS and EFAS matrix. Appropriate strategy for the SBU Energy and Mining Industry is hold and maintain strategy. The company has a control system as described in Simons and Merchant theory, however it is needed consistency in the application of control systems."

"Telkom sebagai leader company masih memiliki daya bisnis yang masih rendah dibuktikan dengan solusi IoT belum masuk kepada segmen enterprise dan revenue masih jauh dari target. Hal itu terjadi karena strategi bisnis dan keselarasan bisnisnya tidak berjalan dengan baik. Dengan permasalahan tersebut, perlu melakukan evaluasi untuk menilai bisnis model maupun strategi bisnis yang berjalan untuk menciptakan suatu inovasi perusahaan yang lebih baik dengan revenue yang lebih baik juga. tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan antara model bisnis dan strategi bisnis yang masing-masing memiliki empat dimensi dan lima dimensi, dapat dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis korelasi kanonik. Sedangakan untuk mengukur evaluasi factor perusahaan dapat menggunakan metode analisis factor yang dapat dijadikan sebagai factor pembentuk metode SWOT untuk memberikan rekomendasi strategi terbaik terhadap perusahaan. Maka didapatkan hasil dimensi yang paling dominan dalam membangun bisnis dan strategi bisnis perusahaan adalah X13, X24, X41, Y12, Y21,Y22,Y33,Y43,Y52. Kemudian menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang postif dan signifikan antara model bisnis dengan strategi bisnis perusahaan dengan hasil akhir dari analisis matriks SWOT perusahaan PT Telkom berada pada kuadran 1 dimana dapat memanfaatkan kekuatan dan peluang yang ada.
Telkom as the company's leader still has low business power as evidenced by IoT solutions that have not yet entered the enterprise segment and revenue is still far from the target. This happened because the business strategy and business alignment did not work well. With these problems, it is necessary to evaluate to assess the business model and business strategy that is running to create a better company innovation with better revenue as well. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between business models and business strategies, each of which has four dimensions and five dimensions, can be analyzed using canonical correlation analysis. Meanwhile, to measure the evaluation of the company's factor, it can use the factor analysis method which can be used as a factor to form the SWOT method to provide recommendations for the best strategy for the company. So the results of the most dominant dimensions in building a business and company's business strategy are X13, X24, X41, Y12, Y21, Y22, Y33, Y43, Y52. Then it shows that there is a positive and significant relationship between the business model and the company's business strategy with the final result of the SWOT matrix analysis of PT Telkom's company is in quadrant 1 which can take advantage of existing strengths and opportunities."

ABSTRAKTesis ini membahas kegiatan business coaching pada agen pos Asha Zafhina yang merupakan UMKM yang bergerak di bidang jasa ekspedisi, bedomisili di daerah Ciangsana. Agen pos merupakan usaha berbentuk kemitraan antara PT.Pos Indonesia dengan individu. Produk utama yang ditawarkan UMKM ini adalah jasa pengiriman surat dan barang. Permasalahan yang menjadi topik utama penulisan tesis ini adalah kondisi keuangan UMKM yang relatif mengalami kerugian setiap bulannya dikarenakan kurangnya masyarakat atau konsumen yang menggunakan jasa UMKM ini.
Tujuan dari penulisan tesis ini adalah untuk memberikan gambaran tentang analisis laporan keuangan UMKM, memberikan gambaran apakah UMKM ini dapat menghindari kerugian melalui analisis break even point (BEP) serta usulan strategi pemasaran untuk meningkatkan pendapatan dengan cara memperluas jaringan konsumen.
ABSTRACTThis thesis discusses the business coaching activities in the postal agent Asha Zafhina which are MSMEs engaged in freight forwarding services, located in Ciangsana?s area. Postal agent is a business in the form of a partnership between PT.Pos Indonesia and an individual. The main products offered by MSMEs are mail and goods delivery services. The problem that became the main topic of this thesis is the financial condition of MSMEs that relatively losses every month due to lack of people or consumers who use the services of these MSMEs.The purpose of this thesis is to provide an overview of the analysis of financial statements of MSMEs, gives an idea whether MSMEs can avoid losses through the analysis of break-even point (BEP) as well as the proposed marketing strategy to increase revenue by expanding the network."

"Perusahaan tech startup mengalami perkembangan yang signifikan dalam era digital, sehingga dibutuhkan strategi, modal, dan model bisnis yang kompetitif. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi faktor penentu kesuksesan IPO dari perusahaan tech startup melalui metode PLS-SEM. Metode PLS-SEM bertujuan memprediksi korelasi dan keterkaitan antar variabel, melalui tahap validasi expert, kemudian pilot testing dari 131 responden, dan kuesioner akhir terhadap 300 orang. Hasil PLS-SEM didapatkan bahwa kesuksesan IPO berkaitan dengan variable Others (0.257), Financial (0.255), Technical (0.198), Social (0.168), dan Political (0.144) dengan koefisien prediktif Project Feasibility (0.98). Penelitian menghasilkan rekomendasi standarisasi kerja yang baik, strategi bisnis yang terstruktur, dan inovasi Business Model Canvas (BMC) perusahaan untuk berhasil melaksanakan IPO dan menarik bagi investor.
Tech startup companies are experiencing significant developments in the digital era, so they need a competitive strategy, capital, and innovative business model. This focus to provide strategic recommendation for IPO success of tech startup companies through the Partial Least Square of SEM method with the initial hypothesis from the research model that IPO project success can be achieved through Technical, Financial, Social, Political, and Others variable that represent the company image, prospectus and business performance. The PLS-SEM method aims to predict correlations and interrelationships between variables, through the expert validation stage, then pilot testing of 131 respondents, and a final questionnaire of 300 people. The results of the PLS-SEM show that the success of the IPO is related to the variables Others (0.257), Financial (0.255), Technical (0.198), Social (0.168), and Political (0.144) with a predictive coefficient of Project Feasibility (0.98) which means the initial hypothesis was accepted and proven by statistical parameters. The research resulted in recommendations for good standardization of work, structured business strategies, and innovation of the company's Business Model Canvas (BMC) to successfully carry out an IPO and attract investors."

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini menganalisis secara komprehensif penerapan sistem pengendalian manajemen dengan levers of control framework pada CNOOC SES Ltd. yaitu sebuah perusahaan eksplorasi dan produksi hulu minyak dan gas di Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan sistem pengendalian manajemen pada perusahaan ini. Penelitian ini berkesimpulan bahwa CNOOC SES Ltd. belum memiliki sistem pengendalian manajemen yang baik sehingga belum mampu mengatasi berbagai ancaman.
ABSTRACTThe aim of this research is to comprehensively analyze management control systems using levers of control framework at CNOOC SES Ltd. the upstream exploration and production oil and gas company in Indonesia. Using the descriptive method this research aims to explain how the implementation management control system in this company. This research concludes that CNOOC SES Ltd. has not had good management control systems so that it can’t overcome various threats.

"Peta strategi menyampaikan tautan strategi di seluruh organisasi bersama dengan Balanced Scorecard (BSC). Menggunakan peta strategi, Smith & Jones dapat menjelaskan hubungan sebab akibat dan hubungan antara tujuan strategis dan kinerja fungsi unit kerja. Agar karyawan dapat mencapai target kinerja mereka dengan cara yang masuk akal dan tepat waktu, strategi dalam organisasi harus dikaitkan dengan ukuran kinerja. Yang paling penting, peta strategi digunakan oleh organisasi untuk menyederhanakan hubungan kompleks BSC, menjelaskan model bisnis kepada karyawan menggunakan diagram untuk menyelaraskan 'citra mental' dari apa yang mungkin dimiliki manajer dari organisasi, terhadap model eksplisit ( Lueg, 2015). Bagaimanapun, penyelarasan tujuan akan menjadi kunci untuk mencapai kolaborasi antara karyawan dan unit kerja (Eldenburg et al., 2017). Dengan demikian, peta strategi akan dapat mengatasi masalah utama Sally di mana dia merasa tidak yakin dengan karyawannya, terutama yang berada di kantor regional, memahami tujuan perusahaan dan cara-cara di mana mereka dapat berkontribusi. A strategy map conveys the link of strategy across the organisation together with the Balanced Scorecard (BSC). Using the strategy map, Smith & Jones can explain the causal link and relationship between strategic goals and work-unit function performance. For employees to achieve their performance targets in a reasonable and timely manner, strategy in an organisation should be linked to performance measures. Most importantly, strategy maps are used by organisations to simplify the complex relations of the BSC, explaining the business model to employees using diagrams so as to align the `mental image` of what managers may have of the organisation, against an explicit model (Lueg, 2015). After all, the alignment of goals will be the key to achieving collaboration between employees and work units (Eldenburg et al., 2017). As such, a strategy map will be able to address Sally`s key concern where she felt unsure of her employees, especially those in the regional offices, understood the firm`s goals and the ways in which they could contribute. It will also the address the issue of inadequate training hours allocated. With the strategy map, employees and managers will be informed about their entitlement to training hours in order to work towards their goal."
