"Peningkatan tarap hidup dan kesejahteraan seluruh rakyat dalam rangka menuju manusia Indonesia yang seutuhnya merupakan tujuan utama pembangunan. Dalam konteks ini peranan perbankan menjadi sangat vital, dalam arti perbankan menjadi salah satu sumber pembiayaan yang akan mengalirkan dana bagi kegiatan ekonomi, sehingga bank yang sehat akan memperkuat kegiatan ekonomi suatu bangsa. Sebaliknya, kegiatan ekonomi yang tidak sehat, lesu atau rapuh juga akan sangat mempengaruhi tingkat kesehatan dunia perbankan. Usaha pokok dari kegiatan perbankan ialah memberikan kredit dan jasa-jasa dalam lalu lintas pembayaran dan peredaran uang. Dibidang perkreditan, hukum harus mampu memelihara dan memperlancar proses hubungan yang terjadi antara warga masyarakat di satu pihak dengan bank di lain pihak. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan perjanjian kredit dan syarat-syarat yang diajukan kepada masyarakat serta untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor penghambat dalam pemberian kredit kepada masyarakat dari BPR PRIMA KREDIT SEJAHTERA. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan melakukan pendekatan secara yuridis empiris.
Metode ini dilakukan untuk mendapatkan kebenaran dalam pembahasan permasalahan yang ada serta untuk melihat penerapan suatu aturan hukum dalam masyarakat. Analisis dilakukan secara deskriptif yang akan menggambarkan, memaparkan dan mengungkapkan bagaimana sesungguhnya pelaksanaan perjanjian kredit di BPR PRIMA KREDIT SEJAHTERA. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat diketahui bahwa pemberian kredit di BPR PRIMA KREDIT SEJAHTERA terdapat hubungan hukum antara bank dan nasabah debitur yang dituangkan dalam perjanjian kredit bank, yang dalam praktek berbentuk suatu perjanjian standar atau perjanjian baku. Suku bunga kredit di BPR PRIMA KREDIT SEJAHTERA yang lebih tinggi di bandingkan bank umum, karena pertumbuhan Dana Pihak Ketiga (DPK) di dominasi oleh deposito yang menyebabkan dana BPR PRIMA KREDIT SEJAHTERA menjadi lebih mahal. Hal-hal tersebut menjadi faktor yang menghambat pelaksanaan pemberian kredit kepada masyarakat selain soal inovasi produk dan masalah teknologi yang kurang menjadi perhatian. Upaya BPR PRIMA KREDIT SEJAHTERA dalam menyelesaikan kredit bermasalah yaitu dengan melakukan upaya-upaya seperti : penagihan kredit, penjadwalan kembali (rescheduling), persyaratan kembali (reconditioning), penataan kembali (restructuring) dan alternatif terakhir yaitu menjual agunan kredit.

The improvement of living standard and entirety of the social welfare toward a better Indonesian people is the main purpose of development. In this case the role of banking is very important, banking became one of the finance source that would provide funds to the economic system, therefore the healthy bank would strengthen economic system of a nation. On the other side, the unhealthy bank, weak, or even fragile will give influences to the health of banking industry as well. The fundamental business of banking activities is to provide credit and services in payment traffic and circulation of money in the society. In the field of credit, law should be able to maintain and expedite the relation process between society at one side bank at the other side. In the implementation of the grant over the credit, definitely lender (bank/creditor) determine the terms for the borrower (customer/debitor). The problems of this research are to recognize the implementation of credit agreement and to recognize the terms proposed to society for acknowledging the inhibiting factors in granting the credit to the society from BPR PRIMA KREDIT SEJAHTERA. The research used juridical empirical approach / the research is conducted by approaching the juridical empirical. The use of this method is to obtain the fact in discussion on existing problems and to see the application of the regulation in the society.
This research uses descriptive method because the data are analyzed by describing, explaining, and revealing what is exactly the credit agreements implementation in BPR PRIMA KREDIT SEJAHTERA. It can be concluded from this research that granting over credit in BPR KREDIT SEJAHTERA, the law relations between bank and customer poured forth on bank credit agreement, which in practice is in form of a standard agreement. Credit interest rate in BPR KREDIT SEJAHTERA is higher than general bank, because the growth of Dana Pihak Ketiga (DPK) ?Third Party Funds - dominated by deposit which cause BPR KREDIT SEJAHTERA fund become more expensive. This could be the inhibiting factors for the implementation of granting over non-performing credit to the society besides product innovation and technology problem which get less attention. To resolve non-performing credit, BPR KREDIT SEJAHTERA is making efforts such as: credit billing, rescheduling, re-conditioning, re-structuring and the last alternative."

"Salah satu internal model yang digunakan dalam pengukuran risiko kredit adalah CreditRisk+, yang dikembangkan oleh Credit Suisse First Boston. Dalam penelitian ini metode CreditRisk dipilih untuk mengukur risiko kredit atas portofolio pembiayaan yang disalurkan oleh Permodalan Nasional Madani (PNM) kepada Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPRJS). Metode CreditRisk+ yang dipakai adalah pendekatan dengan distribusi Gamma, yang merupakan distribusi dua parameter yang menggambarkan mean (ditunjukkan oleh default rates) dan standard deviation (ditunjukkan oleh default rate volatilities). Metode ini dipilih berdasarkan asumsi bahwa default rate bersifat variable, tidak konstan sepanjang waktu, sehingga default rates volatilities tersebut diperhitungkan ke dalam model. Output dari pengaktivasian program model CreditRisk+ memperlihatkan kecenderungan risiko kredit yang semakin meningkat atas portofolio pembiayaan kepada BPR/S, yaitu sebesar Rp 12.428.363.221 pada Januari 2005 hingga mencapai Rp 35.426.390.490 pada Desember 2005 atau hampir tiga kali lipatnya. Dengan mengetahui credit Value at Risk (VaR) yang semakin meningkat, diharapkan pengelolaan atas portofolio pembiayaan kepada BPR/S tersebut harus lebih baik dan efektif, terutama dalam mengantisipasi bertambahnya pembiayaan yang bermasalah. Namun demikian PNM dinilai masih dapat menanggung risiko kredit tersebut, terlihat dari kecukupan modal yang dibutuhkan (economic capital) atas portofolio pembiayaan kepada BPR/S sepanjang tahun 2005 tersebut berkisar antara 2% - 8% dari jumlah modal PNM. Model CreditRisk+ dapat diterima sebagai model yang akurat untuk pengukuran risiko pembiayaan kepada BPRJS. Hal ini dihuktikan dari basil pengujian Likelihood Ratio (LR) pada tingkat kepercayaan 95%, di mana nilai LR masih di bawah ambang batas nilai kritikal yang dapat ditolerir.

One of internal model used for measuring credit risk is CreditRisk+, developed by Credit Suisse First Boston. In this research, CreditRisk+ method was selected to measure credit risk on PNM's lending portfolio to rural banks. The CreditRisk+ method being used is the one with Gamma distribution, a two parameters distribution that shows mean (shown by default rates) and standard deviation (shown by default rates volatilities). This method is selected based upon assumption that default rate is variable, not constant through the period so default rates volatilities is incorporated into the model. Output from CreditRisk+ model program activation showed increased credit risk on lending to rural banks, a mere of Rp 12, 428, 363, 221 in January 2005 up to Rp 35, 426, 390, 490 in December 2005, representing an almost three-fold increase. By finding increased credit Value at Risk (VaR), it is hoped that rural bank lending portfolio be managed better and more effective in the future, especially in anticipating the growing non performing portfolio. Nevertheless, PNM still covers credit risk that is shown by required capital adequacy (economic capital) on rural banks lending portfolio in 2005, which range between 2 to 8 percent of total PNM capital. CreditRisk+ model can be viewed as accurate model for rural banks lending risk measurement. This is back-testing by Likelihood Ratio (LR) test at the 5 percent level of significance, which the LR figure is still below the critical value."

"ABSTRACT
One of the eflicacy keys especially in maintaining bank management
effort is how to reach customers satisfaction. While one basic factors influencing customer satisfaction is the service quality given by a bank to their customers. The main goal of this research is to know the level of customer satisfaction based on the service given by PT. Bank DKI through case study from PT. Bank DKI at Tanjung Priok Branch.
In this research the service for customer is restricted at the credit service
for the working capital given by PT. Bank DKI at Tanjung Priok Branch that
consist of : marketing department , credit administration and customer service.
This research uses survey type with the descriptive methode and the
quantitative approach that are proposedly occurence data and existing theory. Data
of research obtaining from primary data through questioners that spread out to the
customers and also secondary data from books, literature, magazine and internal
data of bank. While data processing use descriptif non parametric especially
statistic trough frequency distribution andmodus as a means ofthe analysis.
Implementation of research through 20 items of questioners that assumed
deputizing tive dimensions of the bank service quality which are reliability,
responsiveness, assurance, emphaty and tangible. In order to obtain depiction of
customer satisfaction level is based on bank services, then the answer of the
questioner will be quantification by using likert scale. In the order side to map
between the level of service and performance concerning to importance of service
is using cartesius diagram.
The result of research depict that the service quality that customer
accepted trough 20 questioners as formulation from 5 services quality dimension
determined that the modus of assessment scale is between 1 up to 5.
In general, It is seen ?dom each quality of dimension service the level of
services in PT. Bank DKI, Tanjimg Piiolc Branch consist of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, emphaty, and tangible that based on the customers response are good.
Beside that, according to the mapping that has been conducted, there are difference among customers? perception for the level of performance of service compared to the expectation of customers or mount customers' importance. The range of these level from the biggest one are responsiveness, reliability, assurance, emphaty, tangible. The difference existence reflected that there are still gap which must be covered by management in order to gain the service for the customers as they ask for.
Based on that assessment level and the mapping, PT. Bank DKI must defend the existing service throughout emphasized the effort to maintain the ability and profesionalism to serve the customer by mean of improving the service quality that still less satistied by customers.

"Penelitian ini menganalisis secara komprehensif mengenai sistem pengendalian kredit pada BPR Gamon, sebuah Bank Perkreditan Rakyat yang sedang tumbuh dan berhasil menjadi 3 BPR terbaik di Jakarta. Sistem pengendalian kredit yang dianalisis tidak terpaku pada proses pengendalian saja, tetapi juga pada strategi dan manajemen yang melakukan pengendalian. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menjelaskan bagaimana BPR Gamon menerapkan sistem pengendalian kreditnya ditengah kesulitan BPR di industri Perbankan terkait tingginya tingkat Non Performing Loan (NPL) BPR secara nasional selama ini.
Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa BPR Gamon memiliki komitmen yang tinggi dalam penerapan sistem pengendalian kredit melalui strategi, proses pengendalian dan manajemennya sehingga mampu menekan NPL. Hasil penelitian berkesimpulan bahwa BPR Gamon telah memiliki sistem pengendalian kredit yang sangat baik dan sesuai dengan keadaan perusahaan sehingga mampu mengatasi berbagai ancaman dan meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan.

This research comprehensively analyzes the implementation of credit control system at BPR Gamon, a growing rural bank that has become one of the top three rural bank in Jakarta. The analysis is not only focused on the control process, but also on the strategy and the management of credit control. The aim of the research is to explain how BPR Gamon applies its credit control system in the middle of rural banks industry difficulty due to high Non Performing Loan (NPL) percentage.
The research shows that BPR Gamon has a high commitment on implementing the credit control system through its strategy, control process, and management so it can reduce the NPL percentage. Finally, the research concludes that BPR Gamon has an excellent and appropriate credit control systems that it could overcome various threats and increase the bank performance.

Kredit Progana merupakan jenis kredit yang terbesar dalam proporsi pemberian kreditnya di Bank Eka sehingga pengendalian internal sangat diperlukan untuk menjaga tingkat kesehatan Bank dan menghindari adanya kredit yang bermasalah. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menganalisis sistem pengendalian internal dengan menggunakan COSO Framework terhadap operasional kredit dalam proses pemberian kredit beserta analisis terhadap laporan keuangan dan tingkat kesehatan bank, Penelitian ini membandingkan kegiatan yang dilakukan Bank Eka dengan teori-teori yang ada mengenai Bank Perkreditan Rakyat dan Sistem Pengendalian Internal.

The focus of this research is to explain about the role of Internal Auditor to control one of Credit in Bank Perkreditan Rakyat. Progana is the biggest proportion in the allocation of the credit in Bank Eka and it makes the internal control is important to maintain the health of Bank Eka. The Analysis of this research is focus on the operational system in Bank Eka with COSO Framework and analysis in financial statement. This research compared between procedures in Bank Eka with all theories that related to this research."
